A DEADLY SCREAM: Eva Pilgrim reports for our new 20/20 on new developments in the case of a 20-year-old nursing student who disappeared from her Tennessee home. SAVANNAH, Tenn. (WTVF) — New details in the Holly Bobo murder case. The possibility remains that her convicted killer Zach Adams could get a new trial. That may hinge on whether on a key witness who now says he lied in testimony that directly led to the conviction of Adams.  

Defense attorney Jennifer Thompson for Zach Adams tried to present alternate suspects, including Terry Britt, who lived near Bobo and had a criminal past. Zach Adams currently serving life for murder of Holly Bobo. A judge is now considering a request for a new trial from Zach Adams who was convicted seven years ago in the murder of Holly Bobo. The key witness against Adams now says he lied at trial. Jason Autry is saying his entire testimony at Zach Adam's trial was fabricated. His recanted statement is on video and under seal by the court. It was seven years ago a jury convicted Zach Adams, alone, for the murder of 20-year-old nursing student Holly Bobo. CBS News Sept 20, 2017; Marshals official says sex offender offered to make plea in Holly Bobo case. One of the first men to be suspected of kidnapping Holly Bobo was registered sex offender named Terry Britt. According to U.S. Marshal Senior Inspector John Walker, he questioned Terry Britt about Holly’s disappearance and murder in March 2013. At the time, he was in jail on unrelated charges. When Walker directly accused Terry Britt, he responded by saying “sounds like you have it all figured out” and said he would “plead to it.” If his own words weren’t enough, Terry Britt’s alibi could generously be described as shaky. He told police that he was away from home shopping a new bathtub when Holly Bobo disappeared, along with his wife Janet, but his only proof of this was a handwritten receipt. No one who worked at the store remember seeing Terry or Janet Britt, and the store did not have any record of a bathtub purchase the week of April 13th. 

Janet Britt’s presence may not have been so meaningful anyway, as TBI agent Terry Dicus stated that Janet Britt “had actually been with him on previous occasions where Terry Britt had allegedly stalked girls.” TBI agent Terry Dicus also stated that Terry Britt had been seen staring down Holly and Natalie Bobo at a store about a week before her disappearance. And the week after Holly was kidnapped, another girl filed a report alleging that she, too, had been stalked by Terry Britt. Altogether, TBI Agent Dicus identified up to eight young, petite ,blue-eyed blondes who had been either stalked, harassed, or assaulted by Terry Britt. The evidence against Terry Britt doesn’t end there. During a search of Terry Britt’s property, police found “a shovel, hammer, and ax which cadaver dogs allegedly ‘hit on’ for human decomposition.” TBI Agent Dicus was convinced, through his own examination of cell phone records, that neither Zach Adams, Dylan Adams, nor Shayne Austin could have been involved. TBI Agent Discus was removed from the case before Holly Bobo's remains were discovered in 2014. The profile of a Serial Sexual Predator Is a 50 Years old, large build, white male with multiple rape convictions and currently listed as a sexual offender by the State database (he could care less) who prefers young petite blonde females and lives next door to you.

"Arrested Terry Britt's neighbors said they always knew he was a sex offender, but never knew just how violent his offenses are. "We never dreamed that anything like this would be out here and I'm glad they got rid of him, you know, come got him and took him away," said a neighbor, who did not want to give her name. She told 7 Eyewitness News after hearing about Britt's charges that living so closely to him is scary. "I just think it's awful, it's horrible," she said. "You think your next door neighbor is someone you can go and ask for help and you don't realize you might go and ask for help and not come back." Terry Britt, 53, was indicted Monday on two counts of aggravated kidnapping, one count of sexual battery, and one count of attempted rape." Sex Offenders offend and re-offend and re-offend until they are put in a cage and off the street, someday they are back out, to put these animals on a State Sex Offender database means nothing to them other than how to contact other Sex Offenders in their town, it's like "Facebook for Sex Offenders", with names, address, place of employment and photos for these dirtbags to seek out each other, "birds of a feather" and all that jazz. Terry Britt’s prior criminal record started more than 30 years ago and includes offenses in several (4) Tennessee counties and North Carolina, investigators said. He is registered as a sex offender with an address on Jeanette Holladay Road in Parsons TN, according to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s sex offender registry. Cops feel he was working with a second man to abduct and rape women.

RECORDS: FBI Counter-Terrorism Report Shows Al-Qaeda Propaganda Terrorist Boss Samir Khan Plotted to Kill Sarasota Private Eye Bill Warner in 2009.

The FBI Used a 1951 Book to Gain Insight Into an American Al-Qaeda Suspect Samir Khan. North Carolina-based Al-Qaeda blogger Samir Khan was the subject of a major FBI counter-terrorism investigation in 2009. Recently released FBI files provide rare insight into the FBI's attempts to capture Samir Khan before he traveled to Yemen. There are numerous FBI files dated February 2009 about Khan's contacts, the details of which were redacted. However, one file from February 2009 shows that an FBI counter-terrorism agent sent a report to the Charlotte FBI field office to report that the bureau's Public Access Center Unit received an anonymous tip on its "Internet Crime Complaint Center" website claiming that Samir Khan made a death threat against a Sarasota, Florida private investigator, whose name was redacted from the FBI files. A news report about the incident, however, revealed that the private investigator is Bill Warner, who allegedly was responsible for shutting down Khan's blog.…Vice News. “Samir Khan was a great facilitator for Al-Qaeda.” On July 16th 2008 I came in contact with WBTV-3 Producers and TV anchor person Molly Grantham for the CBS TV affiliate in Charlotte NC and a Video news expose’ was put together on Samir Khan, see “Pro Al-Qaeda Web site Run by a Charlotte Man”.  WBTV traveled to Sarasota to interview PI Bill Warner because he says Charlotteans need to recognize someone in their backyard is helping the enemy. "His (Khan) website is concise. Easy to read. Informative. If you want to be a terrorist, this is where you go," says Bill Warner. "He's a great facilitator for Al-Qaeda." Samir Khan left for Yemen in October 2009, intelligence officials believe it was soon afterward that he became the editor of Al-Qaeda's 'Inspire' magazine.



I suppose the thing that most upset and frustrated me about Samir Khan's obvious links to Al-Qaeda back in July of 2008 in Charlotte NC was that the FBI did nothing even after I put myself out there, in public, and made myself a target for Samir Khan and his his Al-Qaeda pals. When others were running away from any public connections to shutting down terror websites by hiding their true identity and locations, I went forward and targeted Samir Khan and publicly put myself on regional WBTV in Charlotte NC condemning his obvious Al-Qaeda connected website(s). I continued with at least 4 other video news exposes on Samir Khan with Charlotte TV station WBTV, even after he was in Yemen heading up Al-Qaeda's news mag 'Inspire" see video when he was in Yemen https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tI6FHVSoXI4



THE CIA KILLED SAMIR KHAN IN YEMEN ON 9/30/2011:  WASHINGTON — A North Carolina blogger who became a major propagandist for al Qaida before he was killed in a U.S. drone strike in Yemen, along with Anwar Awlaki, was the subject of close FBI surveillance for years and a much bigger concern for U.S. authorities than previously known, according to records obtained by McClatchy. Samir Khan, 25, was a big enough worry while he lived in Charlotte, N.C., that before he disappeared in late 2009, federal agents asked the FBI’s special forces unit, Hostage Rescue Team, to help with a likely arrest, the files show. But no arrest was made, and Khan disappeared, reemerging months later in Yemen where he launched an English-language al Qaida magazine, Inspire, that has been influential in radicalizing and recruiting extremists worldwide. He was killed Sept. 30, 2011.  The last dated entry of the FBI report, on Feb. 17, 2009, said “an anonymous individual” had notified the National Counter-Terrorism Center that Khan had threatened a Sarasota, Fla., private investigator who’d played a role in shutting down a “jihadi website . . . owned by Samir Khan, see below.”
