Rico Marley taken into custody Wednesday afternoon after police said he walked into a Publix grocery store wearing body armor and armed with six guns (4 handguns with extended magazines, a rifle with 30 round magazine and a shotgun) has been charged. WSBTV reports that Marley had a weapons carry license on him on March 24.
