NY Post Writes: Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby (D) indicted on federal charges of perjury and filing false mortgage applications related to her purchase of two Florida vacation homes, one on Long Boat Key Fl near Sarasota at 2934 Gulf Of Mexico Dr, Longboat Key, FL 3422. Scammers go home. Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby, the city’s top prosecutor, was indicted on Thursday 1/13/2022 on federal charges of perjury and filing false mortgage applications related to her purchase of two Florida vacation homes. Scammer Marilyn Mosby said in mortgage documents she'd use Florida property as second home, then she made it a rental. Mosby, a Democrat elected to her post in 2015, is accused of falsely claiming twice to have suffered a work-related financial hardship from COVID-19 in order to request early withdrawals totaling $90,000 from her city employee retirement account. Another scheming Attorney who got caught! In both instances, the indictment stated, Mosby fraudulently cited a federal CARES Act provision allowing for emergency distributions of up to $100,000 from her retirement plan in the event of a furlough, layoff, quarantine, reduced work hours, lack of childcare or impact on one’s own business caused by COVID-19. Prosecutors said Mosby, 41, used the money she received – $36,000 in May 2020 and $45,000 on Dec. 31 of that year – toward down payments on vacation homes in Kissimmee, Florida, and Long Boat Key, Florida.

LOCK HER UP! Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby (D) purchased a condominium near Sarasota, Florida, in Feb 2021, paying $476,000 for the two-bedroom property described in real estate listings as “The Tree House.” According to land records, 2934 Gulf of Mexico Drive, Longboat Key, was transferred from the Mustard Group LLC to Mosby on February 12. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,433 square feet of living area. The property is described as having cathedral ceilings, walk-in closets and access to the condominium complex’s pool. As for waterfront access, real estate listings describe the Gulf of Mexico as being publicly accessible just across Gulf of Mexico Drive “four minutes away.” Records show the property comes with a homeowners’ association fee of $1,045 per month and paid $5,349 in property taxes last year. Mosby took out a $428,400 loan from United Wholesale Mortgage to pay for the property, which she initially bid for in early January.

Alivia Kail from Pittsburg Missing, Murdered, or Human Trafficked by "Bobby" Lupo Sex Slaver Ring in Florida as FBI Claims?

According to the FBI in Jan 2013, the case of a missing Brookline girl Alivia Kail took a major twist. Alivia was last seen leaving her brother's home in the 500 block of Edgewood Avenue in West Mifflin, Pennsylvania on March 4, 2011 with her boyfriend, Alexander P. Lorenzi. They told people they were going to go to Florida. They left in a red Ford Explorer with a Pittsburgh Steelers sticker on it. Alivia had some clothing packed in a couple of bags and she said she did not have to "pay for anything" on this trip. Alivia has never been since. Lorenzi is known to travel out of state frequently and use commercial air lines as well as rental cars. He had made multiple trips to the Naples, FL, and Wheeling, WV, areas in the weeks before his arrest on charges March 30,2011 unrelated to Alivia's disappearance. Channel 11’s Alan Jennings confirmed Tuesday that the FBI believes Alivia Kail is still alive, and she may be a victim of sex trafficking in Florida. Alivia Kail, who disappeared in March 2011 when she left for (Naples) Florida with her boyfriend, could be enslaved by human traffickers, her mother said Tuesday. Did Alivia Kail fall victim to sex slavers John David Golom, aka Robert "Bobby" Lupo, of Safety Harbor (Tampa) Fl and Lacey Goldsmith of Bradenton Fl. The investigation would eventually reveal Lacey Goldsmith, and another woman were both victims of human trafficking at the hands of John Golom, who forced the women to engage in prostitution in multiple states, from Florida to Pennsylvania to New York. The Pennsylvania warrant was for Golom and Lacey, so both were placed under arrest, but Lacey was cleared. A Pittsburgh-based group, called Resolution Hope, dedicated to finding possible sex-trafficking victims teamed with the FBI and met with the public at Heinz Field to discuss public awareness. The event was intended to bring public awareness to the problem that exists across the country. “Sex trafficking in the U.S. is happening all around us,” Brian Shivler, a member of Resolution Hope, said. FBI agents in Pennsylvania, who became involved in the missing Alivia Kail case, now believe she is alive and is being exploited/forced into a human sex-trafficking ring. FBI officials said Pittsburgh, like many cities in the country, has a sex trafficking problem that needs to be addressed by law enforcement.

ALLEGHENY, PITTSBURG, PA — Alivia Kail has blond hair, she is 5′ 1″ tall and 109 lbs, went missing March 4th, 2011 Pittsburgh PA. Date of Birth 10/16/1991 age now 34. FBI believe missing Brookline resident Alivia Kail who vanished after supposedly leaving for a trip to Florida with her boyfriend 12 years ago, may still be alive and may have been forced into a human sex trafficking ring. Alivia Kail who is also known by family and friends as ‘Liv’, was 19-years-old when she went missing on March 4, 2011. According to her brother, Lance Kail, the young woman was at home packing for a trip to Florida that she and her boyfriend, Alexander Lorenzi, planned. The following day on March 5th, 2011 Alivia’s mother, Christine DiDiano, called Pittsburgh Police to report her daughter missing after not being able to reach her, which was unusual. PPD told DiDiano that because Kail is an adult, she would have to wait 24-48 hours before a missing persons report can be filed. Several days later locals witnessed Lorenzi back in Pittsburgh, without Kail. When questioned about her whereabouts, he gives conflicting stories telling Kail’s family that she returned to Pittsburgh, but when Lance Kail, Alivia’s brother, went to speak with Lorenzi to find out where his sister was, his story begins to change and he tells Lance that she decided to stay in Florida. Lance felt something was also and got the Allegheny County Police to file a missing persons report. When family and police pressed Lorenzi for more information, he cowered away, disconnected his phone line and lawyered up. A search warrant for Lorenzi’s home in Esplen, PA, was issued but nothing related to the disappearance of Kail was discovered. Lorenzi was arrested on March 30, 2011, for unrelated drug and gun charges. While searching Lorenzi's home and vehicle, police found three spent shell casings, a pink tote containing women's clothing and a sheet with a possible blood stain on it. However, they did find drugs and a .22 Ruger that was in fact stolen. He was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property, possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver, and cocaine possession. “She’s out there, which I believe that she is,” Christine DiDano, Alivia Kail’s mother, said. “

STROUDSBURG PA, Feb 2018 -- John Golom, aka Robert "Bobby" Lupo, of Safety Harbor (Tampa) Fl and Lacey Goldsmith of Bradenton Fl, were sought on charges of promoting prostitution and theft by extortion in South West Florida and Pennsylvania, they worked together in exploiting females into sex trafficking. The couple's last known address was in Bradenton, Florida, but they were also known to be in the Bronx NY area, prosecutors said. Golom and Goldsmith, 24, were known to frequent hotels. "Police said they learned through cellphone records of alleged prostitution transactions set up by Golom in Florida, New York and Pennsylvania. Further investigations revealed Golom had trafficked the women through a fictitious escort agency in Florida, where he would recruit them to work for him as prostitutes in both strip clubs and the online website, authorities said". John Golom, of Safety Harbor and Bradenton Florida, is now locked up in the Monroe County Prison after eluding authorities for months.

John Golom aka Robert "Bobby" Lupo Bradenton Florida faced charges including rape, promoting prostitution, human trafficking and extortion. Investigators have been looking for Golom since October 2017, but they were first tipped off about him last April 2016. Detectives say Golom got women to trust him, then exploited them, making them first work at strip clubs, then as prostitutes. According to U.S. Attorney Gerard M. Karam, John Golom of Safety Harbor and Bradenton Florida, previously pleaded guilty to trafficking two women as prostitutes through force, threat, and coercion from 2014 through 2018. Was Alivia Kail working as a dancer in various "Men's" Clubs" in Miami, Fort Myers or Sarasota - Bradenton Fl? Was she being moved from city to city by sex slavers to dance for money, money they take.

UPDATE PENNSYLVANIA TO FLORIDA SEX TRAFFICKING RING: SCRANTON PA - The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced that on October 14, 2022, John David Golom, age 57, of Safety Harbor and Bradenton Florida, was sentenced by United States District Court Judge Robert D. Mariani sentenced to 33 years and 9 months in prison for his involvement in a sex trafficking conspiracy. According to United States Attorney Gerard M. Karam, John Golom had previously pleaded guilty to trafficking two women as prostitutes through force, threat, and coercion from 2014 through 2018. John Golom recruited women to engage in commercial sex acts, advertised them on websites to attract customers and transported them between Florida and Pennsylvania to conduct his prostitution business. Golom kept all proceeds of the business and used physical violence, threats, and false promises to keep the women working. At sentencing, the Court found that Golom had preyed upon his victims despite knowing that at least one of them was particularly vulnerable because of severe mental illnesses and homelessness. The Court further found that Golom had attempted to obstruct justice by making false statements to the FBI and trying to tamper with his victims’ testimony.
