IRA terrorists Isobella Perrie Sullivan and Simon O'Donovan  aka Simon Ó Donnabháin  arrested they had a fully operational semtex-h bomb in a vehicle heading to Belfast Northern Ireland. Simon O'Donovan is a member of the Dublin branch of the New IRA .
