Saudi spy Omar al-Bayoumi took surveillance video the U.S. Capitol in July 1999 as a target for Al-Qaeda hijack pilot Ziad Jarrah on Sept 11th, 2001.  Federal officials and former FBI agents believe the U.S. Capitol was the intended target for United Flight 93, which crashed in Shanksville, Pennsylvania on 9/11.  United Airlines Flight 93 with hijack pilot Ziad Jarrah was supposed to crash into the U.S. Capitol building on Sept 11, 2001. Sarasota trained pilot Ziad Jarrah was in the drivers seat of Flight 93 that was taken down by hero passengers in a PA field. Saudi Spy Omar al-Bayoumi would have shown up in Sarasota Fl, where Ziad Jarrah was staying and taking flight lessons, with the U.S. Capitol tape sometime between July 2000 and January 2001 when Jarrah left the area.
