UA Flight 23 Out of JFK Was to be the 5th Plane Seized on 9/11/2001 by Arab Terrorists in 1st Class Seats

UPDATE Mon 20th, 2023 from original article of Sept 11th, 2022. NYP: The captain of United Airlines flight #23 scheduled to take off the morning of Sept. 11, 2001, is convinced his plane was intended to be part of the coordinated terrorist attack. “There is a good chance that somebody was plotting to try to use our airplane as a weapon of mass destruction,” pilot Tom Mannello says in “TMZ Investigates: 9/11: The Fifth Plane,” premiering Monday at 9 p.m. ET on Fox. TMZ said it spent six months investigating the “suspicious and alarming activities” aboard Flight 23, a Boeing 767 that was due to leave JFK Airport for LA at 9 a.m. and more than 50,000 gallons of jet fuel. In the hour-long special, flight attendants aboard the plane that day share their suspicions about four people in first class — two men, a child and a person who was dressed in a hijab, with the crew believing it was a man pretending to be a woman — and a man profusely sweating in business class. They all fled from the plane when it returned to the terminal. Box cutters and Al Qaeda documents were later found in their luggage.

FYI: If United Airlines Flight #23 was to be hijacked on Sept 11, 2001 by the 4 Muslims sitting in 1st Class, that means there was a 5th trained pilot to take over the controls of UA Flight 23. Would that have been Adnan El Shukrijumah who was in Florida and a pilot in 2001 and a known pal of Mohamed Atta? Did he train with Mohamed Atta, Marwan Al-Shehhi and Ziad Jarrah in Venice Fl or Hani Hanjour in Phoenix AZ? Adnan El Shukrijumah or 'Jaffar the Pilot' was born in Saudi Arabia, he was an al-Qaeda operative and a boss, he was also a trained commercial pilot. Adnan Shukrijumah is/was one of several young, street-smart leaders of Al Qaeda handpicked by Khalid Shaikh Mohammed, the mastermind of the Sept. 11 attacks, to keep the terrorist network alive and humming in the face of U.S.-led efforts to unravel it. Sources described El Shukrijumah as an al Qaeda field commander who trained under alleged terror financier Ramzi Binalshibh. They told ABCNEWS that the 27-year-old lived for years in Florida, and was identified by captured al Qaeda attack planner Khalid Shaikh Mohammed. Mohammed also said that El Shukrijumah had been sent to the United States to carry out an operation. He does not have a pilot's license registered with the Federal Aviation Administration, but that does not mean he is not a trained pilot. El Shukrijumah is believed to have trained at a flight school in Florida, he spent his teenage years in Brooklyn NY. Shukrijumah's father, said that Adnan left the United States for Trinidad (by way of Panama) about five months before the 9/11 attacks, or did he? Adnan, who had lived in Trinindad as a small child, was a permanent resident alien of the U.S., a status he has since lost since being out of the United States for more the six months. It is unclear what he was doing in Trinidad and much about Shukrijumah remains a hazy mystery. In late 1999, he started traveling to Pakistan and Afghanistan. While there, it is believed that he trained in an Al Qaeda training camp.

So who are they, names would have been on their tickets and boarding passes, WTF? The entire crew of Flight 23 was interviewed the next day. Pilot Mannello said that during his “three- or-four-hour interview” an agent told him that “there were actually seven Arabs or Muslims who might have been Saudis on the plane. Three were a couple with a two or three-year-old baby. ‘We’re looking for the other four gentlemen,’ the agent said.’ The 4 known terror flights on 9/11 were out of Newark Intl Airport NJ (1), Washington Dulles Intl Airport VA (1) and Boston Logan Intl Airport MA (2). No known terror flights originated out of JFK airport or LaGuardia airport on Sept 11, 2001.

Flight 23 was the 5th plane to be seized on 9/11 and the 4 Arab terrorists in 1st class seats who got away, so who and where are these guys?. At JFK Airport, United Airlines Flight 23 was a flight scheduled to depart to Los Angeles (LAX) at 8:30am on September 11 2001 with a full load of jet fuel. United Airlines Flight 23 suspected as the 5th plane to be hijacked by Al-Qaeda terrorists makes seance. Al-Qaeda boss OBL wanted to hit the 2 WTC Towers, the Pentagon, the Capitol Building and the White House, he needed 5 planes. United Airlines Flight 23 was late in pushing back from the gate. Flight 23 captains, Carol Timmons and Tom Manello have heard a report over their radio that a plane has flown into the World Trade Center. They then receive an ACARS message, An ACARDS message is a digital datalink system for transmission of short messages between aircraft and ground stations via airband radio or satellite. The message is from Ed Ballinger, “We have gone to heightened security. Do not open cockpit doors. Secure the cockpit.” Soon after the flight attendant tells the passengers that the flight has been cancelled, the 4 Arab men become abruptly agitated and the argument becomes so heated that she called airport security to the gate. Authorities will later check the men’s unclaimed on board baggage and find box-cutters, copies of the Koran, and al-Qaeda instruction sheets. On September 14, it is reported that investigators believe at least one of these passengers was among a number of individuals taken into custody at JFK and LaGuardia Airports the previous day on Sept 13, 2001. However in 2004, Representative Mark Kirk (Illinois) will say the suspicious Flight 23 passengers were never found and are likely still at large.

Wilmington (Delaware) News-Journal featured a front-page article on the Delaware Air National Guard’s first female general, Carol Timmons, who was promoted to that rank at a ceremony on Saturday. General Timmons has had a long career as a pilot, including time as a commercial pilot for Pan Am and United Airlines. The profile of General Timmons recounts that on the morning of September 11, 2001, she was the first officer on United Airlines flight 23 preparing to take-off from New York’s JFK Airport bound for Los Angeles. The plane had already pulled away from the gate and was taxiing down the runway when the airport was shut down and the crew was ordered to secure the cockpit.

Timmons confirmed that as the pilot grabbed the crash ax, she jumped from her seat and started barricading the cockpit door. From the other side of the barricade the cabin crew relayed their concern about four young Arab men in first-class who became agitated when the take-off was cancelled, and fled from the plane when it returned to the terminal. Shortly after arriving at the gate, Timmons said one of flight attendants called up to the cabin with some disconcerting news. "She said, ‘We've got some guys back here that are very agitated that we're going back and that we're not taking off and they look Middle Eastern,' and the captain said there was really nothing that he could do but to let operations know about them," Timmons said.

As soon as we got to the gate and got the door open, those guys were off, she said. "It was total chaos at the airport and they just disappeared into the crowd and there was nothing we could do." Some believe that Timmons' plane was intended to be the fifth to be hijacked that day. After searching the plane, investigators found evidence of ties to al Qaeda in the bags of the men who disappeared. Timmons, the pilot, and the rest of the crew were repeatedly questioned by the FBI, though the findings were never shared. The pilot concluded that Flight 23 would have been the next plane hijacked by terrorists if the airport shutdown order had been delayed. “The FBI asks questions,” General Timmons is quoted as saying, “They don’t tell you things.”

Adnan El Shukrijumah or 'Jaffar the Pilot' Was to be at Helm of United Airlines Flight #23 on Sept 11th 2001. In the weeks before 9/11, Abdulazziz al-Hijji -- then 27 -- and his wife, Anoud, daughter of an adviser to a member of the Saudi royal family, departed their home at 4224 Escondito Circle in the upscale gated community of Prestancia Sarasota Fl and returned to Saudi Arabia. An informant told authorities that the Saudi, Abdulazziz al-Hijji, once introduced him to Adnan El Shukrijumah -- another former Florida resident and suspected top al-Qaida operative at the Sarasota Mosque were they went to play soccer in 2001. al-Hijji and his clan left behind three cars and “numerous personal belongings including food, medicine, bills, baby clothing, etc,” according to the Flordia Department of Law Enforcement documents, which state the family departed Sarasota Fl on Aug. 27, 2001. After the 9/11 attacks, an alarmed neighbor contacted the FBI. When several weeks passed without action, Prestanica resident and administrator Larry Berberich alerted local law enforcement. Authorities, including the FBI, moved in. The investigation led to a stunning development, according to Berberich and a counterterrorism officer, who spoke on condition of anonymity. “The car registration numbers of vehicles that had passed through the Prestancia community’s North Gate in the months before 9/11, coupled with the identification documents shown by incoming drivers on request, showed that Mohamed Atta and several of his fellow hijackers – and another Saudi terror suspect still at large – had visited al-Hijji's 4224 Escondito Circle in Sarasota Fl on multiple occasions,” the source said. The others included Marwan al-Shehhi, who plowed a United Airlines jet into the World Trade Center’s South Tower; Ziad Jarrah, who crashed another United jet into a Pennsylvania field; and Walid al-Shehri, who flew with Atta on the first plane to strike the World Trade Center. Also identified as having visited: Saudi-born fugitive Adnan Shukrijumah.  The source said law enforcement “also conducted a link analysis that tracked phone calls – based on dates, times and length of phone conversations to and from the Escondito house – dating back more than a year before 9/11. And the phone traffic also connected with the 9/11 terrorists – though less directly than the gate logs did.”

ISIS-K Under Leadership of Shahab al-Muhajir Grows in Strength Under Protection of Taliban in Afghanistan and Will Target US interests in 6 Months.

ISIS-K Under Leadership of Shahab al-Muhajir Grows in Strength Under Protection of Taliban in Afghanistan and Will Target US interests in 6 Months (they already have). DEAD or ALIVE: ISIS-K boss Shahab al-Muhajir has a $10 Million Dollar bounty on his head through US Rewards For Justice Program, he is a former member of Al-Qaeda. The U.S. Department of State’s Rewards for Justice (RFJ) program is offering a reward of up to $10 million each for information leading to the identification or location of ISIS-K leader Shahab al-Muhajir also known as Sanaullah Ghafari, and for information leading to the arrest or conviction in any country of those responsible for the August 26, 2021, terrorist attack at the Kabul airport. In June 2020, Sanaullah Ghafari was appointed by the ISIS core to lead ISIS-K. Ghafari is responsible for approving all ISIS-K operations throughout Afghanistan and arranging funding to conduct operations. On November 22, 2021, the Department of State designated Ghafari as a Specially Designated Global Terrorist under Executive Order (E.O.) 13224, as amended.

UPDATE FRIDAY 3/17/2023 - THERE HERE IN NYC...NY Post: Ridon Kola an ISIS-loving radical Islamic extremist from Yonkers NY was busted by the feds Friday for plotting to kill the city’s police officers and Yonkers mayor beginning on the street where the local Yonkers St. Patrick’s Day parade was set to go down on Saturday, authorities said Friday. Ridon Kola, 32, directly messaged the Yonkers police, saying “I will crucify Yonkers cops and their bosses all along McLean ave. It will be a horror scene . . . Allahu Ekberr,” according to federal authorities. On November 19, 2021, RIDON KOLA posted to a YPD official social media account a message in Albanian that translated to the following: “I am going to slaughter you little girls.” Though Kola didn’t directly threaten the parade, McLean Avenue is the street where the city’s St. Patrick’s Day event is scheduled for Saturday — and it prompted officials to quickly bust him Friday so he couldn’t do any damage.

On August 26, 2021, ISIS terrorists launched a suicide bombing against Kabul airport as the United States and other governments conducted a large-scale evacuation of their citizens and vulnerable Afghans from the country. At least 185 people were killed in the attack, including 13 U.S. service members supporting evacuation operations. More than 150 people, including 18 U.S. service members, were wounded. ISIS-K claimed responsibility for the attack. The Defense Department identified the 13 U.S. service members who died in an attack outside of the Kabul airport.

CENTCOM commander Gen. Michael Kurilla said ISIS-Khorasan (ISIS-K) – the Afghanistan branch of the Islamic State terror group – has been growing in strength under the Taliban’s rule of the country following the end of the US’ 20-year war there. Kurilla declined to publicly share why he assessed the group would be ready to strike outside Afghanistan’s borders soon, saying he would tell lawmakers his reasoning in a subsequent closed session. However, the general attributed some of the terror network’s growth in Afghanistan to the Taliban’s destructive leadership there. “Extremist groups see opportunity, and ISIS-Khorasan grows emboldened, seeking to expand its ranks and inspire enable and direct attacks in the region and beyond – with the ultimate goal to strike on the American homeland,” he said. Al-Qaeda and the self-proclaimed Islamic State in Khorasan are growing in strength under the protection of the Taliban since the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan, just like prior to Sept 11, 2001. A UN Security Council assessment concluded [PDF], “terrorist groups enjoy greater freedom in Afghanistan than at any time in recent history.” The group’s operational leaders remain mainly in the Syrian Arab Republic, while some of its other leaders, who provide mostly financial and logistical support, are present in neighboring countries. Shahab al-Muhajir is an Islamist terrorist, serving as the Emir of Islamic State – Khorasan Province since 2020. His real name is Sanaullah Ghafari. He is a citizen of Iraq. Formerly Shahab al-Muhajir was a mid-level Haqqani network commander (an Islamist militant group affiliated with the Taliban) and a member of Al-Qaeda before defecting and becoming the leader of the ISIS-K that had been greatly opposed to the Taliban.

Islamic State Khorasan (IS-K) is the Islamic State’s Central Asian province and remains active six years after its inception. The Islamic State announced its expansion to the Khorasan region in 2015, which historically encompasses parts of modern day Iran, Central Asia, Afghanistan, and Pakistan. Despite initial skepticism about the group’s existence from analysts and government officials alike, IS-K has been responsible for nearly 100 attacks against civilians in Afghanistan and Pakistan, as well as roughly 250 clashes with the U.S., Afghan, and Pakistani security forces since January 2017. The relationship between the Afghan Taliban and ISKP has grown favorably. Elements of the Haqqani Network, which has been integrated into the Taliban, have allegedly coordinated with ISKP on some occasions. For example, the Afghan Ministry of Defense claimed that at least one 2018 attack claimed by ISKP was in fact carried out by Haqqani Network fighters. The Islamic State formed as an offshoot of al Qaeda that diverged ideologically, including in its belief in violence against Shia civilians. Although both groups advocate a violent struggle against the “far enemy” (the West), the Islamic State also emphasizes fighting the “near enemy” (apostates in the region). The Islamic State operates under a global offensive jihad to rid its territory of both foreign infidels—nonbelievers of Islam—and apostates and endorses violence against the local community if they object to the adherence to sharia and do not conform to Islamic State dogma.

Executive Order; The Trump administration designated Antifa as a domestic terrorist organization on Sept 22, 2025. Section 1. Antifa as a Terrorist Threat. Antifa is a militarist, anarchist enterprise that explicitly calls for the overthrow of the United States Government, law enforcement authorities, and our system of law. It uses illegal means to organize and execute a campaign of violence and terrorism nationwide to accomplish these goals.

The Atlanta Police Department said the incident was a coordinated attack against law enforcement. These Antifa thugs were from California to Maine to Florida and even France and Canada, this is an organized network. Officials said around 5:30 p.m. Sunday, a group of violent agitators used the cover of a peaceful protest of the proposed Atlanta Public Safety Training Center to conduct a coordinated attack on construction equipment and police officers. They changed into black clothing and entered the construction area and began throwing large rocks, bricks, Molotov cocktails, and fireworks at police officers. Antifa thugs at a proposed police training center in Atlanta set construction vehicles aflame and burned down a surveillance tower. The rioters are said to have thrown rocks, sticks and even Molotov cocktails at police on the scene of Atlanta's future Public Safety Training Facility. Thirty five people have been arrested. A suspected Antifa activist charged with domestic terrorism over riots in Atlanta is an attorney for the hard-left Southern Poverty Law Center. Thomas Webb Jurgens, 28, is one of 23 people who were detained after violent clashes between police and protesters at the construction site for the Atlanta Public Safety Training Center. Others include serial protesters, a former school teacher and a young dancer who recently turned to activism.

Joe Rogan accused members of the mainstream media of acting like a “propaganda department” this week while taking issue with some recent coverage of violent anti-police protests in Atlanta in recent days by Antifa thugs. “The Joe Rogan Experience” host slammed media portrayals of the Atlanta protests and similar situations of so called "peaceful demonstrations" during a discussion about the rise of media bias and tribalism in public discourse. “‘Mostly peaceful, oh it’s mostly peaceful.’ I f—king saw someone again say this, because of what happened in Atlanta,” Rogan said during Wednesday’s podcast. “They were calling it mostly peaceful, bullcrap. You’re not the f—king propaganda department, you can’t define things in a way to calm people down.” Antifa Atlanta Thugs Shoot Cop Burn Shops and Cars Destroy Property in Name of Defend Atlanta Forest. 'NIGHT OF RAGE' in Atlanta: Six far-left Antifa extremists face charges including domestic terrorism and rioting in the aftermath of clashes between police and protestors that has left $50 million in property damage.

ANTIFA THUG REPORT: "For just over a year, people in Atlanta have been resisting the destruction of hundreds of acres of precious forest to build a massive police training facility and a Hollywood sound stage. By combining forest defense tactics with tactics learned through mass participatory urban struggle they have forged a new paradigm in the fight against climate change, police violence, and colonialism. They are now calling on people everywhere to join them".

Six Antifa Extremists Arrested, Charged with Domestic Terrorism in Fiery Atlanta Riots. Protesters descended upon Atlanta following the death of Manuel Esteban Paez TerĂ¡n (“Tortuguita”), a climate activist who was killed during a violent confrontation with police earlier in the week. Five of the six people arrested came from out of state to cause mayhem. One of the arrested, Francis Carroll, was out on bail for domestic terrorism and is the son of a wealthy Maine family, according to investigative reporter Andy Ngo. Seven others were arrested and charged with domestic terrorism and criminal trespass, with additional charges pending. They include:Geoffrey Parsons, age 20, of Maryland, Timothy Murphy, age 25, of Maine, Spencer Bernard Liberto, age 29, of Pennsylvania, Matthew Ernest Macar, age 30, of Pennsylvania, Sarah Wasilewski, age 35, of Pennsylvania, Christopher Reynolds, age 31, of Ohio, Teresa Shen, age 31, of New York. The occupy antifa protestors, who call themselves forest defenders, are claiming police have 'murdered' one of their own and are demanding 'action'. The Antifa riots in Atlanta coincided with similar demonstrations that took place Saturday night in Boston. Protesters vandalized a monument in the Boston Common and assaulted a police officer following the fatal police shooting of a university student in December 2022.

Two of the six suspects arrested during a riot in downtown Atlanta Saturday evening have been granted bond Monday morning. A Fulton County Court judge granted both 23-year-old Ivan Ferguson of Nevada and 20-year-old Graham Evatt of Decatur, Georgia bond of over $355,000. The other four suspects Nadja Geier, 24, of Nashville, Tenn.; Madeleine Feola, 22, of Spokane, Wash.; Francis Carrol, 22, of Kennebunkport, Maine; and Emily Murphy, 37, of Grosse Isle, Mich. were denied bond. Posts from far-left extremist Pittsburgh group, Filler Distro. Filler Distro is one of several groups calling for violent retribution against law enforcement over the death of one of its members. Filler Distro tweeted a call for 'retaliation' against police with further instructions from its now suspended twitter account 'Scenes from the Atlanta Forest.' According to screen shots obtained before the account was suspended, it said: 'Consider this a call for reciprocal violence to be done to the police and their allies. @defendatlantaforest' account.

ANTIFA BACK-UP: The NLG will continue to support anti-fascists and anti-racists in the street and in the courts, and will not be swayed.August 23rd 2012 RT NEWS, Scared of Anonymous: Tampa police prepare for mass arrests during Republican convention. Political activists and an underground army of anarchists, (ANTIFA), were preparing to overthrow next week’s Republican National Convention in Tampa. In downtown Tampa’s North Florida Ave. this week, authorities discovered a pile of bricks and pipes on a businesses’ rooftop. Near the scene of the “crime” was a graffiti portrayal of Guy Fawkes, the British revolutionary whose likeness has been adopted by both Anonymous activists and Occupy Wall Street protesters. Florida-based private investigator Bill Warner doesn’t see the bricks and pipes as possible construction site components, but weapons or destruction to be thrown at police. Bill Warner writes, “Anonymous and Black Block dirtbags seek the overthrow of the US Government, they hate cops and everything they stand for and seek to disrupt the Tampa RNC. Six buses from NY filled with ANTIFA thugs were ready to come to the Tampa RNC but were turned away due to hurricane Issac. Sheriff Gee has a simple warning, posted on the county website in an open letter “to the agitators and anarchists who want only to bring a dark cloud” to the RNC: “criminal activity and civil disturbances will not be tolerated and enforcement actions will be swift. The National Lawyers Guild is a radical-left association of attorneys, law students, legal workers, and jailhouse lawyers. Founded from late 1936 to early 1937, the Guild has consistently been identified with radical-left groups and political orientations throughout its history. In its early years the National Lawyers Guild was significantly influenced by communist members, which quickly led to the resignation of most of its non-communist liberal members. Today, the National Lawyers Guild is best known for the legal support and training that it provides to left-wing demonstrators. It was active in providing assistance during the protests and riots that occurred in multiple American cities in 2020, largely related to the Black Lives Matter movement. It is also notable for supporting the violent Antifa movement.
