New message from cell phone number 731-445-0576 on video seen above is from Darrell Sells, 85, in Dyersburg TN, he called on Wednesday September 27th 2023 at 3:49pm, seems to be a veiled threat concerning what appears to be the upcoming murder trial of David Swift in Dyer County TN. David Swift’s attorney, Daniel Taylor, expressed concerns about David Swift receiving a fair trial for the 2011 unsolved murder of his wife Karen Swift in Dyersburg TN. Darrell Sells did not indicate exactly what trial he was talking about in his call to me, but. Darrell Sells, 85, appears to think I am on a witness list for the upcoming David Swift murder trail. Does Darrell Sells, 85, have access to the witness list for this upcoming murder trail of David Swift in Tennessee, and why does he? Posting threats to kill or injure another using interstate communications (phone) could land you in jail for up to five years.

I don't have any business dealings with this 85 year old man Darrell Sells in Dyersburg TN, never did, but I thought it best to publish his voicemail posted on my business cell phone line on Wednesday September 27th 2023 at 3:49pm. An interpretation of Darrell Sells voicemail message could be seen as witness intimidation, if I really am on a witness list for the murder trail of David Swift. Darrell Sells, 85, called me from cell phone number 731-445-0576, the number may or may not belong to him, it does.

UPDATE Friday March 1st, 2024 at 12:24 PM got a call from (731) 285-0285 Dyersburg TN, caller hung up before I could answer, I waited for voicemail, no message. I called the Dyersburg TN number (731) 285-0285 and it belongs to McDonald's Offices in Dyersburg TN, the recorded answer offers you to dial #3 for Darrell Sells, why does the harassment continue from this man? The listed phone number for McDonald's Offices in Dyersburg TN is (731) 285-0032. A reverse search of the Dyersburg phone number that called me, (731) 285-0285, reveals no listing, it is an unlisted phone number on the McDonald's Offices exchange of (731) 285 XXXX.

NOTE: Witness intimidation is the act of attempting to improperly influence, alter or prevent the testimony of witnesses within criminal or civil proceedings. In Tennessee court Code Title 39 Criminal Offenses § 39-16-507 a person commits an offense who, by means of coercion, influences or attempts to influence a witness or prospective witness in an official proceeding with intent to influence the witness. Tennessee Code § 10-7-504 (2021) - Confidential Records. A court order protecting the confidentiality of certain information issued upon the request of a district attorney general to a victim or witness in a criminal trial. In the United States Court, the federal crime of witness tampering is defined by statute at 18 U.S.C.§ 1512.

Previously: Back on Friday, June 18, 2021, STATE GAZETTE TENNESSEE WRITES: On June 14, the Dyer County Grand Jury indicted Darrell Sells and Chasity Brandon on a charge of stalking by electronic communications. According to the indictment, Sells and Brandon between April 15, 2020 and February 16, 2021, “unlawfully, knowingly or intentionally took willful course of conduct involving repeated or continued harassment of [victim] by electronic communication that would cause a reasonable person to feel terrorized, frightened, intimidated, threatened, harassed, or molested, in violation of TCA 39-17-315.” CHARGES LATER DROPPED. On January 25, 2022, the State of Tennessee dismissed the charge of stalking by electronic communications against Darrell Sells and Chasity Brandon. see https://www.stategazette.com/story/2890338.html

Previously: Back on May 1, 2015, Threatening Call Today From 731-285-0998 Dyersburg TN, Caller Was Darrell Sells From His McDonald's Store, Something About Murdered Karen Swift, WTH? I have no knowledge as to who murdered Karen Swift. The caller was an older man from his voice, late 60's early 70's, it appears to be Darrell Sells who was about 70 years old in 2015. Mr Darrell Sells went off the chain the minute I identified myself at 3:08 pm today, May 1, 2015, calling me a blank, blank, blank, blank, and that he was going to get me and cause physical harm, I hung up. I called back the number on caller ID 731-285-0998 Dyersburg TN to determine who called and a young woman answered "McDonald's". I asked her if an older man was there as he had just called me on this line 731-285-0998, she said that would be Mr. Sells and she went and got him. Darrell Sells picked up the phone and another violent outburst came out of his mouth, I hung up again. I do not have any business interaction with Darrell Sells in Dyersburg TN. I do not know the man, nor do I want to. I have never mentioned the name Darrell Sells on my website, till today May 1, 2015, so why is he calling and threatening me? Posting threats to kill or injure another using interstate communications (phone) could land you in jail for up to five years.

UPDATE Dec 6th 2023, Change of Venue: apparently the trial Darrell Sells, 85, has been talking about in his phone message to me is the trial of David Swift in Dyer County TN for murder. Just recently the trial has been postponed and the venue changed to the Weakley County Courthouse in Dresden TN, very odd just 30 days prior to the start of a murder trial. DYERSBURG GAZETTE WRITES: The trial for David Swift, 55, has been moved to a later date. Swift’s trial was initially scheduled for January 2024, Dyer County District Attorney General Danny Goodman has confirmed the trial has been moved to start date of May 28, 2024. Additionally, the venue of the trial has been moved to Dresden, Weakley County TN. Jeff Parham was elected Weakley County Circuit Court Judge on August 7, 2014. David Swift’s attorney, Daniel Taylor, initially expressed concerns about Swift receiving a fair trial in Dyersburg, Dyer County TN.

NOTE* A deep dive into the history of how the Criminal Justice System works in Dyersburg, Dyer County TN and Dresden, Weakley County TN reveals some very disturbing results. In 1917 if you were convicted of murder in Dyersburg, Dyer County TN you could/would have been tortured and burned to death at an iron stake near the Dyer County Courthouse in Dyersburg, TN. At least nine men had been lynched by 'Organized Vigilance Committees' (code for KKK) in the small rural county of Dyer County TN for offenses ranging from horse theft to murder. In 1835, a "Organized Vigilance Committee" in Nashville, Tennessee was responsible, after a kangaroo court "conviction", for the public whipping of Rev. Amos Dresser (a white man) for the crime of distributing abolitionist publications (which he claimed he did not do). The names of all 62 members of the self-appointed vigilance committee were published by the American Anti-Slavery Society, annotating some as "Elder in the Presbyterian Church" and the like.

The famous "Mike Lynching Tree" was at the Dyersburg Dyer County Courthouse Square since 1881. A special report from the Atchison Daily Patriot newspaper of 8/02/1881 claimed that at Dyersburg, Dyer county, Tennessee, Mike Wells, a negro, was lynched yesterday by a mob led by an 'Organized Vigilance Committee' (code for KKK) upon a confession of his quilt of attempting an outrage on the person of Mrs. J. F. Childress. [Source: Atchison Daily Patriot KS, Tuesday, August 2, 1881]. Tennessee is the state where the Ku Klux Klan was founded in 1866, just after the end of the Civil War. Ku Klux Klan activity was especially strong in Giles, Humphreys, Lincoln, Marshall, and Maury Counties in Middle Tennessee, and Dyer County, Fayette, Gibson, Hardeman, and Obion in West Tennessee. Not much has changed in Tennessee over the last 100 years; in 1997 the U.S. Klans, Knights of the Ku Klux Klan, Inc., received incorporation from the Tennessee secretary of state’s office as a nonprofit organization at Camden, Tennessee.

In the deep south lynchings could be either hanging by the neck until dead or burned to death at the iron stake, nice eh? The Invisible Empire, Old Glory Knights of the Ku Klux Klan in Tennessee, and Dyersburg lead the way. Dyersburg, Dyer County TN had a well-established tradition of lynching men by 1915. At least nine men had been hanged by the KKK in the small rural county of Dyer County TN for offenses ranging from horse theft to murder. When Robert Davis, a black man, was wrongly arrested for murdering a young white woman by be-heading her, there was every reason to expect a lynching, but the sheriff of Dyer County quickly moved Davis to the relative safety of the Memphis jail. There Davis’s luck continued. At a time when indigent African American defendants could expect the barest minimum of legal assistance, Davis’s lawyer spent his own funds to investigate the case. He found compelling evidence that the woman had been murdered by her husband, not by Davis. At the request of the prosecutor, the judge entered a verdict of directed acquittal and Davis was freed. Two years later, Julius Morgan, another black man, was accused of raping a white woman in Dyer County. Morgan narrowly escaped being lynched by the KKK. The sheriff went to great lengths to protect Morgan from the mob, moving him to jails in Jackson, Union City, and finally Nashville. Morgan was represented by several attorneys who secured a change of venue to Memphis, where he was tried, convicted, and sentenced to death. After his appeal was rejected, Morgan was electrocuted at the state prison in Nashville TN.

PRIVATE DETECTIVE MURDERED COLUMBIA TN; In an effort to curb the violent acts of the KKK, Governor William G. Brownlow called for an extra session of the legislature which, following the investigation of a Ku Klux Klan committee, reestablished the militia and gave him the power to declare martial law in any county necessary. Members of the Klan and other secret societies engaged in terrorism were subject to arrest by any citizen, a five-hundred-dollar fine, and imprisonment for up to five years under a so-called Ku Klux Klan Act. Gov. Brownlow, who wished to see prominent KKK leaders and ex-Confederates tried and convicted in order to make examples of them, employed a Cincinnati private detective, Seymour Barmore, to infiltrate the Klan and gather names. When private detective Seymour Barmore’s body turned up in the Duck River near Columbia TN on February 20, 1869, with a rope around his neck and bullet hole in his head, Brownlow declared martial law on the same day in nine counties in Middle and West Tennessee, including Giles County, Humphreys County, Lincoln County, Marshall County, Maury County, along with Dyer County, Fayette County, Gibson County, Hardeman County, and Obion County. Five days later Brownlow resigned as governor to fill a seat in the U.S. Senate. Subsequently, KKK boss Nathan Bedford Forrest, believing that the Klan had served its purpose, called for the members to destroy their robes. The political influence of the KKK in Tennessee helped elect Governor Austin Peay in 1923 and U.S. Senator Lawrence D. Tyson in 1924. In 1997 the U.S. Klans, Knights of the Ku Klux Klan, Inc., received incorporation from the Tennessee secretary of state’s office as a nonprofit organization at Camden, Tennessee.

1). BACKSTORY ON DRESDEN TN LYNCHING: Two Negroes, Jake Farmer and Henry Gardner, Charged with Theft and Arson, Hanged by Ku Klux Klan Mob Near Dresden, Tennessee April 1871. Paducah Bill had a letter written back to some of his friends in Dresden, in which he stated that he had got out of the desk a list of the names of a large number of persons who were members of the Ku Klux Klan in and around Dresden TN

2). CURRENT DAYS: DRESDEN, Tenn. Feb 2020 — A Republican-led legislative panel has decided not to decide, for now, whether it thinks a bust of a former Confederate general and early Ku Klux Klan leader Nathan Bedford Forrest should be removed from the Tennessee Capitol. Major General Nathan Bedford Forrest was the 1st Grand Wizard of the Ku Klux Klan. Republican Rep Andy Holt Dresden TN made the motion to delay action on the resolution. “We're going to have plenty of time to converse about it, to allow the other entities that have already been, by law, set in place to make decisions regarding that bust,” the Dresden TN lawmaker said.

3). Major General Nathan Bedford Forrest: The Battle of Fort Pillow, also known as the Fort Pillow massacre, was fought on April 12, 1864, at Fort Pillow on the Mississippi River in Henning, Tennessee, during the American Civil War. The battle ended with Confederate soldiers commanded by Major General Nathan Bedford Forrest massacring U.S. Army soldiers many of them Black who were attempting to surrender. Major General Nathan Bedford Forrest later became the 1st Grand Wizard of the racist Ku Klux Klan. Military historian David J. Eicher concluded: "Fort Pillow marked one of the bleakest, saddest events of American military history." "The affair at Fort Pillow was simply an orgy of death, a mass lynching of Black soldiers to satisfy the basest of conduct—intentional murder—for the vilest of reasons—racism and personal enmity."

Murderous, racist, psychopath, General Nathan Forrest shooting an unarmed free mulatto man, 'just because', Harper's Weekly, May 21, 1864. Confederate General Forrest himself prepared a report of the Fort Pillow Massacre, April 12, 1864, which stated “A demand was made for the surrender, which was refused. The victory was complete, and the loss of the enemy will never be known from the fact that large numbers ran into the river and were shot and drowned. The force was composed of about 500 negroes and 200 white soldiers (Tennessee Tories). The river was dyed with the blood of the slaughtered for 200 yards. For the remainder of the Civil war, "Remember Fort Pillow” became the rallying cry of the nearly 179,000 African-American soldiers who fought to free the country from the scourge of Confederate slavery. Major General Nathan Bedford Forrest, a racist psychopath Calvary officer, was the 1st Grand Wizard of the Ku Klux Klan in Pulaski TN.

4). CSA Lieutenant General Lieutenant General Nathan Bedford Forest amassed a fortune as a brutal slave trader owning several plantations and selling 1,000 bales of cotton a year in Memphis TN before the Civil War. Nathan Bedford Forest is a revered as war hero in the state of Tennessee, he was by all accounts Forest was an uneducated man an illiterate psychopath with no formal education. Murderous racist psychopath Nathan Bedford Forest is directly responsible for the massacre of black Union troops at the Battle of Fort Pillow. Racist CSA General Nathan Bedford Forrest and Robert V. Richardson occupied Dyersburg TN in August 1863, before retreating upon the arrival of Union regular Colonel Edward Hatch in the area.

5). In the 1850's racist CSA Lt. General Nathan Bedford Forest was a big time slave trader in Memphis TN at 87 Adams St, (now Adams Ave). The 1855 Memphis city directory listed Forrest as operating his slave mart there, 87 Adams, while he had his residence at an adjacent address, 85 Adams, at the same location. Forrest appeared unique in his willingness to engage in the smuggling of Africans into the United States, in violation of federal law. Several sources confirm that in 1859 Forrest sold seven Africans "direct from the Congo" at his yard at 87 Adams St. N. B. Forest first became involved in the slave trade in the 1840's while living in Hernando, Miss. Nathan Bedford Forest in reality is a coward and a psychopath who murdered unarmed defenseless black Union soldiers at the Fort Pillow Massacre, some of the black soldiers were nailed to the wooden floors of houses which were then set on fire. The 'Nathan Bedford Forrest Bust' of Confederate States of America Lt. General and first-era Ku Klux Klan Grand Wizard Nathan Bedford Forrest currently sits in the Tennessee State Museum.

6). CURRENT DAYS: WHITE HOUSE TN, August 2020, A Ku Klux Klan flag that hung from a barn off Highway 31 in White House TN is still up, but it is rolled up after town leaders sought out the property owners. White House City Administrator Gerald Herman worked today to contact the property owner, and his belief was the sign had come down. However, Fox 17 video shown above shows the KKK flag is still hanging, though not visible to passersby. Jesse Williams of White House TN took a picture of the Klan flag and posted it to a local Facebook page.

7). CURRENT DAYS: October, 2023, NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Several neighbors in East Nashville voiced concerns Sunday following reports of fliers that appeared to display messages coming from the Ku Klux Klan. News 2 spoke with residents who noticed folded up sheets of paper with messages issued by the “Trinity White Knights” along Lischey Avenue.

8). KKK and lynching in Dyersburg TN: After the Civil War, Dyer County TN was one of the counties on west Tennessee marked as a hot-spot for KKK activity. Dyersburg is the largest town in Dyer County TN with 16,000 people in the 2020 census. How many are direct decedents of the old days KKK mob? In Feb 1901 a black man by the name of Fred King was lynched by a Dyersburg mob led by a 'organized vigilance committee' (KKK) at the famous "Mike Lynching Tree" at the Dyersburg Dyer County Courthouse Square.

Dyersburg, Tenn., Feb. 18, 1901.— "THIS IS DYERSBURG TN", Fred King, colored, was lynched today for assault, Saturday night upon Elise Arnold, daughter of a prominent physician. Bloodhounds trailed King from Dr. Arnold's home to Fred King's room, where a hatchet covered with blood was found. Miss Arnold had been struck with a hatchet by her assailant and on this evidence King was arrested. A Dyersburg mob at once formed to lynch him, but Mr. Arnold prevailed upon them to wait for further identification. They were restrained until this afternoon when they took Fred King from jail, tried him before a 'Kangaroo Jury' selected from the Dyersburg crowd and sentenced him to be hanged. He then broke down and confessed, implicating another negro mamed Beebe. Fred King was at once hanged and it is altogether likely Beebe will be similarly treated. Fred King's crime was a supposed sexual assault on a Miss Arnold in Dyesburg TN for which he suffered death at the hand of the mob led by a 'organized vigilance committee' (KKK) hung from a limb of the oak tree called the "Mike Lynching Tree" at the Dyersburg Dyer County Courthouse Square.

On Feb 19, 1901, a supposed accomplice to Fred King is another negro by the name of Beebe Montgomery, the same mob that lynched Fred King took Beebe Montgomery from the Dyer County jail and took him to the famous "Mike Lynching Tree" in the Dyersburg Court House Square and pulled him up five (5) times till he confessed. Beebe Montgomery maintained his innocence once back in the jail, "ain't Dyersburg grand".  Dyersburg, Tenn., February 20, 1901.—A mob took Bebee Montgomery from the jail here last night and swung him up to the limb of the famous "Mike Lynching tree" five times, letting him down each time he was hauled up, to make him confess his complicity in the assault with Fred King upon Miss Alice Arnold. The negro denied his guilt. Finally the mob carried him back to jail more dead than alive and delivered him to the jailer .The mob was led by an organized vigilance committee. The mob decided not to lynch Montgomery until the third guilty negro is found, whom King implicated in his confession. This negro is being sought for by detectives. The vigilance committee swears when he is found that the two will be lynched together. Beebe Montgomery in his statements in the court-house and he reiterated his accusation in his dying statement.

9). "These 8,000 "people" in Dyersburg TN were not typical of the average lynch mob, they were far worse": rather than stringing the Negro Lation Scott up on the spot, they drew up a list of twelve “jurors” and, at noon, after church let out, drove Scott to the Dyer County courthouse for a “Kangaroo trial” with a Judge. The Circuit Court Judge for Dyer County in 1917 was Judge Joseph E. Jones. Lation Scott was ordered to stand up and asked, “Are you guilty or not guilty (of rape)?” Lation Scott admitted he was guilty, and the “Kangaroo jury” voted for conviction. Although one “prominent citizen” asked the people not to be barbaric, because it was Sunday and because “the reputation of Dyer County TN was at stake.” Both the rape victim, Mrs Herbert Hudson, and her husband, Herbert Hudson wanted Scott to be burned alive rather than merely hanged. Red-hot irons were placed on his feet, back and body, until a hideous stench of burning flesh filled the Sabbath air of Dyersburg, Tenn. How many people in Dyersburg TN are direct decedents of the old days KKK? How many people in current day Dyersburg TN are direct decedents of the 8,000 murderous racists who burned black man Lation Scott to death on December 2nd, 1917 near the Courthouse Square in downtown Dyersburg TN? The 1920 census had 6,300 people living in Dyersburg TN. Lation Scott was the 9th man to be lynched in Dyersburg TN by Dec 2nd 1917. Lation Scott aka Ligon Scott aka Lation Jenkins was accused of assaulting Mrs Herbert Hudson the wife of a prominent farmer located 5 miles north of Dyersburg TN. It took three and a half hours for Lation Scott to die. Baltimore newspaper 'The Afro-American' running the headline "DYERSBURG TENNESSEE LYNCHING OUT-RIVALS WORST GERMAN ATROCITIES DURING WWI".

10). Dyer County Sheriff Bryant overlooked the 1917 lynching - burning of Lation Scott aka Ligon Scott in Dyersburg, TN. UNITED PRESS: News on Monday Dec 3rd, 1917- Authorities made no effort today to prosecute members of the mob who lynched and burned a negro in the public square here Sunday noon Dec 2nd after branding him with hot irons. Carroll County Democrat news quote "The Dyersburg crowd of 8,000 was orderly and carried out the execution of it's plan without a hitch". Public opinion in Dyersburg and Dyer County seems to be divided into two groups. One group considers that the Negro got what he deserved. The other group feels that he should have had a “decent lynching.”

11). KKK LYNCHING BLACK MAN BURNT AT THE STAKE IN DYERSBURG TN: Sunday December 2nd 1917, Lation Scott was an African American lynching victim suspected of raping a white woman, Mrs Herbert Hudson in Dyer County, Tennessee. Scott was tortured, mutilated and burned alive by a mob of 8,000 on Sunday, December 2nd 1917 in an area just south of Court Square in downtown Dyersburg. Lation Scott’s torture and subsequent death at the hands of the KKK gave me chills. What I also think about is how people participated in the acts as if there was nothing wrong with what they were doing. According to the NAACP’s investigation of his death he was poked and prodded with fire pokers. He had his eyes burned with a fire poker, he was castrated, his flesh was branded and burned. Next, they lit a fire and watched him burn to death. Mr. Scott’s lynching was turned into a spectacle with many of Dyersburg 8,000 citizens attending. There were descriptions of children leaving Sunday School to attend the lynching. One of the citizens was quoted as saying “The best part about it was the burning. This hanging kills too quick”. EJI has documented 236 racial terror lynchings of Black people in Tennessee between 1877 and 1950.

12). Saturday Night Science from the Virginia Commonwealth University that mapped Klaverns by city from 1915-1940. This report analyzes the locations of historic KKK organizations to see where they were the most prevalent in Tennessee. The cities below are the places where there were Klans back in the day and where the number of Klans per the current population is high, Dyersburg TN was number 8. This means the number of racist members of the Dyersburg TN community has historically been the highest, according to the math.

13). In 1906, Edward Johnson, a Black man, was convicted of raping a white woman and sentenced to death by an all-white jury in Chattanooga, Tennessee. His attorneys appealed the case and won a rare stay of execution from the United States Supreme Court. In response, a white mob seized Mr. Johnson from the jail, which had been vacated by the sheriff and his staff, dragged him through the streets, hanged him from the second span of the Walnut Street Bridge, and shot him hundreds of times. The mob left a note pinned on the corpse that read: “To Justice Harlan. Come get your nigger now.” Mr. Johnson used his last words to declare his innocence. Nearly a century later, he was cleared of the rape.

15). Previously: Back on September 7th 2005, STATE GAZETTE WRITES; Darrell Sells has history of threatening people. "Frank Burnett fears death threat by Darrell Sells". Mr. Darrell Sells appears to have a violent temper! Frank Burnett fears death threat by Darrell Sells over loan accounting, says his Attorney Edward K. White III. Dyersburg businessman Frank Burnett is willing to testify in a lawsuit brought against him by Darrell Sells, but needs to be assured Darrell Sells won't harm him, his lawyer Edward K. White III of Nashville, told Dyer County Chancellor J. Steven Stafford during a hearing on Friday. Darrell Sells is the owner of McDonald's franchises in Dyersburg and elsewhere in West Tennessee and Missouri, (he is in his 80's). "When all the dust settles in this case money will be paid by Darrell Sells to Frank Burnett." The bulk of Friday's three-hour hearing was devoted to a motion by attorney White that Sells be mentally evaluated and a guardian be appointed to look after him. "Mr. Burnett is not able to participate in his defense," attorney White said. "That is caused by Mr. Sells' death threats to Mr. Burnett, attorney White said the impact of Sells' threat on Mr. Burnett is real. "The potential for an injurious impact on Frank Burnett and others is real," he said. "I think it is incumbent on the court to determine Mr. Sells' mental condition." "Whether Mr. Darrell Sells is insane or not is not the basis for Mr. Burnett's disorder," attorney Young argued" see https://www.stategazette.com/story/1117082.html

16). 12 1/2 years ago Karen Swift was reported missing on Oct. 30, 2011, (murdered same day). 12 1/2 years ago was my first public mention of, at the time, missing Karen Swift from Dyersburg TN was on a True Crime Series called ‘GONEon CNN HLN TV on Nov 18, 2011. I was investigating, on my own, Karen Swift's disappearance along with several other missing white, blond, look-a-like females. It appeared to me that a known registered sex offender named Terry Brxxx was a logical suspect in Karen Swift's abduction (at that time in Nov 2011 she was still 'missing'). Terry Brxxx had convictions for kidnapping and rape and was known to target women with blond hair. Nov 18, 2011 CNN HLN News VIDEO with PI Bill Warner discussing Missing Karen Swift, Holly Bobo, Lauren Spierer, Kate Markham and Paige Johnson, Missing Connection.

17). TEXT FROM CNNCNN Headline News (HLN) and Jane Velez-Mitchell new series called ‘GONE’. On Friday November 18, 2011, I was on CNN Headline News (HLN) with Jane Velez-Mitchell talking about, at the time, missing Karen Swift, Holly Bobo, Lauren Spierer, Kate Markham and Paige Johnson. Karen Swift's son Preston Swift was also on the same CNN show on November 18, 2011.

PI Bill Warner: Today there are at least 12 petite white females who all look-a-like with long blond hair who have been murdered, kidnapped or listed as 'missing' and there is not one suspect or person of interest named in any of their cases.

JANE VELEZ-MITCHELL: And the theory that there might be a connection was first brought to our attention by private investigator Bill Warner, who joins us tonight. Bill, have you been, I think, checking this out, and you have apparently found out that three of these five women`s cell phones have not been found. Do you have any new information for us that might give us an idea of whether these cases are connected.

PI BILL WARNER: Well, I want to go back to what Preston Swift just said concerning his mother`s cell phone, and it appears they pinged it at 5 a.m. on this Google search, and it was 12 miles away from the home. The car was found about a half a mile away from the home. Kind of indicates that she had gone mobile.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Have police given you any feedback on your theory?

PI BILL WARNER: No. No. There`s no communication there.

18). Private investigator Bill Warner was back on CNN Headline News Jane Velez-Mitchell's show GONE on December 12th, 2011 talking about the unsolved cases of 12 missing (or murdered) petite blond females and now the murder of Karen Swift whose body was found 12 years ago on Dec 11, 2011 in Dyersburg TN, see VIDEO. At this time, Dec 12, 2011, I further stated my suspicion that Terry Brxxx was involved in the abduction and murder of Karen Swift in Dyersburg TN and the abduction of Holly Bobo in Darden - Parsons TN. Later after the body of Holly Bobo out of Darden TN was found and the TBI "initially"named sex offender Terry Brxxx as a suspect in the abduction and murder of Holly Bobo.

CNN Transcript: ISSUES WITH JANE VELEZ-MITCHELL Missing Mother, 44, Found Murdered in Tennessee Aired December 12, 2011 - 19:00 ET

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Good evening, I`m Jane Velez-Mitchell coming to you live from New York City. Now, Karen Swift vanished six weeks ago after returning from a Halloween party after midnight. Her car was found later with a flat or slashed tire, depending on who you talk to, along a main highway less than a mile from her home. Karen had just filed for divorce three weeks earlier, and she was still living with her estranged husband. Police have not named David Swift a suspect. But when a woman vanishes right after filing for divorce, police normally try to rule the husband out first. Shortly after Karen vanished, their son insisted his dad had absolutely nothing to do with his mom's disappearance.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Right. And we are -- again, Karen`s husband is not considered a suspect. And we`re going to read his statement in a second. But if we don`t get to examine these situations and learn something from them, hypothetically, then we really are doing the viewers a disservice. And I think it would be fair -- you`re an expert -- to say, "Hey, unless absolutely there`s no other alternative, don`t live with your husband during the divorce. Not a good idea." Now I want to go to Bill Warner, who`s a private investigator, who has a totally different theory on this case, one that has actually nothing to do with any family member. Bill Warner, you find it very significant that Karen`s body was found near a cemetery. Why is that?

BILL WARNER, PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR (via phone): Well it wasn`t found near. It was found next to. There`s a little dirt road off of this Harness Road that leads up to the Bledsoe Cemetery. The little dirt road separates where the body was found and where the headstones are. It`s within 30, 40 feet.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: OK, that`s near. Just so you know, it`s near. So...

BILL WARNER: ... Harness Road. (UNINTELLIGIBLE) The problem I have, is that I was aware earlier in the year in -- from January through March 2011, that there was a supposed serial killer in the Memphis Tennessee area who killed four women and dumped in or near their bodies in a cemetery in Memphis, Tennessee, the Mount Carmel Cemetery. I find this a little disturbing, being only maybe an hour and a half way from Dyersburg Tennessee.

As far as my involvement is all of these missing blond look-a-like female cases goes, I work alone, my theories are my own and I do not consult with anyone before I published my articles which have been featured in numerous newspapers online. I first spoke publicly about five missing petite blond females on CNN Headline News back on Friday Nov. 18th, 2011 and at that time it included Karen Swift before it became known she had been murdered.

11 years later on Aug 8, 2022 — A Dyer County grand jury indicted David Swift Monday afternoon on a charge of pre-meditated first-degree murder in the death of his wife Karen Swift.

I have published information about 'true crime stories' on my websites since 2002 and appeared on several national TV programs that feature 'True Crime Stories' over the last 22 years which is all part of my business plan and promotion of my licensed private detective agency in Sarasota Fl.

19). Most recently I was on on Crime Stories with Nancy Grace June 7, 2023: TED BUNDY & MOSCOW MURDERS: Two of a kind? Since the November 13th 2022 attack on four coeds in Idaho, there have been many comparisons between alleged murderer Bryan Kohberger and notorious serial killer Ted Bundy. Bundy’s attack on the Florida State University Chi Omega sorority house in 1978 is eerily similar to what happened on King Road. Be sure to join us for our investigation into the similarities between these gruesome attacks in, ‘Parallels of Evil: The Bundy and Idaho Killings,’ now streaming on Fox Nation, here. Joining Nancy Grace Today: John Henry Browne – Ted Bundy’s Former Defense Attorney and Author of “The Devil’s Defender: My Odyssey Through American Criminal Justice from Ted Bundy to the Kandahar Massacre” and Bill Warner – Private Investigator. “Crime Stories with Nancy Grace” on Fox Nation is also a national radio show on SiriusXM channel 111, airing for two hours daily starting at 12 p.m. EST.
