UPDATE Aug 29, 2024, Islamic militant group claims responsibility for horror knife attack in Germany that left 3 dead, several injured, they also had big plans for Taylor Swift concert in Vienna, ISIS coming to USA next. The terrifying attack, which caused panic at the event in Solingen, was “in revenge for Muslims in Palestine and everywhere,” the militant group said on its Telegram account. The attacker has been on the run for almost 24 hours. The suspects in the foiled plot to attack Taylor Swift concerts in Vienna earlier this month sought to kill “tens of thousands” of fans before the CIA discovered intelligence that disrupted the planning and led to arrests, the agency's deputy director said. The CIA notified Austrian authorities of the scheme, which allegedly included links to the Islamic State group. The intelligence and subsequent arrests ultimately led to the cancellation of three sold-out Eras Tour shows, devastating fans who had traveled across the globe to see Swift in concert.
American terror warning lights are blinking red everywhere you turn as the Southern Border threat from Islamic State Khorasan (ISIS-K) intensifies. In March 2024, terrorists affiliated with Islamic State Khorasan, also known as ISIS-K, attacked Moscow’s Crocus City Hall, killing 145 people and wounding several hundred. The Crocus City Hall is a music venue in Krasnogorsk, Moscow Oblast. Piknik a longtime Russian rock band, is now at the center of the tragedy. The Piknik group was set to play the first of two sold-out concerts when gunmen opened fire at Crocus City Hall. The Russian authorities swiftly arrested 12 young men, all of whom were from Tajikistan, the most southern and poorest republic of the former Soviet Union.

CNN June 11, 2024, The recent arrest
of eight Tajik nationals in the United States believed to have connections to ISIS-K has
heightened concerns among national security officials that a dangerous
affiliate of the now-splintered terror group could potentially carry out
an attack on US soil. The eight men from Tajikistan had ties to ISIS-K out of central Asia were arrested over the weekend in New York, Philadelphia and Los Angeles, three people familiar with the matter told NBC News on Tuesday. The suspects had been on the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force radar and were arrested by personnel with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, better known as ICE, the sources say. Tajikistan’s economy is moribund, and the combination of a low growth rate and a youthful population has created an immense diaspora: at least a quarter of Tajikistan’s working-age men live abroad. “Put simply, the United States faces a serious threat of a terrorist attack in the months ahead.”
The
number of migrants flocking to the US-Mexico border from Tajikistan a
country known as a hotbed of ISIS-K recruitment has skyrocketed under
President Biden. More than 1,500 migrants from Tajikistan are known to
have crossed the border between October 2020 and May 2024, according to
leaked border dated obtained by The NY Post. At least 500 Tajiks have
been caught so far this year. Over the previous 14 years there were just
26 Tajik nationals crossing the border. It’s unknown how many of the
Tajik migrants were released into the US, but the vast majority of
migrants caught at the border claim asylum and are allowed to stay while
they await a court hearing. The small Central Asian country, which
borders both China and Afghanistan, has become a major source of
terrorists for ISIS and Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISIS-K), an
extreme offshoot of the Islamic State militant group.

As part of its global strategy for attacks, the ISIS-K group attempts to take advantage of international events to urge its followers to conduct attacks on such occasions by increasing the amount of specifically tailored propaganda. The latter not only inspire supporters, but also provide ISKP sympathizers with operational guidelines regarding target selection; modus operandi; and possible weapons to use. In line with this strategy, ISKP and its offspring Islamic State Pakistan (ISPP) have been focusing on tailoring propaganda on the occasion of a number of sports events that are set to occur during 2024 around the world, such as the ICC World Cup 2024 in the US; Euro 2024 in Germany; and Olympic Games 2024 in France. Most propaganda urges Islamic State supporters to wreak havoc among people attending the events and carry out attacks, following a pattern similar to the March 22 attack at the Crocus City Hall, Moscow, Russia, which started the renewed influx of propaganda and foreign plots by ISKP and, generally, by the Islamic State. ICC World Cup 2024; It has been an inauspicious international debut for the Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in New York, an ambitious project that the ICC pulled off in five months, putting it in place to host eight matches at the T20 World Cup 2024.

Colin
Clarke, a researcher who specializes in terrorism, said the group
ISIS-K is creating “charismatic propaganda” to reach “out to diasporas
that are already in place in Europe, in North America and in the region
in Central Asia, and attempting to inspire people to conduct attacks.”
“It seems like it’s just a matter of time before they’re able to pull
something off successfully,” Clarke said. “We are literally living on
borrowed time,” Republican Oklahoma Sen. James Lankford said from the
Senate floor on Wednesday during a speech about the threat of terrorists
entering the US through the southern border. A June 7 report
released by the DHS inspector general found that asylum seekers were
not always screened in a timely fashion and that border agents could not
access all the federal data they needed to vet noncitizens seeking
admission into the US. The US is “at risk of admitting dangerous persons
into the country or enabling asylum seekers who may pose significant
threats to public safety and national security to continue to reside in
the United States,” the report said. Khorasan Ghag magazine ISKP Magazine (Sadoi Khuroson) Issue 1 Published | March 29, 2024. Publisher: Al-Azaim Foundation – Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP).
