FOX NEWS: Liberal media networks NBC News, CBS News, ABC News, and CNN largely ignored the "Twitter files" on the air, with only MSNBC offering substantial coverage of the company’s internal documents in the past several days. While the files have dominated discussion on Twitter , a site known to facilitate discussions among members of the press, on-air coverage of the internal documents has been almost nonexistent. Since Friday, networks have only discussed the Twitter files for a combined total of 14 minutes. In a Substack blog on Friday Dec 2nd 2022, blogger Matt Taibbi said that he had to "agree to certain conditions" to report on the Twitter Files that contained the internal documents that Musk apparently gave to the journalist. UPDATE DEC 12, 2022 BEGINNING OF THE END FOR CARVANA: Hundreds of car buyers from Maryland and nearby states are part of the class-action lawsuit against Carvana. The company wanted a federal judge to toss it out, but the judge didn't. Carvana denies any and all liability. The company attempted to get the case thrown out, claiming it was without merit. The company filed a motion to compel or force arbitration and dismiss the case but a federal judge denied it. Attorney Phillip Robinson is one of the attorneys representing Carvana customers in the lawsuit. When asked what the judge's ruling means, Robinson said: "It means the case gets to go forward. UPDATE OCT 7th, 2022 Proud Boy boss Jeremy Joseph Bertino, 43, plead guilty to a seditious conspiracy charge and has agreed to cooperate (they flipped him) with the Justice Department’s investigation of the role that Proud Boys leaders played in the mob’s attack on the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.
