Paul Frost called DOGGR home office in Sacramento CA at 10:30 am to get an ok to close the well by plugging the well from 351 feet up to the surface, as they could not get past an obstruction at 351', leaving the other 8,014 feet to the bottom open to the elements and most likely leaking.  Thomas M.
