Monday April 18th 2022, Herald Trib writes: 'I can't sleep': Sarasota, Charlotte homeowners in limbo over unfinished houses, and goes on to describe Sarkis Konsulian of KONSUL DEVELOPMENT LLC taking large 5 figure deposits on building homes, but never completes any. A simple background check on this man would reveal overwhelming negative information. Sarkis Konsulian, DOB 7/29/1971, was/is a nightmare of man at 6' 3' tall and 215 lbs from when he first surfaces in Sarasota County in 2002. He has lived in Tampa FL, Sarasota FL, Port Charlotte FL, Englewood FL, Venice FL, Palm Harbor Fl (which shows up on his drivers license) Portland OR, and 7335 Bennington Ave Pico Rivera CA 90660, and Adelanto CA and 12729 9Th Ave Victorville CA 92392O. One of the first thing Sarkis does is change his name when he sets up shop in Sarasota in 2003. To me as a private investigator this is a giant red flag. Sarkis did a minor change to his name going from 'Sarkis Konsulyan to Sarkis Konsulian'. Just a minor change, take out the Y and install a I in the last name. Sarasota Sheriff Dept did a search for any felony records in 2003 and found none, but the minor name change would throw off debt collectors trying to track him down. Sarkis Konsulian was 32 years old when he changed his name, why? Sarkis Konsulian was born in Yerevan Armenia but has associated with Russians throughout his time in Sarasota and Charlotte County, wives, girlfriends, business associates, were all Russian. Sarkis Konsulian with his new name in 2003 went on to rack up a Home foreclosure, an Eviction from a rental home, Opened and closed multiple home building companies, Two Battery charges and arrests, (one was a Felony battery charge), Multiple lawsuits from building suppliers and one from Wells Fargo when he defaulted on a $50,00 loan, Two divorces, Two domestic Violence charges, One that included claims of violent sexual battery from his wife and/or girlfriend at the time. Sarkis Konsulian of KONSUL DEVELOPMENT LLC, also shows up at 1355 BAY HARBOR DRIVE #306 APT PALM HARBOR FL 34685, Lic No CRC1326847 Certified Residential Contractor. And on and on it went while Sarkis took money from prospective home owners 'hand over fist'. All the information on Sarkis Konsulian is public record at the Sarasota County Clerks office and the Sarasota County Sheriff Dept.

Bill Warner says he doesn’t want to hinder any local investigations but believes some of the cases, including four of them from Ohio and Kentucky, may be connected. Alana Gwinner from Fairfield OH was kidnapped and murdered, her body was found near Sugar Bay in Warsaw KY, 65 miles away. “I’m looking at a number different girls who all look alike, and every individual area, whether it’s state police or local police, they all say the same thing, it’s not connected to the others,” he said. “Maybe this needs national attention that all these young girls who look like they’re all sisters have all just totally vanished without any kind of leads.” Bill Warner says he hopes those leads come and that they bring answers to more than a dozen families.

Heather Bogle April 9 2015 The question as to who murdered mother, sister, daughter and friend Heather Bogle is something that is still nagging the Sandusky, Ohio community. “Who killed her? Why? Lexington Police responded to a call about a body lying in the road on Cleveland Road. Misty Gwinner, a native of Florence, KY had no known connections to Lexington KY.
UNSOLVED MURDER…Katelyn Markham, long blondish hair, 5′3″ tall and 128 lbs, 22 years old, kidnapped Sat @ 11:00 pm 8/13/2011 Fairfield OH (KIDNAPPED-MURDERED) her body found in Cedar Grove Indiana.
The young woman’s body was found near Cedar Grove, Ind., about 30 miles from her Fairfield, Ohio, home where she was last seen alive Aug. 13, 2011. Her skeletal remains were found Sunday in a garbage bag by a man walking by an unofficial dump site near a creek bed.
