CAPTURED: US Marshals Fugitive Recovery Team Captured Kaitlin Armstrong in Costa Rica Last Seen At Newark Liberty International Airport EWR

UPDATE: Breaking 6/30/2022: Fugitive yoga teacher Kaitlin Armstrong has been captured in Costa Rica after 43 days on the run, she did fly out of Newark Airport back in May. The U.S. Marshals Office of International Operations, Homeland Security Investigations, and the Department of State Diplomatic Security Service, working with authorities in Costa Rica, located and arrested Kaitlin Marie Armstrong on June 29 at a hostel on Santa Teresa Beach in Provincia de Puntarenas. US Marshals claim that Kaitlin Armstrong was last seen being dropped at Newark Liberty International Airport in NJ on May 18, the day after a warrant for her arrest was issued. On the run killer Kaitlin Armstrong did not take a flight on May 18 from Newark EWR to Livingston Manor NY! Kaitlin Armstrong fast-sold her black Jeep to CarMax for $12,200, the wholesale price, traveling money sorely needed. The most important thing a fugitive on the run needs is cash, you can't use credit cards or your personal cell phone registered to you. From here on out everything has to be paid for in cash by Kaitlin Armstrong to avoid capture. Kaitlin Armstrong was smart to travel to New York City on a plane as everyone wears a mask. She was also smart to go to NYC as people on the street wearing masks are still common place. Kaitlin a word of advice, every time you need food, a place to stay, a ride from point A to point B, or even to use a  bathroom you will have to pay cash, no credit cards.  You're giving someone the opportunity to see you every time you walk out of your motel room. Don't check in with your folks back home in Michigan or your sister in Livingston Manor NY from a burner phone, the US Marshals are watching their phone activity. Newsflash, Kaitlin Armstrong is not using her younger sister's ID, how stupid! Suspect Kaitlin Marie Armstrong, DOB November 21, 1987, she is 5' 8" and 125 lbs. Kaitlin, the US Marshals Service has a print out of every person you called on your cell phone for the last 90 days. Kaitlin, if you call anybody on that list from your new burner phone they will see that activity and track your burner phone with Stingray technology.

Kaitlin Armstrong purchased fake drivers license and passport on Roosevelt Ave Queens New York City on May 15, 2022. On the run killer Kaitlin Armstrong spent 4 days in NYC, from May 14 to May 18. Fake IDs Openly Made and Sold on Roosevelt Ave Queens New York City, the cards are frighteningly real convincing enough to fool security at buildings and even the airport. It is easy for anyone to get false documents in New York City. On Roosevelt Avenue, known to investigators as the “East Coast epicenter” for fake IDs, officials believe 10 fake ID mills operate between 103rd and 76th streets. The New York Sun did it in about an hour. Fake green card cost $100. Roosevelt Avenue in Queens is an open market for the manufacture of Social Security papers and driver's licenses, as well as the valuable green cards that certify permanent resident status, business is booming. "Roosevelt Avenue is like the mecca for fake documents," a state Assemblyman who represents the district, Jose Peralta, said. "If anybody comes through New York City and they ask, 'Where can I get a false document?' the no. 1 answer is going to be Roosevelt Avenue. It's the place, it's the spot." And then Daily News reporter easily snags fake ID in Queens hotspot for phony documents. It took me just an hour and a half to get a fake ID in New York City's ground zero for the fraudulent document business — Roosevelt Ave. in Queens. The Jackson Heights neighborhood is the epicenter of fake paper mills — rackets that fuel teenage drinking and identity theft and also create fake green cards and passports that can pose a serious security threat. Counterfeit IDs sold through the most popular platforms on Roosevelt Ave will all return as valid when scanned.

The arrest warrant from Austin police says Kaitlin Marie Armstrong was dating Colin Strickland, another star cyclist. Wilson had also been romantically involved with Strickland, according to police. Surveillance videos and ballistics appear to connect Armstrong to Wilson's murder. Police briefly detained Armstrong and then let her go because of an invalid warrant, according to the arrest warrant. Anyone with information on Armstrong’s whereabouts is urged to contact the U.S. Marshals Service Communications Center at 1-800-336-0102 or submit a tip using the USMS Tips app. Tips may also be sent to the Capital Area Crime Stoppers at 1-800-893-8477.

Officers on scene reported Wilson had multiple defects on her body that had the appearance of gunshot wounds. Officers observed multiple fired cartridge cases on the floor near Wilson but a firearm was not immediately observed. Wilson was pronounced deceased at 10:10 PM by Dr. Escott. Wilson's friend advised she went inside of her residence approximately two minutes before she called 9-1-1 and noticed the front door to the residence was unlocked. Wilson's friend stated Wilson was observed lying on the bathroom floor covered in blood and no one else was inside. Wilson's friend advised Wilson's Specialized S-Works bicycle appeared to be stolen but nothing else inside was missing. Officers checked the area and located Wilson's bicycle approximately 68 feet south of Wilson's friend's residence, concealed in thick bamboo.

Surveillance footage shared by a neighbor appears to show Armstrong's vehicle slowly driving by the East Austin apartment that Moriah Wilson was staying in. Detective Rolando Ramirez #4140 observed a surveillance camera mounted on the exterior of a residence near the crime scene. This residence is directly north of Wilson's friend's residence and the camera faces a driveway next to Wilson's friend's residence. Detective Ramirez spoke with the homeowners and they allowed him to review the surveillance video. In the video, Detective Ramirez observed a dark colored SUV drive past the residence with the surveillance cameras at 8:37 PM, one minute after Wilson entered her friend's residence according to the locking mechanism. The dark colored SUV then slowed down, appearing to come to a stop, directly next to the residence.

The SUV appeared to have a large bicycle rack mounted on the trailer hitch of the vehicle, a luggage rack mounted on the roof, and what appeared to be chrome around the windows. No other vehicles were observed on video surveillance passing by until marked emergency vehicles arrived. On May 12, 2022, Officers assigned to the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force drove to the address listed on Strickland's Texas driver's license and observed a 2012 Jeep Cherokee bearing Texas license plate LDZ5608 with a large bicycle rack mounted on the trailer hitch of the vehicle, a luggage rack mounted on the roof, and chrome around the windows that appeared to be the same vehicle observed on surveillance footage.

BOLO: On the Run Prison Guard Vicky "Tilly" White with Mad Dog Killer Casey White. he is captured she kills herself

On-the-run prison lovers Vicky and Casey White abandoned their orange SUV in Tennessee, hours after breaking out of jail, before the country realized they were missing, sheriffs admitted on Friday. The orange 2007 Ford Edge SUV was found near the corner of Smithson Road and Banner Adams Road in College Grove Williamson County, Tennessee, about two hours north of Florence, Alabama. They drove 100 miles north to Tennessee (near Nashville) and then dumped the car which Vicky had purchased under an assumed name. 'This was a well thought-out, calculated plan.... we're sort of at a loss.' It's unclear where they went next. BOLO On the Run Prison Guard Vicky "Tilly" White with Mad Dog Killer Casey White, he is captured she kills herself. Vicky and Casey White, a man who was incarcerated on charges of capital murder, have been on the run since they left the jail in downtown Florence Alabama on Friday morning at 9:41 a.m. Prison Guard Vicky "Tilly" White is now the subject of an active arrest warrant for allegedly permitting or facilitating escape in the first degree, Sheriff Singleton said Monday. Authorities believe the officer and inmate had a romantic relationship that extended into Vicky White's non-work hours, Sheriff Singleton said. The US Marshals provided photos of Casey White's tattoos — some of which show his association with the Alabama-based white supremacist prison gang Southern Brotherhood. The Southern Brotherhood is a large, Alabama-based white supremacist prison gang. Gang members use a variety of different symbols and tattoos but the most common is their "patch" or shield tattoo.

Authorities said Casey White and Vicky White may be traveling in a 2007 orange or copper colored Ford Edge SUV. The license plate on the vehicle is unknown, but the U.S. Marshals Service added it may have no license plate. The U.S. Marshals Service said the pair should be considered dangerous and may be armed with an AR-15 rifle, handguns and a shotgun courtesy of Vicky White. Prison guard Vicky "Tilly" White had made major financial moves in the weeks leading up to the escape. She had announced plans to retire as the assistant director of corrections and sold her home for a price well below market value. The home was sold on April 18 for $95,550, documents show, while online records with Lauderdale County list the home's total parcel value at $204,700. PRISON GUARD "TILLY": The former prison employee who helped two convicted murderers escape an upstate New York prison in 2015, sparking a weeks-long manhunt, was released from her own prison stay on Thursday. Joyce "Tilly" Mitchell was conditionally released from Bedford Hills Correctional Facility into community supervision, according to the New York State Department of Correction and Community Supervision. She will be supervised in Franklin County, and the supervision will last until June 8, 2022, the department said.
