Hizb ut-Tahrir America (HTA) took over the Islamic Center of Queens and $400,000 went missing by Bill Warner private investigator

HTA took over the Islamic Center of Queens and $400,000 went missing in mid 1990's; CBS News & BBC News indicate July 7 Bomber tied To Al Qaeda & Mohammed Junaid Babar of Queens NY.

Mohammed Siddique Khan met with Mohammed Junaid Babar on numerous occasions in 2003 and 2004, see BBC Video News expose with private investigator Bill Warner, click here.

Since its July 19th 2009 Khilafah conference in Chicago, “The Fall of Capitalism and Rise of Islam,” Hizb ut-Tahrir America (HTA) has attempted to gain control of public discourse through press releases and online events. After the much-publicized conference, HTA was forced to go on the defensive in order to deflect accusations about ties to militancy and terrorism. It had been HTA’s hope that the conference would cause the media to act as its Trojan Horse by circulating the concept of a Khilafah to a wide American audience.

HTA held an online press conference from its base in Chicago, questions were answered by Mohammed Malkawi, who has been HTA’s spokesman to the media since the group's public launch in June 2009. A closer look at the group's ideology and international activity reveals that HT not only promotes Islam as a way of life, but is also fundamentally opposed to capitalism and democracy and is explicitly hostile toward Israel and Jews.

In the days leading up to the July 19th conference, some media outlets reported that HT had "ties" to 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and former al-Qaeda in Iraq leader Abu Musab al-Zarkawi. Malkawi did not discuss the fact that HT has produced several militant offshoots, including al-Muhajiroun, based in London and Queens NY, and Akromiya, which was responsible for organizing protests against the Uzbek government that eventually led to the Andijan massacre in 2005.

Nor did Malkawi mention individuals who were involved with HT and who went on to join more militant groups; such as, Omar Sharif and Asif Hanif, who participated in a suicide attack in Tel Aviv in 2003, and 9/11 planner Ramzi Binalshibh.

Another HTA speaker from Chicago,
Jaleel Abdul-Adil, a professor of clinical psychology at the University of Illinois – Chicago, spoke about the role of Muslims in the U.S., arguing that every Muslim should utilize his skills in the struggle for an Islamic caliphate. Abdul-Adil, who has reportedly appeared at past HT conventions in Britain, declared that "Every home and every community and every masjid [mosque] must contribute to the struggle."

HTA's Abdul-Adil also urged the audience to never "stop calling for Islam as a complete way of life…unless and until Islam becomes victorious or we die in the attempt." During a question and answer session following his presentation, Abdul-Adil was asked if shari'a, or Islamic law, would trump the U.S. Constitution. "Yes, it would be gone," Abdul-Adil replied.

The United States is the enemy of Islam with the Jews;
A pamphlet entitled "Islamic Reformation: Exposing the Battle for Hearts and Minds," was reportedly distributed at the conference. The pamphlet, written by Adnan Khan, an HT member in Britain, calls for the death penalty for those "in the khilafah [who] openly leave Islam."

Mohammed Junaid Babar was a recruiter for Al-Muhajiroun and Al-Qaeda in Queens NY. The Islamic Center of Queens was taken over by HT in the mid 1990's, more than $400,000 went missing, Iyad Hilal was an Iman in Queens NY in the mid 1990's and the North American Head of HT (see BBC News Video at 7:18 with private investigator Bill Warner into story).

The founder of the Islamic Center of Queens, Brother Aqeel Khan, admits that HT took over the Mosque in the mid 1990's. The Islamic Center of Queens AKA Masjid Al-Fatimah is located at 57-16 37th Ave Woodside Queens NY 11377, Iyad Hilal had been the Iman in the 1990's. Iyad Hilal in 1995 (at the time head of HT in North America) listed an address, PO BOX 770406, WOODSIDE Queens NY 11377; 06/1995, same area as the Islamic Center of Queens.

The April-June 1996 edition of Khalif'ornia Journal includes a speech given at Virginia Tech University
by Iyad Hilal, a Palestinian–Jordanian who immigrated to the United States in the late 1980s. A grocer living in Orange County, California, Hilal spoke about the conflict in the Middle East.

Asked about the possibility that Arafat might make peace with Israel, Hilal said it would be no more legitimate than an agreement between Hitler and Vichy France: Even if Palestinians were willing to compromise with Israel, "it would not be binding" on other Muslims, Hilal said, because "Those who gave away Muslim lands were not delegated by Muslims to give away those lands." Any effort to compromise with Israel, Hilal emphasized "will cause more bloodshed" in the long run.

The Los Angeles Times reported Aug. 24 that the FBI is looking into the activities of Iyad Hilal, a 56-year-old local Muslim entrepreneur in Orange County, Calif., who is considered the U.S. leader of a transnational radical Islamist group that seeks to re-establish an international caliphate. The FBI, the newspaper reported, is not conducting an "investigation," but wants to learn more about Hilal and his group, the Hizb al-Tahrir (HT), or Party of Liberation. Hilal's name first surfaced in a Fox News report alleging that Hilal had ties to the group responsible for the July 7 London bombings.

Hilal, a U.S. citizen of Palestinian background, has been in the United States for 20 years. He is involved in the grocery business, but also has written a number of books. Though some media have called him a "philosopher," he appears more of an ideologue. Educated in the Islamic sciences, Hilal obtained a master's degree in Islamic jurisprudence from a Saudi university and has been associated with HT from the days of his youth.

Hilal was the HT leader during its heyday in the United States and as such would shuttle between Queens New York and Orange County, where the group had its two main offices. He also oversaw the organizing of conferences in the Chicago area and the group's various publications—most prominently the magazine journal Khalifornia. Hilal also served as imam of a mosque (Islamic Center of Queens) in New York from around 1991 to about 1995.

Mohammed Junaid Babar had ties to the Islamic Center of Queens and on a visit Sunday Oct. 9th 2005, indicates a radical element is still there, see BBC News video of Oct. 25th 2005 with private investigator Bill Warner click here.

Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula Claims Suicide Bomb Attack on Prince Mohammed bin Nayef of Saudi Arabia

Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula Claims Suicide Bomb Attack on Prince Mohammed bin Nayef of Saudi Arabia.

JEDDAH (Reuters) - A suicide bomber failed in his attempt to kill the prince who heads Saudi Arabia's anti-terrorism campaign, the first attack on a member of the royal family since the start of a wave of violence by al Qaeda six years ago.
Prince Mohammed bin Nayef, the deputy interior minister and son of the man thought likely to be the next crown prince, was meeting well-wishers on Thursday when a man blew himself up, a ministry spokesman said. The prince was not seriously hurt.

"The attack indicates that the threat is out there waiting to happen -- sometimes at closer range than you would think," said one Western diplomat in Saudi, who declined to be named.

"The royals will have plenty of reasons to worry in a country where weapons apparently find easy entry from porous borders to the north from Iraq or the south from Yemen."

As security chief, Prince Mohammed is one of the most powerful men in the kingdom and is credited with the government's success in crushing the violence.
Saudi Arabia, the world's largest petroleum exporter and a key U.S. ally in the Middle East, was forced to confront its own role in rising militancy at home and abroad when its nationals turned out to be behind the September 11 attacks on the United States.

The mastermind of those attacks, al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden, was born in Saudi Arabia. Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, the Saudi arm of the group, claimed responsibility for Thursday's bombing attempt, according to a message posted on Islamist internet forums. What is new is the fact that it targeted a royal, not anyone, but literally the kingdom's security tsar." Al Arabiya television showed Prince Mohammed, apparently slightly injured, meeting King Abdullah after the attack.

"This will only increase our determination to eradicate this (militancy)," said Prince Mohammed, who is the son of Interior Minister Prince Nayef bin Abdul-Aziz, recently named second deputy crown prince. Earlier this month, Saudi authorities announced the arrest of 44 militants close to al Qaeda and the seizure of explosives, detonators and firearms Continued...

Toronto 18 Saad Khalid guilty in bomb plot 'huge mistake', he knew Syed Ahmed & Ehsanul Sadeque planned attack on CDC in Atlanta, That's pure airborne

'Toronto 18' member guilty in bomb plot made 'huge mistake', Saad Khalid knew that Georgia men, Syed Haris Ahmed and Ehsanul Sadeque, planned to attack the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in Atlanta, "That's pure airborne, man."

BRAMPTON -- The Mississauga man who took part in a conspiracy to blow up prominent landmarks in Toronto's downtown told court yesterday he made "a huge mistake" as his lawyer asked for a two-year prison term for his client.
Saad Khalid, 23, told a Brampton courtroom he accepted responsibility for his role in the domestic terror plot to
detonate bombs outside the Toronto Stock Exchange and CSIS headquarters, as well as an unnamed Ontario military base, in 2006.

Khalid said he wanted people to know his true motives: his "disagreement" with Canada's foreign policy, specifically Afghanistan. "I was not motivated by a hate for Canada," Khalid read from a prepared speech. "I am not a lunatic who is hell-bent on the destruction of western civilization."

One of the members of the so-called Toronto 18, Khalid pleaded guilty in May to one count of participating in a terror plot with the intention of causing an explosion.

Wednesday, June 11, 2008,

Fearing his days were "numbered" and his arrest imminent, the alleged ringleader of a homegrown terror cell wanted to forge ahead and build explosives to carry out a "mission" that included an attack on Ottawa, a Brampton court was told yesterday.

"I'm just gonna go all out with the mission call, man, like fully all out," he is overheard saying in an electronic intercept. "If we had more money, guy, I would have just strapped up, like, as many people as possible. ... 'Cause this is tense."

The tension had been mounting since he'd learned that two American associates, Syed Haris Ahmed and Ehsanul Sadeque, were arrested on terrorism-related charges. It was just a matter of time before police moved in on him, he suspected.

That's why, on April 25, 2006 the alleged ringleader of the Toronto 18 spoke of preparing explosives destined for Ottawa with Mubin Shaikh, a police informant he believed was a co-conspirator in the plot. The explosives could be built within a week out of fuel containers filled with broken glass, nails, metal filings and ball bearings. He said he needed five guys for the mission.

The article said the men discussed terror strikes in the United States, including attacks on oil refineries and military bases, and planned to disable the Global Positioning System (GPS), which would disrupt military and commercial communications and air traffic.

During the intercept, the alleged ringleader suggests he is one of the three men referred to and says the Americans stayed with him for two weeks. He said
Sadequee had attended high school in Ajax and that he was "very, very tight" with him. Contrary to the report, he said, they never discussed attacking oil refineries, but he did take credit for coming up with the GPS idea.

He went on to reveal that the Americans were planning to attack the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta, adding, "That's pure airborne, man."

Syed Haris Ahmed and Ehsanul Sadequee in Atlanta GA were Georgia Tech (GT) Students, GT has numerous programs with the CDC in Atlanta along with numerous programs were GT students can work on research programs at the CDC, can you say inside job. Smallpox is the only infectious disease in human history to be eradicated.

In the past few weeks, however, some in the medical and defense communities have expressed concern that clandestine stocks of weaponized variola virus could be used by terrorists or rogue states against civilians. Two official repositories of the smallpox virus have been authorized by the World Health Organization at the CDC in Atlanta and the Vector laboratory in Russia.

Where’s Whitey Bulger? FBI Looks to Florida West Coast as Prime Hunting Area.

Where’s Whitey Bulger? FBI Looks to Florida West Coast as Prime Hunting Area.

If, after 14 years on the run,
James “Whitey” Bulger’s moll Catherine Greig reconsiders standing by her man, the FBI will leave a light on. The charge of harboring a federal fugitive awaits Greig, 58, in Boston. But Richard Teahan, supervisory special agent in charge of the Bulger Task Force, said yesterday investigators are open to negotiating with the bottle-blond, plastic-surgery obsessed dental assistant and her family.“We’d welcome it,” Teahan said matter-of-factly.

Bulger, the FBI’s great white whale wanted for the serial murders of 19 men and women, turns 80 on Sept. 3. Despite a $2 million bounty on his head, the brother of former Senate President William Bulger has been an FBI Top 10 Most Wanted fugitive for the past decade.

The last confirmed witness sighting of the gangster who inspired the
Academy Award-winning Best Picture “The Departed” was in September 2002 at London’s Piccadilly Square.

“We’ve got some things going on right now that look good,” Teahan said, declining to elaborate. Teahan said this year has brought an “uptick” in
suspected sightings of Bulger in Florida. Teahan said the FBI receives approximately 30 tips a week on Bulger’s whereabouts. And while potential leads have come in from Jacksonville, Kissimmee and Clearwater, Fla. - the latter where Bulger had a vacation condo until the feds seized it. Bulger has passed himself off on foreign soil as a realtor. “He planned to flee and he planned for this.”

He stashed money all over the world, and he leaves no paper trail, paying only in cash. Based on intelligence, we have a strong picture of Bulger’s personality:

1). He is an avid reader who frequents libraries, an animal lover, and a fitness nut who takes long walks.

2). He is a history buff with a compulsive urge for collecting videotapes and books about World War II and Adolph Hitler.

3). He loves to travel, frequently visiting historic landmarks and museums, and has traveled widely in France, Ireland, the United Kingdom, Spain, and Canada.

4). He is said to always carry a knife.

Dems return Iranian Hassan Nemazee contributions, Nemazee was arrested by FBI at Newark Airport, Nemazee paid for Obama Inauguration

CLICK IMAGE TO ENLARGEDems return Iranian Hassan Nemazee contributions, Nemazee was arrested by FBI at Newark Airport, Nemazee paid for Obama Inauguration.

Preet Bharara, the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, and Joseph M. Demarest, Jr., the Assistant Director-in-Charge of the New York Office of the FBI, announced the arrest this morning of Hassan Nemazee, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Nemazee Capital Corporation, in connection with a scheme to defraud Citibank, N.A. (Citibank).

According to the complaint filed in Manhattan federal court, Nemazee engaged in a fraudulent scheme to induce Citibank to lend up to $74 million to Nemazee based on false representations that Nemazee owned millions of dollars in collateral. Nemazee submitted, and caused to be submitted to Citibank numerous documents that purported to establish the existence of accounts in Nemazee’s name at various financial institutions containing many hundreds of millions of dollars. In fact, those were fraudulent and forged documents.

ON Aug. 23, 2009, federal agents interviewed Nemazee at Newark Liberty International Airport as he was in the process of checking in for a flight to Rome. On Aug. 24, 2009, Nemazee repaid to Citibank his outstanding loan, an amount in excess of $74 million.

Nemazee, 59, currently resides in Manhattan and Katonah, N.Y. He is charged with one count of bank fraud, which carries a maximum prison term of 30 years and a maximum fine of $1,000,000 or twice the gain or loss resulting from the crime.

Vice President Joe Biden, Rep. Carolyn Maloney (D-N.Y.) and Sens. Barbara Boxer (D-Calif.), Chris Dodd (D-Conn.) and Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) said Tuesday evening they plan to return or donate to charity campaign contributions from
Democratic financier Hassan Nemazee, who was arrested and charged Tuesday with trying to defraud Citibank of $74 million by offering fake collateral on a loan.

If recent history is any indication, expect more politicians to follow suit as the fallout from the latest disgraced-bundler case ripples through Washington in the coming days.

Nemazee made an impact in Democratic politics as a so-called bundler who rounded up checks from others. Since the early 1990s, when he first emerged as a prominent moneyman for the Clinton-Gore presidential campaign, Nemazee also has personally contributed more than $500,000 to dozens of primarily Democratic candidates, committees and causes, ranging from President Obama, Hillary Clinton and Rahm Emanuel to half the members of the U.S. Senate.

Among the biggest beneficiaries were the three national Democratic Party committees. Nemazee, 59, contributed $113,500 to the Democratic National Committee, $89,200 to the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee and $29,000 to the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, Federal Election Commission records show.

Nemazee, who lived in New York and primarily made his fortune in investing, also served as national finance chair for the DSCC while Schumer chaired the group during the 2006 election cycle, when the committee raised $121 million (compared to $89 million for its Republican counterpart, the National Republican Senatorial Committee) and helped Democrats take control of the Senate.

Nemazee, who contributed $8,300 to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s campaigns for Senate in New York and for the 2008 Democratic presidential nomination, also was a top bundler for Clinton’s presidential bid, raising at least $100,000 from other donors.

After she conceded the nomination to Obama, Nemazee helped him raise at least $500,000, in addition to contributing $9,200 of his own to a joint committee Obama set up with the DNC.

And when Obama defeated Republican John McCain in the general election, Nemazee contributed another $50,000 to the
non-profit corporation Obama set up to pay for his inauguration and the surrounding festivities.

Tampa Muslim Mafia, is Univ. of Tampa Raed Al-Saif “Muslim On A Plane With a Knife” and still in Jail Linked to Tampa Terrorist Ahmed Mohamed From USF ?

Ahmed Abdellatif Sherif Mohamed pled guility and was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Steven D. Merryday to 15 years imprisonment on a charge that he provided material support to terrorists. Mohamed entered a guilty plea to this charge on June 18, 2008. Defendant Mohamed personally demonstrated and explained, in Arabic, how a remote-control toy car could be disassembled and how the components of its chassis could be rewired and converted into a detonator for an explosive device.

Sometime in July 2007,
Defendant Mohamed had uploaded the aforementioned twelve-minute audio/video recording to the YouTube website. The audio/video recording that Defendant Mohamed produced was thus made accessible for viewing by others, both in the United States and abroad, through the internet. The recording was accessed hundreds of times by other persons.

Raed Al-Saif had a prior felony drug charge in Tampa and his attorney of record was Daniel Foodman a partner in the law firm of Ferrell Law, PA Miami Fl and New York City NY and
Ferrell Worldwide. This firm, Ferrell Worldwide, has done business for the crown prince of Kuwait and the Saudi Royal family .

Assistant U.S. Attorney Donald Hansen said
Alsaif had numerous credit and identification cards, some in other people’s names, when he was arrested on June 4th 2009. He also detailed a spotty record of addresses Alsaif gave to investigators and his school the Univ. of Tampa; Alsaif was carrying two Florida ID cards with different addresses.

Alsaif’s father is a former diplomat from Saudi Arabia, Assistant U.S. Attorney Donald Hansen said. Alsaif told agents he planned to call the consulate because his father knows the king of Saudi Arabia, Hansen said (how come the high powered and connected Al-Saif clan can not get Raed bailed out ???).

Raed Al-Saif also recently told a friend he planned to flee the country because he wanted to get away from requirements imposed on him by Hillsborough County courts relating to a drug charge. The FBI in Philadelphia has said it is looking into whether there is a connection between Alsaif’s arrest and the arrest of two people in Philadelphia that same day, June 4th 2009, who had smuggled a gun onboard, private investigator Bill Warner tipped off the Tampa Tribune to this fact. The Philadelphia passenger and airline employee were charged with trying to smuggle a gun onto a flight bound for Phoenix.

Raed Al-Saif is still in jail, Dad Al-Saif is a high powered Diplomat and an assoicate of the King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia, so what is going on in Tmapa while another Al-Saif is released from Gitmo and sent back to Saudi Arabia ?
JEDDAH: Three Saudi Guantanamo detainees arrived here yesterday morning after being released from the US-run detention center in Cuba. The trio brought the number of Saudi nationals released from the facility to 120 from a total of 130 Saudis held there since the controversial prison camp was established in southeastern Cuba in 2002.

The three inmates were identified as Khaled Saad Mohammed Al-Saif, Abdulaziz Kareem Al-Elee and Ahmed Zaid Salim Zuhair. “The inmates’ families were informed and visitation arrangements have been made,” said Interior Ministry spokesman Gen. Mansour Al-Turki. Unlawful acts by some of the former detainees previously released have affected Saudi Arabia’s efforts in convincing the other side (the US) to release the remaining Saudi inmates in Guantanamo,” said Al-Turki.

Baghdad Bombings Cost $10,000 to Pass Checkpoint, Al-Qaeda Joined Ba'ath Party in Iraq

Attackers paid $10,000 to get a bomb-laden truck past checkpoints and next to the Iraqi Finance Ministry in last week's attacks, one of the suspected masterminds said in a confession broadcast Sunday. Seeking to fend off widespread criticism over security lapses, the Iraqi military released what it said was the confession of a Sunni man it identified as the planner of one of the two suicide truck bombings targeting government buildings in Baghdad.

Surveillance video widely broadcast on Iraqi television stations shows a truck carrying three large red water tanks in which the explosives were hidden approach the gate in front of the Foreign Ministry, which is next to the Green Zone. A refrigerated truck was used in the Finance Ministry attack. In all, at least 101 people were killed and hundreds others wounded in the series of midmorning blasts, which coincided with the sixth anniversary of the deadly bombing of U.N. headquarters in Baghdad.
Deputy Defense Secretary Paul Wolfowitz said hundreds of fighters from Al Qaeda and other groups are now in Iraq. Wolfowitz also said "a great many" bin Laden operatives were trying to link up with remnants of Saddam's Ba'ath regime to attack Americans.

"We know it (Iraq) had a great deal to do with terrorism in general and with Al Qaeda in particular, and we know a great many of bin Laden's key lieutenants are now trying to organize in cooperation with old loyalists from the Saddam Ba'athist regime to attack in Iraq," Wolfowitz said Thursday on ABC's "Good Morning America."

The link to Syria and the Baathists is politically explosive. The question of what to do with Saddam-era officials in the civil service, army and police has been at the heart of the Sunni-Shiite divide since the overthrow of Saddam's Sunni-dominated regime in 2003 and has been a major hurdle to national reconciliation efforts.

The 57-year-old suspect, wearing a gray and white striped shirt, identified himself as Wisam Ali Khazim Ibrahim and said he was a Ba'ath Party member and former police officer from the Diyala province city of Muqdadiyah, north of Baghdad. The attackers paid $10,000 to a facilitator who knew the Iraqi security forces manning the checkpoints on the roads from Muqdadiyah to the Finance Ministry, Ibrahim said. That blast caused part of an overpass to collapse and killed nearly 30 people.

Wisam Ali Khazim Ibrahim said he had joined the Baath Party in 1973 and traveled to Syria in July 2006 as sectarian violence raged in Baghdad. He returned to Iraq the next year. "I returned to Iraq in August 2007 in order to revive the Ba'ath organization, which was suffering badly in Muqdadiyah," he said in the televised confession. The Iraqi government has frequently trotted out suspects of bombings and other attacks for the media, often airing confessions on television.

Maj. Gen. Qassim al-Moussawi, the chief military spokesman for Baghdad, said the man was a senior member of Saddam Hussein's ousted Ba'ath Party who had confessed to supervising the attack against the Finance Ministry before his lawyer and the chief prosecutor.

Al-Maliki and other Shiite politicians that an alliance of Al Qaeda and Saddam loyalists known as Ba'athists was to blame. The U.S. military said the attacks bore the hallmarks of Al Qaeda in Iraq.Wisam Ali Khazim Ibrahim said the operation was ordered a month ago by a Ba'ath Party operative in Syria in a bid "to destabilize the regime." Al-Moussawi aired only Ibrahim's confession but said more than 10 people comprising the whole network involved in the attacks have been arrested. He did not mention the Foreign Ministry but said other confessions would be shown in coming days.
