UPDATE 4/24/2026..The FBI is now offering a separate $50,000 reward in the Aliza Spencer case for information– a major investment that brings the total reward for information to $100,000 says Binghamton Mayor Jared Kraham. New FBI Poster for Aliza Spencer, but unfortunately nothing new from the FBI or the Binghamton Police Dept on the unsolved murder of 12 year old Aliza Spencer on April 21, 2022. “What happened to Aliza is unacceptable,” said Craig Tremaroli, special agent in charge of the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Albany Field Office. Anyone with information as to who shot Aliza Spencer on April 21, 2022 is encouraged to contact Binghamton Police Dept and the assigned detective at the dedicated line 607-772-7080 or use the BPD tip-line CLICK HERE.

BINGHAMTON NY—Craig Tremaroli, special agent in charge of the FBI’s Albany Field Office and Cory Minor, assistant chief of the Binghamton Police Department announced today the FBI is offering an additional reward of up to $50,000 for information leading to the identification, arrest, and conviction of the individual(s) responsible for the murder of Aliza Spencer—seeking information for a total reward of $100,000. The 12-year-old Aliza was struck in the chest by a bullet while walking 'on the sidewalk' with her father and brother near their home on Bigelow Street in Binghamton, New York, on April 21, 2022. The Binghamton Police department have been tirelessly investigating this case since its inception.
