23 Al-Shabaab pirates captured in Gulf of Aden, Al-shabaab continues to operate a USA based website by the Dotster Co. in Vancouver WA

NEW DELHI — The Indian navy captured 23 pirates who threatened a merchant vessel in the lawless waters of the Gulf of Aden and a German naval helicopter thwarted another attack today on a freighter being chased by speedboats off Yemen.

The successes came days before Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice was to ask the United Nations to authorize "all necessary measures" against increasingly bold Somalian pirates operating in one of the world's busiest shipping lanes.
An Indian navy ship, the INS Mysore, was escorting merchant ships in waters off Somalia's coast today when it received a distress call from seamen on board the MV Gibe, who said they were being fired on by two boats that were approaching fast.

The Mysore and its helicopter sped to the scene, and the pirate boats attempted to escape when they saw them, according to a statement from the Indian government. Indian marine commandoes boarded the pirate boats and seized "a substantial cache of arms and equipment," including seven AK-47 assault rifles, three machine guns, a rocket-propelled grenade launcher and other weapons, the statement said. They also found a GPS receiver and other equipment.

The pirates were from Somalia and Yemen, (RECRUITED BY THE AL-SHABAAB ON THEIR USA WEBSITE) two countries on the coast of the Gulf of Aden. The Gibe was flying an Ethiopian flag but little else was known about it, the Indian statement said. Last month, India's navy drew criticism after sinking a Thai fishing trawler that had been commandeered hours earlier by pirates. At least one Thai crew member was killed in the attack, which the Indian navy had originally announced by saying it had sunk a pirate "mother ship." The Indian navy defended its actions, saying it had fired in self-defense.

It was not immediately clear what would happen to the pirates captured by the Indians, or where they would be taken. The statement said only that the prisoners and their weapons would be "handed over to appropriate authorities ashore." Most foreign navies patrolling the Somali coast have been reluctant to detain suspects because of uncertainties over where they would face trial, since Somalia has no effective central government or legal system.

Also on Saturday, a German military spokesman said a navy frigate had chased away pirates in speedboats pursuing an Ethiopian freighter off the coast of Yemen. The German frigate responded to a distress call from the freighter, and a helicopter took off from the deck to investigate.

The pirates turned away from the freighter as the helicopter flew overhead, said the spokesman, who declined to give his name in line with military policy. An estimated 1,500 pirates, (directly linked to the Al-Shabaab terrroists) are based in Somalia's semiautonomous Puntland region, raking in millions of dollars.

Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice will present a draft Security Council resolution next week asking the United Nations to authorize "all necessary measures" against piracy from Somalia. However, the commander of the U.S. Navy's 5th Fleet expressed doubt Friday about the wisdom of launching attacks against Somali pirates on land, as the draft proposes.

U.S. Vice Adm. Bill Gortney told reporters that it is difficult to identify pirates, and the potential for killing innocent civilians "cannot be overestimated." The threat of pirates recently prompted a German cruise ship to evacuate some 420 passengers and crew after the company decided not to risk their safety as the ship passed through the Gulf of Aden.

The passengers and crew have rejoined the M/S Columbus — which is on a six-month round-the-world trip — in Oman's port of Salalah after three days in Dubai, Hamburg-based cruise operator Hapag-Lloyd said Saturday.
The ship and a limited crew made it through the gulf without incident, a company spokeswoman said.

"The entire Somali coastline is now under control of the Islamists," Andrew Mwangura, head of the East African Seafarers' Assistance Programme, told Reuters in an interview. "According to our information, the money they make from piracy and ransoms goes to support al-Shabaab activities onshore, said Mwangura"

Piracy has been rife off Somalia since warlords overthrew dictator Mohamed Siad Barre in 1991. Experts say at least 30 ships have been hijacked off the coast so far this year -- and the attacks have hit unprecedented levels this month.

Al-Shabaab has been boosting its forces in recent months with an influx of fighters from around the world, including Kenya, Sudan, Iraq, Afghanistan, Algeria, Indonesia, Chechnya and even the United States. Al Jazeera recently aired footage of a masked Shabab commander who called himself Abu Mansur al-Amriki and spoke with an American accent. His identity could not be confirmed.

Colts-Giants the 'Greatest Game Ever?' Colts vs Giants at Ynakee Stadium, ESPN Saturday 12/13/2008

ESPN is airing a documentary on the 1958 New York Giants-Baltimore Colts NFL championship game that has been called the greatest game ever played. ESPN will broadcast at 9 p.m. Saturday in Hi-Def & Color

The game was played 50 years ago, on Dec. 28, 1958, at Yankee Stadium. It was the first, and only, NFL championship game to go into overtime. Colts quarterback Johnny Unitas led a score-tying field-goal drive at the end of regulation to make the score 17-17. Unitas then threw often to Raymond Berry while moving the Colts 80 yards. Alan Ameche scored the game-winning touchdown on a one-yard run.

There were 12 future Hall of Famers playing on a field that was covered in ice. Fans' breath on the cold day almost formed fog. It was a Sports Illustrated headline that first dubbed the game as the greatest ever.

As of 2007, 12 players and 3 coaches that were involved in this game are members of the Pro Football Hall of Fame. They are:
New York Giants
OL Rosey Brown
HB Frank Gifford
LB Sam Huff
WR Don Maynard
DE Andy Robustelli
DB Emlen Tunnell
Offensive Coordinator Vince Lombardi (Mr. Green Bay)
Defensive Coordinator Tom Landry (Mr. Dallas Cowboys)

Baltimore Colts
WR Raymond Berry
DL Art Donovan
DL Gino Marchetti
HB/WR Lenny Moore
OL Jim Parker
QB Johnny Unitas
Head Coach Weeb Ewbank

It seemed like championship football the way it was meant to be played: raw, hard-hitting, wintry, tingling and filled with adversity for players and fans.
The game was watched by 45 million viewers on NBC, and witnessed live by 65,000 at the stadium. In those days, NFL salaries were relatively small and so were title game shares each Colt earned $4,718.77 and each Giant $3,111.33. So from January through July, NFL players were car salesmen, accountants, gym teachers, businessmen, whatever.

The game turned John Unitas into one of America’s best-known sports heroes. It was Unitas who led the tying drive in regulation and the final touchdown drive in OT. Not only did Unitas call all the Baltimore plays (quarterbacks mostly did in the those days), he went 26-of-40 for 361 yards. Twelve of those passes went to Berry, who gained 178 yards.

The Giants coaching staff featured two future icons of the game: Vince Lombardi on offense and Tom Landry on defense (and they lost). The head coach, Jim Lee Howell, was a caretaker who turned almost all decisions over to the aides who would win Super Bowls in Green Bay and Dallas.

There was even a Hall of Famer whose fame came much later: Don Maynard, a rookie kick returner for the Giants. “I caught the opening kickoff, so I was the first one to touch the ball” he laughs.

Maynard played only one year with the Giants. But he, Unitas and Weeb Ewbank, who coached the Colts, were also involved with the “second-greatest game ever played” — when the Joe Namath-led Jets, coached by Ewbank, upset the Colts in the third Super Bowl a decade later, establishing that AFL teams could play with the NFL.

Here's some of what Giants tight end, kicker and future broadcaster Pat Summerall had to say during an ESPN conference call this week. To call it the greatest game ever played? I don't think any of us realized it would be labeled that way.

The first time I heard it called that, it was a week later. But I was still dejected because we lost. The documentary is two hours long and well worth setting the DVR to record.

Brian Nichols will at most spend the rest of his life in prison, spared a death sentence by hopelessly deadlocked Fulton County jurors who had convicted him for the March 11, 2005, courthouse shootings.

Judge James Bodiford has decided Saturday to give Nichols life with no possibility of parole. The panel’s 9-3 vote split, with the majority in favor of Nichols dying by injection for killing four people (including Judge Rowland Barnes) in the rampage that terrorized Atlanta, shook Georgia’s judicial system, cost taxpayers millions of dollars and left the death penalty in doubt in Fulton County.

"I had known Judge Rowland Barnes for a couple of years in the mid 1990's when I lived in Panama City Fl and ran the WBI Inc Private Detective Agency there, what has happened here in Atlanta is a travesty of the Justice system, the Jury really tanks on this one, of all the people who commit and are convicted of murder, Brian Nichols deserves to die the most" !

It was not known if the three holdouts included any of the three jurors who indicated before they were chosen for the case that they had misgivings about the death penalty. None of the jurors would talk publicly before leaving the courthouse.

Jurors wrestled with the punishment issue for three days, saying they were locked Thursday in the death-penalty impasse. Bodiford gave them two extra hours Friday night for a last-ditch effort to reach the unanimity Georgia law requires for a death sentence.

Brian Nichols did not receive the death penalty, now how is the Georgia Supreme Court going to allow any other death penalty to stand that involves the murder of a police officer or court official?” Mears asked. “It is not the fault of the prosecutor. He is asking for the death penalty. He just can’t get the jury to agree with him.”

Howard’s prosecutors, who also refused any comment, had insisted that Nichols is still dangerous and a continuing threat to society. They said he had threatened to kill Howard in revenge, if given another chance, in a controversial audio tape of a jailhouse phone conversation between Nichols and his brother, Mark Nichols. Admitting he killed four people, Nichols says on the tape that “I’d do it again” indicating a lack of remorse —- with the only difference being that he would shoot victims on the prosecutors’ floor of the courthouse the next time.

The jury sparked a flurry of courtroom drama on Thursday by asking to rehear that tape in its entirety. With defense lawyers calling it “highly prejudicial,” Bodiford said they could hear only the portion admitted into evidence during the trial itself, if they submitted the request to him in writing.

The request never came and the panel continued at an impasse beyond 30 hours. When their foreman reported their plight Friday afternoon, defense lawyers told Bodiford he had a duty to declare the jury hung and impose a life sentence.

The immovable 9-3 split was not what the family and friends of Nichols’ victims wanted to hear. Some bowed their heads and expressed disagreement. A few broke down completely. Christina Greenway, daughter of slain court reporter Julie Ann Brandau, wiped tears with court-supplied tissues as her husband tried his best to comfort her.

Claudia Barnes, widow of Judge Rowland Barnes, stared stoically ahead —- as she has for the three-month trial. Barnes was the presiding judge at Nichols’ trial for raping a longtime girlfriend, the case that triggered his escape and rampage.

The jury of six black women, two white women, two black men, one white man and one Asian man convicted Nichols on Nov. 7 of killing Barnes, Brandau, sheriff’s deputy Hoyt Teasley and U.S. Customs agent David Wilhelm.

One question that is unknown is whether Nichols will be turned over to federal authorities to serve his sentence at the federal Supermax prison in Florence, Colo., because he is an escape risk and because he was convicted of killing a federal officer. At Florence, Nichols likely would be under 23-hour-a-day lockdown in a solitary cell with an hour granted for solitary exercise.

TIMOSHENKO'S MOM STARES DOWN COP 'KILLERS' IN COURT, Dec 12, 2008; The grieving mother of slain cop Russel Timoshenko took the stand yesterday, glaring at the three ex-cons accused of killing her son.

Brooklyn prosecutors have rested their grueling, five-week-long murder case.

Assistant DA Anna-Sigga Nicolazzi asked just a handful of questions of Tatyana Timoshenko, the last of more than 40 witnesses for the prosecution. One query in particular brought sighs and choked gasps from the gallery. "Do you have any children?" she asked.

"I had only just one son," Tatyana Timoshenko replied. Russel Timoshenko was shot twice in the face after pulling over a BMW SUV the morning of July 9, 2007. He lingered for five days before his anguished family authorized doctors to take him off life support.

"Were you with him when he passed away on July 14 of 2007?" the prosecutor continued, as the murdered man's father, Leonid, bit his nails in the third row of the gallery. "Yes, I was," the mother said, fighting back tears and then slowly gazing over to the defense table where defendants Dexter Bostic, 36, Robert Ellis, 35, and Lee Woods, 30, sat stiffly.

Later, after hugs, kisses and handshakes from the scores of officers in attendance, the grieving mother - who has not missed a minute of testimony - said looking into the defendants' eyes had been trying. "It was very tough," she said. "It was very tough for me to testify . . . They don't care about people. They're not human."

If convicted, the three men face the rest of their lives in prison for gunning down the rookie officer in Crown Heights. They must decide by Monday whether they will take the stand in their own defense.

Islamic Blogger Malika El Aroud Arrested, She Was Pandered to in a Sarasota Herald Tribune Article, Belgium Charges 6 others in Terror Investigation

Belgium Charges 6 in Terror Investigation By STEVEN ERLANGER, Published: December 12, 2008 PARIS — Authorities in Belgium charged 6 suspected extremists Friday with membership in a terrorist group, as per the federal prosecutor’s office.

The six were among 14 people arrested in raids early Thursday, including a woman who writes jihadist screeds on the Internet and three men the Belgian authorities said had just returned from training camps along the Afghanistan-Pakistan border. One had “said goodbye to his loved ones,” according to the Belgian federal prosecutor, Johan Delmulle, leading to fears of an imminent suicide attack.

Lieve Pellens, spokeswoman for the prosecutor’s office, said in a telephone interview that the six suspects charged Friday included the woman, Malika El Aroud. She said that the other eight were released because a judge had determined that there was not enough evidence to press charges.
The suspects charged Friday are all Belgian nationals and most are of Moroccan origin, Ms. Pellens said. She said that they should be arraigned within five days.

Malika El Aroud insists she is breaking no laws. But if she is imprisoned, she said, "That would be great. They would make me a living martyr."

OPEN LETTER TO THE SARASOTA HERALD TRIBUNE AND THE NEW YORK TIMES, CAUTION PANDERING TO ISLAMIC RADICAL MALIKA EL AROUD IS HARMFUL TO "OUR HEALTH" On Wednesday May 28th 2008 the Sarasota Herald Tribune reprinted a story from the NY Times concerning and romanticizing Malika El Aroud a Belgium female "Islamic Blogger" with blue slippers monogrammed in gold SEXY, she advocates the violent over through of the USA, the UK and every other "non-believer" Western Country, quote "She calls herself a female holy warrior for Al-Qaida" the same al-Qaida that Osama ben-Laden admits was responsible for the attacks on September 11th 2001 in the USA.

Malika El Arouud's first husband had a part in the execution of the beginning of the 9/11/01 attacks, in early 2001 she followed her husband Abdessater Dahmane to Afghanistan as he trained at an al-Qaida camp, she was installed in a camp for foreign women in Jalalabad, her husband became ready for his mission and two days before the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, carried out a suicide bombing in Afghanistan that killed the anti-Taliban resistance leader Ahmed Shah Massoud at the behest of Osama bin Laden.

Massoud was the target of a suicide attack which occurred at Khwaja Bahauddin on September 9, 2001. The attackers were two Arabs, Abdessater Dahmane and Bouraoui el-Ouaer both Tunisians, Malika El Around's husband Abdessater Dahmane was killed, and she took to the Internet as the widow of a martyr (this woman is a terrorist).

The September 9, 2001 suicide bomb attack in which Dahmane and another man assassinated Ahmed Shah Massoud, the legendary leader of the anti-Taliban Northern Alliance in Afghanistan was a vital mission: Taliban support needed to be shored up in anticipation of al Qaeda's 9/11/01 attack on America. Dahmane and a fellow Tunisian, Bouraoui el Ouaer, posing as television journalists arranged an interview with Massoud.

A bomb that had been hidden in the camera exploded. Dahmane, a Tunisian al Qaeda recruit was, like his wife Malika El Around were/are devoted to Osama bin Laden. The same scenario with a "supposed" interview with President Bush almost occured in Sarasota Fl on 9/11/01.

On September 11th 2001 at around 6:00 AM Longboat Key Fire Marshall Carroll Mooneyhan was at the front desk of the Colony Beach & Tennis Resort in Sarasota Fl as Bush prepared for his morning jog. From that vantage point, Mooneyhan overheard a strange exchange between a Colony receptionist and security guard.

A van occupied by men of Middle Eastern descent had pulled up to the Colony stating they had a "poolside" interview with the president, Mooneyhan said. The self-proclaimed reporters then asked for a Secret Service agent by name. Guards from security relayed the request to the receptionist, who had not heard of either the agent or plans for an interview, Mooneyhan said. The receptionist gave the phone over to a nearby Secret Service agent, who said the same thing: no one knew of an agent by that name or of any poolside interview.

The agent told the occupants of the van to contact the president's public relations office in Washington, D. C., and turned them away from the premises, Mooneyhan said. Zaine labdeen Ibrahim Omer called Sarasota police on Sept. 11, hours before Bush left town with concerns about 3 Sudaneese men in town led by "Ghandi" who had made violent threats.”

Several hours before the alleged assassination attempt took place of President Bush on 9/11/01, Zaine labdeen Ibrahim Omer delivered his warning. Its right there in black and white in the police report, which was taken at 4.07 AM on the morning of September 11. The Sarasota police immediately called in Secret Service agents guarding the President, who was spending the night at the Colony Beach & Tennis Resort, on Longboat Key, just off Sarasota.

Within hours Secret Service agents were searching an apartment in Sarasota, where they took a number of Sudanese men into custody (see complete Sarasota Police report) . They arrested three occupants from Sudan; they were questioned for the next ten hours, according to one, Fathel Rahman Omer. The Secret Service also raided a beauty supply store in Sarasota, owned by one "Hakim," who identified the mysterious "Ghandi" as a member of the Sudanese People's Liberation Army, itself closely allied with the Taliban and Al Queda.

In a August 24th 2006 interview with CNN, Malika El Around she said "It's easy for me to describe the love my husband felt because I felt it myself," she said. "Most Muslims love Osama. It was he who helped the oppressed. It was he who stood up against the biggest enemy in the world, the United States. We love him for that." She remarried Moez Garsalloui, a Tunisianin in 2005/2006 , and she and her new husband were convicted in Switzerland for operating pro-al-Qaida Web sites.

Now, according to the Belgian authorities, she is a suspect in what they believe is a plot to carry out attacks in Belgium. (this woman is a terrorist) "Vietnam is nothing compared to what awaits you on our lands," she wrote to a supposed Western audience in March about wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. "Ask your mothers, your wives to order your coffins." (this woman is a terrorist).

Her new "husband" Moez Garsalloui, was detained last December with 13 others in what the authorities suspected was a plot to free a convicted terrorist from prison and to launch an attack in Brussels. But Belgian law required that they be released within 24 hours, because no charges were brought and searches failed to turn up weapons, explosives or incriminating documents, Moez Garsalloui has now dropped out of sight, on another al-Qaeda venture.

Now, even as Malika El Aroud remains under constant surveillance, she is back home rallying militants on her main Internet forum and collecting more than $1,100 a month in government unemployment benefits. (this woman is a terrorist).

Perhaps the Sarasota Herald Tribune and the New York Times (which owns the Sarasota Herald) could spend their journalistic efforts in helping to get websites such as Malika El Aroud's (which spew terrorist propaganda 24/7 with "Death to the West" at the fore front) shut down and perhaps help prevent another 9/11.

Certain groups such as the "Jawa Report" and the "Internet Haganah" work very ward in shutting down jihad websites like Malika El Aroud's, she is the enemy, she is a terrorist, she wants you and everyone of the non-believers to either convert to Islam or perish, it is just that simple.

In the very short time that I have worked with major main stream newspapers in shutting down terrorist websites nationwide we have obtained very positive results in Tampa Fl Phoenix AZ, Boston MA and National Press with Fox News.

Sen. Joseph Lieberman has made public statements and requested that YouTube cancel the numerous terror videos that show US soldiers shot or blown up by al-Qaeda in Iraq or the Taliban in Afghanistan, YouTube shut down 80 such videos, but many more exist.Al-Qaeda is winning the propaganda war on the Internet and the Sarasota Herald Tribune and the New York Times need not help them along.

Remains Of Young Child Found Near Anthony Home, appears to be the body of Caylee Anthony !

Remains Of Young Child Found Near Anthony Home, Thursday, Dec 11, 2008 updated: 11:56 am EST Fla.The remains of a young child were located in east Orange County Thursday morn, less than a half-mile from Casey Anthony's parents' home as per the Sheriff's Office.

An Orange County water meter reader, who had gone to relieve himself, discovered a bag in the area of Chickasaw Trail and Suburban Drive see map, around three-tenths of a mile from the Anthonys' home map from location to Anthonys' home. There is an overflow drainage pond behind the row of houses where the body of the child was found.

According to information obtained by Eyewitness News, when the meter reader picked up the bag a skull fell out. The Orange County Sheriff's Office has confirmed to Eyewitness News that the body is a young child.

"We are assuming they are the remains of a victim," said Orange County Sheriff's Office spokesman Jim Solomons. It is not clear at this point whether the body was that of Caylee Anthony.

"We know we have a recent discovery. We have investigators on the scene. We need to determine what we have," said Solomons. Reports from the scene say deputies have set up a perimeter near a small retention pond. Eyewitness News report Kathi Belich said sources told her they were taking this very seriously and would expedite DNA test to determine if the remains were indeed Caylee's.

Investigators told her they were "very optimistic" they had found the missing girl. Caylee's mother, Casey Anthony, has been charged with murder in connection with the case. She is currently in the Orange County jail.

Dr. Michael Baden, a forensics expert, said DNA tests would likely confirm what other evidence at the scene would tell investigators. For example, detectives say there was duct tape on the bag and skull that were found.
Baden said detectives would be able to match that tape and bag to other tape and bags they had previously gathered from the trunk of Casey Anthony's car.

"They can tell the age and height of the child. They'll have a good sense of if it's Caylee. The DNA will just confirm the evidence," said Baden. Tim Miller, founder of the Texas-based search group Equusearch, said he had been called by law enforcement officials and told they believed they had found Caylee Anthony.

"The words were, 'Tim, it looks like we got her,'" said Miller. "I'm surprised. It was one of them cases I thought would have never been found… I thought the best thing that would ever happen is that one day we could go to a funeral and say good-bye to this little girl… and it looks like that will happen."

"I'm just overcome with emotion and grief right now," said bounty hunter Leonard Padilla, who has been a major part of search efforts to find Caylee's body.

CASEY ANTHONY MURDER TRIAL POSTPONED; During Thursday morning's pre-trial hearing in the case against Casey Anthony, the judge postponed the trial until sometime in March per attorney Jose Baez's request.

VIN Switching: The Ultimate Alias for Auto Theft.

Sarasota used car dealer Sergiy Zheleznyak had obtained 36 phony car titles for nonexistant vehicles, late model vehicles such as six 2009 Mercedes Benz sedans, two 2008 BMW's, and an assortment of 2008 and 2009 Honda Accords, Accra's and Toyota's.
Sergiy Zheleznyak runs MS Auto a small used car/body shop in North Port Fl, there is no possible way he could have actually paid cash for almost $1 Million in late model luxury vehicles.

Sergiy Zheleznyak was obtaining the phony titles on the non-existant vehicles from the Sarasota County Tag office for his associate Alexksandr Mikhaylov in New York City. "Auto Body Repairs and Painting" MS Auto is also listed as body shop repairs and painting in local phone listings.

Sergiy Zheleznyak, as MS Auto, was going to receive $100 each for the phony titles from Alexksandr Mikhaylov in New York City as Mr. Mikhaylov needed the new titles to ship vehicles matching the description (stolen possibly) to Russia. All of the supposed 36 vehicles that Sergiy Zheleznyak registered in Sarasota were new, full size sedans, SUV's and pick-up trucks with 5 to 50 miles listed on the odometer, with no lien holders, free and clear, but of course they did not ever exist in Sarasota, on paper only, but in New York City that is a different story. One example is a 2009 Mercedes Benz SUV, black in color with no lein holders, it's VIN number was 4JGBB77E89A449443 AND IT HAD 5 MILES LISTED ON THE ODOMETER.

VIN Switching: The Ultimate Alias for Auto Theft, a technique used by thieves to disguise the identity of a stolen vehicle. They will replace the VIN on a stolen vehicle with a VIN that is not associated with an active theft record. The vehicle thief will then try to resell the stolen car to an unsuspecting customer, or ship the vehicle out of the country. In addition to manually switching the VIN, some VIN switchers will also develop fraudulent titles and registrations to go along with the vehicle.

It appears that Alexksandr Mikhaylov had a shopping list of possible stolen cars in New York City that he needed phony titles from Sergiy Zheleznyak in Sarasota in order to ship his cars out of the docks of New York and New Jersey, (past U.S. Customs and Border Protection), to Russia and re-sell his $1 Million inventory.

In Miami Fl, we have used car dealer Ali Hassan Hammoud, who was arrested in July 2008 for attempting to steal $5.7 Million from the State of Florida. Ali Hassan Hammoud operated his chop shop under the name of Germanco Auto Parts, also as Germanco Parts Depot Inc, and as Germanco Auto Sales Inc, all linked to the 9741 NW 27th Ave address of "Zamaiss Import Export Inc." as seen in the story below. Ali Hassan Hammoud also appears to be linked to a second Florida car business that appears to have been exporting stolen used cars to Africa and selling the vehicles with altered VIN's.

During the last 30 days I have received phone calls from around the State of Florida in regards to phony Bank Checks (Cashier Checks) that Ali Hassan Hammoud had written on his "Zamaiss Import Export" account at Regions Bank (current ballance, negative $1,405) to the tune of about $900,000, which is not recoverable. The $900,000 was for cars, trucks and over the road vehicles for shipment to the Middle East.

Hammoud, a native of Lebanon who lives in Miramar, was arrested Friday July 24th 2008 at Miami International Airport by FBI agents arrest as he was attempting to fly to Beirut. Muslim used car dealer Ali Hassan Hammoud was able to steal $5.7 Million from the State of Florida and wire transferred at least $3 Million to Beirut Lebanon (can you say "Hezbollah"). The State sent money intended for Anderson Columbia Co. Inc. to an account Hammoud had opened at Regions Bank in Miami in the name of the Lake City-based contractor, FBI Special Agent Zachary Coates wrote in a sworn statement. The State made four electronic cash transfers totaling about $5.7 million to the bogus account July 21-22, according to statements. About $3.8 million was transferred to a second Regions account Hammoud opened in the name of Zamaiss Import Export Inc. (used car export) and then withdrawn through a variety of means including international wire transfers, all during the same two days. That left a negative balance of $1,405 in the Zamaiss account.

Hezbollah has been involved in the stolen car racket to support terrorism for years, Hezbollah theft rings have stolen luxury cars in Canada and sent them to Lebanon for use by senior Hezbollah officials.

Muslim Used Car Dealer Ali Hassan Hammoud was deeply involved in the stolen car rackets see below, he was scheduled for Court, July 31st, just prior to his trying to flee the Country;

On or about August 8th, 2008 I received a phone call from a Miami body shop owner who claimed he had also been a victim of Ali Hassan Hammoud, Hammoud had used his State of Florida used car license (with his approval) to purchase used cars from CoPart, but the supposed Certified Checks that Ali Hassan Hammoud presented to CoPart for the vehicles were forgeries and the Miami body shop owner is now on the hook for thousands of dollars as it was his license used to purchase the cars.

Copart auctions used and salvage vehicles to auto parts dismantlers, rebuilders, used car dealers, wrecking yards, and the public for insurance and rental car companies and manufacturers. Ali Hassan Hammoud could not purchase used cars as a dealer in the State of Florida as his license had been revoked, something about all those stolen car charges and operating a Chop Shop.

Ali Hassan Hammoud was more than likely sending stolen vehicles out of the country after switching the VIN's from the Copart auction cars to the stolen cars and then via the Port of Miami to the Middle East through his Zamaiss Import Export company.

Why We Can Never Forget, by Kelly Kilpatrick

Why We Can Never Forget, by Kelly Kilpatrick; As time passes, memories fade and people begin to forget the details of what really happened to them regarding the past, whether they were directly involved in an event or not. This is true of many of our memories as human beings, even the most potent and provocative. It has been a little more than seven years since the attacks of September 11, 2001, and although there are daily reminders of the residual effects of this tragedy, many people have put the event out of their minds and become less mindful of our precarious position in the world stage.

When this terrible tragedy occurred, most average Americans would have never thought such an attack would even be possible—especially here on our own soil. That infamous day, however, certainly proved those individuals wrong.

Without making people too cautious or overly paranoid, it is important for us to remember that we felt safe right before this terrible tragedy occurred. We were not prepared, and although we knew that there were enemies of the US out there, we never believed as a society that we would be put directly in harms way.

At this point, we should know better.

Look at all of the signs out there for you to make your decision. Two wars, economic pitfalls, bailouts, infrastructural problems, and a pending regime change. We need to be more vigilant than ever if we don’t want a repeat of what happened seven years ago. Recent attacks in India have made it clear that the world is still a dangerous place.

We really do still have a long way to go if we want to truly feel safe. Until then, making ourselves aware of our surroundings, monitoring our cities for anything unusual, and making sure the authorities are notified if anything suspicious is witnessed are some of the best and most proactive ways to deal with the situation.

There is no reason for another 9/11 to happen again. Security has been tightened, and then loosened up around the country in various places, yet there are still many areas of vulnerability in our country. Above all else, vigilance is necessary to ensure that we do not fall into complacency once again. Look where that got us last time.

Flurry of Spam Targeting the Federal Bureau of Investigation; Consumers continue to be inundated by spam purportedly from the FBI. As with previous spam attacks, the latest versions use the names of several high ranking executives within the FBI and even the IC3 to attempt to defraud consumers.

Many of the spam e-mails currently in circulation claim to be an "official order" from the FBI's Anti-Terrorist and Monetary Crimes Division, from an alleged FBI unit in Nigeria, confirm an inheritance or contain a lottery notification, all informing recipients they have been named the beneficiary of millions of dollars.

To claim the large sum, recipients are instructed to furnish their personally identifiable information (PII) and are often threatened with some type of penalty, such as prosecution, if they fail to do so. Specific PII information requested includes, but is not limited to, the recipient's name, banking information, telephone number, and a copy of their passport.

The spam e-mail allegedly from the IC3 states that the recipient has extorted money and will be given a limited amount of time to refund the money or face prosecution.

White House Boys, Search of 32 Graves Ordered at North Florida Dozier Reform School, 2nd Teen Scandal for Panama City - Marianna Area

Florida Gov. Charlie Crist has ordered an investigation to determine whether the remains of 32 students were buried decades ago in shallow graves on the grounds of a former reform school for boys, Marianna in the Florida Panhandle.

See also related story about Henry Dickens and nurse Kristen Schmidt, Federal Probe lingers in Florida boot camp death of Black youth, cover-up, Panama City in the Florida Panhandle.

Now there are going to be two Federal Investigations into the murder of teen's in the custody of the Florida Correctional system!

Florida Authorities are investigating whether boys were beaten decades ago in this building, known as the White House. The governor's action came at the urging of four former residents of what was known as the Florida School for Boys. The four alleged that students were abused and killed by guards decades ago at the school in Marianna, Florida, just south of the Georgia border.

In a letter Crist asked the Florida Department of Law Enforcement to investigate the graves and determine whether any crimes were committed. "Questions remain unanswered as to the identity of the deceased and the origin of these graves," Crist wrote in his letter to the FDLE.

"The main goal is to determine the location of the graves, who owned the property at the time, and determine if any crimes were committed," FDLE spokesman Kristin Perezluha told CNN. Authorities are only now beginning their investigation, so no one can say for certain who, if anyone, is buried in the 32 graves with the white metal crosses.

Four former residents of the school on Monday asked Crist to launch the investigation. They call themselves the White House Boys after the concrete building, where, they claim, the beatings and torture were carried out by the "one armed man". The White House Boys -- Roger Kiser, Michael McCarthy, Bryant Middleton and Dick Colon -- found each other on the Internet, after Kiser started a Web site. They began to talk about experiences at the reform school and eventually decided to go public, and call for an investigation.

UPDATE...Troy Tidwell, the former supervisor and the "one armed man" still lives in Marianna FL would not talk with a CNN crew that visited his home on 12/14/2008, I hope news crews and satellite trucks start parking out in front of this dirt bags home everyday !

The four believe many of the boys who were sent to the White House were killed and their remains buried on the grounds of what is now known as the Dozier School for Boys. Reached at his home in the Florida panhandle, Middleton, 64, was told by a CNN producer that the governor ordered the probe."My god! That's remarkable. My god! That's all I ever wanted," he said. "That will begin a lot of the healing for those that survived that school.""Some of us will never get over the brutality, the sexual assaults and the fear. But this is a major step in the right direction," he said.

Middleton told CNN he was "an incorrigible youth of 14 or 15" when he was sent to the reform school for breaking and entering. During a 30-minute phone interview, he recounted story after horrific story about his time there. Middleton said he took six trips to the concrete White House, where he endured brutal beatings. He says boys were regularly struck with a metal-reinforced double strap with a long wooden handle. "You could hear it coming through the air and when it hit your body, the pain was unbelievable," he recalled. "
They just beat you to the point of unconsciousness, or you could no longer understand what was happening to you." I have also been told that with some of the boys, the giant strap was turned sideways so that on impact the sheet metal edge would slice open the skin of the children, this is barbaric, what kind of man was the one armed tormentor, Mr. Troy Tidwell Jr, who is still living in Marianna, Florida..... he is 84 today.

Mr. Tidwell Jr. the one armed man, who accidentally severed his left arm with a shotgun when he was 6 and his father Mr. Tidwell Sr. and a Mr. Hess were the chief tormentors at the Dozier School for boys.

The White House boys, who are all white, told CNN that black kids at the school were beaten even more savagely than white kids. Another question no one seems able to answer: Why was there no outcry from the parents of boys who disappeared? Why did no one look for them?

Colon and Middleton say it's a valid question. They firmly believe that bodies will be found, and they will be the bodies of both black and white boys. "I believe, in my own heart, that there has been a cover-up", said Middleton.

Added Colon, "White, African-American, they're all there ... I believe they will find crushed skulls, and broken bones -- and hopefully, one day, the murderers, like the one armed man."

Following article from a prior post of March 8th 2008 by Roger Dean Kiser, Sr. and describes the White House torture; I was about 12 years old, living in the Florida School for Boys at Marianna, when they called me to the head office. They told me that I would soon visit the ‘White House,’ which was a torture room for boys who broke one of their many rules or tried to escape. I was sent to the school for trying to escape from the Children's Home Society orphanage in Jacksonville. I had been incarcerated there for 10 years for the ‘crime’ of having no parents to care for me. When I heard that they were taking me to this ‘White House,’ an extreme fear came over me. I almost passed out and was trembling so badly that my legs collapsed under me. I fell to the floor and lay there. The men told me to "get my sorry butt up" and sit down on the hard, wooden bench outside the office. I waited there for the two men who would take me to the ‘White House.’

After a wait of about 30 minutes, these two men came to get me. They grabbed me by my arms and lifted me off the bench. There were several other boys in the office with me, so I had to try to act as though I was not scared, but they knew. The two men walked with me across the grass circle that divided the offices from the ‘White House.’ We stopped at another office and a man with one arm walked out (Troy Tidwell). He took the place of one of the men holding me. We continued walking toward the mess hall. As we rounded the building, I could see it right in front of me: ‘THE WHITE HOUSE.’ My mind was just going crazy with fear.

When we reached the door, one of the men took out his keys and stuck one into the lock. I looked back over my shoulder and I saw about 50 boys. They stared in silence. As the door opened, an ungodly odor filled my nose and I could hardly breathe. I remember trying to step through the doorway, but the odor was so overwhelming that I fell in the short hallway inside.

My whole body was just numb and it was very difficult for me to breathe. I tried to pull the shirt down from around my neck, but the man jerked it once again and hit me on the top of the head with his knuckles. I hit the floor again and bloodied my nose from the impact. The two men picked me up and carried me into a small room, which had nothing in it except a bunk bed and a pillow.

They put me down on the floor and ordered me to lie on the bed facing the wall. Crying. I did what they told me to do. One of them said to move my hands to the top of the bunk bed and grab the bar at the headboard. I did so as quickly as I could. Not one sound could be heard. I turned over quickly and looked at the one who was standing near me. He had a large leather strap in his hand. "Turn your damn head back toward the wall!" he yelled. I knew what was going to happen and it was going to be very bad.

I had been told what to expect by some of the boys, who were taken to the ‘White House.’ I never heard from some of them again. I also heard that this giant strap was made of two pieces of leather, with a piece of sheet metal sewn in between the halves.
Again, everything was dead silent. There was an ungodly look on his face and I knew he was going to beat me to death. I will never forget that look for as long as I live. I tried to jump off the bed, but I was knocked backward when the leather strap hit me on the side of the face.
The men grabbed me and held me to the floor. I was yelling to God to save me, begging for someone, anyone, to help. There was blood all over everything. It was everywhere. "Please forgive me! Please forgive me," I repeated at the top of my voice. "Please forgive me! Dear God, please help me!" But it didn't do any good; God didn’t hear me that day.

After about five minutes of begging, pleading and crying, they told me to get back on the bed and grab the top rail again. They warned that if I tried to get off the bed, the whole thing would repeat from the beginning. I slowly pulled myself up off the floor and got back onto the bed. Again, I grabbed the rail and waited; everything became quiet, except for the two men breathing really hard.
Once again, I tightened up my buttocks and waited. Then all of a sudden, it happened. I thought my head would explode. The thing came down on me over and over. I screamed and kicked and yelled as much as I could, but it did no good. He (Troy Tidwell) just kept beating me over and over. However, I never let go of that bed rail. Then there was nothing.

The next thing I remember, I was sitting on another wooden bench in the one-armed man's office. I remember wiping the slobber and blood from my mouth. My body felt like it was on fire. I stood and found that I hardly could. God, God, God, it hurt badly.
I will never forget that until the day I die. One of the men in the office yelled at me to sit down. I told him that I had to go to the bathroom really bad. He pointed at a doorway and said that it was the bathroom; he told me to "make it quick." I slowly walked into the bathroom and closed the door. I looked in the mirror. There was dried blood all over my black and blue face, my hair and in my mouth. I took my torn shirt off, which was hanging from the waistband of my pants and then I turned around and looked into the mirror.

My back was black and blue, and also bloody. I almost panicked out of my mind when I saw my reflection. I looked like a monster. I started to cry, but I covered my mouth with both hands so no other boys would hear me. I loosened my belt buckle to get my pants down. It was very painful, but the worst was yet to come. Once they were down, I noticed that my legs were all bloody and my skin was black in color. I stood over the toilet and tried to urinate, but it just would not come out.

I pulled my pants back up and washed my face, mainly because I did not want the other boys to see that I had been crying. I was so scared that I could not stop shaking. Finally, I walked back into the outer office and saw Mr. SeaLander, my cottage house parent, standing by the doorway. He took me back to my cottage.
He called the office to complain about what happened to me. Then he took me to the hospital where the old nurse, Ms. Womack, soaked me in Epsom salts. With tweezers, she pulled the underwear from my skin.

Why was this done to me? I never knew until years later, why I was beaten like that. They did it because I said ‘shit’ when I slipped on the diving board at the pool. I do not even remember saying that kind of word. I never was a boy who cursed. I will never forget for as long as I will live, that vicious beating done to me without even knowing why. I will never forget the monster that I saw in the mirror that day. I will never forget what adults are capable of doing to a child.
I will never forget that the State of Florida was behind what happened to me and to many, many other boys - just for running away from an abusive orphanage.
BACK TO PANAMA CITY FL, Federal probe lingers in Florida boot camp death, October 13, 2008 By Melissa Nelson Panama City Fl – A looming federal investigation and possible trial is making it difficult for seven juvenile Florida boot camp guards and a nurse acquitted last year of state charges in the death of a 14-year-old boy to move on with their lives, their attorneys said.

The eight left a Panama City courthouse with their jubilant families one year ago on Oct. 12, 2007, after jurors found them not guilty in the beating death of Martin Lee Anderson. The death and verdict prompted protests and Florida's juvenile boot camps were abolished. The eight employees were fired from the Bay County Juvenile Boot Camp.

"All of their lives have changed. They are no longer doing what was their first choice in life to do," said Hoot Crawford, attorney for former camp guard Henry Dickens, who is now a hotel security guard. Dickens had wanted to dedicate his life to reforming juvenile offenders but "now he is doing something very different," Crawford said.

The federal inquiry remains open, said Karen Rhew, a Tallahassee-based assistant U.S. attorney. She declined to give other details or a time-frame for a decision on whether or not there will be a second trial. Attorneys for the eight said their clients did not want to talk publicly about the verdict because of the federal investigation.

Anderson died Jan. 6, 2006, a day after being hit and kicked by the guards as the nurse watched. He had just been assigned to the camp. He was caught trespassing at a school, which violated his probation imposed after he was convicted of helping his cousins steal their grandmother's car.

A video of the 30-minute altercation showed the seven men punching him and using knee strikes against him, pushing ammonia capsules into his nose and dragging his limp body around the yard. The video also showed the nurse doing nothing to help Anderson or stop the men.

A coroner initially determined Anderson fatally hemorrhaged because he had an undiagnosed sickle cell trait, a condition which can cause red cells to change shape and not carry oxygen when the body is under extreme stress. A second autopsy, completed when then-Gov. Jeb Bush ordered an independent prosecutor take over the case, determined the guards killed Anderson by depriving him of oxygen when they pushed the ammonia tablets into his nose, covered his mouth and didn't give him time to recover his breath.

During the two-week trial, the defense argued employees were using accepted camp tactics and that the sickle cell trait caused Anderson's death. Jurors, who spent days watching and rewatching the tape, agreed and acquitted the eight of all charges. Anderson was black, the jury was all-white. The defendants were black, white and Asian.

The verdict prompted protests two hours away in Tallahassee where angry college students blocked downtown intersections, calling for a federal investigation. U.S. Justice Department officials calmed the students by meeting with protest leaders and assuring them they would investigate.

Messages seeking comment from Anderson's family were not returned by Benjamin Crump, the attorney who represented the boy's parents in their lawsuit against the state. The family was awarded $7.4 million to settle lawsuits against the state and Bay County (Panama City Fl).

Waylon Graham, attorney for lead guard Charles Helms, says he believes no decision on federal charges will come until after the Nov. 4 election. He said Helms and the others are "still all jittery and nervous about what the feds might do." Robert Sombathy, who represented guard Patrick Garrett at trial, said he hoped and believed that "the investigation is being done above politics and that this doesn't come to do what is the right political thing to do."

The Rev. Rufus Woods, pastor of Love Missionary Baptist Church in the east Panama City neighborhood where Anderson grew up, said time has tempered some of the community's initial outrage, but he and others hope federal charges will come. "We remain prayerful that we won't be disappointed," he said.

It appears the Florida Department of Juvenile Corrections has bodies buried from Panama City to Marianna in the Florida Panhandle.

A man accused in the fatal shooting of hero cop Russel Timoshenko told a fellow inmate he hoped to get out from behind bars someday - so he could finish off the dead officer's partner, the prison snitch testified yesterday.

Jason Jones, 27, claimed he had a heart-to-heart with accused gunman Robert Ellis during which the suspect came clean about the 2007 shootings that left Timoshenko dead and partner Herman Yan wounded.
"He said he wanted to get numbers instead of letters," Jones recalled, meaning a prison sentence rather than life. "He said he wanted to get home to make sure the officer got what he deserved."

Ellis' lawyer, Danielle Eaddy, insisted that Jones - who has a lengthy rap sheet - shouldn't be trusted because he was coming forward in hopes of reducing a drug arrest to a misdemeanor.

The snitch, who said he first met Ellis, 35, five days after the shooting, said the accused cop killer opened up to him about what happened when the cops pulled him over in a stolen BMW, along with Dexter Bostic, 36, and Lee Woods, 35, in Brooklyn.

Jones' testimony throws cold water on Ellis' claim that he was behind the wheel of the stolen BMW and it was Woods and Bostic doing the shooting.

COP-KILL CANARY UP FOR 89G PAYOFF, Last updated: 11:11 am December 9, 2008, Crime doesn't pay - unless you're the Long Island man who helped two ex-cons flee after they allegedly gunned down rookie cop Russel Timoshenko.

Billy Barnes, 36, a hospital tech and childhood friend of accused gunman Dexter Bostic, told jurors in Brooklyn Supreme Court yesterday he stands to collect an $89,000 reward for turning in his buddy and another man after dropping them off in the woods in Pennsylvania after the shooting.

"Yeah, put me in for it," Barnes said he told detectives as he was riding with them back out to the Poconos to show them the spot in the mountains where he left Bostic and co-defendant Robert Ellis on July 9, 2007. A third man, Lee Woods, 30, is also charged with first degree murder in the cop's death. Barnes claimed he was held "hostage" by Bostic and Ellis, who threatened him with a knife.

Cops found banking records were sent to the house, though the state requires such files be kept at businesses, according to court papers filed in a civil forfeiture action by the Nassau district attorney. "The dealership knew what was going on," an investigator said.
