Nicolas Maduro also partnered with the violent group ELN a Colombian terrorist organization that exports tons of cocaine to the US to further its terrorist agenda to over-through the Colombian government. 

National Liberation Army (ELN) is a Colombian far-left guerrilla insurgency group, considered a terrorist organization by Colombia, the U.S., EU, and others, involved in the Colombian conflict since 1964, advocating for Marxist-Leninist ideologies, and engaging in armed struggle alongside criminal activities like kidnapping and extortion.

Last and not least Nicolas Maduro also partnered with the violent Sinola Cartel and the Zetas in northern Mexico for muscle and routes into the US to move the tons of cocaine that were coming in daily. Nicolas Maduro had been the source of cocaine for "El Chapo". Joaquín "El Chapo" Guzmán Loera, the former leader of the Sinaloa Cartel, was a central figure in a massive international operation that trafficked hundreds of tons of cocaine and other drugs into the United States over decades. He was convicted in 2019 and is currently serving a life sentence in a U.S. supermax prison.

Tisch, joined federal partners on Dec. 10, 2025 to announce the establishment of the Homeland Security Task Force (“HSTF”) New York. Co-led by HSI and the FBI, the HSTF New York will serve as a first-of-its-kind task force that utilizes a whole-of-government approach to identify, disrupt and dismantle criminal cartels, Nicolas Maduro Moros, foreign gangs, and transnational criminal organizations (“TCOs”) in New York (like Mac Ballers) and throughout the United States.
