APPEAL HAS BEEN FILED; Tampa's Osama Sam Mustafa was found guilty of Bank Fraud and Money Laundering back in April 2013, almost $18,000,000 never recovered, he fled before he was sentenced to 20 years in prison and was ultimately caught in Amman Jordan in Sept 2019, (6 years on the run) and sent directly to prison.
