He wore a wire during a secret FBI investigation into the support network for the 9/11 hijack pilots while they stayed and trained in Sarasota County for 7 months from 2000 to 2001. Private investigator Bill Warner and local news reports highlight the existence of an estimated 80,000 classified documents and FBI files containing unreleased details regarding an alleged support network for the 9/11 hijackers. These materials include long-secret information spanning back to the 2001 attacks. The FBI’s PENTTBOMB investigation identified a significant 9/11 logistical and support network across South West and Central Florida, heavily tied to Saudi nationals. 9/11 hijackers lived in Sarasota, Broward and Miami-Dade counties, received assistance with housing and flight training, and had alleged links to the prominent Saudi al-Hijji family in Prestancia, Sarasota Fl.

Moroccan nationals linked to the FBI investigation had $4,000 a month phone bills fished from the trash Sarasota private investigator Bill Warner who started his own investigation in March of 2002. “They were here (9/11 pilots), in my neighborhood. So I had to look at it, kept looking at it,” Bill Warner said, he partnered with police, sheriff’s deputies and was eventually paid by US Customs (ICE) for providing surveillance photos and phone bills he collected from the garbage cans of people of interest. Bill Warner said some of the cell phone bills he collected were 35-to-40 pages long, with calls made to phone numbers located all over the world. At that time, cell phone and long-distance companies charged by the minute for calls. “The bills you could see they were $1,200, $1500, $2,000, sometimes even $4,000 a month,” Bill Warner said. ”These are guys living in rental duplexes, driving old cars, who don’t have a job, see more CLICK HERE. Sen Bob Graham long had believed the U.S. covered up information about possible Saudi involvement in 9/11 to protect America’s relationship with the oil-rich kingdom. He accused the FBI of hindering Congress’s inquiry into 9/11 by not just withholding information but lying – including about what happened in Sarasota.

A-Qaeda agent Ziyad Khaleel and Al-Qaeda associate Sarasota Imam Muneer Arafat were not just roommates at random times in the greater St Louis area, they were lifelong pals. Ziyad Khaleel and Muneer Arafat were both born in Kuwait City Kuwait, Khaleel in 1964 and Arafat in 1963, they both went to the same Islamic School in Kuwait City and they both were members of the Kuwaiti Muslim Brotherhood when in their teens, KSM was also there. They are all not Kuwaiti citizens even though they were born there, according to the Embassy of Kuwait, Kuwaiti citizenship is acquired by being born to Kuwaiti parents, no matter where. To be a Kuwait citizen your parents must be Kuwait citizens. The FBI had refused to release 80,000 pages of secret 9/11 investigation in Sarasota Fl as it would reveal investigative tactics and names of people who worked as confidential informants (CI), like Imam Muneer Arafat and me. 

Declassified Operation Encore documents previously released included significant new information about a trio of Saudi Ministry of Islamic Affairs officials (Imams) operating inside the U.S. who are suspected of aiding 9/11 hijackers Hazmi and Mihdhar in San Diego CA. One of those figures was Mutaib al Sudairy. A 2010 FBI document says that in Columbus, MO, Sudairy lived “with Ziyad Khaleel for about four months in 2000, Khaleel was a known key communications equipment procurement officer for UBL [Usama bin Laden] and provided satellite phones used in the 1998 US embassy bombings in Africa.” A 2016 FBI report says Ziyad Khaleel likewise “managed wire transfers from IARA [Islamic American Relief Agency] to bank accounts controlled by UBL.” It also noted that Sudairy’s phone number was found in the address book of suspected Saudi intelligence agent Omar al Bayoumi after 9/11. Omar Bayoumi was one of a trio of Saudis at the center of the Encore investigation for providing critical assistance to 9/11 hijackers Hazmi and Mihdhar shortly after their arrival in the U.S. in January 2000. 

Jihad preaching Imam Muneer Arafat was employed by the Saudi Ministry of Islamic Affairs (MOIA), he was a well know Jihad preacher in the East St Louis area prior to coming to Sarasota after purchasing a 2000 blue Isuzu Trooper SUV in January 2000. Imam's in the USA are paid about $1,700 per month by The Ministry of Islamic Affairs (MOIA) in Saudi Arabia to spread “Wahhabism,”. Muneer Arafat, was the 'Forest Gump' of Al-Qaeda, wherever he shows so do they. The appearance of Ziyad Khaleel in the FBI’s narrative brings the 9/11 case back once again to Florida. The reason: another of Ziyad Khaleel's former roommates, Muneer K. Arafat, was an imam from 2000-2003 at a Sarasota-area mosque run by the Islamic Society of Sarasota/Bradenton. He also later served as imam at the Boca Raton Islamic Center. Muneer Arafat gained notoriety in June 2005 when he testified as a government witness at the high-profile terrorism trial of University of South Florida professor Sami Al-Arian. Muneer Arafat, who admitted being paid $35,000 by the FBI to spy on his associates in Sarasota Fl. 

According to a Dec. 8, 2003 Florida Department of Law Enforcement report obtained by Florida Bulldog, a source told FDLE and FBI agents, “Muneer Arafat was a member of the Kuwaiti Muslim Islamic Brotherhood, who follows a radical belief…and wishes harm to the United States.” That same year, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported that Muneer Arafat testified about his involvement with Ziyad Khaleel, who also went by the name Ziyad Sadaqa, before a federal grand jury in December 2002. Muneer Arafat, born in Kuwaiti of Palestinian descent, was transported from Sarasota to St. Louis to testify following his November 2002 arrest for overstaying his visa by ICE, the paper said. 

Sarasota private detective Bill Warner has tracked Al-Qaeda linked Imam Muneer Arafat, 61, for years – ever since Bill Warner’s involvement with U.S. Immigration and Customs (ICE) agents and the Sarasota Police Department detectives and Sarasota County Sheriff Department detectives and a US Secret Service agent in 2002 to 2003, as a confidential informant (CI) in a Federal terrorism support network investigation that began in October 2001.

“The FBI office in Sarasota was aware of my activity as the local Sarasota Police Department reported directly to them any information I supplied. ICE investigation became a hot issue as it linked to terrorism and was taken over by the FBI in 2003,” Bill Warner said. “Imam Muneer Arafat in my opinion and from my experience was a double agent. He worked for (the) FBI as a paid confidential informant from 2002-2003, wearing a wire in support of terrorism investigation in Sarasota Fl, and was part of the advance team in early 2000 for 9/11 hijack pilots Mohamed Atta, Marwan al-Shehhi and Ziad Jarrah also in Sarasota County,” Bill Warner said. Muneer Arafat is believed to have been deported in 2007. He is now living in Amman, Jordan.

Imam Muneer Arafat and Al-Qeada agent Ziyad Khaleel and Saudi official Mutaib al-Sudairy were all roommates at one time or another in Columbia MO from 1998 to 2000, small world, eh? An FBI investigation conducted out of the New York Field Office found that the two Riyadh officials — Mutaib al-Sudairy and Adel Mohammad al-Sadhan — had a “past connection” to the 9/11 hijackers and others who assisted them, according to a declassified Sept. 28, 2010, memo. Mutaib al-Sudairy was also linked “to suspected Al Qaeda operatives in Saudi Arabia,” the report says. Fahad al-Thumairy, an imam at the King Fahad Mosque in Culver City, Calif., was listed as “a contact” for Adel Mohammed al-Sadhan during that first visit to Los Angeles. Fahad Al-Thumairy also later provided “assistance to 9/11 hijackers Al-Hazmi and Al-Mihdhar” — both of whom helped hijack American Airlines Flight 77 and fly it into The Pentagon on 9/11, the FBI files state. Fahad Al-Thumairy, the imam, had been placed at the southern California mosque by Musaed al-Jarrah, director of Islamic affairs at the Saudi embassy in Washington.

As much as what has been revealed by the FBI about the 9/11 hijackers support network in San Diego CA prior to 9/11, there is ten times as much to be revealed about the support network of spies and radical Imams planted by the Saudi Ministry of Islamic Affairs for the three 9/11 hijack pilots stationed in Sarasota Fl from July 2000 to January 2001, Mohamed Atta, Marwan Al-Shehhi and Ziad Jarrah!
