Happy Face Killers Working the Interstate as Long Haul Truckers so FBI Set up 'Highway Serial Killings Initiative' To Catch Them

Happy Face Killers Working the Interstate as Long Haul Truckers so FBI Set up 'Highway Serial Killings Initiative' To Catch Them. A&E SERIES THE KILLING SEASON 'A Killer On the Road': featured private investigator Bill Warner whose alarming revelation that there exists long haul truckers moonlighting as serial killers terrorizing America’s interstate system. Ideal profession for a serial killer working as a long-haul truck driver. ‘Hey, you need a ride?’ Trucker Serial Killers Leave Bodies of Women Along Interstate Truck Routes Nationwide. Roy Nellsch a long-haul trucker convicted of kidnapping and rape had been keeping a bloody bag filled with women’s underwear inside his cab. Federal authorities then confirmed in an indictment that police multiple found bags of women’s underwear and bras inside, trophies. An additional source confirmed that blood was found on the bag. Police also found two handguns, a stun gun and handcuffs inside the cab, how may bodies on this trucker?

NY Post writes Sunday May 1st, 2022, A good number of serial killers are believed to be truckers like the “Happy Face Killer” Keith Jesperson long-haul drivers who target prostitutes and take advantage of being on the road for weeks at a time to hide their crimes. “They can work a circuit,” cold case investigator Paul Holes said. “Picking up sex workers is something that has been seen over and over again. ‘Hey, you need a ride?’ And the victim gets in their vehicle and they’re done.” The creation of the FBI’s Highway Serial Killings Initiative in 2009 underscores the pervasiveness of truck-driving predators, he said. “It’s a huge aspect.”

If there is such a thing as an ideal profession for a serial killer, it may well be as a long-haul truck driver. FBI Crime Analyst Christie Palazzolo is quick to point out that long-haul trucking is an honorable profession and that the overwhelming majority of drivers are not murderers—but it does happen, and the pattern is unmistakable. More than a decade ago, analysts for the FBI’s Violent Criminal Apprehension Program (ViCAP)—the only national database of serial crimes—began to see a marked increase in the number of bodies recovered along the side of the road. A majority of the victims were truck-stop prostitutes, and it turned out that many of the suspects were long-haul truckers.

At least 25 long-haul truckers are currently imprisoned for serial murders. In 2009, the FBI revealed their database, the Highway Serial Killings Initiative, which tracks information about hundreds of murders that have taken place along US highways and tries to link some together by details. In the first four years of its existence, the program helped authorities to identify and arrest 10 men, believed to be responsible for over 30 deaths. One is Mississippi long-haul trucker John Robert Williams Using the FBI’s Highway Serial Killings Initiative database, analyst Terri Turner was able to link seven unsolved cases to Williams. Another one is Illinois-based truck driver Bruce Mendenhall. After Mendenhall was arrested, he implicated himself in the murders of at least five other women. Blood tests revealed the DNA of 10 different people in Mendenhall’s cab. Using the Violent Criminal Apprehension Program (ViCAP), authorities were able to match Mendenhall’s MO to several other unsolved murders around the country.

Serial Killer William Devonshire Attacking Women in Sarasota Since Nov 2013 Arrival From Newark DE On Parole for Murder. This 6' 4" tall, 220 pound monster has been roaming amongst us in downtown Sarasota since Nov 2013. Ex-con William J. Devonshire, DOB 9/23/1969, decided this area was best for him after his parole for murder in Wilmington DE, lucky us. Serial Killer William J. Devonshire had arrests in New Jersey, Ohio, Indiana, Maryland, Wilmington Delaware (Mid Atlantic trucking routes) and Sarasota Florida, I get the impression William Devonshire had worked as a long haul trucker. I-95 runs directly through Wilmington Delaware, a transportation hub, where William Devonshire had lived. William Devonshire is a convicted murderer, as a result of an incident which occurred on April 3, 2003 in the State of Delaware, Superior Court of Delaware, for Kent County. William J. Devonshire was convicted of the Murder in 2005, but did not receive a LIFE sentence, in fact he was back on the streets by mid 2013 in Sarasota Fl just 8 years later, WTF? William J. Devonshire, DOB 9/23/1969, prior address in 2003 was on Spruce Ave Wilmington, DE 19805

William Devonshire's signature style of murder is blunt force trauma and manual strangulation. William J. Devonshire did time in the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution also known as Gander Hill Prison due to the neighborhood in which it is located is a Level 5 facility. William J. Devonshire's DNA has been in the system since at least 2003. In Sarasota, he grabs the women by the throat and strangles the life out of his victims with his bare hands after striking them in the head.

Serial Killers like William Devonshire in Sarasota go after marginalized individuals particularly prostitutes, drug addicts and the homeless who are relatively easy marks as they tend to lose touch with family and friends and might have a history of disappearing for extended periods of time. There is no doubt in my mind that William "Bill" Devonshire killed the two homeless women along the north Tamiami Trl, in Feb and March of 2022, that makes him a serial killer with his prior murder conviction in Delaware. How many other bodies are on this monster is unknown.

According to the FBI, four killings along I-4 near Orlando are among 28 in Florida that are unsolved and connected to serial killings that the bureau suspects were committed by long-haul truckers. Those include 19 deaths along the Interstate 4 corridor between Tampa and Daytona Beach, although all but one local law-enforcement agency denies any serial-killer cases on its books. The FBI report documents dozens of serial killings of people whose bodies were dumped near popular trucking routes. The report is accompanied by a map that shows the FBI plotting more than 500 serial killings — mostly prostitutes and female drug users — across the United States.

Flight 23 was the 5th plane to be seized on 9/11 and the 4 Arab terrorists in 1st class seats who got away

Flight 23 was the 5th plane to be seized on 9/11 and the 4 Arab terrorists in 1st class seats who got away. At JFK Airport, United Airlines Flight 23 was a flight scheduled to depart to Los Angeles (LAX) at 8:30am on September 11 2001 with a full load of jet fuel. United Airlines Flight 23 suspected as the 5th plane to be hijacked by Al-Qaeda terrorists makes seance. Al-Qaeda boss OBL wanted to hit the 2 WTC Towers, the Pentagon, the Capitol Building and the White House, he needed 5 planes. United Airlines Flight 23 was late in pushing back from the gate. Flight 23 captains, Carol Timmons and Tom Manello have heard a report over their radio that a plane has flown into the World Trade Center. They then receive an ACARS message, An ACARDS message is a digital datalink system for transmission of short messages between aircraft and ground stations via airband radio or satellite. The message is from Ed Ballinger, “We have gone to heightened security. Do not open cockpit doors. Secure the cockpit.” Soon after the flight attendant tells the passengers that the flight has been cancelled, the 4 Arab men become abruptly agitated and the argument becomes so heated that she called airport security to the gate. Authorities will later check the men’s unclaimed on board baggage and find box-cutters, copies of the Koran, and al-Qaeda instruction sheets. On September 14, it is reported that investigators believe at least one of these passengers was among a number of individuals taken into custody at JFK and LaGuardia Airports the previous day on Sept 13, 2001. However in 2004, Representative Mark Kirk (Illinois) will say the suspicious Flight 23 passengers were never found and are likely still at large.

Wilmington (Delaware) News-Journal featured a front-page article on the Delaware Air National Guard’s first female general, Carol Timmons, who was promoted to that rank at a ceremony on Saturday. General Timmons has had a long career as a pilot, including time as a commercial pilot for Pan Am and United Airlines. The profile of General Timmons recounts that on the morning of September 11, 2001, she was the first officer on United Airlines flight 23 preparing to take-off from New York’s JFK Airport bound for Los Angeles. The plane had already pulled away from the gate and was taxiing down the runway when the airport was shut down and the crew was ordered to secure the cockpit.

Timmons confirmed that as the pilot grabbed the crash ax, she jumped from her seat and started barricading the cockpit door. From the other side of the barricade the cabin crew relayed their concern about four young Arab men in first-class who became agitated when the take-off was cancelled, and fled from the plane when it returned to the terminal. Shortly after arriving at the gate, Timmons said one of flight attendants called up to the cabin with some disconcerting news. "She said, ‘We've got some guys back here that are very agitated that we're going back and that we're not taking off and they look Middle Eastern,' and the captain said there was really nothing that he could do but to let operations know about them," Timmons said.

As soon as we got to the gate and got the door open, those guys were off, she said. "It was total chaos at the airport and they just disappeared into the crowd and there was nothing we could do." Some believe that Timmons' plane was intended to be the fifth to be hijacked that day. After searching the plane, investigators found evidence of ties to al Qaeda in the bags of the men who disappeared. Timmons, the pilot, and the rest of the crew were repeatedly questioned by the FBI, though the findings were never shared. The pilot concluded that Flight 23 would have been the next plane hijacked by terrorists if the airport shutdown order had been delayed. “The FBI asks questions,” General Timmons is quoted as saying, “They don’t tell you things.”
