The ex-Marine’s arrest is an outrage and a disgrace - so yes: business as usual for DA Bragg. Violent unhinged vagrant Jordan Neely, 30, was yelling and pacing back and forth on an F train in Manhattan on Monday afternoon when he was restrained by at least three people, according to police and witnesses. Jordan Neely had been arrested multiple times and had recently pleaded guilty for assaulting a 67-year-old woman leaving a subway station in 2021.Video of the incident posted online by a freelance journalist showed a U.S. Marine veteran lying beneath Neely and holding him in a headlock position for several minutes as Neely unsuccessfully tried to break free. Another passenger pinned Neely's arms, while a third held down his shoulder. Hero Marine Daniel Penny, 24, who placed Jordan Neely in a fatal chokehold on a Manhattan subway train on May 1, was arraigned Friday on a second-degree manslaughter charge and released on $100,000 bail. Newsweek reported that the 30-year-old Jordan Neely had been arrested 42 times, with charges ranging from criminal trespassing to transit fraud to 4 arrests for violent assault. Subway hero Marine Daniel Penny did not apply a “chokehold“. He did apply a carotid restraint. In California the carotid restraint is taught in police academies on the escalation of force model for use with violent and dangerous subjects who refuse to submit to lawful commands.This submission hold rates higher than pepper spray or tasers but lower than batons or lethal force. How can this be?  There are historical oil wells associated with the Yorba Linda Oil Field surrounding the Diemer Drinking Water Treatment Plant in Yorba Linda, CA,  it is part of the Brea-Olinda Oil Field operated by Aera Energy LLC.   Ladera Ranch CA drinking water source is Robert B. Diemer Water Treatment Plant 3972 Valley View Ave   Yorba Linda CA. It sits directly on top of 2 old Shell oil & gas wells that were plugged & capped in 1954 currently operated by Aera Energy LLC. One of the Shell oil & gas wells was drilled down to 4,199 feet and the other one was drilled down to 5,001 feet.  Robert B.
