Occupy Movement an Outgrowth of SEIU Plan To Crash The Stock Market, Occupy DC Gets SEIU-Funded Office Space Free of Charge, Where is the DOJ?

It has been less than eight months since the Occupy Wall Street (OWS) movement first set up camp in New York City and around the country, yet it was over one year ago that Eric Holder’s Justice Department (DOJ) ignored a Member of Congress  warning about the coming movement that had “threatened to seriously endanger the welfare of the United States.”  Even in the midst of arrests, huge expenses for local law enforcement, and rape and violence at various OWS rallies, this Administration refuses to investigate this serious threat. Furthermore, President Obama went so far as to endorse the Occupy movement, saying that the protestors were the “reason he ran for office in the first place.”

Fast-forward to May 1, 2012. The Occupy movement touts “May Day” as a strike across the country with marches planned in numerous cities in the name of economic justice. But these plans are anything but harmless and peaceful. FBI agents are able to foil a bridge-bombing plot of five self-proclaimed anarchists with links to the Occupy Cleveland movement in Ohio. NYPD’s office issues a memo for its officers stating that the “May Day” protests “may attract militant elements from inside and outside the OWS movement that may seek to directly confront law enforcement officials using barricades, riot shields, and possibly weapons such as pipes and rocks” [emphasis added]. Not to mention the previous counts of rape and violence that occurred at Occupy sites over the past six months. MORE FROM THIS SOURCE.

MARCH 2011...OCCUPY MOVEMENT an outgrowth of Former SEIU Official Secret Plan To Destroy JP Morgan, Crash The Stock Market, and Redistribute Wealth In America. A former official of one of the country's most-powerful unions, SEIU, has a secret plan to "destabilize" the country. The plan is designed to destroy JP Morgan, nuke the stock market, and weaken Wall Street's grip on power, thus creating the conditions necessary for a redistribution of wealth and a change in government. The former SEIU official, Stephen Lerner, spoke in a closed session at a Pace University forum last weekend. The Blaze procured what appears to be a tape of Lerner's remarks. Many Americans will undoubtely sympathize with and support them. Still, the "destabilization" plan is startling in its specificity, especially coming so close on the heels of the financial crisis.

MAY 2011...Occupy DC occupies SEIU-funded office space free of charge. Washington Examiner reporter Aubrey Whelan reported this week that the "grassroots" movement has decamped to tony new digs at 16th and L streets, NW, where the $4,000-per-month rent is being paid by none other than the Service Employees International Union. This collaboration puts a new light on the protestors, who have trashed the newly refurbished McPherson Square, blocked rush hour traffic, assaulted police officers and an elderly woman attending an Americans for Prosperity dinner, and cost District taxpayers at least $1.6 million dollars for additional police protection and other city services. It makes Occupy's leaders' previous attempts to distance themselves from the SEIU come off as somewhat disingenuous.  Occupy DC leaders claim their free rent comes with no strings attached, but interestingly, their lease runs right up until Election Day.

In December, members of Our DC, another union front group, joined Occupiers in chanting "K Street. Tear it down," during a joint rally at which 62 people were arrested. The two groups also joined forces to shut down portions of the Key Bridge during their National Day of Action for the 99%. As the Daily Caller reported in March, the legal address of Our DC -- which staged a sit-in protest at the office of Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell -- is the same Gaithersburg, Md. address as SEIU's Local 500. Kendall Fells, Our DC's executive director, is an SEIU employee who took home a union salary of $102,400 in 2010

Tampa Protesters Oppose RNC rules Jared Hamil of Coalition to March on RNC Plans 5,000 Man March With Flags on 5-Foot-Long Poles He Expects Violence From Cops, Yeah Right.

TAMPA ..Mayor Bob Buckhorn’s revised rules for protests outside the Republican National Convention won initial City Council approval Thursday even as critics said they would choke the free-speech rights of protesters. "Not much has changed,” said protest organizer Jared Hamil, who is working on plans for a 5,000-person march on Aug. 27, the convention’s first day. "Any ordinance or law that says where protesters need to be and for how long is a direct repression of the voice of the people.”

The clean zone (Combat zone) would include all of downtown and much of the surrounding area for the RNC. The City Council has sent the draft back for a rewrite, the Tampa Bay Times said. Protesters said the zone is too large and its rules are too restrictive. "We will not be caged, because we are not animals," Jared Hamil of Fight Back Florida told the Times. “We expect to lead a peaceful march on Aug. 27,” said Jared Hamil, spokesman for the Coalition to March on the RNC. “The only violence we expect is from the police.”

Not everyone, however, criticized the city’s efforts to keep protests from spiraling out of control. "It’s freedom of speech only, not a free for all,” said Laura D. Zahn of Tampa. She predicted that protesters converging on Tampa could cause millions of dollars in damage. But "we are the ones who will pay for … their staged anarchy and their staged anger.”

In Seattle black-clad May Day (5/1/2012) protesters rampaged through the downtown shopping district, spray-painting cars, slashing tires and smashing plate-glass windows. As a result, Seattle Mayor Mike McGinn signed an emergency order authorizing police to confiscate sticks, tire irons, hammers and potential implements of destruction.

Officials said protesters carried flags and signs on heavy, 5-foot-long poles that they used as weapons to attack stores like Niketown and Starbucks. Council member Harry Cohen also mentioned this week’s news out of Cleveland, where the FBI charged five men in a plot to blow up a bridge on a four-lane highway.
 In the months leading up to the arrests, one suspect once mentioned the convention in Tampa during a discussion about possible targets, according to the FBI. "These are not fantasies,” Cohen said. "These are real concerns that our mayor and our law enforcement are going to have to worry about.”

FTC CONSUMER ALERT: Who's Calling From 210-892-1235, National Legal Services is a Fake Trying to Get your Money.

National Legal Services
San Antonio, TX
phone 210-892-1235

From information obtained from the Texas Secretary of State Division of Corporations phone number 512-463-5555, there is no company using the name "National Legal Services" registered in the State of Texas as a Corporation, Fictitious Name or a Business entity of any kind.

Consumers across the country report that they're getting telephone calls from people trying to collect on loans the consumers never received or on loans they did receive but for amounts they do not owe. Others are receiving calls from people seeking to recover on loans consumers received but where the creditors never authorized the callers to collect for them.

So what's the story from National Legal Services calling from 210-892-1235 in San Antonio, TX;
A). I got calls to my job as well as home from this number with threats of legal action and restraining orders. Was given a number to call and a complaint number to give to our attorney. Called the number recording stated “National Legal Services” all that was on was music no answer from anyone.
B). 210-892-1235 I got a message from National Legal Services also that thy were going to send me a subpoena in the mail for a loan that I never took out., and that I owed money over $1000. What a scam..Caller Company: National Legal Services 210-892-1235, see
C). “National Legal Services” calling from 210-892-1235 appears to be linked to or working for "Pay Day Loan Corporation", legal counsel told us this is  scam and that they are now getting more aggressive trying to get money out of people that have or have had Pay Day Loans OR IN SOME CASES NEVER HAD A LOAN!
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the nation's consumer protection agency, is warning consumers to be on the alert for scam artists posing as debt collectors. It may be hard to tell the difference between a legitimate debt collector and a fake one. Sometimes a fake collector may even have some of your personal information, like a bank account number.

A caller may be a fake debt collector if he:
1). is seeking payment on a debt for a loan you do not recognize;
2). refuses to give you a mailing address or phone number;
3). asks you for personal financial or sensitive information; or
4). exerts high pressure to try to scare you into paying, such as threatening to have you arrested or to report you to a law enforcement agency or have restraining orders filed as National Legal Services will claim.

If you think that a caller may be a fake debt collector file a complaint CLICK HERE:

Ask the caller for his name, company, street address, and telephone number. Tell the caller that you refuse to discuss any debt until you get a written "validation notice." The notice must include the amount of the debt, the name of the creditor you owe, and your rights under the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

 If a caller refuses to give you all of this information, do not pay! Paying a fake debt collector will not always make them go away. They may make up another debt to try to get more money from you.

Stop speaking with the caller. If you have the caller's address, send a letter demanding that the caller stop contacting you, and keep a copy for your files. By law, real debt collectors must stop calling you if you ask them to in writing.

Do not give the caller personal financial or other sensitive information. Never give out or confirm personal financial or other sensitive information like your bank account, credit card, or Social Security number unless you know whom you're dealing with. Scam artists, like fake debt collectors, can use your information to commit identity theft – charging your existing credit cards, opening new credit card, checking, or savings accounts, writing fraudulent checks, or taking out loans in your name.

Contact your creditor. If the debt is legitimate – but you think the collector may not be – contact your creditor about the calls. Share the information you have about the suspicious calls and find out who, if anyone, the creditor has authorized to collect the debt.

Report the call. Contact the FTC and your state Attorney General's office with information about suspicious callers. Many states have their own debt collection laws in addition to the federal FDCPA. Your Attorney General's office can help you determine your rights under your state's law.

MTO Team Member Busted on Felony Battery Charge in Sarasota, Roger Helped MTO on Tube Dude Fast Life Gang Mural and Then Mocked Sarasota on Facebook.

The “Fast Life’ mural that was painted over by Scott Gerber at the Tube Dude Factory in Sarasota appeared to show gang signs of the West Side Crips, the inverted W.  One of the MTO ”Fast Life” mural team members was a guy by the name of "Roger", see above, who had posted photos of himself and his girl friend on Facebook giving the "West Side Crips" gang sign after the MTO mural was completed, note the gun in "Roger's" waistband, click on image above to enlarge.

Roger was apparently working for Denise Kowal and Austin Kowal at their T-Shirt Shop “Clothesline” 533 S. Pineapple Avenue, Sarasota FL.  "Roger" was arrested in Sarasota during February 2012 on Felony aggravated battery charges, nice MTO team member.  Denise Kowal brought street tagger MTO to Sarasota to do two murals, thanks for nothing.
There was never any doubt in my mind that this dirtball MTO had pulled a fast one on the Tube Dude building owner and the City of Sarasota with his gang related graffiti "Fast Life" mural.

"Roger" one of MTO's team members who helped paint the "Fast Life" Mural posted mocking photos of the "Fast Life" MTO mural on his Facebbok page with his girlfriend, Roger gave the "W' sign for West Side and the girlfriend made a "C" sign for Crips, Roger also had a silver pistol tucked in his waistband, click on image above to enlarge.

Now this MTO dirtball has painted yet another mural in Sarasota: Goofball Tagger MTO Slams Sarasota and Tube Dude Factory With Dr. Robin Mural, Chalk Festival Founder Denise Kowal Defends MTO, Again.   Dirtball tagger MTO says, “Dr. Robin Specialist for Leaders and Haters (that’s me) Bullshit Crisis City of Sarasota”. I for one and really glad that maybe all the research I did into the gang signs and the people responsible for the “Fast Life’ mural were exposed and that the City of Sarasota requested that it be taken down, this one is next.

Denise Kowal continues to give Sarasota Fl a “black eye” by bringing MTO and his street tagging graffiti back to town.  Berlin based graffiti / street tagger MTO did both the former ‘Fast Life’ piece and the ‘Dr. Robin’ piece which are part of the “Going Vertical campaign” an initiative led by Sarasota Chalk Festival founder Denise Kowal to create murals in various locations throughout the city.

About the new mural: It’s some 40 feet tall, on the north side of Sarasota Architectural Salvage. Owner Jesse White said he gave MTO permission based on a thumbnail sketch. But White said Thursday he felt blindsided when he saw some of the final touches — especially the parts that target his neighbors and city leaders.

One of White’s neighbors irked by the new mural is Scott Gerber, who painted over the “Fast Life” mural after being pressured by neighbors and the city.  After the first mural stirred up controversy, city officials sent him a letter urging him to consider eliminating it as a gesture of “goodwill.” So he did. Now Gerber is apparently on the artist’s bad side — the second mural includes a warped Tube Dude with dollar signs for eyes, (SEE ENHANCED OUTLINE OF TUBE DUDE IN SUN GLASSES ABOVE).

Tube Dude Factory owner Scott Gerber did the right thing in taking down the gang graffiti “Fast Life” mural, seen above, that this dirtball MTO put up on his building. On the other hand this woman, Denise Kowal, did the wrong thing in bringing back tagger MTO to Sarasota, what problems does Denise Kowal have with the City of Sarasota, why does she continue to endorse this dirtball MTO?
