U.K.: Banned jihadist hate preacher Sheikh Raed Saleh out on bail pending outcome of deportation proceedings, see photos.
"Arrangements had begun to remove Sheikh Raed Saleh (also spelled Salah)as he was subject to an exclusion order and an investigation had been launched into how he had managed to enter the country (UK)." Sheikh Raed Saleh was brought into the UK by his associates at the Palestinian Solidarity Campaign (PSC), Sheikh Raed Saleh did not "waltz right in" as incorrectly reported by Marisol Seibold at Jihad Watch, see the PSC website click here.
Marisol Seibold at Jihad Watch needs a refresher course in terrorism propaganda #101 and how things work, the PSC brought Sheikh Raed Saleh (also spelled Salah) into the UK knowing it would cause a controversy and now just loves all the free publicity it generates for the PSC "cause". Sheikh Raed Salah's name was on a UK database of banned people, but the information was routed to an incorrect terminal at Heathrow Airport. The information wasn't sent electronically, but on slips of paper. Sheikh Salah has Israeli citizenship and is the leader of the Radical Islamic Movement in Israel. The Palestine Solidarity Campaign (PSC) said he was the leader of a legitimate political organisation.
AFP - A controversial Arab-Israeli Islamist leader, Sheikh Raed Saleh, was freed on bail by a British court Friday pending the outcome of his legal challenge against efforts by the government to deport him.
Sheikh Raed Saleh, 52, was detained in London last month on the orders of Home Secretary Theresa May for entering Britain despite a government ban, although his lawyers said he had no idea he was subject to an exclusion order. Lawyers representing Saleh, head of the radical northern wing of Israel's Islamic Movement, told High Court judge Nicholas Stadlen on Friday that he did not pose a security risk and should not be held in custody.
Lawyers for Britain's interior ministry had opposed the bail application. Saleh was arrested in London on June 28 after returning from a public event in the central English city of Leicester, one of several he was attending during a week-long visit.
He had been due to speak the following day at an event at the House of Commons organised by the Palestinian Solidarity Campaign (PSC) alongside three opposition Labour lawmakers.
Sheikh Raed Saleh (also spelled Salah) has had multiple run-ins with the law in Israel, including most recently being arrested at the border with Jordan after allegedly striking an interrogator. In 2010, he spent five months behind bars for spitting at an Israeli policeman, and he has been detained several other times, including in connection with an alleged arson incident.
Sheikh Raed Saleh was also held after taking part in a the Gaza Strip-bound aid flotilla which Israeli naval commandos stormed on May 31, 2010 in an operation that killed nine Turkish activists. The Islamic Movement is tolerated in Israel but is under constant surveillance because of its perceived links with the Palestinian militant Hamas movement that controls Gaza, as well as with other Islamist groups worldwide.
Sheikh Raed Saleh leads the hardline northern branch Islamic Movement in Israel (also known as the Islamic Movement in 48 Palestine) is a movement that aims to advocate Islam among Israeli Arabs. It operates on three levels: religious (Islamic education, religious service), social (welfare services) and anti-Zionist (opposition to the State of Israel and support for Palestinian nationalism).
The position regarding Israel: Northern branch - No recognition of the State of Israel's right to exist, with the ultimate goal of it being replaced by an Islamic state. Readiness to make use of its institutions to satisfy immediate needs (violence).
BBC NEWS....Charities run by Salah's Northern Branch of the Islamic Movement were shut down by Israel in the 1990s for transferring funds to Hamas in the West Bank. Salah also was jailed in 2005 for funneling money to the terrorist group. The Islamic Movement has been described by an Israeli terrorism expert as "a faction of the Muslim Brotherhood organization."
Hamas Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh condemned the UK for Salah's arrest, calling him a "messenger of freedom, respect and human rights." Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) activists demonstrated in front of the British Cultural Centre in Gaza. One senior PIJ figure accused the British government of capitulating to the "Jewish lobby," and committing another crime after having "given the Jews a 'national homeland' in Palestine."

NEAL SCHMIDT ex-Grand Dragon Missouri Chapter of KKK Sentenced to 20 Years For Attempting to Have Sex With Two Underage Girls.
ATLANTA, GA—NEAL RAY SCHMIDT, 59, of St. Louis, Missouri, was sentenced today to serve 20 years in federal prison for seeking to have sex with two teenage girls. SCHMIDT, a retired delivery man and former Grand Dragon for the Missouri chapter of the Ku Klux Klan, had traveled from Missouri to Georgia for what he hoped would be a sexual encounter with two 14 year-old girls he met on-line. Since his arrest in this case, SCHMIDT, his photo above, has been charged with molesting his granddaughter in Missouri and with arranging a similar sexual encounter with an underage girl in Florida.
“This case starkly illustrates how the Internet can expose our children not only to the predator down the street, but also to the would-be molester who lives hundreds of miles away. Thanks to the hard work of one of our local law enforcement partners, this particular offender will now be kept away from any other potential victims for many years to come,” said United States Attorney Sally Quillian Yates.
“I think that it is great that this individual will be off the streets and out of our communities for quite some time. I am very proud of our Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) unit and the professionalism they displayed during this investigation. The teamwork utilized by all the agencies involved proved to be very instrumental in the successful prosecution of this case and is a shining example of what we can accomplish when we work in that capacity,” said Henry County Police Department Chief Keith Nichols.
United States District Court Judge William S. Duffey, Jr., sentenced SCHMIDT to 20 years in prison, to be followed by a lifetime of supervised release. SCHMIDT will be required to register as a sex offender upon his release from custody. SCHMIDT was arrested in June 2010 and pleaded guilty to the charges in April 2011.
The two girls claimed to be friends and explained that they lived near each other in McDonough, Georgia. SCHMIDT and the girls had a series of mundane exchanges until SCHMIDT turned the conversation toward sexual topics. Over the ensuing months, in an effort to groom the girls for an eventual sexual encounter, SCHMIDT sent sexually explicit videos of himself, as well as images and videos of child pornography.
In June 2010, SCHMIDT made arrangements to drive from his home near St. Louis to a motel in McDonough, Georgia, where the two girls were to meet him for their sexual encounter. SCHMIDT was arrested in the parking lot of the motel in McDonough, carrying several guns, Klan paraphernalia, and an assortment of sex toys and supplies.
Bill Warner Private Investigator, SEX, CRIME, CHEATERS & TERRORISM at www.wbipi.comAccording to United States Attorney Yates, the charges and other information presented in court: In early 2010, SCHMIDT, while trolling in an on-line forum for kids, met whom he believed to be two 14 year-old girls but who were in fact undercover police officers.

Pennsylvania Blogger Emerson Begolly Indicted By Federal Grand Jury Soliciting Jihadists to Kill Americans On Islamic Web Forum Ansar al-Mujahideen.
U.S. Attorney’s Office
July 14, 2011 Office of Public Affairs
WASHINGTON—Emerson Winfield Begolly, 22, of New Bethlehem, Pa., was indicted by a federal grand jury in Alexandria, Va., today for allegedly soliciting Islamic extremists to engage in acts of terrorism within the United States and posting bomb-making instruction materials online.
The indictment was announced by Neil H. MacBride, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia; Lisa Monaco, Assistant Attorney General for National Security; James W. McJunkin, Assistant Director in Charge of the FBI Washington Field Office; and David J. Hickton, U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
“Emerson Begolly is accused of repeatedly using the Internet to promote violent jihad against Americans,” said U.S. Attorney MacBride. “These allegations demonstrate how young people in the United States can become influenced by – and eventually participate in – jihadist propaganda that is a serious threat to the safety of us all.”
“Today’s case underscores the continuing threat posed by homegrown extremists seeking to use the Internet to incite violence,” said Assistant Attorney General Monaco. “Today, the FBI is faced with a complex threat environment that combines homegrown extremism and the Internet,” said Assistant Director in Charge McJunkin. “The FBI’s top priority is stopping terrorism, and we remain vigilant against those who solicit violent acts in the United States.”
“Those who attempt to harm or kill Americans will face a determined, coordinated law enforcement effort,” said U.S. Attorney Hickton. According to the two-count indictment, Begolly has been an active moderator of a popular, internationally known Islamic extremist web forum, the Ansar al-Mujahideen English Forum (AMEF), used by its members to promote and distribute jihadist propaganda.
The indictment alleges that since July 2010, Begolly has placed a number of postings encouraging attacks within the United States, including the use of firearms, explosives and propane tanks against targets such as police stations, post offices, synagogues military facilities, train lines, bridges, cell phone towers and water plants.
Following the reported shootings in Northern Virginia at the Pentagon and the Marine Corps Museum in October 2010, Begolly allegedly posted a comment online that praised the shootings and hoped the shooter had followed his previous postings encouraging similar acts of violence that might “seem small but cause big damage.”
On Dec. 28, 2010, Begolly allegedly posted links to a 101-page document that contains information on how to set up a laboratory, conduct basic chemistry and manufacture explosives. The indictment charges Begolly with solicitation to commit a crime of violence, which carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison, and distribution of information relating to explosives, destructive devices and weapons of mass destruction, which carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison.
On Feb. 2, 2011, Begolly was indicted for allegedly assaulting federal agents and firearms-related charges in the Western District of Pennsylvania. He faces a maximum sentence of life in prison if convicted of the charges filed in that district. Criminal indictments are only charges and not evidence of guilt. A defendant is presumed to be innocent until and unless proven guilty.
This case is being investigated by the FBI Washington Field Office. Assistant U.S. Attorney Neil Hammerstrom of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Virginia’s National Security and International Crime Unit, Assistant U.S. Attorney James Kitchen of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and Trial Attorney Stephen Ponticiello of the Counterterrorism Section in the Justice Department’s National Security Division are prosecuting the case.
On Jan. 9th 2011, Media reports have indicated that Emerson Begolly, an American jihadist from Pennsylvania known for his virulently anti-Semitic songs and exhortations to carry out violence, has been arrested, after biting two FBI agents who approached to question him in New Bethlehem, PA. Begolly also had a loaded firearm on his person when he was arrested.

Mississippi Authorities to Review Black Man's Hanging In Greenwood An Area Home To White Knights of The KKK
FOX NEWS...Mississippi authorities are reviewing the case of a black man who was found dead hanging from a tree after relatives questioned the credibility of the deputy medical examiner. The Mississippi Department of Public Safety said Monday it began its investigation after allegations surfaced that Dr. Adel Shaker falsified information in a murder case in Kenya in 1998.
Shaker told The Associated Press that his boss in Kenya changed his report to make it look like a tourist was killed by animals instead of people. His credibility was questioned by an attorney for the parents of Fredrick Jermaine Carter. Carter was found hanging in a tree near Greenwood in December 2010.
USA TODAY...State Rep. Willie Perkins, a Democrat from Greenwood and president of the Leflore County branch of the NAACP, says that group also "will keep a high scrutiny and watch on any investigative report regarding what was the cause of death."
"There are a lot of concerns there, No. 1 that this individual could not have (hanged) himself without the assistance of someone, if it's being declared a suicide," he says. "Why would someone from Sunflower County come to North Greenwood, the predominantly white housing area of Greenwood? Why would someone that far away come and hang themselves in North Greenwood by a river? That does not pass the smell test to me."
Another local elected official, state Sen. David Jordan, a Democrat, says the African-American community in Greenwood is "very much concerned." "This is in a white wealthy area, and black people just don't go over there," he says. "There's not a single black that's talked to us who believes that he hanged himself."
Jordan, who is African-American, suggests there is a historical underpinning for blacks being suspicious about the specter of violence against them: Greenwood is about 12 miles from Money, Miss., site of one of the most infamous lynchings in U.S. history.
In August 1955, Emmett Till, a 14-year-old Chicago boy visiting relatives for the summer, was abducted and killed after he allegedly made remarks to a white woman.
"We're not drawing any conclusions," Jordan says. "We're skeptical, and rightfully we should be, given our history. We can't take this lightly. We just have to wait and see."
Medgar Evers his photo above was assassinated outside his Greenwood, MS home in 1963, Evers was the Mississippi state NAACP leader and an organizer for civil rights workers. Medgar Evers was murdered byWhite Knights KKK "sniper" Bryan de la Beckwith of Greenwood MS. Delay joined the Ku Klux Klan in the early 1960's.
No one really knew why, but Delay was a die-hard white supremacist. Delay hated blacks, Jews and Roman Catholics. As Time magazine later reported, “He tried to inject racism into everything.” Delay composed and distributed racist pamphlets in Greenwood MS. He also took part in anti-integration rallies, where he did things like obstructing non-whites from using public toilet facilities. At that time – from 1954 until the mid-1960s – the Klan was engaged in open warfare against the Civil Rights movement in Mississippi .

Brookhaven Mississippi was central to numerous unsolved KKK murders during the Civil Rights era of the 1960′s.
Mississippi was a hotbed of Civil Rights activism in the 1960′s . Sam Bowers was the imperial wizard of the White Knights of the Ku Klux Klan of Mississippi, he was linked to Florence Mississippi in 1984. The White Knights of the Ku Klux Klanwas considered the most militant as well as the most violent Ku Klux Klan in history. ”By June of 1964, membership in the White Knights of the Klu Klux Klan of Mississippi was estimated at 10,000″.
In 1964, the White Knights of the Ku Klux Klan murdered three civil rights workers: Andrew Goodman, James Chaney, and Michael Schwerner. The victims were members of the Congress Of Racial Equality (CORE).
Sam Bowers perceived the original Ku Klux Klan as being too passive. On February 15, 1964, at a meeting in Brookhaven, Mississippi, he convinced about 200 members of the original Knights to defect and join a highly secret Klan, to be called the White Knights of the Ku Klux Klan, that would not hesitate to use violence to achieve its goals. Bowers adopted a strict code of secrecy with the purpose of preserving White supremacy in the South.
Sam Bowers was convicted in the Chaney-Schwerner-Goodman killings and served more than six years at McNeil Island Federal Prison in Washington. He was released in 1976. At the time of his death, the former Imperial Wizard was serving a 1998 sentence of life in a Mississippi prison for the 1966 bombing. Today, the MS White Knights are led under Imperial Wizard Richard Green with over 100 members in Mississippi.
