Reports of a new Biden administration grant program has drawn widespread criticism for its efforts to reduce the spread of disease by providing crack pipes at taxpayer expense. The application window for the $30 million “harm reduction” program grant closed Monday. The three-year grant program was funded through crazy Joe Biden’s American Rescue Plan, the $1.9 trillion COVID-19 relief bill pushed through by Democrats in March of last year. It specifically outlines syringes and “safe smoking kits/supplies including glass crack pipes” as an approved use of federal funds. “The purpose of the program is to support community-based overdose prevention programs, syringe services programs, and other harm reduction services,” the grant said.

Actor Tommy Chong, famous for such movies as "Up in Smoke" with longtime partner Cheech Marin was sent to prison in 2003 for distributing thousands of glass bongs and marijuana pipes aka crack pipes online through his California company, Nice Dreams Enterprises. U.S. District Judge Arthur J. Schwab gave Tommy Chong nine months in a federal lockup and fined him $20,000. As part of the sentence, Chong forfeited his Internet domain name, Chongglass.com, along with $103,514 in cash and all of the drug paraphernalia seized by federal agents during a raid Feb. 24, 2003.
