In the process they caused water damage. Red Cap sent a 'water remediation company' to make the repairs. I find out today, 6 months later in Jan 2025 that Red Cap never paid the company. The water remediation company (sub-contractor) sent me a bill of more than $5,700. BEWARE - don't use this company, Red Cap Plumbing Tampa Fl. Back on April 11th, 2024, Red Cap Plumbing charged me $408 on a simple sink drain clog problem, they advertised a $99 special to unclog a sink drain, why so much more? I have requested a refund of the difference between the advertised price of $99 for simple drain unclog and the exhortative $408 that Red Cap Plumbing made me pay for same work!
