Investigators said the suspects, Chad Russell and Dominique Diane Gillham, took the victim to view the home. After a walkthrough, the victim paid a $600 cash deposit and part of the rent, with both suspects reportedly present during the exchange. 

WANTED BY POLICE; On the run Chad Russell and Dominique Diane Gillham out of Shreveport, LA. She, Dominique Diane Gillham, Location unknown, DOB: 07/09/1986, Age 39, Race: White, Sex: Female, Height: 5' 3" tall, Weight: 110lbs. Known to be in San Diego CA and in Arkansas. 

Chad Russell Location unknown, DOB 07/04/1988, Age 37, Race: White, Sex: Male, Height: 6' 0", Weight: 200lbs. Chad Russell has more than 13 prior arrests involving theft and theft-related offenses. It takes a special kind of dirty to steal from people who are simply trying to find a place to call home. A review of Russell’s criminal history revealed an extensive record of property-related crimes, including prior arrests for theft, burglary, and illegal possession of stolen things. With more than a dozen property crime-related offenses, Russell is no stranger to these types of investigations. Detectives have obtained a warrant for Chad Russell’s arrest.

Shreveport Police detectives are searching for two individuals accused of defrauding a victim through a fraudulent rental property scheme. On April 8, 2026, detectives began investigating a reported fraud involving a residence located in the 2800 block of Corbitt Street.
