From that vantage point, Mooneyhan overheard a strange exchange between a Colony receptionist and security guard about a so called poolside interview with Pres Bush. 

NYT writes; In the days leading up to 9/11, Al Qaeda sought to take him out under the expectation that Massoud and the Northern Alliance would be an ally with the United States post-September 11th. The attackers, who had come with fake Belgian passports and a letter of introduction from an Islamic group in London, claimed to represent a TV station in the United Arab Emirates. It would later be discovered the TV station did not exist. They waited more than a month for an interview with Massoud. According to a former Massoud aide, they got very impatient on September 8th, 2001 (we now know why) and threatened to leave if an interview with Massoud was not arranged in the next 24 hours. On September 9th, they were finally granted their interview. American intelligence officials have said the Massoud killing was part of the overall terror scheme that unfolded in America two days later on September 11th. Massoud’s assassination on Sept 9th, 2001 was intended as a deliberate signal for the 9/11 hijackers to set the U.S. attack in motion. The audacious Massoud hit was ordered by Osama bin Laden himself.

9/11 hijack pilots at Holiday Inn Longboat Key Fl on Sept 7th, 2001. Bartender calls police after seeing Mohamed Atta's mugshot on TV. After getting the report, police asked Sievers to what she was referring. Sievers told police Mohamed Atta came to the bar and ordered a rum and Coke. Mohamed Atta and Marwan al-Shehhi had rented a car in Pompano Beach Fl from August 29th to return date of September 9th, 2001 and put 1,035 miles on it, they could have easily been in Longboat Key Fl on Sept 7th, 2001.

MOHAMED ATTA CAR RENTAL ROAD TRIP TO SARASOTA FL AREA FROM POMPANO BEACH FL, JUST PRIOR TO 9/11: From August 29th to September 9th, 2001 (two days before 9/11 attack) Mohamed Atta and Marwan Shehhi rented a Pontiac car from Warrick's Rent A Car in Pompano Beach Fl and put 1,035 miles on it. The trip to Longboat Key Fl and Sarasota Fl from Pompano Beach Fl is 233 miles one way and about a 4 hour trip. Mohamed Atta would have been able to travel from Pompano Beach Fl on August 29, 2001 to Longboat Key Fl with a return trip by September 9th, 2001 with ease. Mohamed Atta could have been in Longboat Key Fl on Sept 7th 2001 at the Holiday Inn bar. Brad Warrick of Warrick's Rent A Car in Pompano Beach Fl said he rented cars to Mohamed Atta a total of three times while Atta still owned the red 1989 Pontiac car that he had purchased in Venice Fl on July 17, 2000. 

PRIOR RENTALS; On August 6, 2001 Mohamed Atta and Marwan al-Shehhi rented a white, four-door 1995 Ford Escort from Warrick's Rent-A-Car, which was returned on August 13th, 2001, 7 days later. On August 15, 2001 Mohamed Atta rented a 1996 Chevrolet Corsica from Warrick Rent-a-car in Pompano Beach, Florida. On August 29, 2001 Mohamed Atta returned the 1996 Chevrolet Corsica to Warrick Rent-a-car in Pompano Beach, Florida, after driving 1,915 miles, most likely back to the Sarasota Fl area. Mohamed Atta and his pal Marwan al-Shehhi could have certainly been back and forth from Pompano Beach Fl to the Sarasota Fl area multiple times in the summer of 2001 without detection driving "rent-a-wrecks", used car rentals to travel, conduct surveillance, and meet with other operatives like at the al-Hijji house in Sarasota Fl.  

"IT'S TIME BUG OUT"; Abdulaziz and Anoud al-Hijji abruptly fled their Prestancia home in Sarasota, Florida, on August 27, 2001, abandoning their cars, furniture, and food. The al-Hijji's had to bug out if the assassination of Pres George Bush was going to take place on Sept 11th, 2001 on nearby Longboat Key Fl and their was record of the 9/11 hijack pilots visiting their house. On August 27, 2001 a moving truck cleared out the Prestancia property with what was easily moveable. The al-Hijjis flew to Saudi Arabia, leaving behind three cars, clothes, diapers, medicine, and food in the refrigerator, they fled in a big panic. Community gatehouse logs and license plate photographs showed that vehicles linked to 9/11 hijackers, including Mohamed Atta, Ziad Jarrah and Marwan Al-Shehhi, had visited the al-Hijji residence at 4224 Escondito Circle Prestancia Sarasota Fl. Mohamed Atta rented a 1996 Chevrolet Corsica from Warrick Rent-a-car in Pompano Beach, Florida, on August 15th, 2001. Mohamed Atta returned the 1996 Chevrolet Corsica on August 29th, 2001 to Warrick Rent-a-car in Pompano Beach, Florida, after driving 1,915 miles, most likely back to the Sarasota Fl area to meet with Abdulaziz al-Hijji at 4224 Escondito Circle Prestancia who fled on August 27th, 2001 from the area.

Mohamed Atta had Florida drivers license A300540683210 linked to the red 1989 Pontiac Grand Prix which he sold to a used car dealership in Tamarac, Florida, near Fort Lauderdale in September 2001. Authorities recovered Atta's red Pontiac (a 1989 Pontiac Grand Am/Grand Prix) at the dealership in October 2001. Although Mohamed Atta had access to his 1989 Pontiac Grand Prix from July 2000 to September 2001, he still rented used cars during the summer of 2001 to travel back to the Sarasota Fl area, real old time spy tradecraft, using the rental cars not registered to him to move around south west Florida without detection and back to the Abdulazziz al-Hijji aka "Azziz" clan in Prestancia Sarasota Fl.

In early 1991, Osama Bin Laden relocated from Afghanistan to Sudan. Osama bin Laden lived and operated in Sudan from 1991 to 1996. Starting around 1992 and accelerating by early 1994, Osama bin Laden used Sudan to finance and establish military training camps for his fighters. These camps were utilized by al-Qaeda and affiliated groups (such as the Egyptian Islamic Jihad) to train militants before bin Laden was expelled from the country under intense international pressure.

Attempt on Bush. A van occupied by men of Middle Eastern descent had pulled up to the Colony security gate at about 6:00am on Sept 11th stating they had a “poolside” interview with president George Bush, Mooneyhan said. The self-proclaimed Middle Eastern reporters then asked for a Secret Service agent by name. Guards from security at the gate relayed the request to the receptionist, who had not heard of either the agent or plans for an interview, Mooneyhan said. The receptionist gave the phone over to a nearby Secret Service agent, who said the same thing: no one knew of an agent by that name or of any poolside interview. The agent told the occupants of the van to contact the president’s public relations office in Washington, D.
