SEX OFFENDER ALERT 34239 & 34237 ZIP CODES CLANCY LAKE IS A REGISTERED SEXUAL PREDATOR ON BAY ST SARASOTA FL. The Sarasota County Sheriff's Office is advising the public that Clancy Lake, DOB 05/14/52, has registered as a Sexual Predator living in Sarasota County. Lake was convicted in 2008 in Sarasota County of Lewd or Lascivious Molestation of a Victim Under 12 Years Old and sentenced to 12 years in state prison Florida. He recently relocated and reports his address is 2500 Bay Street, upstairs apartment, in the city of Sarasota. 

Ex-con sex offender Clancy Lake is not currently under the supervision of the Florida Department of Corrections, and because the original offense took place prior to 2004, residency restrictions do not apply. Mandatory neighborhood notifications are being made. Citizens should still sign up to receive notifications from FDLE of sex offender and predator registrations.
