In her 38-page report  commissioner Suzanne Craig ruled there was misconduct by councillor Kristian Graziano regarding the treatment of township staff regarding a firearm discharge bylaw matter. The report stated Graziano questioned staff’s integrity and sought to undermine their professional decisions during May 5’s council meeting, and that councillor “exhibited disrespectful behavior” during a May 6 committee meeting, “creating an intimidating atmosphere for staff.” “(Graziano’s) conduct was viewed as bullying, but not classified as harassment,” the Mayor wrote. Some of the sanctions Craig suggested to council included: Formal reprimand for councillor to express disapproval of conduct. 15-day suspension of remuneration for Kristian Graziano (who is White) due to multiple breaches and lack of insight, plus mandatory training on council-staff relations/respectful workplace policies, said commissioner Suzanne Craig (who is Black). “The suspension of pay for Kristian Graziano is significant enough to signal that the findings are serious, said commissioner Suzanne Craig (who is Black).

The meeting was held because Graziano couldn’t attend the Dec. 1 meeting when the commissioner’s final report, and the possible sanctions, were presented. 1). Communication with Kristian Graziano was poor, and he was condescending and rude. He violated our privacy by recording us on a camera that we weren’t made aware of. When we got to the house I went to the pool and changed into my bathing suit in what we thought was a private back yard. When I noticed the camera, I felt so upset and violated, but we decided not to address the issue with Kristian Graziano, because we did not want confrontation, and to disrupt our vacation, so my husband covered the camera with a hand towel only while we were in the pool area. As we were getting ready to go out Kristian Graziano called my husband and said “I’m looking at the camera, did you disconnect it?” My husband explained to him that we covered the camera because I felt violated, and Kristian Graziano rudely informed us he was going to cancel our reservation and hung up on my husband. We immediately called VRBO and they told us that our reservation was not canceled. We went to dinner and when we got back the code to the door was changed and we could not get in. We then spent 2 hours on the phone with VRBO to make arrangements to get our belongings. Kristian Graziano has since updated the listening with mention of the camera, but I took screenshots and it wasn’t listed anywhere in the description or list of rules you have to sign before entering the house. As disruptive and creepy as this was, VRBO was very accommodating and paid for a beautiful hotel, and they, not Kristian Graziano, refunded us the full price of the house.

2). I guess we are the first to end the 5 star trend of this property.... Well nothing lasts forever. Do not be deceived by the pics. We were so disappointed. PLEASE be very careful with the homeowners. Once you book and pay for your entire stay on VRBO ( which they only use as an advertising platform) they then send you a rental agreement contract separately to your private email with many rules a bit over the top. If you cant provide. Only one working TV In the back of house. If you so much as sit on their pool sofa with sunscreen they WILL charge your credit card! THIS IS A definite NO if you have kids. We do not have children and we were on edge because of this. Before arrival I questioned the owner Kristian Graziano, on why they have security cameras in the pool area. I did not feel comfortable with that. His arrogant response was "I'm an executive , you think I have time to watch you "I had a bad feeling about him (Kristian Graziano) from that point. If you want to sunbathe topless or skinny dip with your partner rethink that. We were concerned that there may be hidden cameras inside the (2626 Prospect St ) property as well. As there were 3 noticeable cameras on the property. Next, the day we arrived Natalie texted me saying the washing machine is not working and they will give us 100 credit. NEVER GOT I! They control AC and house runs very warm. We thought it was broken as the the filter needed to be changed. Kristian Graziano threatened to charge us if he had to send a repair person over. They seem nice in the beginning, but not the case Disliked: cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy.

 3). The ONLY nice thing about this property is the pool. But DO NOT plan on it being heated on cool nights. It's NOT as the owner/host refuses to accommodate his guests' needs. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!!! This house looked fantastic listed with all amenities, including a heated pool and hot tub for guest use at all times. I was skeptical about it being a non-refundable property. But, I did my research, and I was confident in my choice. Two days before arrival comes "THE BOOK" of rules. The owner states he would have total control over the thermostat at all times. If you wished to use the hot tub, the host needed 24 hours' notice. There would be a pool person and landscaping coming by, but would not disrupt our stay. Along with about 20 more rules. We arrived late, and our code would not work. It took nearly 45 minutes to get inside. Once in, the house was 82°. We started turning on all fans. My sons fan did not work. I immediately notified the host. NO RESPONSE. I found I had a mini fan in the main closet and put it in his room for some air, and put an order in for delivery from Walmart for more fans immediately. I let the owner (KRISTIAN GRAZIANO) know the temp in the home, and it needed to be turned down asap!! The next day we requested to use the hot tub to which I was met with, "well, that's an odd request as most people don't use it this time of year in Florida, but OK". We were told we needed a key. It was locked in a safe. So my husband called the host for direction. My husband was given the wrong code by the host, at which time the owner (KRISTIAN GRAZIANO) started speaking to my husband in a very condescending manner. Once open, there was a second safe. For what? I have no idea!! Finally inside, while using the hot tub, my husband upped the temp. It was to go in 10 degree increments, and his BIG fingers hit it one too many times and tripped it out as it was upped 11 degrees rather than 10. We had to wait until morning for a reset. Which we understood and accepted as it was an honest mistake on our part. Tech came the next morning and said he reset the hot tub. We checked 2 hours later. It was still tripped.
