A simple background check on this man would reveal overwhelming negative information. Sarkis Konsulian, DOB 7/29/1971, was/is a nightmare of man at 6' 3' tall and 215 lbs from when he first surfaces in Sarasota County in 2002. He has lived in Tampa FL, Sarasota FL, Port Charlotte FL, Englewood FL, Venice FL, Palm Harbor Fl (which shows up on his drivers license) Portland OR, and 7335 Bennington Ave Pico Rivera CA 90660, and Adelanto CA and 12729 9Th Ave Victorville CA 92392O. One of the first thing Sarkis does is change his name when he sets up shop in Sarasota in 2003. To me as a private investigator this is a giant red flag. Sarkis did a minor change to his name going from 'Sarkis Konsulyan to Sarkis Konsulian'. Just a minor change, take out the Y and install a I in the last name. Sarasota Sheriff Dept did a search for any felony records in 2003 and found none, but the minor name change would throw off debt collectors trying to track him down. Sarkis Konsulian was 32 years old when he changed his name, why? Sarkis Konsulian was born in Yerevan Armenia but has associated with Russians throughout his time in Sarasota and Charlotte County, wives, girlfriends, business associates, were all Russian. Sarkis Konsulian with his new name in 2003 went on to rack up a Home foreclosure, an Eviction from a rental home, Opened and closed multiple home building companies, Two Battery charges and arrests, (one was a Felony battery charge), Multiple lawsuits from building suppliers and one from Wells Fargo when he defaulted on a $50,00 loan, Two divorces, Two domestic Violence charges, One that included claims of violent sexual battery from his wife and/or girlfriend at the time. Sarkis Konsulian of KONSUL DEVELOPMENT LLC, also shows up at 1355 BAY HARBOR DRIVE #306 APT PALM HARBOR FL 34685, Lic No CRC1326847 Certified Residential Contractor. And on and on it went while Sarkis took money from prospective home owners 'hand over fist'. All the information on Sarkis Konsulian is public record at the Sarasota County Clerks office and the Sarasota County Sheriff Dept.
