USED CAR DEALER'S SORDID HISTORY: Auto Fever Sales LLC, Auto Vision LLC, Auto Upgrade LLC, and Auto View LLC are all the same thing, all run by Amir M. Abuelenen, 26, and Ahmed M. Abuelenen, 26, (twins) at 9005 N Nebraska Ave Tampa, Fl and at 5511 N Nebraska Ave Tampa Fl where a house painting company is also operated by Ahmed Abuelenen. "Straw Owners" have been installed at some of the Abuelenen used car lots solely to hide the identity of the effective owner. The local TV outlet in Tampa that has been reporting on the activity of the used car lot, Auto View, and it's supposed owners and other used car lots linked to them has no clue as to what really is going on, looks like a RICO case to me! Better Call Bill, just yesterday a disgruntled former customer of one of the Tampa used car lots run by Amir Abuelenen called me and begged me to look into his background, was he ever convicted of a crime? Was he ever! It has been well known that I have a long history dealing with used car scams and unscrupulous used car dealers like Orange County most wanted Mohamed Galal in Orlando. On the LinkedIn page for Auto Fever the owner is listed as Ahmed Abuelenen aka Ahmed Mohamed Abulenen, president at Auto Fever Tampa, Florida, United States.  

FROM FLORIDA DIV OF CORPORATION RECORDS: Amir Mohamed Abuelenen is the current registered agent for Auto Upgrade LLC in Tampa Fl with an effective Active date of Jan 1, 2021. Amir Mohamed Abuelenen was also the registered agent for Auto Fever Sales LLC in Jan 2019. Ahmed Mohamed Abuelenen is the current registered agent or manager of Auto Vision LLC, in Tampa Fl. Ahmed Mohamed Abuelenen was the registered agent/manager for Auto View LLC in a Article of Amendment as of Jan 21, 2021, he has since been removed. In the business world when things go bad change the name of the business and replace registered agents and managers with "straw owners". A straw owner is a person who owns business rights legally or has the legal appearance of owning something but does so on behalf of another, sometimes for a fee, and typically solely to hide the identity of the effective owner.

FROM CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS: May 2019, Auto Fever Inc 9005 N Nebraska Ave, Tampa, FL 33604 sold my family a 2009 Dodge Charger. The owner stated the car was in excellent running condition with no issues. The owner who sold us the car is Ahmed M. Abuelenen. The engine was knocking within 4 hours of purchasing the car. We took the car back first thing the next morning. It was not even 10 hours later. Once we arrived we asked for a refund. The owner refused.

TWINS, The Hillsborough County Clerk's Office has separate lists of lawsuits, criminal charges and criminal convictions for 'Ahmed Mohamed Abuelenen' a 26 year-old male, Date of Birth 10/20/1995 and 'Amir Mohamed Abuelenen' a 26 year-old Date of Birth 10/20/1995. Both Ahmed and Amir have served terms of Felony Probation in Florida, and have Felony convictions.

So what's the deal here with the twin used car dealers in Tampa with criminal histories? Question: can you get a used car dealers license with a felony in Florida? Answer: Someone that has been convicted of a motor vehicle dealer crime will more than likely not be granted a license. The following crimes will generally prohibit obtaining a dealer license: Felony convictions relating to persons, property, or fraud. Automotive crimes such as odometer tampering, auto theft, or title forgery.

He was sentenced / adjudicated in Hillsborough County. He was listed on the state department of corrections website in relation to the criminal offense, Burglary / Dwell / Occupied convey on Saturday, March 21, 2015. Sentence Date: 3/21/2015 Sentence Length: on probation felony until 2020-03-20 (active). 

2). Amir Mohamed Abuelenen a 26 year-old Date of Birth 10/20/1995, who was listed as being under the supervision of the department of corrections in Tampa (community Supervision), Florida. He was sentenced / adjudicated in Hillsborough County. He was listed on the state department of corrections website in relation to the criminal offense, Traffic In Stolen Property, Auto Theft, on Wednesday, July 20, 2016.  

According to 10 News Tampa, it appears the Florida Highway Patrol Troopers began an investigation in 2014 of Tampa used car dealer Amir Mohamed Abuelenen. Troopers arrested Amir Abuelenen on grand theft, dealing in stolen property and fraud charges in 2016 and then again in 2019. Amir Abuelenen was arrested two years ago (2019) on charges of organized fraud, dealing in stolen property, grand theft and more. He pleaded not guilty to all charges, and his case is still open. Tampa used car dealer Amir Mohamed Abuelenen has multiple Felony convictions almost all dealing with Stolen Cars and Internet Fraud dating back at least 7 years. Tampa used car dealer Amir Mohamed Abuelenen spent time in the Florida Dept of Corrections (prison) in 2016 on a Dealing in Stolen Property and Grand Theft Felony Conviction. Buyer Beware with this dude Amir Abuelenen.
