*NOTE FAKE REPORT; The re-abandonment done in July 2001 by DMB Ladera LLC, (during initial construction of Ladera Ranch), of the deep drilled down 8,365 foot Exxon-Mobil oil & gas well near/under Poet's Park used the old cement plugging figures of 1305' and 593' from the original Jan 1962 abandonment of the well on the July 2001 report. DMB Ladera Violated CA State Law Title 14 Sec 1723 by short plugging the Exxon-Mobil oil well under Poets Park in July 2001! In July 2001 the drillers could not get past some hard material blockage at 351' at the old Exxon-Mobil oil & gas well near/under Poets Park. DMB Ladera LLC 'fixer' Thomas Walker supervised this falsification of records on July 19, 2001, as he and everyone else at the job site that morning had no idea if the cement plugs at 1305 feet and 593 feet were still there as the drillers could not get passed 351 feet due the most likely steel casing collapse into the drilling hole.
