Abdul Ali Alishtari aka “Michael Mixon” Convicted Terror Financiar Links to Pastor Brian Anderson and Queens Mosque Founder Aqeel Khan.

Federal prosecutors have lauded the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force for its work in the successful prosecution of Canadian citizen Brian David Anderson, whom investigators linked to an international HYIP known as Flat Electronic Data Interchange (FEDI). Anderson was identified in legal filings as a FEDI pitchman, claiming FEDI was a commodities exchange and that he was selling “seats.”

FEDI actually was a fraudulent loan-investment scheme operated as an HYIP by Abdul Tawala Ibn Ali Alishtari, also known as “Michael Mixon.” Alishtari, 46, of Ardsley, N.Y., pleaded guilty in September 2009 to fleecing investors out of millions of dollars.  In the same case — a case in which Anderson’s name was referenced as a FEDI pitchman in a grand-jury indictment — Alishtari pleaded guilty to financing terrorism.

“Abdul Alishtari . . . admitted that he stole millions from investors and knowingly financed what he believed to be tools of terror,” U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara said in September, after the guilty plea. “In enriching himself, Alishtari displayed a deliberate disregard for the financial and personal security of others.” Investigators said Alishtari “facilitated the transfer of $152,000, with the understanding that the money would be used to fund training for terrorists.

“In the latter half of 2006,” according to investigators, “Alishtari agreed to discreetly transfer these funds for an undercover officer, believing that the money was going to be used to purchase night vision goggles and other equipment for a terrorist training camp in Afghanistan. During his guilty plea, Alishtari admitted that he sent the money from the United States knowing that the funds were to be used to help finance alleged terrorist activity in Pakistan and Afghanistan.”

Anderson, the former pastor of a church in Canada who was arrested in Spain in 2007, was not linked to terrorism. But Canadian authorities said he pushed FEDI and another investment scheme known as Frontier Assets.

Pasco Fl lawyer leaves a trail of odd business deals links to Brian Anderson; Dennis Dale Cole's business career will end ingloriously when he is sentenced in May 2009 to as many as 20 years in prison for fraud.  Cole, 60, a former lawyer who once had a Clearwater office and now lives in the Pasco community of Trinity, is little known in his Tampa Bay home. In 2005, Cole and several others, including Canadian minister Brian Anderson, were sued by Nevada investors accusing them of a Ponzi scheme.

A Ponzi is a scam in which money from new investors pays older investors until it all collapses for lack of cash. The federal suit said Cole and Anderson participated in a "faith-based scam" targeting parishioners of charismatic Christian churches. It wasn't long before federal marshals came knocking. They arrested Cole at his Trinity home in 2006 and charged him with conspiracy to defraud. A Missouri grand jury had indicted Cole for a $2 million investment scheme with victims in that state and elsewhere.

In the scam, prosecutors said, people investing $50,000 or more were promised returns of $1 million. In September 2006, Cole pleaded guilty to defrauding investors. He faces up to 20 years in prison at a May sentencing. Brian Anderson, the minister, was not named in Cole's indictment. By the time of Cole's arrest, Anderson had fled to Europe, where he was arrested by Spanish police in March 2007.

DENNIS DALE COLE-  age 61-White-M - Release Date 12-19-2010- PENSACOLA FPC.
The Federal Prison Camp (FPC) in Pensacola, Florida, is a minimum security facility (EASY TIME at the "COUNTRY CLUB")  that houses male offenders.  FPC Pensacola is located on Saufley Field, an outlying base of the Pensacola Naval Air Station (NAS), 175 miles west of Tallahassee and 50 miles east of Mobile, Alabama.

Pasco Attorney Dennis Cole got only 20 months at Pensacola Club Fed (reduced to 17 months). The conditions at the Federal Prison in Pensacola are good. There is a white line painted across the side walk that the prisoners cannot cross. The prisoners maintain the grounds on the base. They don't have to worry about prison violence that exists in other Federal Prisons, no Aryan Brotherhood gang here, DENNIS DALE COLE got 17 months of easy time, why ?

St Pete Times May 2009…..Cole faced up to 20 years in prison on the charge. But his Largo attorney, John Trevena, successfully argued for a departure from sentencing guidelines because of Dennis Cole’s cooperation in several other criminal cases (the Fed's flipped Cole).
Cole, who was free on bail and faced 20 years when this story published on February 8, 2009 in the St. Pete Times, got only 17 months in Federal Prison when he was sentanced in May 2009, he gets out December 19th, 2010 from the Federal Country Club Pen at Pensacola.  Cole had been expected to testify in Anderson's trial before the minister's plea. No documents in either of the court cases link Cole to Alishtari.

Sarasota private investigator Bill Warner, who has investigated Alishtari, said he has never come across Cole's name and didn't know why Cole would be testifying at Anderson's trial. "Cole's the mystery man," Warner said.

BRIAN DAVID ANDERSON  pleaded guilty in the United States to criminal charges stemming from the Frontier Assets scheme, and was sentenced in Jan. 2010 to 90 months in federal prison, but he is currently in the The Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) Brooklyn, New York, is an administrative facility that houses male and female inmates, Judicial District: Eastern New York.

MDC Brooklyn is located near the Gowanus Bay, between 2nd and 3rd Avenue on 29th Street, you do not do "time" in the Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) Brooklyn, New York, the Fed's have furhter use for BRIAN DAVID ANDERSON .

Prosecutors described it as a $4 million Ponzi scheme. U.S. District Judge Alvin K. Hellerstein said Brian Anderson “ripped out” investors’ hearts.

ABDUL TAWALA ALISHTARI A New York businessman accused of trying to funnel money to a terrorist training camp in Afghanistan pleaded guilty on SEPTEMBER 29TH. 2009 to charges of terrorism financing and conspiracy to commit wire fraud, so why is he, as of April 10th, 2010 still in the Metropolitan Correctional Center (MCC) in New York City an administrative facility housing male and female pre-trial and holdover inmates, what other terrorism case is he going to testify in ?

The Metropolitan Correctional Center (MCC) in New York City is the great holding tank for terror suspects prior to trial, you do not do "time" at the Metropolitan Correctional Center (MCC) in New York City.

The businessman, Abdul Tawala Ibn Ali Alishtari, could face up to 25 years in prison when he is sentenced by Judge Alvin Hellerstein of Federal District Court in Manhattan, Abdul Tawala Ibn Ali Alishtari has not been given a specific prison sentance as of April 10th, 2010, the Fed's flipped Abdul Tawala Ibn Ali Alishtari.

Friday, December 26, 2008, Abdul Tawala Ibn Ali Alishtari New York Terror Finance Case, Abdul Alishtari links to Aqeel Khan in Orlando Fl and Masjid Al-Fatima in Queens NY.

In 2005, Bill Warner took BBC journalist Richard Watson to the Masjid al-Fatima 57-16 37th Avenue, Woodside, which had been taken over by radicals from Hizb ut-Tahrir in the mid 1990s. Watson videotaped Bill Warner's interview with imam Aqeel Khan, who spoke of the problems of radicals at the mosque.

Mr Warner's sleuthing managed to show that Junaid Babar, who was an Al Muhajiroun member from Queens, had attended the Woodside mosque, and here in 1999 had first met Sajil Shahid. Shahid had founded the Al Muhajiroun office in Lahore in Pakistan, which became a center for ferrying British jihadists (including the five men convicted of the Operation Crevice plot, and also Mohammed Sidique Khan, leader of London's 7/7 bombers) from Lahore to the regions bordering with Afghanistan, where they met Taliban and Al Qaeda controllers.

Linked to the 57-16 37th Ave Woodside Queens NY 11377 address of the Islamic Center of Queens aka Masjid al-Fatima is PO Box 770218 Woodside NY 11377 of which at least 5 other business's use the same PO Box number, see below, the Mosque founder Aqeel Khan also shows up and it appears that he is a CPA and runs at least two accounting firms using PO Box 770218 Woodside NY 11377.

Aqueel Khan of the Islamic Center of Queens is also listed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of at least one of the Florida corporations set up by Abdul Tawala Ibn Ali Alishtari (arrested 2/15/2007), also known as Michael Mixon, a bank underwriter and resident of Ardsley, New York, charged in Manhattan federal court with terrorism financing, material support of terrorism, and international money laundering, as well as additional charges of conspiracy and wire fraud.

Aqeel Khan of Queens NY and Abdul Tawala Ibn Ali Alishtari of Ardsley, N.Y are business partners in a Florida corporation, GLOBALPROTECTOR.NET, INC,(orginally set up in New York State Division of Corporations) which appears to be a front company to launder money for FEDI which was also set up in Florida as a Foreign Corp., Aqeel Khan handled the cash he was the CFO.

Mafia Chief John ‘Junior’ Gotti Blasts Government Witness, John Alite Tampa Mob Rat, In ‘60 Minutes’ Interview.

MELVILLE, N.Y. — John "Junior" Gotti, son of the late mob boss, does a bit of trash talking in an upcoming "60 Minutes" interview, blasting one of the government’s key witnesses against him in his most recent trial, old mob crony John Alite (Tampa Mob Rat).

Gotti, 46, is said to have been generally low key in the March 16 interview at his Oyster Bay Cove home on Long Island with correspondent Steve Kroft. But he became animated when the topic of Alite came up. In November, Gotti and Alite traded tough words in court after the witness finished testifying.
"He got off the stand, walked towards me, and he smiled and laughed. And that’s when I called him a punk and a dog," Gotti tells Kroft in the interview to air Sunday. "He was always a punk and a dog. He was a junkie. He was all of those things. Miscreant. He was a trash pail then, he’s a trash pail now and he’ll always be a trash pail."

The U.S. attorney’s office in Manhattan used Alite, now in the witness protection program, in its bid to make the racketeering case against Gotti. Alite testified that Gotti approved three homicides, in which the witness also played a role.

But after jurors failed to agree on a verdict, some told Newsday they questioned Alite’s credibility and motives in testifying. Following the mistrial, Gotti’s fourth, prosecutors dropped the case.

The interview is slotted for 20 minutes, twice usual length, CBS said. Gotti doesn’t once use the word "mafia" for legal reasons, but refers to himself as a "street guy," said the network. Gotti’s attorney Charles Carnesi sat beside him for the interview.  The double-length interview will be broadcast Sunday, April 11, at 7 p.m. ET/PT.

Gotti also talks about growing up with the infamous father whom he strove to please by living a life of crime but whom he eventually betrayed by leaving that life.

The proudest moment in the life of John Gotti Jr. was when he was "made," or formally inducted into the life of crime, an event he says must have made his father, convicted mafia boss John Gotti, feel like his son was named to the all-America team.

Gotti didn't use words like Mafia or mob when discussing his role in the Gambino Crime Family for legal reasons during his three-hour interview with Kroft at his Oyster Bay, N.Y., home. Instead, "I was a street guy. I was in the streets," he tells Kroft, his lawyer, Charles Carnesi, beside him, more from this source....

Gotti talks about hanging out at the Bergin Hunt and Fish Club in Ozone Park, his father’s old club, and engaging in gambling, loan sharking, extortion and tax evasion. He said his father committed mob murders as part of the "code of the street," according to CBS. Mob life also held out the constant threat of getting killed.

"When you hang out in the streets, you’re hanging with a different type of person ... you don’t know what’s going to happen," Gotti says, according to an excerpt. The interview appears part of a process for Gotti to gain exposure for a budding book project and possible documentary film., more from this source........

Tampa Mob Rat John Alite Now In The Witness Protection Program, On Your Dime.  Tuesday, February 24, 2009, Former Gotti crony John Alite, who ran Tampa's PRESTIGE VALET, claims affair with Victoria Gotti, Junior Gotti's sister.  Before he became a mob rat, Gambino associate John Alite says he was a horndog who had a secret affair with Mafia princess Victoria Gotti. John Alite took center stage Monday in Brooklyn Federal Court in the murder trial of reputed hit man Charles Carneglia, but much of his testimony was about how close he, John Alite, was to John A. (Junior) Gotti - and the mob scion's older sister.

August 05, 2008, ATTENTION TAMPA NIGHT CLUBBERS, YOU WERE GIVING YOUR CAR KEYS (AND HOUSE KEYS) TO THE MOB ! Co-owner of Prestige Valet in Tampa, John Alite aka John Alletto (photo), was the "wiseguy" who acted as the go between the New York Gotti Mob family and the Tampa Gotti underworld, this guy may have been in your car and had access to all of your keys, your name and home address info from the car registration, that is always in the glove box or visor. The former alleged boss of the Tampa Gotti Mob enterprise, John E. Alite, is awaiting trial in Tampa after being captured and extradited from Brazil.

John Gotti mob "Captain" Ronald "Ronnie One Arm" Trucchio tapped fellow New Yorker John Alite to head his Tampa crew beginning about 1993, the records state. By that point, Alite was already well known to federal authorities. In 1989, he and another man were arrested with John A. Gotti Jr., son of the late mob boss, and accused of beating up two men and a woman in a Long Island night club. Alite admitted he was dazzled by the glamour of organized crime and became good friends with John Gotti Jr., the son of the legendary boss of the Gambino crime family, who was from the same neighborhood.

Celeb Private Eye Bo Dietl ‘horrified’ by mob accuser John Alite. Celebrity crime-fighter Bo Dietl yesterday said a mob snitch's claim that the ex-cop sold secrets to the Gambino crime family hit him like a bullet in the chest.

"It's horrifying that someone could accuse you of something like this," Dietl said at a news conference he called yesterday to clear his name. "I fought against criminal activities all my life. This is so opposite of what I'm all about. Personally, it's like someone shot me."

Dietl, a private investigator who was the subject of the 1998 film "One Tough Cop," told reporters that he wants the US Attorney's Office to find out who leaked an FBI report that included John Alite's claim that Dietl took payoffs from the late John Gotti's brother, Richard, in exchange for case information.

Rev. Michael Donald Bray And The Radical Christian "Army of God' Alive and Kicking, Militant Anti-Abortion Activist Appeared on White Nationalist Talk Show

Militant Anti-Abortion Activist Appeared on White Nationalist Talk Show, Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC);  Militant anti-abortion activist Michael Bray, his photos above, is reaching out to Kenyans on a new website targeting abortion providers and gay rights activists with ties to the country. In his endorsement of, he rejects the view of “racists” who thought Africa was “hopelessly backwards because it was occupied by an inferior racial group.” Rather, Bray argues, the West’s cultural superiority resulted from its embrace of Christianity, which was only later introduced to Africa. “It [is] perhaps Africa which shall be the beacon for the world in the new century as Christianity’s influence is increased in contrast to its departure from the west,” he wrote. “ [SEE stands for Stop Exporting Evil!] exhorts Kenyans to resist the evil influences of an apostatizing West which has abandoned the Lord of Glory, the King above all kings.”

Bray’s rejection of racism might raise eyebrows in light of his appearance two years ago as a guest on “The Political Cesspool,” a shamelessly white nationalist radio talk show that often denigrates those of African descent. Prior to Bray’s interview, Cesspool host James Edwards had, for example, called blacks “heathen savages,” “subhumans” and “black animals” while discussing violent black-on-white crime. In an April 4, 2007, debut on CNN, Edwards told host Paula Zahn that “crime and violence follow African-Americans wherever they go.”

In the month before Bray’s Oct. 12, 2007, “Cesspool” appearance, the show featured favorable interviews with former Klan attorney Sam Dickson, Holocaust denier Mark Weber, and former Klan leader and neo-Nazi David Duke, a “Cesspool” regular whom Edwards on his website described as “a Christian man above reproach.”

Bray’s “Cesspool” interview focused almost entirely on his legal troubles, according to archived audio of the show. He complained that federal agents, sheriff’s deputies and Planned Parenthood representatives had entered his Wilmington, Ohio, home 11 days earlier to remove household items. “[They] ransacked the house, basically,” Bray said.

The seizure resulted from a federal court order to take property that could be sold to satisfy a $1 million judgment against Bray, a defendant in a successful lawsuit brought by Planned Parenthood and several abortion doctors. The suit contended that the American Coalition of Life Activists had released a wanted-style poster listing the names and addresses of abortion providers. (In the Cesspool interview, Bray said he didn’t produce or circulate the sign and that he was only loosely affiliated with the group.)

Also at issue in the case was the “Nuremberg Files,” an online listing of abortion providers and other supporters of abortion rights, with the names of those who’d been murdered crossed out and the names of those who had been wounded in gray. A federal jury in 1999 decided that the material constituted a “true threat” and ruled in favor of the plaintiffs; the full 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ultimately affirmed the verdict. During the “Cesspool” interview, Bray told Edwards it’s not only abortionists who will face Nuremberg-style trials, but also judges. “They are tyrants, and they need to be told they’re tyrants for acting lawlessly,” he said. “They violate not only the constitution, but they violate the laws of God.”

The interview briefly touched on Bray’s criminal history: He served four years in prison after being convicted in connection with a series of 1984 bombings in Maryland, Delaware and Washington D.C. The bombings targeted clinics, the American Civil Liberties Union and the National Abortion Federation, a trade association of abortion providers. Bray, 57, has repeatedly asserted that violence is justified to stop abortion and defended the 1993 killing of abortion doctor David Gunn in Pensacola, Fla. , the website Bray promotes, is controlled by Neal Horsley, creator of the “Nuremberg Files.” (Horsley was not a defendant in the lawsuit.) Horsley’s most recent venture in some ways resembles a toned-down version of his Nuremberg Files, with “not wanted” posters featuring the photos and, in some cases, contact information of gay rights activists and abortion providers working in Kenya.

Bray did not respond to a phone message on Wednesday seeking comment about his decision to be interviewed on “Cesspool.” Though Bray made no racial comments on air, Edwards was moved by his story and urged listeners to donate money to help his large family. After Bray hung up, Edwards said: “Any guy that will have 11 white children in this day and age, I tell you, I salute him.”

Michael Donald Bray, a vocal and violent activist on behalf of a theocratic United States. Convicted of string of bombings against women's health care clinics providing abortion in the mid-1980s. Author of A Time to Kill , a book offering religious justification for the murder of abortion providers.

In 1985, Bray was charged with conspiracy, following a series of clinic bombings. The Maryland Metropolitan Medical Women's Center, a Planned Parenthood office and also the Washington Office of the American Civil Liberties Union were bombed. At the time, responsibility was claimed by an anonymous caller to the Washington Times on behalf of "The Army of God, East Coast division," a loosely knit collection of Christian militants.

Bray justified violence against abortion providers by braiding together several strands of Christian thought, and manipulating them to fit his belief that the United States was a totalitarian regime. These included the beliefs of two theologians who made the case—in the face of Hitler's Nazi state—that Christians' violence may sometimes be justified. Bray applied these thoughts, which originated with Dietrich Bonhoeffer and Reinhold Neibuhr, to the United States under the 1990s Clinton Administration, which he saw as totalitarian in its grip on individual freedom, and dangerously secular.

Bray also borrowed from Christian reconstructionist theology, an extremist subset of the already extreme Christian dominion theology. Reconstructionist Christians reject the separation of church and state, and believe that Christians' world domination is God's intention.

Rev. Michael Donald Bray on convicted murderer and Army of God sniper operative James Kopp, who he calls a Man of Peace.  “Kopp couldn’t have done the crime (s) because, ‘He’s a great person – very reliable, very dependable, a holy man. He’s a very peaceable man and the last person in my mind to  suspect.’”

Rev. Michael Donald Bray's Plea for Aid and Comfort for Prisoners of the Army of God in Prison;  The Prisoners of Christ; It has been a few years since I have visited any of our anti-abortion prisoners. Once did I visit Paul Hill, Leland Smart, Shelley Shannon, James Kopp, David Lane and Curt Beseda (released after 14 years in 1998; Jayne visited him when I was in jail c. 1986); several times I visited Cheryl Richardson (two-month stay during VAAPCON grand jury); never did I visit Jennifer Sperle, Joseph Grace, Joan Andrews, John Salvi, Dennis Malvasi or Marjorie Reed (I was excused in part by the obstacles: wardens and parole officers); nor have I visited Michael Griffin, James Mitchell, Clayton Waagner, Stephen Jordi, Don Benny Anderson, Ricky Lee McDonald, Eric Rudolph, Robert Cook, Brian Charles, or Vincent Whitaker.

Much like the radical, fundamentalist Islamic movement and their perverse use of the Koran seeking to convert the world under the one '"true" flag of Islam, the same can be said of the domestic underground movement of the Army of God and their murderous interpretation of the Bible.
John Burt was the leader of the Army of God, much like Osama bin-Laden leads Al-Qaeda. John Burt's protégé and main claim to infamy was Eric Rudolph, much like Mohamed Atta was Osama bin-Laden's.

My involvement with terrorist bombings and radical fundamentalist religion began with Eric Rudolph and the 1996 Centennial Olympic Park bombing, a close relative of mine was working one of the event tents that night when Rudolph's back pack bomb, filled with roofing nails, exploded killing 1 and wounding 110. Since that day, 7/27/1966, I have resolved to expose those who kill in the name of God or Allah.

John Burt ran a fundamentalist Christian training school in Milton Fl (near Pensacola) called "Our Fathers House" his home for unwed mothers, that turned out clinic bombing students such as Matthew Goldsby and James Simmons (bus drivers for the school) just like bin-Laden and al-Qaeda run the Madrassa's in Pakistan and Afghanistan.

John Burt was the center of the Clinic bombing and Doctor sniper shooting universe, he ran the Army of God from his outpost in Milton Fl, his assassins included convicted murderer Michael Griffin and at the time international terrorist James Kopp who originated in Binghamton NY, also in Binghamton was Burt's assocaite Randall Terry.

The exact same tactics used by the terrorist disciples of John Burt, surveillance, stalking, backpack bombs, assassinations, and radical indoctrination of the young are also used by Osama bin-Laden's al-Qaeda, all done in the name of a perverse sense of fundamentalist religion based on the Bible or the Koran.

Fast forward to May 2004 and now we find that John Burt has been arrested and convicted ot molesting at least 5 young female members of his "Our Fathers House" and sentenced to 18 years in a Florida State prison, all in the name of fundamentalist religion.

Casey Anthony Used Chloroform To Knock Caylee Anthony Out And left Her In A Car While She Went Partying So Says Jailhouse Snitch Robyn Adams A Drug Dealer Whose Husband Was A Cop !

Did Casey Anthony tell a jailhouse friend a detail only her daughter's killer would know?  Not long after remains of 2-year-old Caylee were found in December 2008, Anthony told fellow inmate Robyn Adams that investigators found the bones in a black garbage bag with a baby blanket.

That last detail — the baby blanket — wasn't public knowledge at the time. "Casey Anthony had knowledge of items only the suspect, certain law enforcement personnel and the certain medical examiner's personnel knew," an Orange County sheriff's detective wrote in a report that was among more than 500 pages released Tuesday.

Among the documents were copies of dozens of jailhouse letters Anthony wrote Adams while the two were incarcerated in the Orange County Jail. They provide the first public insight into what Anthony has been doing, who she has been talking to and her state of mind in the months since her arrest in 2008.

She addressed Adams as "Cookie" and signed off with a nickname, "Muffin." Her choice of topics, written in a tall, up-and-down script, range from the lighthearted to the serious:
•Planning an RV trip with Adams.
•Complaining about her mother not showing up to see her in court.
•Accusations of sexual abuse (by who ?).
•Her faith in God.
•Her desire to brush up on her Spanish (escape to Costa Rica).
•The struggles of being a single mother living at home with her parents (and nights out partying).

A recurring issue for Anthony was her assertion that she has been misrepresented and misunderstood.  "That's one of the biggest things that truly cuts me when I hear them talk about me as a mother — I was a great mom! And I love my daughter (Caylee her photo above) with every thing that I have. I would give my life to have her back even for 5 minutes. It's so frustrating," she wrote in one undated letter. The State Attorney's Office released the material as part of the first-degree murder case against Anthony, 24, who is accused of killing Caylee. The toddler's remains were found near her family's home, five months after she was reported missing.

ROBYN ADAMS-White-F- Release Date 04-06-2017 -TALLAHASSEE Federal CI .

Anthony told Robyn Adams, a drug dealer (her husband was a Florida cop) who is has now serving time in federal prison (TALLAHASSEE Federal CI), that she used to give Caylee something to help her sleep so Anthony could go out at night, according to investigators' interview with Adams.

In a transcript released, an investigator asked Adams whether Anthony admitted using chloroform on her daughter. Lab tests turned up chloroform in the trunk of a car Anthony used. Adams talked about Anthony using cold medications and antihistamines, but said the young mother was not specific about what she used to "knock her out."

Casey Anthony told her (Robyn Adams) Caylee Anthony had trouble sleeping and she had to use chloroform to put her to sleep," Melich wrote in his investigative summary. Prosecutors typically rely on sworn testimony — not detective summaries. But the discrepancy could open the door for defense attorneys to attack Melich's credibility.

Altamonte cop and his wife Robyn Adams charged in drug plot July 23, 2008, By Jim Leusner and Vincent Bradshaw, Sentinel Staff WritersClay Adams lived two lives: one as an Altamonte Springs cop, the other as a painkiller-addicted, marijuana grow-house operator who was scheming to kill a former supervisor. That's how authorities described it Tuesday when Adams, 36, and his wife, Robyn Adams, 32, were hauled into federal court in Orlando on drug and weapons charges. Their arrests Monday night shocked the Altamonte Springs Police Department, where Adams had worked for nine years.  Assistant U.S. Attorney Rob Bodnar sought to have the couple -- who could face up to life in prison if convicted -- held, noting both made threats to a police informant and others.  Robyn Adams, an employee at a surgeon's office, obtained illicit prescriptions for her husband and marijuana seeds from the Netherlands via the Internet, according to a complaint filed by Agent Timothy Gunning of the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.  Adams approached an informant to partner in a marijuana-growing operation. That person tipped off CCIB agents, who brought the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and ATF into the case.  During the next two weeks, the informant secretly recorded meetings and phone calls with Adams and his wife while agents monitored them. Adams bragged about previous marijuana-growing operations and driving the pot to Tallahassee distributors.

The Orange County Sheriff's Office did not respond to a Tuesday evening phone call seeking more information on the discrepancy. In an undated later from Casey Anthony to her jailmate friend Robyn Adams, whom she called "Cookie," Anthony wrote that she blamed herself for her brother fondling her over a three-year period, from when she was 12 to when she was 15. She also wrote that she would wake up in the middle of the night with brother Lee Anthony staring at her from the floor of her bedroom.

Robyn Adams told investigators she and Anthony agreed to flush each other's letters, but Adams instead kept the notes and mailed them to a friend in Altamonte Springs (she and her cop husband were drug dealers, Federal charges for them).  Other details in Anthony's letters included:
•Her crush on one of the attorneys in Baez's law firm.
"Baez=my other papa/super close friend; Jose G. = my school girl crush," she wrote, referring to attorney Jose Garcia, more from this source................

(CNN) -- A Colorado woman indicted on terror charges is expected to plead not guilty at her arraignment Wednesday in federal court in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

An attorney for Jamie Paulin-Ramirez, 31, who is charged with conspiracy to provide material support to terrorists, told CNN he expects to ask to defer a detention hearing for his client to give him more time to prepare her defense. Paulin-Ramirez, who was indicted Friday, is being held in a federal detention center in Philadelphia. Paulin-Ramirez was arrested in Ireland in March, reportedly as part of an investigation into a conspiracy to commit murder.

She was released without charges after that arrest.  The U.S. indictment against her also charges Colleen R. LaRose, a Pennsylvania suspect known as "Jihad Jane," with conspiracy to provide material support to terrorists. The indictment is a superseding document to a previous indictment that charged only LaRose.

According to the latest indictment, Paulin-Ramirez exchanged e-mail messages with LaRose during the summer of 2009 and was invited by the Pennsylvania woman to join her in Europe to attend a "training camp." Paulin-Ramirez accepted the invitation and arrived in Europe with her 6-year-old son Christian on September 12, 2009, with "the intent to live and train with jihadists," the indictment says.

She and LaRose are accused of traveling to Europe to support and participate in a violent jihad, according to a statement from federal prosecutors in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, where the charges were filed.  On Tuesday, the government filed a motion for a continuance in the trial of Paulin-Ramirez and LaRose, citing the complexity of evidence in the case including the seizure of several computer hard drives. Meanwhile, Paulin-Ramirez's son is being held in the custody of Pennsylvania Child Services, more from this source....

The Scottish Defence League (SDL) and its counterpart, the Welsh Defence League (WDL), have now also spawned from the bowels of the EDL. All of them have staged a number of drunken violent anti-Muslim protests around the UK. World News Web, every British Newspaper says the same thing about the EDL thugs, Far-right activists, football hooligans and known racists, We are concerned that as the EDL grows it will attract more extremists and fascists."

Trevor Kelway, a Portsmouth-based EDL supporter, became a spokesman for the organisation. In statements and phone interviews, Kelway pushed the line that the EDL was a peaceful, non-racist organisation, even promising that the last Birmingham protest would be "a great day out for all concerned". When the day arrived EDL supporters were involved in running battles and police made 90 EDL arrests.

In the meantime, as with BNP members, the EDL recruits have interesting friends.  Trevor Kelway, the main point of EDL contact for the media and the EDL website contact person.

On his Facebook page Trevor Kelway has the following mates:
•Frank Atack who like BNP member Gary Aronsson likes his SS insignia. Whereas Gazza plumped for the Totenkopf (3rd Division), Frank opts for the 2nd division, Das Reich as his avatar. One of Frank's friends also has a Waffen SS picture. Frank stood for the BNP in Dewsbury in 2007 and is in a folk band, Red Claire with other BNP members.
•Ian Sayers who has a Sunderland Vote BNP avatar
•Sean Barry who goes for an Ulster red Hand 'No Surrender'
•Roger Phillips (Wales BNP) who proudly shows a picture taken with Nick Griffin
•Paul Tranter who has a charming bulldog with a superimposed union flag. Tranter himself includes local Liverpool BNP activist Peter Stafford Jr, BNP councillor and drink driver, Bob Bailey and a man with Adolf Hitler as an avatar.
•Wewantour countryback who has a 'No Surrender' UK Casuals United avatar, this being a right-wing group of football hooligans.
•Dave Brennan - friends with Liverpool BNP. Indeed, this brings us full circle as many of the allies of Liverpool BNP are the same as those for the EDL, including SS devotee Frank Atack.
