Georgian Bay Canada councillor Kristian Graziano report by comm Suzanne Craig claims he violated code of conduct bullying intimidation of staff.

NOTE* Kristian Graziano Toronto Canada is an elected official (Councillor) he is Municipal Councillor for Ward 3 at Township of Georgian Bay Canada and as such he is a Public Figure and subject to scrutiny. This heightened standard ensures accountability, allowing media, public, and legal criticism of their actions and in private lives. Quote from Kristian Graziano; My constituents come first. I’m a pragmatic leader who seeks to bring accountability and prudence back to municipal politics. So why does Kristian Graziano heavily invest in his rental house in the United States? Municipal Councillor for Ward 3 at Township of Georgian Bay Canada Kristian Graziano owns a rental home, income property, in Sarasota Fl listed on VRBO, AIRBNB and Bookingcom, see link CLICK HERE.

NEWS December 18th, 2025: "Georgian Bay Canada councillor Kristian Graziano to address report he violated code of conduct with bullying, intimidation of staff". In her 38-page report commissioner Suzanne Craig ruled there was misconduct by councillor Kristian Graziano regarding the treatment of township staff regarding a firearm discharge bylaw matter. The report stated Graziano questioned staff’s integrity and sought to undermine their professional decisions during May 5’s council meeting, and that councillor Kristian Graziano “exhibited disrespectful behavior” during a May 6 committee meeting, “creating an intimidating atmosphere for staff.” “(Graziano’s) conduct was viewed as bullying, but not classified as harassment,” the Mayor wrote. Some of the sanctions integrity commissioner Suzanne Craig suggested to council included: Formal reprimand for councillor Kristian Graziano to express disapproval of conduct, a 15-day suspension of remuneration for Kristian Graziano due to multiple breaches and lack of insight, plus mandatory training on council-staff relations/respectful workplace policies, said commissioner Suzanne Craig “The suspension of pay for Kristian Graziano is significant enough to signal that the findings are serious, said commissioner Suzanne Craig. Graziano had been given a copy of the final report in advance and had the opportunity to submit a written response to the commissioner’s report for the Dec. 1st 2025 meeting, but did not do so.

UPDATED DEC 20, 2025....A Georgian Bay councillor who had been reported by the township’s integrity commissioner to have broken code of conduct rules will not face sanctions. Councillor Kristian Graziano will not have his remuneration suspended, nor will he have to officially apologize to staff or take training on council/staff relations following a vote at a special Dec. 18 meeting. The meeting was held because Graziano couldn’t attend the Dec. 1 meeting when the commissioner’s final report, and the possible sanctions, were presented. The sanctions stem from findings by commissioner Suzanne Craig that Graziano and Coun. Brian Bochek broke council’s conduct rules. In her 38-page report, Craig ruled there was misconduct by the two councillors regarding their treatment of township staff regarding a firearm discharge bylaw matter.

1). Communication with Kristian Graziano was poor, and he was condescending and rude. He violated our privacy by recording us on a camera that we weren’t made aware of. When we got to the house I went to the pool and changed into my bathing suit in what we thought was a private back yard. When I noticed the camera, I felt so upset and violated, but we decided not to address the issue with Kristian Graziano, because we did not want confrontation, and to disrupt our vacation, so my husband covered the camera with a hand towel only while we were in the pool area. As we were getting ready to go out Kristian Graziano called my husband and said “I’m looking at the camera, did you disconnect it?” My husband explained to him that we covered the camera because I felt violated, and Kristian Graziano rudely informed us he was going to cancel our reservation and hung up on my husband. We immediately called VRBO and they told us that our reservation was not canceled. We went to dinner and when we got back the code to the door was changed and we could not get in. We then spent 2 hours on the phone with VRBO to make arrangements to get our belongings. Kristian Graziano has since updated the listening with mention of the camera, but I took screenshots and it wasn’t listed anywhere in the description or list of rules you have to sign before entering the house. As disruptive and creepy as this was, VRBO was very accommodating and paid for a beautiful hotel, and they, not Kristian Graziano, refunded us the full price of the house.

The Mac Baller Brims are a set of the national Bloods gang, primarily based in the Bronx, NY, that established a significant drug trafficking operation in the Binghamton area, leading to major federal law enforcement actions. Active in Binghamton from at least September 2009 through March 2014 and now into 2022, the gang, also known locally as the "MacBallers," distributed large quantities of crack cocaine, powdered cocaine, heroin, and marijuana. The gang acquired drugs mainly from New York City suppliers and used rental vehicles, prepaid cell phones, and a local business, the "17 East" nightclub on Clinton Street, as a "clubhouse" to coordinate their activities. They also used firearms, including handguns, for protection and violence.
The Mac Ballers group had a branch in upstate Binghamton that supplied local dealers who sold the drugs on the campus of SUNY Binghamton. That branch was dismantled by authorities.

To facilitate his illegal activities and launder the significant amounts of money generated, reportedly thousands of dollars weekly, McDonald utilized a sophisticated money laundering scheme involving the creation of fake businesses and defrauding various banks. Kimoy McDonald maintained an apartment on Reynolds Road in Johnson City, NY, which served as a hub for storing and distributing the narcotics from May 2019 until his arrest  June 22, 2022.

Arrest, Trial, and Conviction; McDonald's operations came to an end with a series of sweeping arrests of his gang members in June 2022. Following these arrests, the case was unusually kept under a strict seal in the US District Court for the Northern District of New York in Syracuse, meaning the general public and local media outlets were largely unaware of the legal proceedings for over three years.

The federal trial was protracted, secret, and sealed lasting approximately 3 years and 6 months. On December 18, 2025, the seal was lifted upon his conviction and sentencing. Conviction: Kimoy McDonald was found guilty of a comprehensive list of charges, including various drug charges, bank fraud, money laundering, aggravated ID fraud, and conspiracy to distribute narcotics. Connections to Unsolved Cases; An interesting and somber aspect of the information available online revolves around the timing of McDonald's activities and an unsolved murder in the Binghamton area. Aliza Spencer Murder: On April 21, 2022, 12-year-old Aliza Spencer was shot and killed near corner of Bigelow Street and Chamberlain in Binghamton, NY. The murder case remains unsolved. Binghamton drug dealer Kimoy Mcdonald got a 144 month (12 year) federal prison sentence on Dec 18th 2025, as of Feb 14, 2026 he has been transferred to the Lewisburg federal penitentiary, the Big House, in Lewisburg PA about a 3 hour drive to the Bronx NY, so much for him getting prison time close to the Bronx and his pals. Inmates at the medium-security facility face risks of violence,, inconsistent medical care, and, for some, dangerous abrupt discontinuation of mental health medication. Jimmy Hoffa of Teamsters fame and the mob, ranks among the lockup’s most infamous residents. Hoffa was famous before being sent to prison. Others gained notoriety solely because of their crimes. John Gotti, “Teflon Don” and reputed boss of the Gambino Crime Family, served there. Whitey Bulger served there, too. His own exploits are the basis of several films and TV shows, including “Black Mass” starring Johnny Depp and “The Departed,” a Scorcese movie in which Jack Nicholson depicted “Frank Costello,” reportedly loosely based on Bulger. Enoch Johnson and Dutch Schultz, central characters to the show “Boardwalk Empire,” were also inmates at Lewisburg. Paul Vario and Henry Hill are among those depicted serving in “Mafia row” at Lewisburg in yet another Scorcese film, “Goodfellas.” There’s a famous scene from the 1990 flick in which Vario and Hill, portrayed by Paul Sorvino and Ray Liotta, respectively, are among a small group living lavishly by prison standards — drinking wine, cooking steaks, receiving lobsters on ice, slicing garlic with a razor blade. Here’s a look at the time some famous spent in the Lewisburg penitentiary since it opened in 1932 — one of four federal prisons operated by the Bureau of Prisons after it was established in 1930, but the first built specifically for the government agency. Jimmy Hoffa arrived at the front gates of the Lewisburg federal penitentiary on March 7, 1967. Dressed in a two-piece suit, the 54-year-old Teamsters Union boss carried a topcoat over his hands to shield the handcuffs clasping his wrists together. He was described as “visibly shaken” but also said to smile and nod to reporters and photographers gathered to observe his entrance.

A short time after, Browne was involved in a motor vehicle accident in the area of Eldredge Street and Brandywine Avenue, the operator of the vehicle Browne collided with called 911 and advised which way Brown fled the accident on foot. A short time later Browne was taken into custody by members of the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force on the railroad tracks nearby. Taykwann Browne appears to link to Kimoy McDonald, they were both working the same east side of Binghamton NY neighborhood in 2022.
Taykwann J. Browne
DOB 05/25/1996, was sentenced in Broome County Court on Aug 23rd, 2023 to 10 years in prison followed by five years of post-release supervision, after pleading guilty to a charge of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony. Browne, who was on parole for a 2015 robbery conviction in Brooklyn, also faces murder charges in New York City, according to the Broome County District Attorney's Office.

United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, Jay Clayton, United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, Joseph Nocella, Jr., Assistant Director in Charge of the New York Field Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”), Christopher G. Raia, Special Agent in Charge of the New York Field Office of Homeland Security Investigations (“HSI”), Ricky J. Patel, Special Agent in Charge of the New York Field Office of Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation (“IRS-CI”), Harry T. Chavis, Jr., and Commissioner of the New York City Police Department (“NYPD”), Jessica S. Tisch, joined federal partners on Dec. 10, 2025 to announce the establishment of the Homeland Security Task Force (“HSTF”) New York. Co-led by HSI and the FBI, the HSTF New York will serve as a first-of-its-kind task force that utilizes a whole-of-government approach to identify, disrupt and dismantle criminal cartels, Nicolas Maduro Moros, foreign gangs, and transnational criminal organizations (“TCOs”) in New York (like Mac Ballers) and throughout the United States.
NOTE* Back in 2018, Calvin Johnson, 42, pleaded guilty in April 2018 to felony counts of drug trafficking conspiracy and possessing a firearm by a convicted felon, all related to the "MacBallers" drug raids in 2012 on Binghamton NY West Side that targeted 14 members and associates of the Bloods street gang. For a second time, the Binghamton man who operated a drug trafficking gang's "clubhouse" is going to federal prison. MacBallers congregated at their "club house," the now-shuttered 17 East club on Clinton Street in Binghamton, according to prosecutors. This time, it's for 35 years, instead of a life sentence. "MacBallers" drug dealer gang members have made Binghamton NY their home away from home (Bronx NY).
