Fifth suspect arrested over 'Islamic internet plot to kill Gordon Brown', follows white Muslim convert Mohammed Ali, al-Qaeda site was hosted in Tampa
A Derby man is being questioned by cops in the plot.
The latest arrest follows that of a white Muslim convert, named locally as Mohammed Ali, who was seized in a dawn raid at his flat above a butcher's shop in Blackburn on Tuesday.
One of the terror suspect held over threats to kill Gordon Brown has allegedly had contact with Osama Bin Laden’s deputy. Cops are thought to be probing an internet message he allegedly sent to Ayman Al-Zawahiri on the website www.al-ekhlaas.net/forum , the al-Qaeda No2, who dreamt up the 9/11 atrocities.
One chilling section – seen by The Sun – read: “Is the British Muslim allowed to kill British civilians, whether they are nonbelievers or Muslims who support the war against Afghanistan, Iraq and others?” Another asked Al-Zawahiri if jihad was an “obligation” for Muslims in Britain. The notes were sent on the www.al-ekhlaas.net/forum by a man calling himself Sheikh Umar Rabie, who bragged he was al-Qaeda’s leader in the UK.
A source close to the investigation said last night: “The links between those arrested and Umar Rabie are central to this. Any attempted contact between Rabie and known extremists on www.al-ekhlaas.net/forum is significant.”
The threat to Mr Brown, posted January 24th on www.al-ekhlaas.net/forum , demanded the release of prisoners including hook-handed cleric Abu Hamza.
The fifth man's arrest came ten days after three other men were held by anti-terror police over threats to assassinate Gordon Brown and his predecessor, Tony Blair, on the al-Qaeda website www.al-ekhlaas.net/forum .
Before his arrest Mohammed Ali, 24, who is thought to have converted to Islam about four years ago, had told how he fell out with the two brothers because their views were 'too extreme'.
Anti-terror teams have spent months investigating the warnings on a recognised jihadi website, www.al-ekhlaas.net/forum posted by a group calling itself 'Al Qaeda in Britain'.
The 'Al Qaeda in Britain' message with threats to kill PM Gordon Brown, written in English, appeared only briefly on January 24th, 2008 because the website http://www.al-ekhlaas.net/forum/ was shut down in Tampa Fl, USA on Jan 28th, 2008 by the Tampa Tribune and private investigator Bill Warner see story on Jihad Watch click here and then see follow up story in the Tampa Tribune click here . The same website www.al-ekhlaas.net/forum was then shut down in Phoenix Arizona on Feb 1st 2008 by the Arizona Republic Newspaper and private investigator Bill Warner, see story posted on Jihad Watch click here.
Twice the week of Feb 1st 2008, , al-Qaida websites have been taken off the Internet by Web hosts after being notified by local newspapers. An al-Qaida related site was shut down Monday by Tampa, Florida-based Noc4Hosts after it received a call from Tampa Tribute ( www.tampatrib.com ) reporter Howard Altman. Internet security specialist Paul Henry discovered the new al-Qaida encryption program hosted at http://www.al-ekhlaas.net/forum/
On Wednesday, Phoenix, Arizona-based Web hosting provider CrystalTech Web Hosting (www.crystaltech.com ) took down an al-Qaida website after being notified by The Arizona Republic (www.azcentral.com). The site was reportedly being used by al-Qaida to recruit car bombers, promote war on the West and provide a forum for Islamic militants to plot an assassination of PM Gordon Brown. The website, http://www.al-ekhlaas.net/forum/ , offers forum discussions about weapons, explosives and propaganda, often playing out like a resource for terrorists, reports The Arizona Republic.
The site contained video casts of an American tank being blown up, as well as messages from al-Qaida leaders and forums in which terrorist acts are openly discussed, says the Middle East Media Research Institute, a non-profit group in Washington, D.C. that tracks and translates Islamic websites. Both newspapers, the Tampa Tribune and the the Arizona Republic were alerted to the al-Qaeda websites hosted in their cities by Private Investigator Bill Warner.
The first three arrested in the internet plot posted on http://www.al-ekhlaas.net/forum/ are British-born Muslims of Asian origin (Pakistani).
The statement on http://www.al-ekhlaas.net/forum/ beside calling for the assassination of PM Gordon Brown, also demanded the withdrawal of British forces from Iraq and Afghanistan and the release of Muslim prisoners from Belmarsh high-security prison in London.
Following are the Al-Qaeda websites we shut down on Jan 28th and Feb. 1st, 2008 in Tampa Fl and Phoenix AZ that were posting the plot to kill PM Gordon Brown. The ones in Tampa were all the same Al-Ekhlaas Forum website with just different mirror-site variations, they all have the same IP address 220.127.116.11 . Al-Ekhlaas had to get a new IP address when they moved to Phoenix AZ. !

VP CANDIDATE SARAH PALIN HIRES PRIVATE DETECTIVE TO INVESTIGATE SISTER'S EX-HUSBAND, TROOPER MIKE WOOTEN.
Alaska State Trooper Wooten had made threats to shoot Sarah Palin's sister Molly McCann and, "I'm gonna Fook'en kill your dad if he gets an attorney to help you".............
The family feud revolves around Alaska State Trooper Mike Wooten, who was once married to Governor Palin's younger sister, now known as Molly McCann. Due to irreconcilable differences, the two divorced in 2005. However, they continue to battle over child custody issues.
In my own personal experience, "Child Custody Disputes" are the most difficult cases to work as a private detective, both parties are usually very volatile and the accusations fly back and forth, but in the case of Alaska State Trooper Mike Wooten, it appears from the documents, that he is the aggressor in the case and appears to have a history of drinking and driving (in his patrol car) with his minor children in the vehicle. Whatever Gov. Sarah Palin's intentions were in hiring a Private Detective to investigate Alaska State Trooper Mike Wooten they appears to be more than warranted in an attempt to protect her sister from an abusive out of control man with a gun.
4/11: Molly McCann gets a domestic violence protective order against Trooper Mike Wooten and files for divorce. Chuck Heath, the father of sister Molly McCann and Sarah Palin, alerts troopers about the restraining order. A neighbor of Molly McCann and Mike Wooten calls troopers with concerns about Mike Wooten, including alcohol abuse accusations in his patrol car. Trooper Mike Wooten had driven drunk multiple times, threatened Sarah Palin's father "with a bullet", told Molly McCann to "put a leash on your sister (Sarah Palin) and family or I'm going to bring them down," her petition says. A judge issued a 20-day protective order to keep Wooten away.
4/12: A trooper captain orders Mike Wooten to obey the protective order and turn in his weapons, badge and patrol car when he's off duty (bad sign here).
4/27: State Troopers open an investigation into Mike Wooten.
8/10: Sarah Palin e-mails Col. Julia Grimes, then head of the troopers, with additional allegations against Mike Wooten and calls him a "ticking time bomb and "loose cannon." ."
10/10: Chuck Heath writes Grimes saying that the investigation is dragging on too long and Wooten is "a dangerous person, a loose cannon, ready to explode."
10/18: Sarah Palin announces she is running for governor.
10/29: Troopers issue memo of findings on Mike Wooten. Wall investigated 13 issues and substantiated three.
1/17: Col. Julia Grimes re-interviews two witnesses.
1/31: Mike Wooten and Polly McCann's divorce finalized.
2/1: Grimes substantiates a fourth allegation against Trooper Mike Wooten.
3/1: Grimes issues a letter suspending Mike Wooten for 10 days and warning that the discipline is "a last chance for corrective action" and that further occurrences "will not be tolerated." (indication here that Mike Wooten is out of control)
8/22: Sarah Palin wins Republican primary, defeating incumbent Gov. Frank Murkowski.
9/5: Mike Wooten's suspension reduced to five days after union files a grievance (good ole boy "Blue Wall" comes into play).
11/7: Sarah Palin wins general election.

CASEY ARRESTED AT HOME: Watch Raw Video See Images CINDY CONFRONTS PROTESTERS: Watch Raw Video GEORGE FREAKS OUT: See Images
Investigators showed up at the family's home about 8:30 p.m. They led Casey out in handcuffs to the cheers of waiting protesters. The charges stem from allegations Casey took money, possibly from family or friends. Investigators say they have images of Casey using checks at stores around Orlando. "She had used names and checks in an account that didn't belong to her," said Capt. Angelo Nieves of the Orange County Sheriff's Office.
Anthony was being held on a $3,000 bond Friday night. The family would have to post $300 to get her out of jail if a judge agrees to that bond amount. Routinely, inmates would appear before a judge around 11:30 a.m., Saturday morning. This happened after a tense and volatile day at the family's home. Protesters showed up early Friday evening, demanding Casey go back to jail. However, the protests referred to charges Casey Anthony already faces related to the disappearance of her young daughter, Caylee.
Friday was the 45th day since Caylee Anthony was reported missing and early in the morning, it appeared the bounty hunter who had helped bond Casey out of jail on the original charges was ready to revoke that bond and send her back behind bars. But he and Casey's attorney worked out a deal just before noon Friday and Casey did not go back to jail then. Also Friday, subpoenas were issued to the Anthony family telling them they may have to testify in a trial scheduled to start on November 17.
A group is planning to search Saturday for Caylee's body near Orlando International Airport and more protesters are expected to come to Casey's house Friday night.
George Anthony hit the roof Friday afternoon when two protesters set up camp right in front of his home, throwing chairs and yelling. George's pastor had to hold him back as he unloaded on two men who set up chairs and an umbrella in his card. They came to the house hoping to see Casey hauled back to jail.
"We're just here to watch her be arrested,"
As evidence mounts that Caylee is dead, the Anthony family seems to have no end of conspiracy theories. They blame everyone but Casey. "Maybe someone put a body in the car after it was towed to the tow yard. Why don't you talk to them about their security?" Cindy Anthony said Thursday evening.
The building drama is even making drama-king Leonard Padilla nervous for the media. "I don't want you guys sitting there talking to Cindy when she's got a hammer in her hand," Padilla said Friday morning. Padilla also fears for Casey as she travels back an forth from her attorney's office. "I think somebody can take a shot at her," Padilla said.
There's also word from the Internet that more protesters are coming to the Anthony house Friday night. Internet chatter is rampant that Casey will have a large crowd that will insist she be taken back to jail.

Mohammed Junaid Babar, the "Forest Gump" of Al-Qaeda turned informant has saved hundreds of lives, see BBC Video, links to Fahad Hashmi
See Prior Post on ITS and it's leader Nussrah; Tuesday, August 12, 2008, NUSSRAH THE LEADER OF THE ISLAMIC THINKERS SOCIETY IN NEW YORK CITY KEEPS UP WITH HIS THREATS. NYPD EYEBALLING THEM.Fahad Hashmi could face as much as 70 years in prison. In June 2006, Hashmi was arrested by British security personnel at Heathrow Airport, where he was waiting for a flight to Pakistan where he was to visit relatives. Eleven months later, Hashmi was extradited to the US, where he was placed in the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan under isolation.
Hashmi grew up in a Pakistani-American family living in Queens, New York City. He majored in political science at Brooklyn College, graduating in 2003. He then studied international relations at London Metropolitan University, earning a Masters Degree in 2005. The evidence against Hashmi is based on the plea bargain of Mohammed Junaid Babar, another US citizen from Queens NY arrested on five counts of aiding Al Qaida and a member of al-Muhajiroun.
In exchange for testimony against Hashmi and other cases pending in Canada and the UK, Babar stands to receive a substantially reduced sentence, Babar has put at least a dozen al-Qaeda operatives in prison, mostly in the UK, and stopped numerous bomb plots aimed at bars, resturants and subway systems. Mohammed Junaid Babar and Syed Fahad Hashmi were members of the terrorist organization Al-Muhajiroun in Queens NY, Hashmi was a senior figure in Al Muhajiroun's US network. Investigations by private detective Bill Warner have been crucial in piecing together the links between the British membership of Al Muhajiroun with their counterparts in New York, and their combined links with terrorism. The Operation Crevice terrorism trial in the UK, which concluded in London on April 07 had heard testimony from former Al Muhajiroun member turned supergrass Mohamed Junaid Babar.
In 2005, Bill Warner took BBC journalist Richard Watson to the Masjid al-Fatima on 37th Avenue, Woodside, Queens NY, which had been taken over by radicals from Hizb ut-Tahrir in the mid 1990s. BBC's Richard Watson video-taped Bill Warner's interview with Mosque Founder Aqeel Khan, who spoke of the problems of radicals at the mosque.
SEE BBC News video with all the current updates click here
Mr Warner's sleuthing managed to show that Junaid Babar, who was an Al Muhajiroun member from Queens, had attended the Woodside mosque, and here in 1999 had first met Sajil Shahid. Shahid had founded the Al Muhajiroun office in Lahore in Pakistan, which became a center for ferrying British jihadists (including the five men convicted of the Operation Crevice plot, and also Mohammed Sidique Khan, leader of London's 7/7 bombers) from Lahore to the regions bordering with Afghanistan, where they met Taliban and Al Qaeda controllers.
Mr Bill Warner's investigations also showed that a meeting took place at the Masjid al-Fatima mosque in Queens NY from June 2 to 4, 2000, with lectures given by Sajil Shahid. This three day convention was also attended by an individual called "Brother Fahad", who is Syed "Fahad" Hashmi.
29-year old Hashmi a member of al-Muhajiroun and connected to al-Qaeda was indicted on three charges, with the main count involving conspiracy to contribute funds, goods or services to the terrorist group. If he is found guilty at his future trial, he could serve 70 years in jail.
The revelations of the Operation Crevice trial, where five Al Muhajiroun members were given life sentences for conspiring to blow up venues in London, and were known to have met Al Qaeda leaders in Malakand, Pakistan, now makes a notion of direct links between al-Muhajiroun and al-Qaeda all too credible.
The Operation Crevice leaders were also known associates of Mohammed Sidique Khan and Shehzad Tanweer, who were instructed by Al Qaeda to lead a four-man suicide bombing on London's transport system. That attack on July 7, 2005 killed 52 innocent travelers.
Mohammed Junaid Babar, an al-Muhajiroun member from Queens NY and an admitted member of al-Qaeda has given evidence agaisnt the following al-Qaeda operatives (see below), he also in 2007 told a British court during 17 days of testimony that he ran training camps in Pakistan for Islamic militants and nurtured a generation of homegrown British terrorists.
Babar is still working with the British, the U.S. Government and the Canadian Governenmt under a deal that he will not be charged as long as he cooperates, he has been resposbile for putting the brakes on numerous bomb plots.
A). UK fertiliser bomb plot, Five men have been found guilty, based on testimony of Mohammed Babar, of plotting to kill hundreds in an al-Qaeda-linked bomb plot. The international conspiracy included links to the 7 July 2005 London bombings
B). UK 'poison plot' , Babar said he was influenced by the radical cleric Abu Hamza. One of the men accused of plotting bomb attacks in the UK discussed poisoning football fans by contaminating beer cans and burgers, Mohammed Babar, told an Old Bailey trial that suspect Waheed Mahmood, 34, of Crawley, West Sussex, talked of getting a job in a stadium as a vendor.
C). Canada terrorism suspect faces first legal setback A Canadian man accused of helping plan bomb attacks in Britain has suffered his first setback in court, after the judge in Ottawa Canada allowed the prosecution's star witness to take the stand, Judge Douglas Rutherford said - on day two of this high-profile trial of computer expert Momin Khawaja - it was too early for him to throw out the testimony of Mohammed Junaid Babar - a convicted Al Qaeda supporter turned informer.
D). A man accused of helping the 7 July suicide bombers, fired a rocket grenade and used an AK-47 at a secret jihadi training camp, a court has heard. Mohammed Shakil from Leeds joined future London bomber Mohammed Siddique Khan at the Pakistan camp in July 2003. Mr Shakil, Waheed Ali and Sadeer Saleem deny conspiring to cause an explosion. Giving evidence for a second day, Mohammed Junaid Babar, told the jury he had seen both Mr Shakil and Siddique Khan attend the camp high in the mountains in the Malakand district of Pakistan.
Mohammed "Forst Gump" Babar has given, is giving or will be testifying against al-Qaeda operatives in London U.K., Manchester U.K., Ottawa Canada and New York City NY.
Bounty Hunter Says He's Revoking Bond Posted For Casey Anthony, she is headed back to jail as Caylee appears to be dead
The bail bondsman and the bounty hunter who helped her get out will soon take steps to revoke her bond less than 24 hours after Channel 9 broke the news that scientific evidence found in the trunk of Casey Anthony's car did match her daughter Caylee and that evidence suggests that Caylee is dead.
The bounty Hunter Leonard Padilla should have never gotten involved in the Casey Anthony case, it appears that he was not aware of public records and OCSD investigative reports on Casey Anthony that indicated she was lying and being deceptive about the whereabouts of the then "missing" child Caylee Anthony.
See, Casey Anthony DOB 3/19/1986 ........Arrest Affidavit On July 15th 2008.
See, Casey Anthony... search-warrant at the parents home.
See, Casey Anthony Parents Home.... incident-report-re-burglary-of-gas-cans.
Any fool could figure out that Casey Anthony was lying but Bounty Hunter Leonard Padilla couldn't, the above documents were available to anyone, on-line, in July 2008, maybe Bounty Hunter Leonard Padilla should get a computer.
The bounty hunter who's been staying outside of the Anthony home in an RV told Eyewitness News it's just not safe for Casey Anthony to be out of jail anymore. Casey Anthony left her parents home in the back of a minivan to visit her attorney at 10:00am Thursday 8/28/08. It could be the last time she sees him outside of jail.
"As far as you're concerned, she's going back to jail?" WFTV reporter Daralene Jones asked Padilla on Thursday morning "As far as I'm concerned, it has to be that way. Like I said, the safety issue," Padilla told Eyewitness News on Thursday morning.Padilla said he wants to start the process to revoke her bond as early as Thursday in light of the latest developments and threats he's received in the last 24 hours. "Kill the b****. Burn the b****. Fry the b****," Padilla described.
The harsh words came over the phone right after Eyewitness News broke the story about new FBI test results. A source close to the investigation told Eyewitness News that it proves hair and a stain found inside of Casey Anthony's white Pontiac belong to her daughter and she is dead.
For weeks, the family has insisted a bad odor in the trunk of the car was from an old pizza. "Do you think Casey killed Caylee?" WFTV reporter Daralene Jones asked Padilla. "Accidentally. I think there was an accident," he said.
When Casey's father George returned home from an errand Thursday morning, he closed the garage door before we could get his reaction to the bombshell. Cindy Anthony denied there was any truth to the evidence.
"Cindy did you want to say anything about the new developments?" WFTV reporter Daralene Jones asked Cindy on Thursday. "There is no new development," Cindy said. "They're saying now Caylee is dead," Jones told her.
"No, they came and talked to me yesterday. Get the hell off my property," Cindy said. Padilla told Eyewitness News he regrets posting the bond, but it was not a complete loss for him; he received a lot of publicity.
LINDA BOLLEA (HOGAN) NAMED ADDITIONAL CHARGES IN AMENDED CIVIL COMPLAINT, "VEHICULAR LUNATICS" LINDA BOLLEA STREET RACING IN FLORIDA.
Boston’s on-the-field success in recent years has made the organization a darling among fans and marketers. And the emerging power of the Red Sox name, fueled by frenetic fans who travel widely to see their team play, has created a level of interest from Sarasota sometimes seen from cities hoping to land the Olympics. Officials here are trying with all their civic might to poach the club’s spring training operation from Fort Myers, where it has been since 1993.
There have been friendly calls from local politicians to team executives, a pledge to build a replica of Boston’s Fenway Park, and discussions about both a public land purchase and an increase in the tourism tax to pay for the stadium and improvements to an existing minor league complex. A grass-roots organization called “Citizens for Sox” has even formed to help in the effort.
The officials here (SARASOTA) say the team would attract more tourists and businesses than any other major league franchise. They hope the relocation would help lift real estate prices, increase the number of flights to and from Boston and boost construction. “This is not just about baseball” said Joe Barbetta, a Sarasota County commissioner. “It is about the Red Sox brand.”
Kelly Kirschner, the commissioner from the city of Sarasota who has teamed with Barbetta to try to attract the team, added from across the table, “We have never seen 4,000 people get together about anything, let alone a baseball team.”
The Red Sox are among a handful of teams with the flexibility to leave their spring training cities because they hold opt-out clauses in their current deals. The club’s existing agreement with Lee County allows the team to leave Fort Myers after 2009 spring training if it pays $1 million. After that, the amount decreases by $100,000 a year until the agreement expires in 2019.
On Tuesday, Sarasota County voted to buy 1.2 acres in downtown Sarasota for $4.8 million. The plan calls for a 10,000-seat stadium next to the site of Payne Park, where the Red Sox held spring training from 1933 to 1942 and from 1946 to 1958. Officials in Sarasota have been in discussions with the Red Sox for several weeks, and they expect to make their formal offer by mid-September.
Sarasota finds itself searching for a team because the Cincinnati Reds decided last year to leave for Goodyear, Ariz. To find a new team, officials began studying which clubs could relocate and soon fell in love with the idea of landing the Red Sox. “Certainly it’s because their star has never been brighter,” said John Yarbrough, the official in Fort Myers who is in charge of the effort to keep the team. “There is no team, except for maybe the Yankees, that has the following they have right now. It’s a sign of the slow economy that more municipalities haven’t come out pushing for them.”
The Red Sox have done what seemed nearly impossible five years ago. In 2004, they rallied from three games down to the Yankees in the American League Championship Series and went on to win the World Series for the first time since 1918. Then they won another title last season.
Sarasota, which was home to a Class A affiliate of the Red Sox from 1994 to 2004, appears to be the only city beyond Fort Myers interested in taking them, although Disney officials are also making a quiet push. Disney World is already home to the Atlanta Braves during spring training at its Wide World of Sports complex in Orlando. The Red Sox’ chief operating officer, Mike Dee, toured the center in July.
But the interest from Sarasota appears to be the strongest, and its officials argue that the benefits of attracting the team would exceed the economic activity associated with a schedule of roughly 17 spring training games. Many of Sarasota County’s approximately 350,000 residents, like those elsewhere on Florida’s Gulf Coast, are retirees from the Midwest (THERE IS A VERY LARGE CONTINGENT FROM THE NEW YORK-NEW ENGLAND AREA).
But the officials say the Red Sox could attract more people from the Northeast. “If the Red Sox come, it would bring in direct flights from Boston, and it would attract people from New York to New Hampshire,” Barbetta said, referring to his hope that those people might decide to relocate to or retire in Sarasota.
A consultant’s study for Sarasota showed that the Red Sox would generate $46.5 million a year in economic activity, nearly double the amount associated with the Reds. And in the 2007 edition of “Turnkey Team Brand Index,” a study that ranks the brand strength of 122 teams in Major League Baseball, the N.F.L., the N.B.A. and the N.H.L., the Red Sox finished fifth in fan loyalty among all major franchises and first in baseball. (The New York Times Company owns 17 percent of New England Sports Ventures, the parent company of the Red Sox. the New York Times owns the Sarasota Herald Tribune).
“We asked fans how much a team is a part of their daily routine, to what degree do they support a team, how often do they watch them on TV and how much they go to games,” said Len Perna, the president of Turnkey Sports and Entertainment. “There is no doubt that their performance on the field over the past few years has had an impact on their brand, but there are other teams that have won and don’t have the same glow.”

California bondsman. Leonard Padilla, is reconsidering his decision to put up the money to free Casey, click image for Caylee video.
Concrete results were back from FBI DNA tests on physical evidence found in the trunk of Casey Anthony's car. The samples, which included hair that investigators said was scientifically linked to Caylee, a stain and dirt, came back positive for signs of decomposition. Investigators said more results were expected from tests done on other evidence but all indications are Caylee Anthony is dead.
The State Attorney's Office also confirmed on Wednesday that Casey Anthony was invited to their office to shed light on the disappearance of Caylee. The State Attorney's Office is not revealing details about the offer of limited immunity. Eyewitness News has learned there is a time limit on that offer, however.
"Just putting the hair under the microscope, one can tell the difference between a normal hair root and one that's been infected with bacteria after death," said forensics expert Michael Baden. Baden said the inside linings of the mouth and nose release fluid when they begin to decompose. The fluid can be identified by DNA.
Investigators from the sheriff's office and the FBI met with Casey Anthony on Wednesday afternoon at her attorney's office. Cindy Anthony was also there. Casey only met with investigators for about 10 minutes and said nothing when she departed. Cindy Anthony left later in the afternoon, followed by the investigators. An investigator went to the Anthony's home but only stayed for a few minutes. The sheriff's office, though, is not commenting on this development and issued the following statement late Wednesday afternoon: "Preserving the integrity of the investigative details of a case of this magnitude is paramount to its successful conclusion.
We are unable to comment any further on information that has recently surfaced regarding the Caylee Anthony investigation. Any future returns in regards to evidence or submissions pertaining to this case will remain privileged or exempt unless the release of such information will be beneficial to the investigation or if it becomes a matter of public record in a legal proceeding."
The Anthonys have disputed the results of the tests, pointing out that Caylee hasn't been found. Casey Anthony's attorney refused to comment. The family was holed up in its home, Wednesday night. Casey's attorney remained there well into the evening, even parking his car in the family's garage. It was Caylee's grandmother Cindy who first expressed concern about the disgusting stench that came from the trunk of Casey's car. It came during a 911 call when she reported Caylee was missing.
"It smells like there was a dead body in the damn car," Cindy told the dispatcher. Cindy Anthony went on to change her story and say rotting pizza was behind the smell. Casey Anthony has another meeting scheduled with her lawyer Thursday morning.
BOUNTY HUNTER QUESTIONS DECISION TO POST BOND
Wednesday night, bounty hunter Leonard Padilla reiterated to Eyewitness News earlier comments he'd made about the decision to post Casey's bond. Padilla's nephew, a California bondsman, put up $50,000 to free Casey Anthony. Padilla said his nephew was deciding Wednesday night whether to revoke that bond. "I was wrong," said Padilla. "The people were right that said I should have left her in there."
When asked where he thought Caylee was now, Padilla answered, "You know, the car was parked next to a dumpster. I would hate to think the worst. God, it's terrible to think she'd be at the local garbage dump. It's terrible to think that."
In an interview Tuesday night on CNN's Nancy Grace, Padilla said he doesn't think he would have bonded Casey Anthony out of jail if he had read the information contained in 400 pages of documents released related to the case.
"After reading it, I don't believe I would have talked my nephew Tony Padilla into posting the bond. And I don't think I would have come to Orlando after reading that. I mean, I'm still hoping that little girl's alive, but there's a lot of information in those 400 pages that would lead those people to believe something different," bounty hunter Leonard Padilla said during an interview with CNN's Nancy Grace. The released court records reveal how Orange County Detective Yuri Melich grilled her, saying she could seem "cold, callous and a monster who doesn't care, who's just trying to get away with something."
He told her Caylee "may not be the way we or the way your family last remembers her. We need to find out from you where Caylee is. This, this, this right now is just, this has gone so far down hill and this has become such a mess."
Casey replied, "Uh-huh." Then Melich said, "We need to end it. It's very simple. We just need to end it." Casey answered, "I agree with you. I have no clue where she is." The documents also show Casey's parents actually led investigators to search a new depression in the dirt near their backyard pool after they had done their own search and that they had their own lawyer the day after her arrest. The documents include a poem Anthony wrote on July 7, eight days before she reported her daughter missing: "What is given, Can be taken away. Everyone lies. Everyone dies."
ARE "ULTRA RIGHT WING CONSERVATIVE BLOGGERS" UNINTENTIONALLY CALLING FOR THE ASSASSINATION OF PRES. CANDIDATE BARACK OBAMA ?
"Ultra Right Wing Conservative Bloggers" intentionally want people to confuse Presidential candidate Barack Obama with terrorist Osama bin-Ladin whose death many Americans want, and then on the Internet incite violence against the Senator.
The court-appointed attorney for Geisel entered the plea at a brief hearing before a federal magistrate judge. Geisel, who has been in custody without bail since his Aug. 2 arrest, spoke only his name and age. Geisel had previously been charged with threatening to kill Obama. The new charge of making a threat against Bush was added in a grand jury indictment made public Wednesday. Each charge carries a maximum of five years in federal prison. One student from the bail bondsman class heard Geisel threaten Obama, saying, ''If he gets elected, I'll assassinate him myself,'' according to an affidavit by Special Agent Paul R. Adie of the U.S. Secret Service.
Aafia Siddiqui’s son, Ahmed, in Afghan custody, he told cops he is an orphan and was traveling with "Saliha", he talks the al-Qaeda rap.
WASHINGTON: US authorities have confirmed that the 11-year old boy they claim to have captured with Dr Aafia Siddiqui in Kabul is her son Ahmed, who had told Afghan cops he was an orphan traveling with "Saliha", al-Qaeda lies at 11, next lie you will hear is that he was tortured by US Officials
According to a report in the Washington Post, in a letter to Siddiqui’s family, US authorities said that photos and DNA tests strongly suggest that the youngster in Afghan custody is Siddiqui’s son Ahmed. The boy is claimed to have been detained on July 18 when Afghan police arrested Siddiqui near a government compound in Ghazni. Siddiqui and her three children disappeared in 2003 in Karachi. She had set out from her mother’s home on her way to the airport to take a flight to Islamabad, but she never arrived. Inexplicably, her family did not lodge a missing person report with the police. She is now in a federal prison in New York, charged with attempted murder.
The Washington Post report says the FBI had spent years seeking information on Siddiqui, who officials feared was an Al Qaeda operative with knowledge of biological weapons. CIA spokesman George Little told the newspaper, “As the Department of Justice has made clear, Siddiqui was not in US custody before she was detained on July 17, 2008. Any suggestion that the CIA would imprison her children is wrong and offensive. Had we known where Siddiqui was prior to her capture, we would have shared that information with our partners in this country and overseas.
US boy in Afghan custody terror suspect's son
She was a fugitive from American justice.” US officials are said to have dubbed her as Al Qaeda’s “Mata Hari” and admitted that they began watching her as a possible terrorism suspect in 2001 when she lived in Boston with her husband. Soon after Khalid Sheikh Muhammad was captured in 2003, Siddiqui and her three children vanished from Karachi.Ismail Jahangir, a spokesman for the governor of Ghazni province said on Monday, according to the Post, that the Afghan Interior Ministry took the boy, now found to be Siddiqui’s son, into custody the same day Siddiqui was arrested.
Jahangir said the governor’s office was not aware of what happened to the boy after he was handed over to the Interior Ministry. An Interior Ministry official in Kabul said Ahmed Siddiqui was held by the ministry for a day, then taken into custody by the Afghan National Security Directorate, an intelligence agency. US agents said the boy initially told them he was an orphan. The boy told U.S. agents who interviewed him that "he is an orphan and that his parents were killed in an earthquake in Pakistan around October 2005," U.S. Attorney Michael J. Garcia. wrote. Ahmed said Siddique, the woman U.S. authorities now believe to be his mother, was named "Saliha," and that he had been traveling with her "since shortly after his parents died," wrote Garcia. Ahmed Siddiqui at 11, appears to already have the Al-Qaeda "talk the talk" down with lies about who he is and who his mother is, the apple does not fall far from the Al-Qaeda tree.

Police foil 'racist plot to assassinate Obama', gang had links to Aryan Nation a White Supremacist Group and Outlawed Biker Group "Sons of Silence"
Four people are being questioned about a suspected racist sniper plot to assassinate US presidential candidate Barack Obama.
PLOT TO KILL OBAMA IN DENVER, IT WAS REAL, THE METH HEADS WERE ARYAN NATION AND HAD SNIPER RIFLES, SEE VIDEO CLICK HERE.
Three men and a woman have been arrested and FBI and secret service agents are investigating claims that there were plans to use a high-powered rifle with a telescopic sight to shoot Mr Obama at the Democratic Party's four-day convention in Denver. All three men belong to Aryan Nations, according to Victor Ross, the police chief in Glendale, a suburb of Denver where one of the suspects was arrested. The other two were held in Aurora, another suburb.
PLOT TO KILL BARACK OBAMA
US law enforcement sources said one of the suspects had admitted travelling to Denver to kill the first African-American to be nominated for president. The shooting was allegedly planned for Thursday, when the White House hopeful will be in the city to formally accept his party's nomination for the November elections. Adolf said he would specifically use a Ruger 22-250 sniper rifle and high powered scope, (see photo here of same rifle) and find high ground to set up and shoot Obama," according to a federal criminal complaint filed today. The documents say Johnson said Gartrell came to Denver with Adolf specifically to kill Obama. The factory-loaded .22-250 Remington cartridge can propel a 55 grain spitzer bullet at 3,680 ft/s with 1,654 ft·lbf of energy, having effective energy for use in hunting at great distance.
His speech is due to be made at the 75,000-seat Invesco stadium and the shooting would have been from a distance of at least 750 yards in front of almost 100,000 people. The alleged plot was thwarted by local traffic police on a routine patrol. It came to light on Sunday when the officers stopped a pick-up truck driving erratically in Aurora, less than 20 miles from the Democrats' convention venue.
TRIO AIMED TO DO EVIL 'ASSASSINS' ARMED TO THE TEETH;
Two high- powered rifles with telescopic sights, a Remington Model 721-270 bolt action rife, a Ruger M77, Mark II 22-250 bolt action rifle, boxes of Remington and Winchester ammo were found when police searched the rented Dodge truck, which was being driven by 28-year-old Tharin Gartrell. They also found camouflage clothing, walkie-talkies, a bulletproof vest, licences in the names of other people and the drug methamphetamine. One of the rifles was listed as stolen from the Sherman County Sheriff's Office in Goodland, Ka. in 2005, according to court records released today.. Gartrell is being held in the Arapahoe County jail in lieu of $50,000 bond and has a felony criminal record.
Police then went to Gartrell's room at the Cherry Creek Hotel in Aurora to arrest a second man. As officers closed in, the man - said to be 33-year-old Shawn Robert Adolf - jumped from a sixth-floor window, landing on an awning before falling off and breaking his ankle. Adolf has a very lengthy criminal record. Adolf was listed on the "Most Wanted" list of the Weld County, Colo., sheriff's department for burglary, larceny, aggravated motor vehicle theft and other charges, forgery, and possession of a controlled substance. Adolf was wanted on seven outstanding warrants totally more than $1 million. Adolf has an extensive criminal record. He was sentenced to eight years in prison in 1997 for drug and illegal-weapons charges. He also served sentences for assault, forgery and numerous theft charges.
Police said he was wearing a ring with a Nazi swastika and had links to Aryan Nation - a white supremacist group classified as a terrorist threat by the FBI.

See prior article on "Sons of Silence Biker Gang" 37 arrrested in raids on Sons of Silence DENVER - One of the state's largest federal undercover operations has resulted in the arrests of at least 37 motorcycle gang members and their associates on suspicion of drug trafficking and possession of illegal weapons. More than half of those arrested were Colorado Springs residents, according to documents released Friday by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms. During the searches, about 20 pounds of methamphetamine, 35 guns, four hand grenades, two silencers, cash and motorcycles were seized from members and individuals involved with the Sons of Silence Motorcycle Club.
A third man arrested at another hotel in Denver told police there was a plan to kill Mr Obama when he made his acceptance speech. He has been identified as Nathan Johnson, 32. Adolf and Johnson were today being held on drugs charges. Newspaper reports in Denver said Johnson's girlfriend Natasha Gromack was also arrested in connection with the alleged plot.
Gartrell has been charged with being a felon in possession of a weapon and methamphetamine. He was being held at the Arapahoe county jail on £27,000 bail and is due in court on Thursday. Detective Marcus Dudley, of Aurora Police, would not say what tied the men together but said more arrests were possible. He said federal officials had been alerted because of heightened security surrounding the Democratic convention. Sources tell NBC two of the men had tattoos and jewelry popular with white supremacists.
"Clearly we found there are federal implications - otherwise we would not have notified them," he said. " The weapons clearly would cause great concern."
A US government official familiar with the investigation said: "It could also turn out that these were nothing but a bunch of knuckleheads, meth-heads."
Last month a man was arrested in Miami after making threats to assassinate Mr Obama. Raymond Geisel had reportedly told others at a bail bondsman's class that he wanted to kill the Illinois senator.
