Look hard at the Aamco CCTV video, you can see Chad Russell head butting the bill of the baseball cap of the customer dressed in black (me), you can see the customers head move backwards, twice, and then the customer is forced to walk backwards in the Aamco parking lot by Chad Russell, it appears the wrong person was charged with a battery offense. Should the customer take the Aamco CCTV video to the Sarasota County Sheriff Dept and file a criminal complaint on Chad Russell?

After 66 days and 2 returns for further service and additional billing, Chad at Aamco sent me a text to tell me the car would be ready on March 20th, 2025, it wasn't. I arrived at 9:00 am at Aamco on March 20th, 2025 my car was up on the lift with part of the transmission out, WTH? After a confrontation with Chad at Aamco in the parking lot I left with the assurance that car would be ready next March 21, 2025, which it was, and I drove it home. Two days later on March 23rd, 2025 on the way back from my neighborhood Publix, I heard a loud thumping sound coming from under the car, I put the car in my garage and started calling BMW car repair shops to get an appointment for an estimate on what this new problem was. 

On April 1st, 2025 I got an appointment with Jesse's Garage European Auto Repair - Clark Rd Sarasota Fl to bring the car in on April 8th, 2025. I never made it to the garage on April 8th under power, on the way to Jesse's garage, only 6 miles from my house, the drive shaft tore out of my car and almost caused an accident on Proctor Rd in Sarasota. I called AAA and had them towed my car the last 4 miles to Jesse's Garage. After an extensive bumper to bumper diagonals at Jesse's Car Repair it was determined that the drive shaft had come loose and twisted itself out of its moorings to the transmission, how was that possible, WTF?
