Jihad Preaching Imam Muneer Arafat Linked to BFF Al-Qaeda Agent/Spy Ziyad Khaleel and Arafat was Paid FBI Confidential Informant in 2002 Sarasota Fl 9/11 Support Network Investigation. The key player in the FBI and US Customs secret sealed 9/11 terrorism support network investigation in Sarasota Fl from Sept 2001 to Sept 2003 is Munner Arafat who mysteriously appears as the Imam for the Islamic Society of Sarasota and Bradenton (ISSB) in March of 2000. Muneer Arafat had his pilot's license before coming to Sarasota Fl from Parks College a division of St Louis University with 4 year B.S. Degree in Aerospace Engineering. Parks College aviation program candidates are able to fly within weeks of their freshman year. Just four months later in July of 2000, 9/11 pilots Mohamed Atta, Marwan al Shehhi and Ziad Jarrah show up for training in nearby Venice Fl. 'There Ain't No Coincidences in Terrorism'.

In St. Louis, from 1996 to 2000, Imam Muneer Arafat became a well-known Jihad lecturer at different Masjids and built up quite a following. Muneer Arafat  gave lectures at local mosques that almost exclusively focused on Jihad week in and week out and this got him into trouble with Sheikh Muhammad Nur of the Islamic Foundation of Greater St. Louis who at one point banned Muneer Arafat from giving lectures at the Gateway Masjid. Sarasota Imam Muneer Kazem Arafat, DOB 5/10/1963. Muneer Arafat the Sarasota Imam and Al-Qaeda agent Ziyad Khaleel’s prior roommate was arrested by U.S. Customs and the FBI on Nov 22nd 2002 in Sarasota Fl (6 days after I took the surveillance photo of his vehicle in Sarasota) for over staying his visa on immigration charges. Muneer Arafat was flipped became a CI working for the FBI and/or U.S. Customs, it was made public his activity in Sarasota from December 2002 to end of 2003, when he was called as a witness in the Sami Al-Arain terrorism trial in Tampa during 2005. Imam Muneer Arafat told the court he was working as a confidential informant (CI) for the FBI and they paid him $35,000 for his efforts in a unspecified case in Sarasota Fl, he was wearing a wire wherever he went.

The bulk of the Al-Qaeda 9/11 terror pilots, Mohamed Atta, Marwan Al-Shehhi and Ziad Jarrah, were first stationed in the same small city of Venice Fl just south of Sarasota Fl. The 3 Al-Qaeda pilots stationed in Venice Fl were in their 20's and 30's and of middle eastern extraction, they all spoke with an accent. The median age in Venice, Florida, is approximately 70 years old and 90% of the population is white. The middle eastern population of Venice Fl is 1%. Roughly 63% of Venice city's population is over the age of 65. Yeah, the 3 young middle eastern 9/11 terrorists would blend right in. As far as espionage goes, this would be considered a huge mistake, the risk of compromise multiplies when multiple assets operate in a confined area, like Venice Fl. Three spies (pilots) increase the local footprint, making it easier for counterintelligence (FBI) to notice unusual activity, unfortunately they never did. 

Mohamed Atta was proficient in both Arabic and English. As a primary operative and pilot for the September 11 attacks, Mohamed Atta the Egyptian-born hijacker of AA flight 11 also spoke fluent German. Marwan al-Shehhi spoke both Arabic and English. As a native Arabic speaker from the United Arab Emirates, al-Shehhi also possessed strong German lanuage skills. Ziad Jarrah, the hijacker pilot of United Airlines Flight 93, spoke both Arabic and English along with fluent German and French, because of his fluency in multiple languages and his experience living in Western society, al-Qaeda leadership selected him to serve as one of the key operatives for the September 11 attacks. All 3 of these 9/11 hijack pilots could have functioned alone in any part of the USA, and they should have, but for some reason they were all lumped together in tiny Venice Fl by planes operation boss KSM, why? 

"Mi Casa Su Casa", Saudi Abdulaziz al-Hijji rolled out the red carpet at his home in Prestancia Sarasota Fl for the three 9/11 pilots who trained at nearby Venice, especially for Ziad Jarrah, 26, and his wife Aysel Senguen, 27, in Jan 2001 during their honeymoon trip. Muneer Arafat was a well know Jihad preacher in the East St Louis area prior to coming to Sarasota Fl in March of 2000 just months before Mohamed Atta, Marwan Al-Shehhi and Ziad Jarrah arrived in July 2000, small world, eh?

I have been very vocal over the years concerning a support network for 9/11 pilots Mohamed Atta, Marwan al Shehhi and Ziad Jarrah in Sarasota Fl from July 2000 to January 2001 and then again at other times prior to Sept 11, 2001. If the 9/11 attack had been completed as planned by Osama bin Laden and KSM, the towers would be demolished, the Pentagon would have been burned to the ground, the Capitol building would have been demolished with Congress in session, and Pres George Bush would have been assassinated in Sarasota Fl, "cutting off the head of the snake".
