Sarasota Herald Tribune Political Reporter Zac Anderson Continues His Jack Wagon Attack on Donald Trump, Joe Gruters Sets Him Straight

Sarasota Herald Tribune Political Reporter Zac Anderson Continues His Jack Wagon Attack on Donald Trump. We all don't live in Namby Pamby land Zac Anderson we want a man as president with "true grit" who will protect us. Donald Trump's front-runner status roils Republican Establishment GOP in Florida. Never in recent times has a presidential front-runner so divided either party, a fact that is especially obvious in Florida. As Trump ramps up his Florida campaign in advance of the state’s March 15th primary, nearly every elected official, party big wig, political operative and high-profile donor in the state remains cool, if not downright hostile, to the celebrity billionaire. U.S. Sen Marco Rubio has more than 80 current and former Florida officials backing him. Trump has two. Instead of starting to consolidate his support after a sweeping series of victories in Super Tuesday states, Trump is facing an all-out assault in Florida by those who view the state as the last chance to derail his campaign.

Trump and his fans wear the lack of establishment support as a badge of honor. Some say it benefits him by reaffirming to grassroots Republicans that he is an outsider who is not beholden to anyone. “He’s a guy who is willing to attack Bush 41 but he has to sit and think about whether he’s going to denounce the Ku Klux Klan, it’s outrageous,” said Rick Wilson, a prominent GOP consultant in Florida and outspoken Trump critic, alluding to Trump's criticism of former President George W. Bush's handling of the Iraq War. “No Republican official, no Republican officeholder wants to deal with that, wants to get that stink on them.” Uproar Over Donald Trump’s Supposed Refusal to Disavow Duke and KKK in CNN Interview – Trump Later Forcefully Denounced Duke and KKK –Is a Manufactured Controversy Joe Gruters Said.
When Muslim terrorists continue to plot and go operational with their self radicalized "junkyard dogs" you get a bigger meaner dog to stop them. Who do you want out there protecting the churchyard gates — a choir boy or a tough guy with a loaded gun and a kick-ass demeanor? Evangelicals answered resoundingly. VIEW The Osama bin Laden Cache of 113 Documents Just Translated and Declassified by U.S. Intelligence Agencies, Note 'To the American People'

VIEW The Osama bin Laden Cache of 113 Documents Just Translated and Declassified by U.S. Intelligence Agencies, Note 'To the American People', see complete list at bottom of this post.
WASHINGTON — Osama bin Laden, who ordered the 2001 al-Qaida attacks on the United States that killed nearly 3,000 people, claimed in his last will to have about $29 million in personal wealth, most of which he wanted spent "on jihad, for the sake of Allah." The United States released the will Tuesday, part of a cache of 113 documents seized at bin Laden's compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan, when U.S. commandos killed him in a raid nearly five years ago. The documents, written in Arabic and translated and declassified by U.S. intelligence agencies, were the second group of papers released that the U.S. Navy SEAL raiders grabbed from bin Laden's hideaway, where he lived with his wife and other relatives. The U.S. said it plans to disclose still more documents later this year. He directed that one percent of the money go to Mahfouz Ould al-Walid, a senior al-Qaida militant who went by the nom de guerre Abu Hafs al Mauritani, and another one percent to an engineer, Abu Ibrahim al-Iraqi Sa'ad, for helping establish bin Laden's first business in Sudan, the Wadi al-Aqiq Company. But bin Laden wanted the bulk of the money to go to jihadist activities.

In a undated letter “To the American people,” the al Qaeda chief chides Obama for failing to end the war in Afghanistan; and accurately predicts that the U.S. president’s plan for ending the Israeli-Palestinian conflict will fail. On April 28, 2011, just four days before his death, bin Laden was editing a document he had written on the Arab Spring revolutions. Al Qaeda’s leaders also urged further attacks on the United States. “We need to extend and develop our operations in America and not keep it limited to blowing up airplanes,” says a letter, apparently written by bin Laden, to Nasir al-Wuhayshi, head of al Qaeda’s Yemen branch.

Suspicion of tracking devices pops up again and again in the group’s writings. The concern may have been merited – the United States conducts extensive electronic surveillance on al Qaeda and other Islamic militant groups. Abu Abdallah al-Halabi – who the U.S. Treasury has identified as a name used by bin Laden’s son-in law Muhammad Abdallah Hasan Abu-Al-Khayr – writes in a letter to “my esteemed brother Khalid” about intercepting messages of “spies” in Pakistan, who he said would facilitate air strikes on al Qaeda operatives by marking cars with infrared streaks that can be seen with night vision equipment.

LADIES: Choosing a Good Self-Defense Gun Semi-Auto or Revolver in South Gate Ridge Sarasota Florida. The general advantages and disadvantages of each gun type should be considered in light of the fact that most houses and living areas limit the defender’s mobility. Remember, practical defensive shots will be fired at very close range, i.e. contact distance, to across-the-room ranges of 5 to 10 yards.

The two most common types of defensive handguns are double-action revolvers like the .38 caliber Smith & Wesson on left above and semi-automatic pistols like .380 Walther PPK/S with laser sight grip on right above. Double-action revolvers have a cylinder that swings out to one side for loading and unloading and usually have a five- to six-round capacity, one well placed round is really all you need.

Revolvers are easy to learn to operate and very reliable they do not have buttons, levers or switches, just point your Smith & Wesson AirWeight .38 caliber revolver at the robber, home invader or a sex offender rapist like Daniel Esposito and shoot.

Sovereign Citizen Martin Wirth Shoots it Out With Cops in Jefferson County Colorado Killing One and Wounding Two During an Eviction, Cops Terminated Wirth

Sovereign Citizen Martin Wirth who was fatally shot during an eviction on Wednesday threatened to shoot police in January, according to an incident report obtained by 9NEWS “I should just get my gun and shoot the first cop I see,” Martin Wirth is quoted in a report written up by a deputy with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department. According to the report, Wirth made the threat at a State Farm Insurance office in Confiner when he was denied automobile coverage on Jan. 20th. Coverage was denied because his driver’s license was not valid, according to the report. A few hours later, Park County deputies saw Wirth driving near his home and then tackled him in his driveway after he ignored orders to stop walking towards his house, according to the report. In the report, Wirth claimed he was injured during the tackle and told paramedics who responded he was having an anxiety attack. Wirth then claimed he was going to kill himself when medical crews made the decision not to transport him, the report says. On Facebook, He ranted against police in several different posts, saying "Police are an occupying force," and "If there's a war on cops, where's the recruitment center?"

A background check shows
Sovereign Citizen Martin Wirth was tried and acquitted of shooting and killing a friend over a chess game in Larimer County in 1994. An article from The Coloradoan shows Wirth admitted to the shooting, but successfully argued self-defense. The article states that several members of the jury were "unhappy with the outcome" because the only charge they could agree or disagree on was 2nd-degree murder -- there were no lesser charges. He was arrested twice for driving under in the influence in 1996 and 2004, spending 10 days in jail for the last conviction.
Sovereign Citizen Martin Wirth spent recent years fuming over police brutality and corrupt mortgage companies, fueled by his own run-ins with the law and a long battle to save from foreclosure his two-story home in the Colorado mountains. That fight came to a violent end Wednesday when the 58-year-old shot three law enforcement officers trying to serve an eviction notice, killing one and wounding the others. Officers fired back, killing Wirth. Sovereign Citizen Martin Wirth had several brushes with the law over the years, including a January arrest for eluding a police officer, obstructing a law enforcement animal, and driving without insurance and a license, court records show. After he lost his foreclosure case, Sovereign Citizen Martin Wirth sued Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper, the state attorney general and a judge in 2013. The federal lawsuit claimed that state foreclosure laws were unconstitutional and that Wirth was "in imminent danger of being wrongfully deprived of home and property while also being threatened with an armed and forcible entry onto the property and into the home." He asked a federal judge to block Park County from selling his home, evicting him or forcibly entering the house and to strike down several state laws.
Sovereign citizens adhere to a variety of legal interpretations – but all of those views lead followers to conclude they can exempt themselves from U.S. and local laws through a variety of bogus maneuvers, such as spelling their names in all capital letters on official documents. Sovereign citizens frequently harass law enforcement officers or government officials through “paper terrorism” — filing liens against their property or flooding the courts with nonsensical documents. That picture was one of Martin Wirth associated with the sovereign citizen movement (sovereign citizens), a movement that believes the United States government is illegitimate, attempting to usurp each individual’s sovereign rights.

Sovereign Citizens pose dangerous, subversive threat in Tampa Bay Florida area. HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. - "Stand at the podium and pay attention," instructed Judge Walter Heinrich. When 27 year old Eric Holtgard learned about our courtroom camera, he hung his head. "Started looking through his car, started finding some guns, some other ammos, but what was really concerning was he had paperwork in there indicating he was a Sovereign Citizen," said Larry MacKinnon, Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office Spokesperson. Deputies arrested Holtgard twice in 24 hours for threatening two people with a firearm and discovered a cache of weapons, an assault rifle, handguns, ballistic plates and armor-piercing ammunition in his car and at his Tampa Palms home.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation has recently recognized the sovereign citizen movement as a domestic terror threat for their extreme anti-government beliefs and violent attacks upon peace officers. Even when asked outright, a sovereign citizen typically will not call him or herself a “sovereign citizen.” Instead they will answer that they are individuals seeking the truth, not a “statutory person.” What makes sovereign citizens even more difficult to identify is that the movement does not appeal to any one particular demographic.
Unlike the Posse Comitatus, the exclusively white radical militia group from which the sovereign citizen movement evolved, the sovereign citizen movement appeals to all races, all ages, all political leanings and affiliations—to people from all walks of life. What connects all people lured into the movement is a common belief that the “system” has targeted them in some way.
"We The People", Sovereign Citizen Terrorist Cop Killers Try to Instill Common Law Grand Juries In Local County Politics Around USA As Tool To Indict Judges and Politicians. BOLO: Violent Sovereign Citizens are actively and currently injecting themselves into local Presidential Campaigns, they present themselves as extreme conservatives and use group names synonymous with National Liberty Alliance or use the term “Common Law Grand Jury”, they constantly quote the US Constitution (in great detail) and bring up the “Magna Carta” from 12th Century British rule all the time. The National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism at the University of Maryland released a report entitled “Understanding Law Enforcement Intelligence Processes.” According to the officers polled for the study, the Sovereign Citizen movement is the number one domestic terrorism threat today, a big jump from just seven years ago when the group was seventh on the list. The Sovereign Citizens mantra is to “Kill the Messenger” or the person (cops) who enforce laws or a Judge’s Order.

The U.S. government says these are extremists who believe that they can ignore laws and that their individual rights are under attack in routine daily instances such as a traffic stop or being required to obey a court order. They’ve lashed out against authority in incidents such as one in 2012, in which a father and son were accused of engaging in a shootout with police in Louisiana, in a confrontation that began with an officer pulling them over for a traffic violation. Two officers were killed and several others wounded in the confrontation. The men were sovereign citizen extremists who claimed police had no authority over them. Among the findings from the Homeland Security intelligence assessment: “(Sovereign citizen) violence during 2015 will occur most frequently during routine law enforcement encounters at a suspect’s home, during enforcement stops and at government offices.” And it did see list below from 2015 and back to 2010:
1). January 1st, 2015…Robert Earl Lawrence who died a few hours after being shot by a Dothan police officer outside the Dothan Animal Shelter on Tuesday had recently served time in jail for making threats to government employees and also had two women file protection orders against him earlier in the year. Robert Earl Lawrence, 30, was shot after an altercation with a police officer. According to a department press release, the altercation began when Lawrence attempted to deliver a stray animal to an animal shelter employee. Lawrence, who police said considered himself a sovereign citizen, became belligerent when told he needed to produce identification. An officer told Lawrence he was being placed under arrest, after which a confrontation occurred and Lawrence was shot in the abdomen. Lawrence had a lengthy history in the court system, including pleading guilty earlier this year to harassing communications, stemming from a January 2013 phone call to the State Department of Human Resources.
2). February 2015 – Joseph Paffen allegedly opened fire on a vehicle with four deputies inside as they responded to a call for a domestic incident involving Paffen at a Publix grocery store in Orlando at 5:18 p.m. Sunday, and the officers returned fire, killing him, the sheriff’s office said. Deputies told NBC station WESH that Paffen identified as a “sovereign citizen.”
3). TALLAHASSEE DEMOCRAT November 22nd 2014 – Curtis Wade Holley, Tallahassee LCSO Deputies Smith and Colin Wulfekuhl arrived first at the scene of the fire (set by Holley) simultaneously in separate vehicles at 10:22 a.m. Leon County Deputy Christopher L. Smith, a 47-year-old married father of two, was shot and killed immediately by Curtis Wade Holley, who was armed with a .40 caliber handgun. Bill Warner, a private investigator based in Sarasota, said Holley may have shared the same beliefs as sovereign citizens. Bill Warner said Holley may have drawn inspiration from others with anti-government views, including so-called “doomsday prepper” Martin Winters, recently sentenced to federal prison for stockpiling explosives at his Tampa-area home for use in the apocalypse. “A lot of these guys don’t go out and get very vocal,” Bill Warner said. “They keep it quiet.” Sovereign Citizen
4). September 9, 2014 – Eric Frein, an anti-government survivalist, was currently a fugitive wanted for shooting two Pennsylvania State troopers in an ambush, killing one and wounding the other.  According to the State Police Commissioner, Frein had talked about committing mass murder in addition to killing officers. Accused cop killer Eric Frein, one of the FBI’s 10 Most Wanted Fugitives, was captured October 30th after a 48-day manhunt, police said. Sovereign Citizen
5). August 12, 2014 — Armed with an AK-47, ammunition, and propane canisters, Douglas Lee Leguin set a fire, then called 911 to report it.  When Texas officers and firemen responded to the call, he shot at them in order to bring attention to his political complaints.  Sovereign Citizen
6). July 11, 2014 – According to court documents, John Huggins had a plan to trigger the next American Revolution by killing two police officers, then bombing both the Tremonton Utah police station and a nearby bridge to prevent first responders from helping those injured and killed in the attacks.  In his home, police found a bomb and five notebooks that detailed his surveillance on Tremonton police officers. Sovereign Citizen.
7). July 10, 2014 – An Ohio Probation Officer was shot and injured when he attempted to arrest Tyshawn Hancock for violating the terms of his probation on aggravated assault charges. Hancock had “what would generally be called an anti-government kind of viewpoint and a suspicion of authority.” Sovereign Citizen
8). June 30, 2014 – Samuel Bradbury was arrested for threatening to kill local Indiana police officers and “blow the Tippecanoe County Courthouse to pieces.”   Bradbury claimed to be affiliated with Jerad and Amanda Miller (see below.)  During a search of Bradbury’s home, police found the components for a firebomb and two explosive devices.  Hybrid Extreme Left / Extreme Right, Sovereign Citizen.
9). June 14, 2014 – Brent Douglas Cole engaged in a shootout with two officers who confronted him when he was camping illegally in the Tahoe National Forest in California.  Cole, a California Highway Patrol officer, and a Bureau of Land Management ranger were all wounded in the shootout.  The federal government charged Cole with the shooting on September 18, 2014.  Sovereign Citizen
10). June 8, 2014 — Jerad and Amanda Miller ambushed and killed two random Las Vegas Metro Police Department officers having lunch in Nevada.  They also killed a bystander who tried to stop their spree, before being killed by officers responding to the scene.  The couple had provided armed support to Cliven Bundy during his standoff against the federal government in April.  Sovereign Citizen
11). June 6, 2014 — Dennis Marx attempted to take over a courthouse in Cumming, Georgia while wearing body armor and a gas mask, with explosives strapped to his body.  He set a spike strip in the road to slow first responders and was armed with guns, ammunition, grenades, tear gas, and bombs.  His plan was thwarted by a deputy who was outside the courthouse doing a perimeter sweep. The officer was shot and wounded, and Marx died at the scene.  The violent battle was captured on a security camera and on the smart phone of a witnessSovereign Citizen
12). June 5, 2014 — In Moncton, Canada, Justin Bourque ambushed and shot five Mounties, killing three.  Although Canadian, Bourque’s social media pages reveal an obsession with U.S. gun laws and politics, killing police, typical sovereign conspiracy theories, the American Revolution, and Anonymous, all similar to Jerad Miller’s online presence.  General Anti-government/Canadian
13). May 1, 2014 — While Arvin Kangas argued with two Alaska State Troopers in remote Tanana, Alaska, his teenage son Nathaniel shot the officers in the back multiple times, killing them both.  The father and son staged the bodies of the Troopers to make it appear that they had drawn their weapons and then rushed to hide their marijuana plants and seeds.  Sovereign Citizen
14). January 15, 2014 — When Ohio sheriff deputies went to evict Mark Kulis, they knew he was a sovereign citizen so they waited until he left his home.  He was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon and once inside the home, the officers found multiple explosive devices, including a bomb in the oven that was wired to a motion sensor.  Kulis was found unfit to stand trial.  Sovereign Citizen
15). December 19, 2013 — When two South Carolina deputies pulled Yahchanan Reames over for driving erratically, he engaged the officers in a shootout. All three were injured. At the time, Reames was out on bond for engaging officers in a fight in a prior traffic stop. Authorities believe Reames may share the views of an extremist group known as the Sovereign Citizens‘ movement. Sovereign Citizen
16). August 21, 2013 David Brutsche, a convicted felon and child sex offender, and Devon Newman were caught in plot to kidnap, torture, and murder Las Vegas Metro Police Department officers. They pled guilty to lesser charges and were sentenced to probation.  Sovereign Citizen   17). March 14th, 2013 Panhandle Florida…..An armed “sovereign citizen,” accused of printing his own currency and defying government authority, was shot and killed in Florida last weekend after a four-hour standoff with a police SWAT team. Like so many law enforcement encounters with sovereign citizens, the case involving Jeffrey Allen Wright began with a routine traffic stop before quickly escalating. Wright attempted to pay his traffic fine with counterfeit money.
18). September 4, 2012 Christopher Lacy obscured his license plate and then shot and killed the first California Highway Patrol officer who pulled him over.  Lacy was killed by the officer’s partner. Sovereign Citizen
19). May 20, 2010 Two police officers in West Memphis, Arkansas were shot and killed during routine traffic stop in Arkansas turned into an extraordinarily violent shooting between police and a father-son pair of so-called “sovereign citizens” six weeks ago, shedding light on a secretive and dangerous subculture which believes American laws don’t apply to them. When police stopped a white minivan in West Memphis, Ark., on May 20, they had no idea that it would set off a chain of events that would result in the deaths of two officers as well as Jerry Kane and his 16-year-old son Joseph. The FBI lists sovereign citizens as a domestic terror threat. Sovereign Citizen.
20). April 19 1995 The FBI considers sovereign-citizen extremists as comprising a domestic terrorist movement, which, scattered across the United States, has existed for decades, with well-known members, such as Terry Nichols, who helped plan the Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, bombing. The Oklahoma City bombing was a domestic terrorist bomb attack on the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in downtown Oklahoma City on April 19, 1995. Carried out by Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols, the bombing killed 168 people and injured more than 680 others.
