Among other conduct, the superseding indictment alleges that the Russian defendants recruited, funded and directed U.S. political groups to act as unregistered illegal agents of the Russian government and sow discord and spread pro-Russian propaganda; the indicted intelligence officers, in particular, participated in covertly funding and directing candidates for local office within the United States.

Moreover, from at least November 2014 until July 2022, Ionov allegedly engaged in a years-long foreign malign influence campaign targeting the United States. As a part of the campaign, Ionov allegedly recruited members of political groups within the United States, including the African People’s Socialist Party and the Uhuru Movement (collectively, the APSP) in Florida, Black Hammer in Georgia and a political group in California (referred to in the superseding indictment as U.S. Political Group 3), to participate in the influence campaign and act as agents of Russia in the United States, including the following indicted defendants: 1). Omali Yeshitela, (ex-con Joe Waller) a U.S. citizen residing in St. Petersburg, Florida, and St. Louis, Missouri, who served as the chairman and founder of the APSP, he is former Black Panther member.
2). Penny J. Hess, a U.S. citizen residing in St. Petersburg, Florida, and St. Louis, Missouri, she served as the leader of a component of the APSP;
3). Jesse Nevel, a U.S. citizen residing in St. Petersburg, Florida, and St. Louis, Missouri, who served as a member of a component of the APSP;
4). Augustus C. Romain Jr., aka Gazi Kodzo, a U.S. citizen residing in St. Petersburg, Florida, and Atlanta, who served as a leader of the APSP and a founder of Black Hammer in Georgia.

One focus of Ionov’s alleged influence operation was to create the appearance of American popular support for Russia’s annexation of territories in Ukraine. For example, in May 2020, Ionov allegedly sent a request he stated was from “Russia, the Donetsk People’s Republic” – an apparent reference to a Russian-occupied region in eastern Ukraine – to Yeshitela and members of other U.S. political groups to make statements in support of the independence of the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic, a Russian-backed breakaway state in eastern Ukraine. Ionov later allegedly touted to the FSB that Yeshitela’s video-recorded statement of support was the first time that “American nonprofit organizations congratulated citizens” of the occupied region.

Many innocent people who have escaped the Uhuru Organization have been mentally scarred even to the point of suicide. Omali Yeshitela and his UHURU organization have a long track record of mentally abusing, scamming, harassing, and slumlording, the very people they say they fight for, the poor Black.

The FBI confirmed its raid Friday morning at the headquarters of the Uhuru Movement in St. Petersburg is connected to the alleged conspiracy. Agents carried out a court-authorized warrant at the Uhuru House, located at 1245 18th Ave. S., which is the Florida-based headquarters of a Black international socialist group. They were seen carrying out unidentified boxes for hours. December 15, 2024; FOX 5 has received video of what viewers believe are drones the size of SUVs flying over Bowie, Maryland. Bowie Police say they started getting calls about large drones flying over the city Monday night. Several people on social media said they also saw the drones and posted videos of them. Mysterious drones now also spotted over Bowie, according to videos sent to DC News. Now by a viewer, Autumn Stasulli and her family were out trying to see Christmas lights when they spotted flashing red and green lights in the sky above her Bowie home on Monday night. “There’s a drone, they’re all over,” said Autumn Stasulli in one of the videos. Autumn Stasulli spotted three to five drones the size of SUVs in the sky emitting loud noises over Bowie MD. Bowie Md is only 16 air miles south from Fort Meade MD home to Cyber Command, NSA and a whole bunch of other Cyber clandestine organizations.

The total Drone flight time from Fort Meade, MD to Passaic, NJ is only 39 minutes and a 415 mile round trip. Some Military Drones have a wing span of 8 feet and can hit speeds of 500mph the same as a commercial jetliner and have a out and back range of over 7,000 miles. The base commander of a New Jersey military research center said the mysterious drones flying over the area are not theirs, but Lt. Col. Craig Bonham II said in a news release obtained by the Morristown Daily Record confirmed the sightings. This secret military drone operation is way over the pay grade of Lt. Col. The Ocean County Sheriff’s office sent its own “industrial grade” drone into the air Thursday in a bid to follow one of 50 unmanned aerial vehicles a local cop saw “coming off the ocean,” Sheriff Michael Mastronardy said. “If this is not our military, then it’s even more scary,” News Nation reporter Rich McHugh said. “These things look like they are fixed-wing at 8 foot wide and they have multiple lights. I’m not really sure how to process what I saw last night. Both the photographer and I were kind of stunned.”

ABC7 NY writes: The head of the FBI came out with an unsettling warning Tuesday night about the threat of terror in the United States. FBI Director Christopher Wray testified before Congress, saying that he has never seen so many elevated threats all at the same time, and said it hasn't been this bad since the days before Sept 11, 2001. The war in Israel, and the October 7 attack that sparked it, are spurring an unprecedented number of online posts urging terrorist attacks in America. Wray, who took over as director in 2017, said that what made the current climate unique is that "so many of the threats are all elevated at the same time." Wray urged Congress to renew Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, which allows the U.S. government to collect without a warrant the communications of targeted foreigners outside the United States. Law enforcement and intelligence officials see the program as vital to combating terror attacks, cyber intrusions, espionage and other foreign threats.

According to the FBI, four killings along I-4 highway near Orlando are among 28 in Florida that are unsolved and connected to serial killings that the bureau suspects were committed by long-haul truckers. Those include 19 deaths along the I-4 corridor between Tampa and Daytona Beach, although all but one local law-enforcement agency denies any serial-killer cases on its books. The FBI report documents dozens of serial killings of people whose bodies were dumped near popular trucking routes. 

The report is accompanied by a map that shows the FBI plotting more than 500 serial killings — mostly prostitutes and female drug users — across the United States. The cab of long haul truck driver Bruce Mendenhall and suspected serial killer was “awash with blood” belonging to 10 different people, said a prosecutor who charged him with murdering a missing woman. Carmen Purpura’s body has not been found, but the prosecutor said her blood soaked the seats in Bruce Mendenhall’s cab, and that so much of her blood was there she could not possibly be alive.
