WANTED MURDER SUSPECT: Walton County Sheriff’s Office seeking Isabelle Johnson aka "Jessica" out of Freeport Fl in the Panhandle. Posted on July 28, 2026 The Walton County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in locating Isabelle Johnson, 38, who is wanted on an active warrant for an open count of murder in connection with the killing of Jason Coulthart, 43. 

Isabelle Rose Johnson aka "Jessica", 38, had been living at 130 Sunset Lane Freeport Fl, a dead end dirt road off of Route 20 FL with her hillbilly gang of 5, wonder which one is leatherface. Isabelle Johnson aka "Jessica" had a gang of cretins that helped her dispose of the body, this is real redneck hillbilly stuff. Report alleges Johnson's reported roommate, Bobbie Gean Wagstaff, 31, helped her dig a hole to bury Coulthart's body.

Isabelle "Jessica" Johnson is described as a white female, approximately 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing around 120 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. 

Cause of death Jason Coulthart, word has it Isabelle Johnson aka "Jessica" had put a large plastic zip tie around Jason's neck and pulled it tight and locking it in resulting in his death by strangulation. Isabelle Johnson aka"Jessica" must have been a fan of the Ridley Scott Movie "The Counselor" as Brad Pitt had wire around neck that kept getting tighter until he choked to death, almost cutting off his head.

Coulthart’s remains were discovered on Thursday, June 25, 2026 on a property off Sunset Lane in Freeport following information received from the Niceville Police Department. Five individuals have already been arrested for accessory after the fact to a capital felony as investigators continue targeted enforcement efforts to locate Johnson, who has been actively evading law enforcement. 

Johnson is described as a white female, approximately 5 feet 3 inches tall and about 120 pounds. She is known to use multiple identities and aliases, including Harley, Jessica Elaine Bowman, Jessica Elaine Thrush, Jessica Elaine Thrash, Jessica Dowdy, and possibly “Denise.” She has ties to Okaloosa and Walton counties in Florida, as well as several areas in Georgia and lower Alabama. Johnson frequently moves locations and often convinces others to help her by telling sympathetic stories involving domestic violence or other personal hardships.
