'Wolves of Manhattan' (WoM) publishes in Arabic, English and French, and exists explicitly and exclusively to incite violence in the West especially in the USA. Among Al Qaeda's regional affiliates, AQAP has been the branch most dedicated to conducting terrorist attacks in America. The Wolves of Manhattan magazine is published by a group called Jaysh al Malahim al Electroni (Electronic Battle Army), which is associated with AQAP. The magazine 'Wolves of Manhattan' has also offered bounties for killing police officers. 'Wolves of Manhattan' magazine called it a “dream” to “see a day like” 9/11 “happen in Tel Aviv, where Jews are crushed.” 'Wolves of Manhattan' magazine is linked to Al-Qaeda’s official media, As-Sahab. 'Wolves of Manhattan Magazine,' issued by the al-Malahem Electronic Army (aka al-Malahem Cyber Army) that is supportive of al-Qa'ida.
