FBI Report Names Saudi Islamic Affairs Department & Office of Da’wa Imams like Muneer Arafat in Sarasota as Support Network for 9/11 Hijackers

FBI Report Names Saudi Islamic Affairs Department & Office of Da’wa Imams like Anwar al-Awlaki in San Diego and Muneer Arafat in Sarasota as Support Network for 9/11 Hijackers. The 9/11 Commission Report confirms that many of the muscle hijackers were recruited through local mosques run by Imams hired and payed by the Saudi Islamic Affairs Department & Office of Da’wa. Sarasota Imam Muneer Arafat was employed by Saudi Arabia Ministry of Islamic Affairs that built Mosques in America and funded the 9/11 Hijackers. Imam Muneer Arafat was spreading Jihad in St Louis, he was banned at the Grand Gateway Mosque, but he was hired March 2000 in Sarasota Fl, why? Saudi Arabia, of course, has a deep historical and symbiotic relationship with the radical Islamic ideology of Wahhabism. The Saudis continue aggressively to export this intolerant and virulent form of Islam to Muslims across the globe via Imams, and to inculcate it in the major institutions of Islam worldwide. Wahhabism is known throughout the Muslim world for its puritanical and severe approach to the teachings of the Muslim prophet Mohammed. It preaches violence against non-believers or infidels, and those include not just Christians, Jews, Hindus, but also Muslims who don't adhere to the strict Wahhabi faith. It serves as the religious basis for Osama bin Laden and Al- Qaeda.I believe if there was no Wahhabism and no Saudi government, you could make a very good argument that 9/11 wouldn't have happened.

Information contained in a 2003 FBI report later became central to Operation Encore – the FBI’s once-confidential probe of suspected Saudi government involvement in 9/11. Encore’s existence became public in 2016 when a highly redacted 2012 FBI report about the investigation was released to Florida Bulldog amid Freedom of Information Act litigation. Jarrah, who was a suspected Saudi intelligence officer, was among a trio of Saudis named in the 2012 report as subjects of the Encore probe. His identity was not made public until the government mistakenly released it in a court filing in 2020. The 2003 FBI report tied Jarrah “specifically with the Southern California based network of Muhammad al-Muhannah [also spelled Muhanna] and Fahad al-Thumairy.’’

FLORIDA BULLDOG WRITES May 15th, 2022, A 130-page FBI report written only last July lays out the numerous connections of U.S.-based “personnel and entities controlled by the Saudi Arabian government” to the al Qaeda terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001. It’s the first time since the public learned of the existence of a secret investigation into the Saudis’ role in 9/11 – code-named Operation Encore – that the Justice Department has declassified records previously declared to be “state secrets” that say Saudi government officials knowingly provided a support network for the first two al Qaeda hijackers to enter the U.S. The new report lays out what it calls the FBI’s “investigations and supporting documentation” regarding the religious “militant network that was created, funded directed and supported by the KSA [Kingdom of Saudi Arabia] and its affiliated organizations and diplomatic personnel within the U.S.”Much of the report zeros in on the apparently nefarious roles of a pair of religious offices operating within the Washington, D.C. Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – the Islamic Affairs Department and the Office of Da’wa (or Propagation). That network, as described in the report, was intertwined with the hijackers. The FBI refers repeatedly in the report to the existence of U.S.-based Saudi “support networks” for the 9/11 hijackers. Previously, the FBI had not acknowledged that such networks were found. The report also names Prince Bandar, then Saudi Arabia’s ambassador to the U.S., and the Saudi Embassy as being involved with the funding “of a multitude of Islamic organizations, imams and other religious figures within the U.S. – many of which were involved with militant ideology. It is well known among American fighters of terrorism that once someone is in Saudi Arabia, particularly a Saudi citizen, you cannot question them. Our law enforcement is blocked. That is the government of Saudi Arabia, not some citizens who have gone awry, the government of Saudi Arabia.

RIYADH March 29, 2022— Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance Sheikh Dr. Sheikh Abdullatif Al Al-Sheikh has accredited 25 Imams to lead Tarawih and Qiyam prayers in 12 countries. The Imamah program abroad in the holy month of Ramadan is one of the programs that the ministry implements every year in response to applications from Islamic centers and associations across the world. The program aims at spreading true Islam, raising awareness among Muslims and reminding them of what is good for them, and their religion and life. Saudi Arabia has spent billions of dollars on da'wa (Islamic propagation) activities around the world over the past half century.

Saudi Arabia has a deep historical and symbiotic relationship with the radical Islamic ideology of Wahhabism. Saudi Arabia Ministry of Islamic Affairs pays and facilitates Imams in the USA, like Muneer Arafat who shows up in Sarasota Fl in early 2000 just prior to the arrival of 9/11 hijack pilots Mohamed Atta, Ziad Jarrah and Marwan al-Shehhi, small world eh? Al-Qaeda, murderous as it is, is but a symptom of an underlying malignancy which is Islamic extremism, or Wahhabism. David Aufhauser, General Counsel to the Treasury Department claims the Saudi regime is the epicenter of terrorist financing. It serves as the religious basis for Al- Qaeda. Saudi Arabia sends aid and builds mosques that spread its Wahhabi variant of Islam around the world. The money involved amounts to billions of dollars each year.

The appearance of Ziyad Khaleel in the FBI’s narrative brings the 9/11 case back once again to Florida. The reason: another of his former roommates, Muneer K. Arafat, was an imam from 2000-2003 at a Sarasota-area mosque run by the Islamic Society of Sarasota/Bradenton. According to a Dec. 8, 2003 Florida Department of Law Enforcement report obtained by Florida Bulldog, a source told FDLE and FBI agents, “Arafat was a member of the Islamic Brotherhood, who follows a radical belief…and wishes harm to the United States.” That same year, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported that Arafat testified about his involvement with Khaleel, who also went by the name Ziyad Sadaqa, before a federal grand jury in December 2002. Arafat, a Kuwaiti of Palestinian descent, was transported from Sarasota to St. Louis to testify following his November 2002 arrest for overstaying his visa, the paper said.

Muneer Arafat’s name and phone numbers were also found in the cell phone address book of Wissam Hammoud following Hammoud’s January 2004 arrest in Sarasota for weapons violations and attempting to kill a federal agent and witness. Hammoud pleaded guilty a year later and was sentenced to 21 years in prison. The U.S. Bureau of Prisons, which has classified Hammoud as an “international terrorist associate,” lists Hammoud as due for early release in September. Sarasota private detective Bill Warner has tracked Arafat, 57, for years – ever since Warner’s involvement with U.S. Immigration and Customs (ICE) agents and the Sarasota Police Department as a confidential informant in a terrorism investigation that began in June 2002. “The FBI office in Sarasota was aware of my activity as the local Sarasota Police Department reported directly to them any information I supplied. ICE investigation became a hot issue as it linked to terrorism and was taken over by the FBI in 2003,” Warner said. “Imam Muneer Arafat in my opinion and from my experience was a double agent. He worked for (the) FBI as a paid confidential informant from 2002-2003, wearing a wire in support of terrorism investigation in Sarasota Fl. and was part of the advance team in early 2000 for 9/11 hijack pilots Mohamed Atta, Marwan al-Shehhi and Ziad Jarrah also in Sarasota County,” Bill Warner said. RYAN SAMSEL SAYS PROUD BOY BOSS JOE BIGGS HAD A CONCEALED GUN IN POCKET HOLSTER AT JAN 6TH CAPITOL RIOT

The maximum penalty for carrying a pistol without a license in the District of Columbia is 5 years in prison and/or a $12,500.0 fine, Mr Biggs from Florida. The pocket holster is one of the most concealable and comfortable ways to conceal your handgun, especially if you are going to be out and about all day and possibly end up in a skirmish. The pocket holster can easily conceal a 9mm handgun, no grip will be sticking out, no bulge at your waistline that could be detected. And if you go hand to hand combat the gun will not fall out or be detected if your coat or shirt is ripped away. I have several, one for a airweight snub nose revolver and one for a pistol.

UPDATE June 28th, 2022... WELLINGTON, New Zealand (AP) — New Zealand's government has declared that American far-right groups the Proud Boys and The Base are terrorist organizations. The two groups join 18 others including Islamic State that have been given an official terrorist designation, making it illegal in New Zealand to fund, recruit or participate in the groups, and obligating authorities to take action against them. In the U.S., the State Department only lists foreign groups as terrorist entities. But the Proud Boys were last year named a terrorist group in Canada, while The Base has previously been declared a terrorist group in Britain, Canada and Australia.

NYT Jan 6th, 2021: In the moments that made up the attack on the Capitol on Jan. 6, it has long been one of the most intriguing: As a pro-Trump mob grew in size and anger, a man in a MAGA hat briefly spoke outside the building with the Proud Boys leader Joseph Biggs. Minutes later, the man, Ryan Samsel, walked to the front of the crowd, turned his hat backward and started to shove aggressively at a barricade. As others joined him, the barricade fell, knocking down and injuring police officer Caroline Edwards and arguably setting off the ensuing riot.

For months, however, according to three people familiar with the matter, the government has known Ryan Samsel’s account of the exchange: He has told investigators that Joe Biggs encouraged Ryan Samsel to push at the barricades and that when he hesitated, the Proud Boys leader Joe Biggs flashed a gun, questioned his manhood and repeated his demand to move upfront and challenge the police.

A former airborne soldier who has helped organize several Proud Boys rallies in recent years, Mr. Biggs has been charged with conspiring with other leaders of the far-right group to march a mob of members toward then into the Capitol that day. Ryan Samsel’s version of events, that was provided to the government in late January, when he was interviewed by the F.B.I., without a lawyer present, shortly after his arrest in Pennsylvania, according to the people familiar with the matter. Ryan Samsel has since been charged with several crimes.

Further pointing to extremists carrying guns during the attack on Congress include recent reporting about indicted Proud Boys leader Joe Biggs who had a concealed weapon at the Capitol, newly unsealed evidence of a defendant (Joe Biggs) stating he was armed during the riot, and a recently disclosed document showing that FBI agents were aware before January 6 of specific intelligence about armed people traveling to DC, like Joe Biggs.
