For their own good: St. Petersburg Times Special report on Marianna Florida School for Boys, private investigator Bill Warner updates his investigation.

MARIANNA FL — "Florida School for Boys", now called the Dozier School for boys. The (inmates) now men, remember the same things: blood on the walls, bits of lip or tongue on the pillow, the smell of urine and whiskey, the way the bed springs sang with each blow. The way they cried out for Jesus or mama. The grinding of the old fan that muffled their cries. The one-armed man who swung the strap, Troy Tidwell.

They remember walking into the dark little building on the campus of the Florida School for Boys, in bare feet and white pajamas, afraid they'd never walk out. Boys were dragged to the White House for punishment in ones and twos and threes, and sometimes there was a line outside, and sometimes a white dog kept watch.

Over the last four months I, private investigator Bill Warner, have interviewed a dozen of so former "inmates' at the Florida school for boys and I have posted 9 articles since December 10th, 2008 concerning the deplorable conditions, torture and rape endured by boys as young as 8 years old. Put things in perspective here, all of the "child inmates" I interviewed were runaway orphans, sort of "Opie Taylor" goes to San Quentin Prison, not today's "Gang Bang Thugs" who would just as soon as put a "cap in your ass' as look at you.

Troy Tidwell, the former supervisor and the "
one armed man" still lives in Marianna FL would not talk with a CNN crew that visited his home on 12/14/2008, I hope news crews and satellite trucks start parking out in front of his home everyday !

Patrick Hallinan, now 64 can still remember the man who beat him. "
Mr. Tidwell was a very aggressive man. He had one arm. Intimidating, verbal abusive. He was the one who beat me twice and I hate to say it. It was almost like he enjoyed it," Hallinan, a white house boys' survivor said.

This weapon (LEATHER STRAP) inflicted tremendous blunt trauma and deep bruises. I have also been told that with some of the boys, the giant strap was turned sideways so that on impact the sheet metal edge would slice open the skin of the children, this is barbaric, what kind of man was the
one armed tormentor, Mr. Troy Tidwell Jr, who is still living in Marianna, Florida..... he is 84 today.
Mr.Troy Tidwell Jr. the one armed man, who accidentally severed his left arm with a shotgun when he was 6 and his father Mr. Troy Tidwell Sr. and a Mr. Hess were the chief tormentors at the Florida School for boys, following are my posts;

FROM ABC news..One day in the late 1950s, Richard Colon was working in the Dozier school’s laundry room. After a long bathroom break, Colon, then a student inmate in his early teens, said he returned and found the room empty and quiet, except for one tumble dryer that was running. A young boy had been shoved into it, he said. “I looked around and I thought ‘I could help him, but if I do, what will they do to me?’” he said, assuming the boy had been forced into the dryer as punishment. “So I left him. And he died.”

“I think about him every day,” said Colon, now 65 and living in Baltimore. “I think to myself, I could have opened that door and I didn’t. That torments me.” Colon says he does not know what happened to the boy’s body or who forced him into the dryer.

From an interview with former inmate Troy Warren, he says that the mistreatment was still going on in the mid 1970’s when he was there and the “White House torture room” that was supposed to have been sealed up in the 1960’s was still being used to beat the boys nearly to death and in some cases they did.

Troy Warren claims that there are more than the 32 graves at Dozier as indicated in the ABC news account of Richard Colon, he claims that boy’s bodies were also buried behind the Dinning Hall, or “Chow Hall” and that he had dug some of the unmarked graves.

Troy Warren appears to have the record for escape attempts from the Dozier School for boys, he says they always found him, they being the K-9 Unit run by “Ollie” the Dog Man. When the Dozier School for boys K-9 guards did finally find Troy Warren they always made him carry the large Blood Hound Dog all the way back to the School and then beat him almost unconscious, he was 15.

In a building just across from the White House was a place the boys referred to as the rape room. Robert Straley, 62, of Clearwater FL, was 13 and about 105 pounds when he was sent there. He remembered being waked one night and accused of smoking. “I was on the entertainment list for the night. That’s what it was,” Straley said.

Straley remembers a man with an iron grip (one armed man) grabbing his arm. “They were monsters. Oh, my God, the things they did,” Straley said. “When these men had me down, you weren’t going to turn into Bruce Lee, you only had one option, and that was you could scream all you wanted.”

Dick Colon remembers trying not to scream. He was told by guards that if he made a peep, the beating would last longer. Guards would force him to lie on a bed.“The pillow he asked you to bury your face in was all blood and snot and guts,” Colon said.

DHS Report on Extreme Right Wing Groups Criticized While Arms Trafficker Kharabadze Brings in RPG's, SAM's & Full Auto Assault Rifles to New York City

April 17, 2009, Arms Trafficker Sentenced to 20 Years in Prison for Plot to Smuggle Shoulder-Fired Surface-to-Air Missiles, Rocket-Propelled Grenades, and Other Military Weapons into New York City.

DHS Report on Extreme Right Wing Groups Criticized While Arms Trafficker Brings in RPG's and SAM's and Full Auto Assault Rifles to New York City.

LEV L. DASSIN, the Acting United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, announced that CHRISTIAAN SPIES, a leader of an international arms trafficking operation, was sentenced today to 20 years in prison for plotting to smuggle shoulder-fired surface-to-air missiles ("SAMs"), rocket-propelled grenades ("RPGs"), anti-tank guided missiles, and other high-powered military weapons into the United States for sale.

United States District Judge RICHARD J. HOLWELL imposed the sentence today in Manhattan federal court. SPIES, 37, and his co-defendants ARTUR SOLOMONYAN and IOSEB KHARABADZE, were found guilty on July 24, 2007, following a one-month jury trial, of conspiring to smuggle SAMs, RPGs, machine guns, and other high-powered weapons from Eastern Europe into the United States.

The jury also found SPIES and SOLOMONYAN guilty of illegally trafficking in machine guns and other assault weapons. Judge HOLWELL previously sentenced SOLOMONYAN and KHARABADZE to 22 years and 9 years in prison respectively for their roles in the offense.

According to the evidence at trial: From December 2003 to March 15, 2005, SOLOMONYAN, SPIES, and KHARABADZE brokered a deal to import RPGs, SAMs, antitank missile systems, and other military weapons from Eastern Europe into the United States, for sale to a confidential informant ("CI") posing as an arms trafficker.

SOLOMONYAN and SPIES met with the CI in New York City on several occasions to discuss the details of their weapons deal, including the specifications and prices of various weapons that the defendants could ship.

In June 2004, at a meeting in New York City, SOLOMONYAN and SPIES provided the CI with a price list of weapons obtained from KHARABADZE that day. In February 2005, SOLOMONYAN and SPIES provided the CI with digital photographs of military weapons in Armenia that they proposed to import into the United States for sale to the CI.

In addition, while SOLOMONYAN and SPIES were arranging to import the military weapons from Easter Europe, they sold to the CI and delivered one machine gun and seven assault weapons.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation ("FBI") arrested SOLOMONYAN, SPIES, and KHARABADZE before any of them could travel outside of the United States to obtain these weapons.

Judge HOLWELL previously sentenced 15 other related defendants convicted of firearms trafficking offenses in connection with this investigation, including DMITRIY VOROBEYCHIK (33 months), NIKOLAI NADIRASHVILI (41 months) and LEVAN CHVELIDZE (34 months), who were convicted at trial in July 2007 along with SOLOMONYAN, SPIES, and KHARABADZE.

At the sentencing hearing of KHARABADZE on March 11, 2009, Judge HOLWELL described SPIES as one of the "moving forces in the conspiracy." At the sentencing today, Judge HOLWELL said, with respect to SPIES's role, "the underlying crimes are extremely serious offenses and those who commit them deserve a substantial punishment to deter them and others like them from committing similar crimes in the future."

Mr. DASSIN praised the work of the FBI and the New York City Police Department (NYPD) in their handling of this investigation. Mr. DASSIN also expressed his thanks to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the United States Department of Homeland Security's Immigration and Customs Enforcement (PI Bill Warner worked as a Confidential Informant for ICE in Tampa) for their assistance.

Police Hunting for Boston 'Craigslist' Killer, if you're on Craigslist you are unprotected.

Police Hunting for Boston 'Craigslist' Killer;
Boston police are searching for a man who may be using Craigslist to lure masseuses and escorts to posh hotels to rob and even kill them.

Police released a surveillance camera photo on Wednesday showing a man walking in the lobby of the Marriott Copley Place hotel while typing on a Blackberry the previous night, around the same time a New York City woman was found dying in the hotel.

Investigators said the man was "a person of interest" in the case. "What we believe is that there are a series of independent operations that are occurring, and it’s very difficult for the hotels to police them because they don’t know who it is that’s coming in to use their rooms," Boston Police Superintendent Edward Davis told The Boston Globe. "We've been monitoring it very closely, but it's very difficult to completely eliminate it."

Police said 26-year-old Julissa Brisman of New York City was found with multiple gunshot wounds to the torso, Davis said. She was rushed to Boston Medical Center where she was pronounced dead.

Davis said police believe Brisman was a victim of an attempted robbery.
Police said the same man was photographed Friday at the Westin Hotel in Boston, where a 29-year-old Las Vegas woman was found bound and robbed.
Investigators said both victims offered massage services on the Web site.

A massage table was found set up in Brisman's room. Authorities believe she had been in a struggle at the door of her 20th-floor hotel room before she was shot.

In February, FBI agents arrested five women, ages 19 to 33, who allegedly showed up at the Boston Marriott Long Wharf after agreeing to provide sex for up to $300 an hour to undercover officers. The officers had responded to advertisements posted on Craigslist, according to Boston police reports.

At Choices Escorts & Dancers, an area escort agency, a woman said working independently through sites like Craigslist is highly dangerous.

"Agencies are more secure, these sites are not," she said, declining to provide her name. "The people who prey on these girls, they target independent escorts. They know that if you're on Craigslist, you are unprotected."

Captured Somalian pirate terrorist, Abduhl Wal-i-Musi, to face trial in New York City U.S.A.

Captured Somalian pirate, Abduhl Wal-i-Musi, to face trial in New York City U.S. A.

The captured Somali pirate who held a merchant ship captain hostage will be brought to New York to face trial, a U.S. official said Thursday.

The suspect, identified as Abduhl Wal-i-Musi, was taken aboard a U.S. Navy ship shortly before Navy SEAL snipers killed the three remaining pirates holding Capt. Richard Phillips hostage on a lifeboat launched from his cargo vessel, the Maersk Alabama.

The official said it was not immediately clear when Wal-i-Musi will be brought to New York. The official spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to disclose information about an ongoing investigation.

CBS News first reported the name of the suspect, Abduhl Wal-i-Musi, and the decision to prosecute him in New York in a trial venue in part because the city's FBI office has a history of handling cases in Africa involving major crimes against Americans. These include the al Qaeda bombings of US embassies in Kenya and Tanzania in 1998.

Iraqi-Born Dutch Citizen Sentenced to 25 Years in Prison for Terrorism Conspiracy Against Americans in Iraq

WASHINGTON – An Iraqi-born Dutch citizen was sentenced to 25 years in prison today for conspiring to murder Americans overseas, including by planting roadside bombs targeting U.S. soldiers in Fallujah, Iraq, and by demonstrating on video how these explosives would be detonated to destroy American vehicles and their occupants.

The sentencing of Wesam al-Delaema, age 36, was announced today by David Kris, Assistant Attorney General for National Security; Jeffrey A. Taylor, U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia; and Joseph Persichini, Jr., Assistant Director in Charge of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Washington Field Office.

At a hearing today in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, Judge Paul Friedman imposed the 25-year sentence against al-Delaema for conspiracy to murder U.S. nationals outside the United States. Al-Delaema pleaded guilty to this charge on Feb. 25, 2009. The Court made a finding that this offense was a federal crime of terrorism. In addition, video materials referenced in al-Delaema’s factual proffer were played in court for the first time.

On Tuesday, in a separate case, al-Delaema was sentenced in Superior Court for the District of Columbia to 18 months imprisonment for aggravated assault. Al-Delaema pleaded guilty to this charge on March 3, 2009, admitting that he kicked a D.C. prison guard to the point of unconsciousness while the guard was prone on the ground during an incident at the D.C. jail in 2007. The prison guard sustained significant injuries, including a subdural hemorrhage, during the incident.

The sentences for these separate offenses are to be served concurrently and were agreed upon as part of the global plea agreement. According to an agreement between the United States and the Netherlands, al-Delaema will serve out his sentence in the Netherlands.

According to the plea agreement and factual proffers filed in court, between October 2003 and May 2, 2005, al-Delaema entered into an agreement with several co-conspirators to murder U.S. nationals in Iraq. As part of the conspiracy, al-Delaema travelled to Fallujah in October 2003. There, al-Delaema and his co-conspirators — calling themselves the “Mujahideen from Fallujah” — declared their intentions to kill Americans in Iraq using improvised explosive devices (IEDs).

As part of the conspiracy, al-Delaema and his co-conspirators discussed and demonstrated, on video, the way in which the IEDs they had buried in a road near Fallujah would be detonated and would destroy American vehicles driving on the road and kill the American occupants of those vehicles.

According to the factual proffer that he agreed to, al-Delaema not only created “how-to” and recruitment videos, but also filmed the effects of roadside attacks in Iraq. Furthermore, after his return to the Netherlands, al-Delaema continued to attempt to obtain propaganda videos for those seeking to kill Americans in Iraq, frequently attempting to obtain raw footage of attacks on Americans in Iraq.

Al-Delaema was arrested by Dutch law enforcement authorities on May 2, 2005, and he initially faced similar charges in that country. Following his arrest, Dutch law enforcement and prosecution authorities worked cooperatively with the FBI in its investigation of al-Delaema’s terrorist activities.

In September 2005, the United States filed a formal request with the Netherlands seeking al-Delaema’s extradition. The extradition request was subsequently granted by a Dutch court and then by the Dutch Ministry of Justice. In December 2006, the extradition request was sustained on appeal in the Netherlands. In January 2007, al-Delaema was flown to the United States, arrested and taken into custody by the FBI.

“This case represents the first use of U.S. criminal courts to prosecute an individual for terrorism offenses against Americans in Iraq,” said David Kris, Assistant Attorney General for National Security. “The sentence imposed today should serve notice that the United States will use all available tools to pursue those who would plot attacks against our men and women serving in Iraq.”
“The actions of this defendant were repugnant and contributed to the considerable violence against Americans in Iraq,” stated U.S. Attorney Jeffrey A. Taylor.

“This case, which represents the first use of the United States criminal courts to prosecute an individual for terrorism offenses against Americans in Iraq, demonstrates our resolve to use every tool at our disposal to defend Americans, both at home and abroad.”

“The FBI is prepared at a moments notice to vigorously investigate injuries and threats to citizens, whether they occur in or outside the United States,” said FBI Assistant Director in Charge Joseph Persichini, Jr. “We would particularly like to thank our Dutch law enforcement partners who worked with us for the past four years to bring this case to fruition.”

The investigation into this matter was conducted by the FBI’s Washington Field Office, with assistance from the Dutch National Police Agency and the National Office of the Public Prosecutor in the Netherlands. The Office of International Affairs in the Criminal Division of the U.S. Department of Justice coordinated the extradition efforts on behalf of the United States. The prosecutors handling the case are Assistant U.S. Attorneys Gregg Maisel and Rachel Lieber of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia, and Trial Attorney David I. Miller of the Counterterrorism Section of the Justice Department’s National Security Division.

DHS and FBI Report on Rightwing Extremism Capitalizing on the Election Of the First African American President Via the Internet.

UNCLASSIFIED//FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY, Rightwing Extremism: CurrentEconomic and Political Climate FuelingResurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment; April 7th 2009.

Prepared by the Extremism and Radicalization Branch, Homeland Environment Threat Analysis Division. Coordinated with the FBI. This product is one of a series of intelligence assessments published by the Extremism and Radicalization Branch to facilitate a greater understanding of the phenomenon of violent radicalization in the United States.

The information is provided to federal, state, local, and tribal counterterrorism and law enforcement officials so they may effectively deter, prevent, preempt, or respond to terrorist attacks against the United States.

Federal efforts to influence domestic public opinion must be conducted in an overt and transparent manner, clearly identifying United States Government sponsorship.

Key Findings; The DHS/Office of Intelligence and Analysis has no specific information that domestic rightwing* terrorists are currently planning acts of violence, but
rightwing extremists may be gaining new recruits by playing on their fears about several emergent issues. The economic downturn and the election of the first African American president (Barack Obama) present unique drivers for rightwing radicalization and recruitment.

I, private investigator Bill Warner, have writtten several articles on this RADICAL RIGHTWING threat see Friday, February 27, 2009,

Threats from white supremacist and violent antigovernment groups during 2009 have been largely rhetorical and have not indicated plans to carry out violent acts. Nevertheless, the consequences of a prolonged economic downturn—including real estate foreclosures, unemployment, and an inability to obtain credit—could create a fertile recruiting environment for rightwing extremists and even result in confrontations between such groups and government authorities similar to those in the past.

Rightwing extremists have capitalized on the election of the first African American president, and are focusing their efforts to recruit new members, mobilize existing supporters, and broaden their scope and appeal through propaganda, but they have not yet turned to attack planning. The current economic and political climate has some similarities to the 1990s when rightwing extremism experienced a resurgence fueled largely by an economic recession, criticism about the outsourcing of jobs, and the perceived threat to U.S. power and sovereignty by other foreign powers.

Rightwing extremism in the United States can be broadly divided into those groups, movements, and adherents that are primarily hate-oriented (based on hatred of particular religious, racial or ethnic groups) and those that are mainly antigovernment, rejecting federal authority in favor of state or local authority, or rejecting government authority entirely. It may include groups and individuals that are dedicated to a single issue, such as opposition to immigration. Proposed imposition of firearms restrictions and weapons bans likely would attract new members into the ranks of rightwing extremist groups, as well as potentially spur some of them to begin planning and training for violence against the government.

The high volume of purchases and stockpiling of weapons and ammunition by rightwing extremists in anticipation of restrictions and bans in some parts of the country continue to be a primary concern to law enforcement. Returning veterans possess combat skills and experience that are attractive to rightwing extremists.

DHS/I&A is concerned that rightwing extremists will attempt to recruit and radicalize returning veterans in order to boost their violent capabilities. A recent example of the potential violence associated with a rise in rightwing extremism may be found in the shooting deaths of three police officers in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on 4 April 2009.

The alleged gunman’s reaction reportedly was influenced by his racist ideology and belief in antigovernment conspiracy theories related to gun confiscations and citizen detention camps.

Rightwing extremist chatter on the Internet continues to focus on the economy, the perceived loss of U.S. jobs in the manufacturing and construction sectors, and home foreclosures. These “accusatory” tactics (on internet blogs) are employed to draw new recruits into rightwing extremist groups and further radicalize those already subscribing to extremist beliefs. DHS/I&A assesses this trend is likely to accelerate if the economy is perceived to worsen. Rightwing extremists are harnessing this historical election (of Barack Obama) as a recruitment tool.

Many rightwing extremists are antagonistic toward the new presidential administration and its perceived stance on a range of issues, including immigration and citizenship, the expansion of social programs to minorities, and restrictions on firearms ownership and use. Rightwing extremists are increasingly galvanized by these concerns and leverage them as drivers for recruitment. From the 2008 election timeframe to the present, rightwing extremists have capitalized on related racial and political prejudices in expanded propaganda campaigns, thereby reaching out to a wider audience of potential sympathizers.

Most statements by rightwing extremists have been rhetorical, expressing concerns about the election of the first African American president (Barack Obama), but stopping short of calls for violent action.

In two instances in the run-up to the election, extremists appeared to be in the early planning stages of some threatening activity targeting the Democratic nominee (Barack Obama), but law enforcement interceded. A prominent civil rights organization reported in 2006 that “ large numbers of potentially violent neo-Nazis, skinheads, and other white supremacists are now learning the art of warfare in the [U.S.] armed forces.” FBI noted in a 2008 report on the white supremacist movement that some returning military veterans from the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan have joined extremist groups.

DHS/I&A assesses that the combination of environmental factors that echo the 1990s, including heightened interest in legislation for tighter firearms restrictions and returning military veterans, as well as several new trends, including an uncertain economy and a perceived rising influence of other countries, may be invigorating rightwing extremist activity, specifically the white supremacist and militia movements.

To the extent that these factors persist, rightwing extremism is likely to grow in strength. Unlike the earlier period, the advent of the Internet and other informationage technologies since the 1990s has given domestic extremists greater access to information related to bomb-making, weapons training, and tactics, as well as targeting of individuals, organizations, and facilities, potentially making extremist individuals and groups more dangerous and the consequences of their violence more severe. New technologies also permit domestic extremists to send and receive encrypted communications and to network with other extremists throughout the country and abroad, making it much more difficult for law enforcement to deter, prevent, or preempt a violent extremist attack.

DHS/I&A will be working with its state and local partners over the next several months to ascertain with greater regional specificity the rise in rightwing extremist activity in the United States, with a particular emphasis on the political, economic, and social factors that drive rightwing extremist radicalization.

DHS encourages recipients of this document to report information concerning suspicious or criminal activity to DHS and the FBI. The DHS National Operations Center (NOC) can be reached by telephone at 202-282-9685 or by e-mail at .

In separate comments, Al Shabaab spokesman Muktar Robow “Abu Mansur” and Ras Kamboni Brigade leader Sheikh Hassan Abdullahi “Turki”
have hailed ship-hijackings by Somali pirates. In Baidoa, capital of Bay region, Abu Mansur told reporters that the pirates are “protecting the Somali coast.
“Foreign powers want to divide the country [Somalia] and the pirates are protecting the coast against the enemies of Allah [God],” Abu Mansur said.

Separately, Sheikh Turki, a notorious Islamist guerrilla leader accused of terror ties by the U.S. government, told supporters in the southern port city of Kismayo that Kenya “will not be allowed one meter of Somalia.”

Sheikh Turki specifically commended Somali pirates for kidnapping Mr. Richard Phillips, the American captain of the Maersk Alabama vessel that escaped a pirate attack last week (Captain Phillips freed by US Navy Seals April12th 2009). Sheikh Turki’s Ras Kamboni Brigade merged forces with other Islamist factions in Jan. 2009, forming the new group Hizbul Islam [Party of Islam].

Al Shabaab and Hizbul Islam factions have rejected Somalia’s new government and vowed to wage war until foreign troops withdraw from Somali soil.

As-Sahab “produces documentary-quality films, iPod files and cellphone video.” In 2007, it released 97 original videos, a sixfold increase from 2005.

As-Sahab’s first production was believed to have been in 2001 with the involvement of Adam Yahiye Gadahn. U.S. and British intelligence officials believe it to be run by former Orange County California resident Adam Gadahn, who left America to join Al-Qaeda in Pakistan, as first reported by ABC News.

Although it has been reported that the media production of these messages has had a notable decrease in quality, possibly due to Gadahn’s involvement in other tasks for Al Qaeda. The “high quality” of the English subtitles and the “references to Malcolm X” in al-Qaeda’s 2008 post-presidential election video where Barack Obama is attacked as a “House Negro,” has been said to “reflect the influence” of Gadahn.

MOGADISHU, Somalia (AP) - A man who calls himself an American promotes holy war in Somalia in a video posted on an Islamic militant Web site.
