Bryan Kohberger Defense Lawyers Complain About Media Case Coverage Especially on 'Crime Stories with Nancy Grace', Too Bad I will Continue to Post and Speak Out. Private investigator Bill Warner told “Parallels of Evil” host Nancy Grace that his initial thought was that the Idaho killer was a “copycat of serial killer Ted Bundy". Lawyers representing University of Idaho quadruple murder suspect Bryan Kohberger said on Friday that they support a gag order being left in place despite complaints from one of the victims’ families that the measure has stifled them from speaking out about the ongoing case.

In court documents filed on Tuesday, Kohberger’s legal team requested limited courtroom filming during Kohberger’s hearings as they claimed it could violate his Sixth Amendment right to a fair trial. “Crime Stories” host Nancy Grace is mentioned in that filing — with the defense citing her and other media commentators’ segments on the case which were widely shared on social media. The defense wrote that Kohberger’s filmed court appearances have facilitated media outlets to broadcast “unfounded opinions” about their client. “Following each of Mr. Kohberger’s court appearances, numerous social media posts have been made regarding him through Facebook posts, YouTube and TikTok videos, and podcast,” the document reads.

MOSCOW, Idaho - Bryan Kohberger's lawyer says media is grotesque wants to get him in front of the firing squad ASAP. Bryan Kohberger could face death by firing squad if he is convicted and sentenced to death for the murders of four University of Idaho students and lethal drugs are not available, according to Idaho State Rep. Bruce Skaug, hell yeah save me a spot! An attorney representing accused U of I killer Bryan Kohberger criticized media coverage as "grotesque" and "twisted" as he asked a judge to keep a gag order in place.

Psycho killer Bryan Kohberger a Ted Bundy serial killer clone asked judge for more time to decide whether to offer an alibi for the murder of 4 Univ Idaho students "I ain't lying without an alibi". "The media of 2023 is not a good place to go," defense attorney Jay Weston Logsdon said. "We're trying to resolve issues, not make them worse." Lodgson said "the push [by the media] is to show in every possible way that the state has it right, this is their guy and the question is how long until we get him to the firing squad. A firing squad is normally composed of several soldiers, all of whom are usually instructed to fire simultaneously. It's grotesque." Attorneys also argued about whether cameras should be allowed in the courtroom for the trial and future hearings.
