Federal Judge Lamberth Signed for Parole of Jacob Chansley On Jan 20, 2023 Six Weeks Before Tucker Carlson's Video Expose of Jan 6 Riot.

Federal Judge Royce C. Lamberth Signed for Parole of Jacob Chansley On Jan 20, 2023 Six Weeks Before Tucker Carlson's Video Expose of Jan 6 Riot. Jacob Chansley, the convicted Jan. 6 rioter who was dubbed the “QAnon Shaman” thanks to viral photographs of his outlandish getup, has been released from prison and transferred to a halfway house more than a year before he was initially set to be released. His mother, Martha, told The Post on Friday, 3/31, that her son is “doing well,” despite the jail-like conditions the halfway house has imposed upon him. “He can’t go visit anybody,” she said. “I don’t even get to visit him.” Still detained.

TOO CRAZY FOR PRISON: According to a court filing, the series of mental health consultations that Jacob Chansley received in 2006 produced a diagnosis of schizotypal personality disorder. Federal Bureau of Prisons diagnosed Jacob Chansley with transient schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, and anxiety. He is crazy, as he exhibited on Jan 6th at the Capitol.

Attorneys for Jacob Chansley had been working on his appeal since December 1st 2021. Based on his appeal and his good behavior in prison Jacob Chansley was able to have a Federal Judge sign off on his parole in January 2023. Tucker Carson and Fox News with their silly little video in March 2023 had nothing to do with the release of Jacob Chansley's from Federal prison

Jacob Chansley's former attorney and legal experts say it has nothing to do with Tucker Carlson, or the Fox News host’s broadcast of footage of Chansley seemingly being led through the hallways of the U.S. Capitol by police. Federal prison records indicate that Chansley, a self-described shaman and a follower of the QAnon conspiracy theory, entered a “residential reentry management” facility in Phoenix, Ariz. on Tuesday with a release date of May 25—around 14 months ahead of his scheduled release.

The Bureau of Prisons has not commented on the reason for Jacob Chansley's early release to RRM Phoenix but noted that recent changes to the First Step Act allows inmates to earn “up to 54 days of good conduct time for each year of the sentence imposed by the court.” Tucker Carson and Fox News had nothing to do with the release of Jacob Chansley's from Federal prison, LOL.
