Elected officials signaled they may weigh in on the issue. A lot of the problems arise out of the tiny Siesta Key Beach Access #1 at 3940 N. Shell Road Sarasota, FL 34242. The small beach access at #1 is not set up to handle a lot of cars and trucks, parking in front of property owners homes is scarce. The 'beach" at access #1 on Siesta Key is about the size of someone's front yard, at most 75 feet wide.
