President Kennedy in Tampa Florida on November 18, 1963, just a few days before he was shot in Dallas on November 22, 1963, there was a hit on for Tampa but it failed. His visit was the first by a sitting president to the city, and he was greeted by large crowds during his motorcade and spoke at several locations, including Al Lopez Field to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the first commercial flight from St. Petersburg to Tampa. 

Video; JFK rode in an open motorcade through the city, along Franklin Street and Grand Central Avenue (which is now Kennedy Boulevard), waving to enthusiastic crowds. Some theories suggest a plot by the mob was called off at the last minute. According to a theory presented in the book "Ultimate Sacrifice," mob boss Santo Trafficante Jr. may have planned an attack from a window of the Floridan Hotel, similar to the eventual attack in Dallas, but a law enforcement informant alerted authorities, causing the plot to be abandoned. The Tampa plot — and its many parallels to Dallas — has remained hidden because of the battles John and Robert Kennedy were waging against Fidel Castro and the Mafia in 1963. The Kennedys had a top-secret “Plan for a Coup in Cuba” designed to overthrow Castro on December 1, 1963, and JFK’s activities on November 18, 1963, were part of that plan. Hours after JFK’s Tampa motorcade, the president was scheduled to give a major speech on Cuba in Miami, intended to assure the coup leader in Cuba of JFK’s support. Several lines in JFK’s speech had been provided by the CIA, whose code-name for their supporting role in the coup plan was “AMWORLD,” a name only recently declassified.

John CONNALLY...."I knew it when I just looked down and I was covered with blood, and the thought immediately passed through my mind that there were either two or three people involved or more in this or someone was shooting with an automatic rifle (bolt action rifle was found). These were just thoughts that went through my mind because of the rapidity of these two, of the first shot plus the blow that I took, and I knew I had been hit, and I immediately assumed, because of the amount of blood, and in fact, that it had obviously passed through my chest, that I had probably been fatally hit"--- the kill shot came from an elevated position to his right rear.

What other wounds, if any, did you sustain? Governor CONNALLY, "A fractured (shattered) right wrist and a wound in the left thigh, just above the knee, a raw, open wound, looked like a fairly deep penetration", Governor CONNALLY was shot in the chest, the right wrist and the left thigh, three different wounds. James Tague, a spectator and witness to the assassination, also received a minor wound to his right cheek while standing 531 feet away from the Depository's sixth floor, far-eastern window when a bullet or bullet fragment with no copper casing struck the nearby Main Street south curb. There appears to be at least 6 wounds from 6 shots between Kennedy, Connally and Tague.

VIETNAM - CIA Connection to JFK Murder: South Vietnamese President Ngo Dinh Diem and his brother, Ngo Dinh Nhu, were assassinated on November 1-2, 1963, in a military coup, which occurred just 20 days before President Kennedy's assassination on November 22, 1963. CIA Knew of Generals’ Plan to Assassinate Pres Diem. The U.S. government (CIA) had prior knowledge of the coup and, though it disclaimed direct involvement (CIA). American officials (CIA) met with the generals planning the plot and gave them encouragement to kill the South Vietnamese President and his brother, Vietnam War was gonna happen one way or another! The death of Diem led to political chaos in South Vietnam and further U.S. military involvement, with the U.S. attempting to stabilize the government and counter communist rebels. In 1963 South Vietnamese President Ngo Dinh Diem was dealing not only with the communist Viet Cong insurgency, but also with widespread protests and discontent among the country’s Buddhist majority, who objected to the country’s laws and policies that they said favored the Catholic minority. Diem, a fervent Catholic (like JFK) whose older brother was a bishop, believed the Buddhist uprising was part of the communist insurgency. The clashes between his forces (led by his brother Ngo Dinh Nhu) and the Buddhists made the news worldwide and generated widespread sympathy for the Buddhists—most dramatically after a protesting Buddhist monk set himself on fire on camera on a busy Saigon street. These events deeply troubled the Kennedy administration. At the beginning of November 1963 there were 16,000 U.S. troops in South Vietnam, ostensibly in the role of trainers and advisors, but increasingly finding themselves in combat roles. President Kennedy was a firm believer in the “domino theory” the belief that when a country becomes communist surrounding countries will in turn topple like dominoes and he was determined to prevent the communist insurgency there from succeeding (uses CIA). Their anti-Buddhist crackdown made it appear that the Diem and Nhu were hindering that cause. In October 1963 the CIA and the White House became aware that some South Vietnamese generals were plotting a coup that involved assassinating Diem and Nhu. U.S. officials agreed that they would not interfere with the coup, but urged that the brothers be exiled rather than assassinated. On the morning of November 1, 1963 forces loyal to the generals seized control of key locations in Saigon and launched an attack on the Presidential palace. Diem and Nhu escaped via a secret tunnel and made their way to a Catholic church in the Chinese district of Saigon. Evidently someone reported their location to the rebels (the details are still unknown) and the two men were arrested and placed inside an armored personnel carrier. There they were killed. Nhu was stabbed with a bayonet 21 times and shot five times. Diem was shot twice in the chest. 

A 6.5 × 52 mm Italian Carcano M91/38 bolt-action rifle was found on the 6th floor of the Texas Book Depository. A bullet found on Connally's hospital gurney (WTF), and two bullet fragments found in the presidential limousine, were ballistically matched to this rifle. The 'Magic Bullet' is the bullet that is claimed to have caused seven wounds on Kennedy and Connally. Initially this bullet had not been found. But mysteriously, it appeared later in the Parkland Memorial Hospital in an almost pristine condition above (WTF). In 1979, an investigation conducted by Congress's House Assassinations Committee claimed a fourth shot had been fired from behind a white picket fence on that grassy knoll. The House panel was able to use filtering techniques available at the time to isolate "audible events" during a 10-second time frame that it thought could be gunfire — and found four. 

This well-known Polaroid picture was being taken at the moment of the first shot (neck shot) of the assassination by Mary Moorman who stood on the south side of Elm Street. Blow-ups show two figures behind the fence next to the Grassy Knoll resembling a man with a rifle (The Black Dog Man) and a police officer (The Badge Man). The two men never have been found. How fast was the President's automobile proceeding at that time? Governor CONNALLY, "I would guess between 20 and 22 miles an hour away from the Texas School Book Depository building". Speed of car at 20 and 22 miles an hour moving away from the Texas School Book Depository building, why weren't the shots taken as the limo approached the Texas School Book Depository building in the kill zone?

•12:30 p.m.-- President Kennedy is shot and taken to Parkland Hospital in Dallas.
•1:00 p.m. -- President Kennedy is pronounced dead at Parkland Hospital.
•1:08 p.m. -- Officer J.D. Tippit calls in to the police dispatch. By 1:16 p.m., he is dead.
•1:22 p.m. -- Rifle found on the sixth floor of Texas School Book Depository building.
•1:55 p.m. -- Lee Harvey Oswald is arrested at the Texas Theater in Oak Cliff for the murder of Officer Tippit (within 85 minutes of JFK murdered).

•5:30 p.m. -- Oswald speaks to H. Louis Nichols, President of the Dallas Bar Association, for five minutes.
DALLAS TIMELINE Sunday Nov 24, 1963;
•9:30 a.m. -- A fifth Oswald interrogation.
•11:21 a.m. -- Jack Ruby shoots Oswald during a transfer from the Dallas Police Department to the County Jail. Jack Ruby died in prison on Mar 1, 1967. 

The world of Jack Ruby, Hoover's FBI and the Mafia came together in the 1950's when mutual interest over Cuba had made them solid allies. In 1959, when covert, anti-Castro operations were flourishing and CIA gun-running campaigns to arm a popular counter-revolution were supported by Mafia and American intelligence operatives (CIA), Jack Ruby traveled to and from Cuba, obviously with State Department approval. The revolution in Cuba had undermined Havana's status as the world capital of organized crime and the Mafia actively pursued its interests by supporting a counter-revolution. Mafia gophers like Jack Ruby did the leg work, Mafia bosses like Carlos Marcello provided unaccountable financial support and FBI agents who illegally engaged the anti-Castro crusade, reported directly to J. Edgar Hoover. The plot to use the Mafia to assassinate Castro was brought to the attention of Robert Kennedy in the context that the so-called liaison between the CIA and the Mafia had terminated. Allegedly hatched by the Eisenhower administration, the question of who initially authorized CIA plans to murder Castro has yet to be disclosed, but given all the available evidence to date, J. Edgar Hoover and the Mafia are evidently primary architects.

May 11th, 2012...Judge keeps CIA volume on Bay of Pigs secret. WASHINGTON - A federal judge has ruled that a final volume of the CIA's three-decade-old history on the failed Bay of Pigs invasion of Cuba can remain shrouded in secrecy because it is a draft, not a finished product. In her decision Thursday, the judge said a draft history would risk public release of inaccurate historical information. Judge Kessler also cited the arguments of the CIA chief historian that disclosure would have a chilling effect on the CIA's current historians. National Security Archive Electronic Briefing; On April 17, 1961, 1400 Cuban exiles launched what became a botched invasion at the Bay of Pigs on the south coast of Cuba. The CIA had set up training camps in Guatemala. The opening volume examines the critical component of the invasion—the CIA-created air force, the preliminary air strikes, and the air battle over Cuba during the three day attack. The study forcefully addresses the central “who-lost-Cuba” debate that broke out in the aftermath of the failed invasion. It absolves the CIA of blame, and places it on the Kennedy White House and other agencies for decisions relating to the preliminary air strikes and overt air cover that, according to the Official History, critically compromised the success of the operation.

The plot to murder Castro was an integral part of the Bay of Pigs operation. The disaster at the Bay of Pigs had a lasting impact on the Kennedy administration. Determined to make up for the failed invasion, the administration initiated Operation Mongoose—a plan to sabotage and destabilize the Cuban government and economy. The plan included the possibility of assassinating Castro. Almost 50 years later, relations between Castro's Cuba and the United States remain strained and tenuous. These so-called, CIA/Mafia plots to assassinate Castro were supposed to convince the Kennedys to abandon the effort to prosecute Maheau and Sam Giancana but Kennedys Justice Department continued to keep Sam Giancana under heavy surveillance.

When the Justice Department launched an anti-organized crime campaign in the late 1950's, Hoover deliberately thwarted efforts to secure prosecutions. The police arrested 67 mobsters who were meeting at Apalachin NY (just outside Binghamton) in 1957, but "Hoover systematically undermined Justice Department efforts to build criminal prosecutions against the 67 mobsters netted at Apalachin NY. The detained and indicted Mafiosi at the Apalachin NY summit on November 14, 1957 included: Santo Trafficante Jr. from Tampa, Joseph Barbara, Russell Bufalino and Salvatore "Momo" Giancana from Chicago with John Francis Colletti and Joseph "Joe" Civello from the Dallas Mob where JFK was murdered 6 years later.

If Sam Giancana and his violent mafia cohorts evaded criminal prosecution, it is because Hoover did whatever he could to protect Mafia associates who were helping him wage war against Castro. Clearly, as far as Hoover was concerned, Sam Giancana was a friend: Hoover despised the Kennedys. Carlos Marcello embodied the war between the Kennedys and Hoover's Mafia. In the fall of 1963, the unimpeded rackets of Carlos Marcello, the violent, the anti-Communist zealot who generously funded the effort to oust Castro, were temporarily sidetracked by the need to fight deportation charges initiated by Attorney General Robert Kennedy. Former FBI agent Guy Banister now a private eye in New Orleans, who was reputed to have maintained contact with Hoover's FBI, was helping Marcello fight the charges.

When Lee Harvey Oswald was arrested, Dallas District Attorney Wade told reporters that Oswald belonged to the "Free Cuba" Committee, but mobster Jack Ruby, posing as a reporter at the very same press conference, promptly corrected Wade and indicated that Oswald belonged to the "Fair Play For Cuba" committee, a bogus New Orleans chapter of the pro-Castro organization that contained a single member, Lee Harvey Oswald. The fact that Lee Harvey Oswald worked out of the office of a Hoover loyalist like Guy Banister clearly betrays the degree to which J. Edgar Hoover controlled Oswald the patsy. Guy Banister was an extremely violent, rabidly anti-Communist zealot who reportedly belonged to the Minutemen, a right wing paramilitary organization that promoted the need to subvert, sabotage and murder Communists.

 

In 1962, Banister associate, David Ferrie, a like-minded anti-Communist zealot, was reportedly training exiles in paramilitary tactics at a secret camp across Lake Ponchartrain, at the behest of the CIA. In 1963, Ferrie worked very closely with both Guy Banister and Marcello, and according to Banister's secretary, Mafia associate Johnny Roselli and former FBI agent Maheau also had dealings with Banister's office in 1963. Given the nature of the company that surrounded Lee Harvey Oswald, the fact that he was a handpicked patsy is not idle speculation. Indeed, J. Edgar Hoover, Robert Maheau, Guy Banister, David Ferrie, Johnny Roselli and Jack Ruby all extended and expected favors from the mob, they were all heavily involved in efforts to oust Castro, and they all expected prosecutorial immunity because they were "patriots" who allegedly acted in the best interests of the national security of the United States.

WHO CHANGED MOTORCADE ROUTE IN DALLAS? The presidential motorcade was traveling through Dealey Plaza in Dallas when shots were fired from the Texas School Book Depository. President John Kennedy's motorcade through Dallas, which originally was to go directly down Main Street and onto the Stemmons Freeway, was changed at the last minute to turn of Houston Street, and then Elm Street. The route down Elm Street takes the JFK limo near the Grassy Knoll, where a shooter was supposedly stationed. It also takes the motorcade near other buildings like the Texas School Book Depository building and the Dal-Tex building were shooters could be hidden creating a "triangulation of crossfire." If it is to be believed that Lee Harvey Oswald was the lone sniper in the JFK assassination, why didn't Oswald take his supposed 3 shots at JFK as his limo came up Houston Street towards the Texas School Book Depository building and then turned left onto Elm Street. 

The JFK limo would have had to slow down to make the sharp left hand turn onto Elm Street and JFK was sitting in the right rear passenger seat fully exposed, that was where the shots should have been fired, not as the JFK limo moved away from the Texas School Book Depository building, any hunter or sniper or shooter of any kind would have taken the shot on Houston Street. With regard to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, the Mafia needed assassins who, if caught, could not be tied directly to the American Mafia. Assassins were needed who were not known to American police, and finally, assassins who could be counted on not to talk. They spent several days photographing Dealey Plaza, and at night they studied the photographs and arranged a mathematical crossfire.

As for the location of JFK's killers during the murder, two of the men were situated in buildings behind the President’s limousine. One man was stationed about 60 feet above the ground, while the other killer was “almost on the horizontal…you cannot understand the wounds unless you understand that one of the men was almost on the horizontal”. The two buildings in question were the Texas School Book Depository and the Dal-Tex building. Witnesses saw men on the sixth floor of the Depository and on a lower floor of the Dal-Tex building. A shooter was situated on the Grassy Knoll. The shooter had wanted to be located on the bridge above Elm Street, but discovered on the morning of the assassination that the bridge was guarded, forcing him to move onto “the little hill with the wooden fence”. The shooter took up a position behind this fence and fired one shot. 

Two Hit Men: An author has claimed that Heminio Diaz, a Cuban exile, was also responsible for the assassination of President John F. Kennedy in 1963. Lee Harvey Oswald was arrested for the killing. Herminio Diaz Garcia was born in Cuba in 1923. He was a member of the Cuban Restaurant Workers Union and worked as a cashier at the Hotel Habana-Rivera. Later he became involved in illegal activities and eventually became a bodyguard for Santos Trafficante. Diaz Garcia killed Pipi Hernandez in 1948 at the Cuban Consulate in Mexico. In 1957 he was involved with an assassination attempt against President Jose Figures of Costa Rica. Diaz Garcia moved to the United States in July, 1963, where he worked for Tony Varona. Some researchers believe that Dia Garcia was one of the gunman who killed John F. Kennedy on 22nd November, 1963, he was the shooter from the grassy knoll. In December, 1963, Dia Garcia was involved in an unsuccessful attempt to assassinate Fidel Castro. He was also involved in providing weapons to anti-Castro groups. The startling new evidence was uncovered by re­spected author Anthony Summers, who revealed the assassin’s identity in an update to his classic 1998 book on Kennedy’s slaying, “Not In Your Lifetime.” According to Summers, the second rifleman was Herminio Diaz Garcia a hired killer who worked for notorious Mafia boss Santo Trafficante Jr in Cuba. Diaz executed a Cuban police chief in the late 1940s and likely committed 20 murders in his lifetime.

9/11 Investigation Reveals Nationwide Network of Saudi Funded Imams in America Were Support Troops for Hijackers, FBI and CIA Got Out Spied by Clerics. Langley and Washington DC got played by a bunch of Saudi funded clerics. 9/11 Commission did find evidence that elements of the Saudi government, the Ministry of Islamic Affairs (MOIA), and non-senior Saudi officials had provided support to al Qaeda and the 9/11 attacks. The FBI/CIA cited efforts by “suspected Saudi intelligence officers and cooptees” and “Saudi-funded clerics (Imams)” to obtain intelligence inside the U.S. prior to Sept 11, 2001. Investigations have focused on figures like Omar al-Bayoumi, a Saudi agent, and Fahad al-Thumairy, a radical cleric (IMAM) and Saudi diplomat at the King Fahd Mosque in Los Angeles. FBI files suggest al-Bayoumi provided "significant logistical support" and financial aid to the two muscle hijackers living in San Diego in 2000. Musaed al-Jarrah, during the relevant period, Musaed al-Jarrah was the assistant head of the Islamic Affairs Department at the Saudi Embassy in Washington, D.C. The 9/11 hijack muscle crew of al-Hazmi and al-Mihdhar met Anwar al-Awlaki (sometimes spelled “Aulaqi”), the radical imam of the Al Ribat Mosque in San Diego. Imam Fahad al-Thumairy was an employee of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs and was the imam at a Saudi-built mosque in Los Angles. 

Fahad al-Thumairy was the leader of a group that “held extreme, radical, and anti-American views” and Fahad al-Thumairy himself was “hostile to Americans and Western culture, as well as anyone, including other Muslims, who did not follow strict Saudi Wahhabi beliefs.” Fahad al-Thumairy’s extremist group “included Khaled Al Cherif (aka Khaled AbuSuleiman), Abdu Ghanem, Mustapha Kamel, Khalid Jalloud, Gamal Nagy, Abdul Hafiz Kebhaj (aka Abu Suhaib), Ismail Mana, Anwar al-Awlaki, and Mohamed Al Muhanna.” At that time, the cell was led by the “Blind Sheikh” Abdul Rahman. XXXXXX escorted Rahman around Los Angeles weeks before he was arrested for a wide-ranging terror conspiracy involving the 1993 World Trade Center bombing and other planned attacks on New York City resulting in his conviction and life imprisonment. Imam Fahad al-Thumairy was hostile to Americans and only catered to “a small group of men who shared his particular extreme worldview at his King Fahad Mosque.” The King Fahad Mosque library in LA had a 1995 official publication of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs (MOIA) containing a Saudi Sheikh’s sermon preaching the policy that all non-Muslims should be put to death. Imam Fahad Thumairy suddenly left California for Saudi Arabia shortly before the 9/11 attacks, he knew. MOIA records show that Imam Fahad Thumairy’s request to leave Las Angeles was made at the last minute, with Fahad Thumairy asking on August 28, 2001 for the leave to begin the next day, less than two weeks before the 9/11 attack. Fahad Thumairy left Saudi Arabia on September 6, 2001 and went on a MOIA “work trip” to attend a MOIA propagation conference in Denmark alongside Sowailem and other high level MOIA officials. Fahad Thumairy’s sudden, unexpected departure from Los Angeles prior to the 9/11 attacks shows that he had some foreknowledge of the 9/11 attacks. Coincidentally the Abdulaziz al-Hijji family fled their home in the Prestancia gated community in Sarasota, Florida, on August 27, 2001, returning to Saudi Arabia shortly before the September 11th attacks. The al-Hijji family had hosted several of the 9/11 hijackers including pilots Mohamed Atta the planes operations boss, Marwan al-Shehhi and Ziad Jarrah. As of September 2003, the FBI had determined that Fahad al Thumairy was a radical Islamic extremist, identifying him as “part of the Al-Qaeda linked extremist Suroori network in Saudi Arabia.” FBI agent in Sarasota told me at several meetings post 9/11 that 'there ain't no coincidences in terrorism".

Imam Fahad Al-Thumairy is also believed to have assisted the same two 9/11 muscle hijackers in San Diego. Mussaed Ahmed al-Jarrah the boss of MOIA in the USA, a Saudi diplomat, is suspected by the FBI of instructing al-Thumairy and al-Bayoumi to aid the 9/11 hijackers. Evidence also suggests a historical link between Saudi-exported Wahhabism and extremist ideologies. Saudi Arabia has funded the global promotion of Wahhabism, which critics argue has contributed to radicalization. Before 9/11, some Saudi-based charities with ties to Al Qaeda channeled funds to extremist groups, including through U.S. offices. The charity that caused by far the most friction between the U.S. and Saudi governments after/before 9/11 was the al-Haramain Islamic Foundation. With headquarters in Riyadh and under the supervision of the Islamic Affairs Ministry (MIOA), al-Haramain once had branches in 50 countries, including one in the United States where its office was in Ashland, Oregon. U.S. government had identified 20 al-Haramain offices where some of their officials were “aiding and abetting al-Qaeda and its affiliated groups,” according to the Monograph on Terrorist Financing, published by the 9/11 Commission in conjunction with its 2004 report. 

The Al-Haramain Islamic Foundation was under the supervision of the Saudi Ministry of Islamic Affairs (MOIA) and Musaed al-Jarrah who was the assistant head of the Islamic Affairs Department at the Saudi Embassy in Washington, D.C. from 1998 to 2001. In August 1998, Saleh Al Sheikh was MOIA’s Vice Minister and second-in-
command and, as such, supervised the operations of Al-Haramain. The Al-Haramain Islamic Foundation was dissolved by the Saudi government in 2004 after being identified as a front for financing terrorism and Al-Qaeda. Soliman al-Buthe (Saudi) a director of the Ashland OR branch who was indicted for money laundering is now a fugitive living in Saudi Arabia. Pete Seda another director of the Ashland OR branch who was also indicted and is now a fugitive. The U.S. Department of the Treasury designated the Al Haramain Islamic Foundation (AHF) for having provided financial and material support to al-Qaeda, as well as a wide range of designated terrorists and terrorist organizations. The United States and United Nations also designated in 2004 the former leader of AHF, Aqeel Abdelaziz Al-Aqil. The 2004 FBI/CIA Joint Assessment states that the Al Haramain Islamic Foundation (“Al Haramain”) was led by two Saudi government cabinet members. Two Saudi cabinet members officially supervise [Al Haramain’s] activities. The Minister of Islamic Affairs (MOIA), Sheikh Saleh Bin Abdul Aziz Bin Mohammed Bin Ibrahim Al Shaykh in office
1996 – 8 December 2014 he was re-appointed in February 2015, was also the titular head and superintendent of [Al Haramain]. In January 2018, Ash-Sheikh called for the defense of a Muslim Jerusalem, and publicly stated his support for the Palestinian cause, Hamas and PIJ terrorist groups. The Al-Haramain foundation was part of the Saudi Joint Relief Committee, which is headed by the Minister of Interior, Prince Nayif bin Abdul-Aziz al-Sau’d, a member of the Saudi royal family and head of Mabahith. Al Haramain Islamic Foundation (AHF) US branch was at 1257 Siskiyou Blvd, Ashland, Oregon and an office at 2151 E. Division Street, Springfield, Missouri. Headquarters were in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The foundation undertook religious activities such as sponsorship of preachers, imams and teachers as well as publishing and distributing Islamic books, like translations of the Qur'an. The foundation also undertook building and supervising mosques, schools and Islamic centers, it was directly linked to the Ministry of Islamic Affairs (MOIA). The branch offices of Al-Haramain Islamic Foundation in Somalia and Bosnia are clearly linked to terrorist financing. The Somalia office of Al-Haramain Islamic Foundation was linked to Osama bin Laden's al-Qaeda network and Al-Itihaad al-Islamiya (AIAI), a Somali terrorist group. Al Haramain Islamic Foundation Somalia employed AIAI members and provided them with salaries through Al-Barakaat Bank, which was designated on November 7, 2001 under E.O. 13224 because of its activities as a principal source of funding, intelligence and money transfers for Osama bin-Laden.

Nationwide Support Network for 9/11 Hijackers of Saudi Funded Imam’s included Anwar al-Awlaki and Omar Abdi Mohamed in San Diego and Muneer Arafat in Sarasota. There was Group of Imam’s in USA linked to Al-Qaeda operatives prior to 9/11 that were paid by Saudi Arabia via the MOIA. Imam’s in the USA are paid about $1,700 per month by The Ministry of Islamic Affairs in Saudi Arabia to spread “Wahhabism”. The collision of Saudi missionary work and suspicions of terrorist financing in southern California illustrates the perils and provocations of a multibillion-dollar effort by Saudi Arabia to spread its religion of hate around the world.Imam Muneer Arafat was placed at the Sarasota Mosque (ISSB) in March 2000 by Musaed al-Jarrah, director of Islamic affairs at the Saudi embassy in Washington DC.

Imam Omar Abdi Mohamed turned out to be a core member of Al-Qaeda, an advance man for the 9/11 hijackers in San Diego CA. The nationwide support network of Imams for 9/11 hijackers in the USA was headed up by the Saudi Ministry of Islamic Affairs overseen by boss Mutaeb al-Sudairy and local Imams like Fahad Al-Thumairy San Diego, Anwar Al-Awlaki San Diego – Falls Church, and Imam Muneer Arafat Sarasota Fl. Roving al-Qaeda Agent Ziyad Khaleel links to all these Imams, he was a roommate of Mutaeb Sudairy in 2000 and Muneer Arafat in 1999. New evidence includes video of Omar al-Bayoumi with Saudi diplomats and Ministry of Islamic Affairs propagators, who FBI had found to have “a nexus to al Qaeda.” Upon moving to Columbia, Missouri, Ziyad Khaleel began using the surname Sadaqa as early as 1996. That year he was a fundraiser and one of eight regional directors of the Islamic African Relief Agency (IARA), which the government later determined was a front for al-Qaeda and Hamas.

New evidence includes video showing Omar al-Bayoumi’s close relationship with Imam Anwar Al-Awlaki, who the CIA killed in a 2011 drone strike as a senior leader of al Qaeda, he was a core member of al-Qaeda while living in the USA. The FBI/CIA found “evidence [that] official Saudi entities, chiefly the Ministry of Islamic Affairs and associated nongovernmental organizations (NGOs), provide financial and logistical support to individuals in the United States…some of whom are associated with terrorism-related activity of al-Qaeda.”

But police were never given crucial evidence by the FBI. The declassified FBI Operation Encore materials portrayed Saudi spy Omar Bayoumi not as an innocent bystander but as someone deeply tied to Musaed al-Jarrah head of Saudi Religious Ministry (Imams) and possibly Saudi intelligence networks with Ziyad Khaleel in America. It references a 2017 assessment by the FBI’s Arabian Peninsula Squad, which had concluded Omar Bayoumi was a “co-optee” of the Saudi General Intelligence Presidency, its secret service, he was a spy. It found the assistance given to 9/11 hijackers Hazmi and Mihdhar was consistent with a co-ordinated terrorist support operation, rather than a series of chance encounters, and involved individuals with official connections to Saudi Arabia. Mohamed Atta would be designated leader of the 9/11 Attacks, and Nawaf Al-Hazmi would be designated as the deputy and second-in-command.

In St. Louis, from 1996 to 2000, Muneer Arafat became a well-known Jihad lecturer at different Masjids and built up quite a following. Muneer Arafat  gave lectures at local mosques that almost exclusively focused on Jihad week in and week out and this got him into trouble with Sheikh Muhammad Nur of the Islamic Foundation of Greater St. Louis who at one point banned Muneer Arafat from giving lectures at the Gateway Masjid.

Al Qaeda choseS Southern California as the beachhead for the 9/11 attacks because of the longstanding Sunni extremist cells in Los Angeles and San Diego supported by the Saudi government through the Saudi Embassy, Consulate, Mana, Fahad al-Thumairy, and Omar Bayoumi, so what was the lure of Sarasota County for the three 9/11 hijack pilots including the boss Mohamed Atta?
