Confrontations, Negligence, Lawsuit, & Litigation Bullying by Chad Russell Aamco Clark Rd Sarasota Fl over Faulty Repairs Results in Hit on BMW When Sold

UPDATED AUGUST 12th 2026; CAUGHT ON CAMERA; My personal and nightmare business experience with Aamco Car Repair 2856 Clark Rd Sarasota Fl and the franchise owner Chad W. Russell was very negative, ruinous and a costly financial toll that ended up in Sarasota County Court, both Civil and Criminal, seeking legal relief and exoneration. Russell aggressively putting his finger and fist in the face of the customer (me) who was complaining about Aamco's bad car repair service and the 62 day delay in getting the car back from Aamco and Chad W. Note in the Aamco Youtube Video at the 1min and 4 seconds mark that Aamco Car Repair 2856 Clark Rd Sarasota boss Chad W. Russell violently karate kicks open the glass door to his own shop, viewed on his own CCTV, and then goes after the paying customer (me) in the parking lot. Aamco franchise owner Chad Russell should be embarrassed and reprimanded for how he acted badly in the Aamco 2856 Clark Rd Sarasota parking lot on March 20th, 2025 with a paying customer (ME) who was just trying to get his car back after 62 days, and how Chad W. Russell has sullied the Aamco brand name, all while being recorded with the Aamco shops own CCTV, he knew he was being recorded.

Negligence proven in Sarasota County Court by Judge Denkin case 2025 SC 002429 NC on August 28th, 2025, Order Final Judgment on RCSJ Holdings LLC d/b/a AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care 2856 Clark Rd, Sarasota, FL 34231 to pay the customer $3,249.12. The owners, Chad Russell and wife, are in business since about October 2024. I Don't know where Chad W. Russell originates from or what his true mechanical background is, or even if he owned car repair shops in the past, maybe he is just an Okie from Muskogee?

SARASOTA COUNTY COURT Litigation Bullying; Criminal Case Number: 2025 MM 005539 NC. On June 10th, 2025 Chad W. Russell the owner of Aamco 2856 Clark Rd Sarasota Fl filed a criminal complaint with the Sarasota County Sheriff's Dept on the customer (ME) in the YouTube video seen above, claiming/charging (ME) with BATTERY a 1st Degree Misdemeanor, based on what is seen in the video Chad W. Russell is the victim, LOL. The customer (ME) obtained the services of Sarasota Attorney Brian Lail who showed State Attorney ASA Vanessa Jennings a copy of the exact same YouTube video from the CCTV of Aamco, and in open court on August 5th, 2025, State Attorney's Office ASA Vanessa Jennings Sarasota Fl declared the case and the BATTERY charge "nolle prosequi", (Latin for "unwilling to pursue") a formal entry on the court record by a prosecutor declaring they will abandon a criminal case or specific charges, there was no Battery. It effectively drops the current charges. But now there was the additional cost of me hiring an attorney and having a black mark against my record with a Battery criminal charge, (no actual arrest, mugshot, or booking took place). 

More Litigation Bullying: On May 28, 2026 RCSJ Holdings LLC d/b/a Aamco Car Repair boss Chad W. Russell filed a Motion to Re-Open the Sarasota County Small Claims Court decision case 2025 SC 002429 NC by Judge Denkin with a new hearing scheduled for July 1st, 2026. Chad Russell appears to be upset about any Liens that might have been filed on his business due to the Judgment that was filed against Aamco back in Sept 2025.  

There were no liens filed on anything linked to RCSJ Holdings LLC d/b/a Aamco Car Repair Sarasota Fl as the company did not appear to own anything in Sarasota or Florida or in the USA. Chad Russell the boss of Aamco 2856 Clark Rd Sarasota Fl tried to reopen the Civil Complaint but on June 8th, 2026 in case 2025 SC 002429 NC, SARASOTA COUNTY JUDGE UZABEL ISSUED AN ORDER DIRECTING CLERK TO CLOSE CASE AND CANCELING THE HEARING set for July 1st, 2026.

It cost me over $8,000 to fix all the screw ups by the Aamco 2856 Clark Rd Sarasota Fl mechanics on my BMW Z3 in 2025 and then I had to sell it for a big loss in March of 2026 to "We Buy Any Car" Sarasota Fl at $4,000 below the suggested Blue Book price because the power steering unit that Aamco put in my car never worked properly. It is estimated that I have spent in excess of $20,000 in the initial repairs to Aamco 2856 Clark Rd and then more money to another repair shop to fix all the screw-ups on my BMW caused by Aamco 2856 Clark Rd Sarasota Fl (proven in court) and then Attorney fees and legal expenses to fight the bogus Battery charge (Litigation Bullying) brought by Chad W. Negligence of RCSJ Holdings d/b/a Aamco Car Repair 2856 Clark Rd Sarasota Fl and confrontations with owner Chad Russell in the parking lot over faulty repairs on my BMW Z3 resulted in big hit on price when I recently sold the car. "I took my BMW Z3 Roadster to Aamco Car Repair 2856 Clark Rd Sarasota Fl back in Jan 2025 for some mechanical repairs and after Aamco fixed it with a final pick up date of March 21st, 2025, the driveshaft fell out just days later while driving in traffic in April 2025, WTF"? 

Above is just one of the many invoices that I paid over a 63 day ordeal with Aamco 2856 Clark Rd Sarasota Fl during 2025. I had to reduce the selling price of my BMW Z3 by $4,000 in March of 2026 as the power steering never worked in reverse after Aamco 2856 Clark Rd Sarasota Fl put a supposed new power steering unit in and cleaned the vacuum lines by March of 2025, see invoice above. Forget about any such so called Aamco warranty on the power steering work as I had the car back to Aamco 3 times after paying them in excess of $4,500, they never were able to fixed the power steering that did not work when the car was put in reverse. 

In regards to just some of the Aamco repair work, the mechanics at Aamco 2856 Clark Rd Sarasota Fl did not properly tighten the nuts and bolts from the driveshaft to the transmission on my BMW Z3, they were supposed to used new self tightening nuts and bolts as proven in Sarasota County Court Judge Denkin case 2025 SC 002429 NC. 

VIDEO ABOVE USED AS EVIDENCE IN COURT AGAINST AAMCO CLARK RD SARASOTA FL. Due to the negligence of the Aamco on Clark Rd mechanics, the driveshaft tore itself off the transmission and fell out on Proctor Rd as I was heading for the I-75 south interstate on-ramp. The driveshaft of my BMW tore itself off while driving in traffic, this could have been a very bad accident with multiple injuries if I had made it to the on-ramp for I-75 south. NO GO AAMCO!

As proven in Sarasota County Court Judge Denkin case 2025 SC 002429 NC. When a drive shaft breaks loose while driving a BMW Z3, you will experience an instant loss of power to the rear wheels, severe vibration, and loud metallic banging as the shaft thrashes against the exhaust, floorboards, or chassis. 

The driveshaft tearing loose from the transmission of a vehicle in traffic at speed is a extremely dangerous situation that has the potential for a multi car pile up. The fact that it was proven in Court that the mechanics at Aamco were responsible for the drive shaft of my BMW Z3 breaking loose could have resulted in multiple lawsuits filed on Aamco if a serious accident occurred involving other vehicles on April 8th, 2025. In catastrophic scenarios, if the front of the shaft drops onto the pavement, it can catch and potentially flip the car (a "pole vault" effect). Catastrophic Secondary Damage: The spinning shaft, rotating at thousands of RPM, acts like a metal whip. It can shatter the transmission tail-shaft, punch holes in the floorpan, destroy the exhaust system, and crack the rear differential housing. NO GO AAMCO!
