The man targeted, Jamal al-Badawi, is wanted in the United States for his role in the USS Cole attack on Thursday Oct. 12, 2000. Jamal al-Badawi was indicted by a US grand jury in 2003 and charged with 50 counts of various terrorism offenses, including murder of US nationals and murder of US military personnel. Of chief concern to the US was Jamal al-Badawi, who was widely seen to be a principal in the USS Cole bombing. In the 1990s Jamal al-Badawi had direct links to 9/11 hijackers Nawaf al-Hazmi and Khalid al-Mihdhar. Nawaf al-Hazmi was Mohamed Atta's 2nd in command in the 9/11 Planes Operation. His pal Abdulaziz al-Hijji aka "Azziz" in Sarasota was 27 and his brother in law Adel Ghazzawi then age 30 were contemporaries of 9/11 Hijack Pilots Ziad Jarrah then age 25, Marwan Al-Shehhi then age 22, and Monamed Atta then age 32 who all appear to have visited al-Hijji's house in Prestancia Sarasota Fl. Prince Salman bin Sultan bin Faud Al Saud born on 2 February 1976 is the former assistant secretary general of the Saudi Arabian National Security Council for intelligence and security affairs as well as the former deputy defense minister. He is a member of House of Saud.On September 13, 2001 Saudi royal flys from Tampa to Lexington KY. Tampa police officers were providing security to three young Saudi nationals at an apartment in Tampa, Florida. One of the three was Prince Sultan bin Fahad Salman bin Abdulaziz, whose father, Prince Ahmed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, was in Lexington, Kentucky, attending a horse auction.

Did Mohamed Atta and Marwan al-Shehhi return to the Sarasota Fl area in August 2001, and why? The Sarasota/Saudi connection to the 9/11 hijackers – the full details of which have never been revealed, and why? On August 15th 2001, Mohamed Atta picked up a blue 1996 Chevrolet Corsica from Warrick's Rental car in Pompano Beach Fl keeping the car for two weeks and traveled 1,915 miles in it returning it on August 29th 2001. During the same time frame of August 15th to August 29th 2001 Mohamed Atta took flights to Las Vegas and to Paterson NJ. The Saudi al-Hijji family flees 4224 Escondito Circle Prestancia Sarasota Fl on or about Monday August 27th 2001, when a white moving truck appeared and moved the subjects out of the house​. Mohamed Atta could have easily driven to Sarasota on Saturday August 25th, 2001 and warn the al-Hijji clan to make plans to bug-out. Warrick's Rental car owner Brad Warrick said "Atta wanted the blue 1996 Chevrolet Corsica for two weeks, he told me, to go over to the west coast of Florida (Sarasota)."

Mohamed Atta was also on a road trip in a rented 1995 white Ford Escort from Warrick's Rent-A-Car in Pompano Beach Fl from August 29th, 2001 to September 9th, 2001. Mohamed Atta put 1,035 miles on the white Ford Escort in 11 days returning it on Sept 9th 2001, (Marwan al-Shehhi returned the car), two days before the attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon Sept. 11th, 2001, Brad Warrick said. Mohamed Atta was not the person returning the car, Marwan al-Shehhi was. Mohamed Atta had flown to Baltimore MD on September 8th, 2001. Brad Warrick, of Warrick's Rent-a-Car in Pompano Beach, Florida, said that Mohamed Atta called him to say the car's oil light was on when he was over on the west coast of Florida. "They were just great customers," said Brad Warrick, the Pompano Beach businessman who rented cars to Atta and al-Shehhi.

The FBI has revealed and released volumes of secret reports concerning the Saudi Imam support network for 9/11 hijackers Nawaf al-Hazmi, and Khalid al-Mihdhar while they lived in San Diego CA. The names of radical Saudi Imams who came in contact with and supplied material support to 9/11 hijackers Nawaf al-Hazmi and Khalid al-Mihdhar have been published in multiple FBI reports. But there are no FBI reports linking 9/11 hijack pilots Mohamed Atta, Marwan al Shehhi and Ziad Jarrah to radical Saudi Imam Muneer Arafat in Sarasota Fl where the terrorists lived from July 2000 to January 2001? In fact the FBI has repeatedly released bogus reports indicating that there was no Saudi linked support network for the 9/11 hijack pilots in Sarasota Fl, BULL! TWO OF A KIND: KUWAIT CITY CONNECTION, Sarasota Imam Muneer Arafat, 58, and 9/11 Boss Khalid Sheikh Mohammed (KSM), 56, born in Kuwait City in early 1960's both were members of the Kuwaiti Muslim Brotherhood terrorist organization at the same time during the late 1970's and early 1980's. WTC bomber Ramzi Yousef born April 27, 1968 was the nephew of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed (only 3 years different in age) also born in Kuwait City Kuwait. Al-Qaeda procurement agent Ziyad Khaleel aka Ziyad Sadaqa (Arafat's BFF) was born in Kuwait City on June 23rd, 1964. Terrorist Ahmed al-Kuwaiti born in Kuwait City in 1978 he was a member of the Kuwaiti Muslim Brotherhood and Al-Qaeda, he turned out out be Osama Bin Laden's right hand man to the biter end in 2011.  

Abu Ahmed al-Kuwaiti was a protégé of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed (KSM) and had reportedly given computer training in Karachi to the perpetrators of the September 11 attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. KSM joined the Kuwaiti Muslim Brotherhood in 1980. KSM was the son of an Imam, KSM had been a member of the Islamic group Kuwaiti Muslim Brotherhood since he was 16 or 17. Muneer Arafat has admitted under oath in the Sami Al Arian terror support trial in Tampa Fl that he was a member of Palestinian Islamic Jihad. Muneer Arafat's conduct, associations, and background has given rise to questions concerning his ties to terrorist individuals or groups whose chief purpose is the overthrow of our government and the destruction of Israel.

TWO OF A KIND KUWAITI'S: The Kuwaiti Muslim Brotherhood is in reality a subset of Al-Qaeda. Sarasota Imam Muneer Arafat, Ziyad Khaleel and 9/11 Boss Khalid Sheikh Mohammed were all born in Kuwait City within months of each other, all were members of Kuwaiti Muslim Brotherhood. KSM was born on April 14, 1965 in Kuwait city, Muneer Arafat was born on May 10, 1963 in Kuwait City, terrorist Ziyad Khaleel was born June 23, 1964 in Kuwait City. Terrorist Abu Ahmed al-Kuwaiti (1978 – May 2, 2011), real name: Ibrahim Saeed Ahmed was a Kuwaiti-born Pakistani terrorist and courier for Osama bin Laden. He was not a Kuwaiti, but rather was an ethnic Pashtun and a Pakistani citizen like Muneer Arafat. He adopted the last name Al-Kuwaiti because his Pakistani parents lived in Kuwait. According to secret documents, he was one of the few men bin Laden completely trusted and was said to be his "favorite courier and right-hand man". He sheltered and lived with bin Laden for a number of years and was killed along with him by the U.S. Naval Special Warfare Development Group on 2 May 2011. Kuwaiti Imam Sulaiman Abu Ghaith, 56, born December 14, 1965 in Kuwait City is the highest-ranking al-Qaeda figure to face trial on US soil since the attacks and convicted. 

Saudi Arabia’s government established and supported a Sunni-Wahhabi extremist network inside the U.S. that provided material support to the 9/11 hijackers.” To back it up, the averment cites facts compiled in a 2004 CIA/FBI Joint Assessment, by the 9/11 Commission, in numerous reports from the FBI’s two 9/11 investigations, PENTTBOM and Operation Encore, videos and other evidence obtained from the MPS and, notably, the FBI’s last public words on 9/11 contained in a 130-page report dated July 23, 2021. That report spells out in detail agents’ findings about a jihadist “militant network that was created, funded, directed and supported by the KSA [Kingdom of Saudi Arabia] and its affiliated organizations and diplomatic personnel within the U.S.”

Wahhabi Imams: The not so holy Imams linked to the 9/11 hijackers are, Imam Anwar al-Awlaki, Imam Omar Mohamed, Imam Muneer Arafat, Imam Fahad al Thumairy, Imam Osama Bassman and the boss Musaed al-Jarrah who had child porn on his computer. The Saudi Arabia Ministry of Islamic Affairs Funded and Built at least 320 Mosques in America in conjunction with the North American Islamic Trust and it's parent company the Islamic Society of North North America with cash from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and they also funded the 9/11 Hijackers. The Dar Al-Hijrah Islamic Center was identified in the 9-11 Commission Report as the mosque frequented by several of the 9-11 hijackers. Ahmed Omar Abu Ali, a Dar Al Hijrah, member who is serving a life sentence in a federal prison for nine counts of terrorism including a plot to assassinate President George W. Bush, kill members of Congress and bomb restaurants, nightclubs and other public places across America. Ali Al Timimi, a Muslim cleric of Fairfax, Va., who was convicted in April, 2005, and is serving a life sentence in a federal prison for counseling others to wage war against the United States and use firearms and explosives in furtherance of violent crimes. While in San Diego, Anwar Awlaki assumed the role of imam at a local mosque, Masjid al-Ribat al-Islami. It was in that role that he reportedly came into contact with two of the future September 11 hijackers, Saudi Arabians Nawaf al-Hazmi and Khalid al-Mihdhar. After spending four years in San Diego, Awlaki left in 2000, eventually settling in the Washington, D.C., metro area in January 2001. He became imam at the Dar al-Hijrah mosque, located in Falls Church, Virginia. September 11 hijackers, Saudi Arabians Nawaf al-Hazmi and Khalid al-Mihdhar followed him to Falls Church.

IN SAN DIEGO CA: Between January and May 2000, the report notes, two cellphones “associated with Saudi spy Omar Bayoumi” registered 24 calls to the Saudi Consulate, 32 to the embassy in Washington and 37 to the Saudi cultural mission in Virginia. Bayoumi made a series of calls right before and after the hijackers arrived in San Diego to Mutaib al-Sudairy, a Saudi cleric who had visited him in California months earlier. Sudairy, who nominally worked as an administrative officer at the Saudi Embassy in Washington, lived for several months in Missouri with Palestinian American Ziyad Khaleel aka Ziyad Sadaqa who reportedly procured satellite phones and other equipment for Osama bin Laden. Ziyad Khaleel was also a roommate of Sarasota Imam Muneer Arafat. Mutaib Sudairy was also linked “to suspected Al Qaeda operatives in Saudi Arabia,” the report says. Both Omar Bayoumi and Thumairy were also repeatedly in touch with Musaed Ahmed al-Jarrah, a key figure in the Saudi religious network who was a senior figure in the Islamic affairs section of the Washington embassy, FBI documents indicate. Musaed Ahmed al-Jarrah “had a controlling, guiding and directing influence on all aspects of Sunni extremist activity in Southern California” and “numerous contacts with terrorism subjects throughout the U.S.,” the 2021 report states. At the Washington embassy, Musaed Ahmed al-Jarrah also acted as a senior officer of the Saudi intelligence service. He was a close aide to the longtime ambassador, Bandar, and worked for Bandar again after he returned to the kingdom to lead the National Security Council; Musaed Ahmed al-Jarrah was forced by the FBI to leave the United States because of his suspected extremist ties.

FBI Confidential Informants Dr. Abdussattar Shaikh in San Diego and Imam Muneer Arafat in Sarasota were Saudi spies linked to the 9/11 Hijackers.

Abdussattar Sheikh was an asset of the FBI’s San Diego Field Office from May 14, 1994, to July 2003, they paid him $100,000 at the end of his CI service. He was called "The FBI's Best Chance to Uncover September 11th Before it Happened" by the Joint Inquiry into Intelligence Community Activities before and after the Terrorist Attacks of September 11, 2001. His handler was Steven Butler from the FBI's San Diego field office, and recruited him due to his personable nature and his broad influence in his Muslim community, which the FBI had "persons of interest" which they wanted to know more about. Butler had a code name for Sheikh, "Stan". 

By April 2000, two of the hijackers in the September 11 attacks, Nawaf al-Hazmi and Khalid al-Mihdhar, rented a room in Shaikh's home in Lemon Grove, California. Shaikh’s handler, Agent Butler, had recruited the doctor – code name “Muppet” – as an “informational source” in May 1994. Yet Sheikh, would only tell Butler, about their surnames, and also shared little menial information about their presence in the country, which they spoke hardly any English. But not everything was at it seemed. And after the events of September 11th 2001, "Stan" was not the man he claimed to be. October 8, 2009 (Lemon Grove) – Community leaders gathered at the Masjid Usman-Center for Religious Tolerance in Lemon Grove on Saturday to honor Dr. Abdussattar “Sattar” Shaikh, co-founder of the Islamic Center of San Diego, funded by the KSA.

While in San Diego, Imam Anwar Awlaki assumed the role of Imam at a local mosque, Masjid al-Ribat al-Islami. It was in that role that he reportedly came into contact with two of the future September 11 hijackers, Saudi Arabians Nawaf al-Hazmi and Khalid al-Mihdhar. He became Imam at the Dar al-Hijrah mosque, located in Falls Church, Virginia. September 11 hijackers, Saudi Arabians Nawaf al-Hazmi and Khalid al-Mihdhar followed him to Falls Church. On December 8, 2000, 9/11 pilot  Hani Hanjour arrived in San Diego, having traveled from Dubai via Paris and Cincinnati. Nawaf al-Hazmi likely picked up Hanjour at the airport. We do not know where Hanjour stayed; a few days later, both men left San Diego on December 13th, 2000. 

Before departing, Nawaf al-Hazmi and Hani Hanjour visited the Osama 'Sam' Mustafa Texaco gas station in La Mesa, where Hazmi reportedly introduced 9/11 pilot Hanjour as a "long time friend from Saudi Arabia." Nawaf al-Hazmi told his housemate that he and his friend "Hani" were headed for San Jose CA to take flying lessons and told his friends that he would stay in touch. Nawaf al-Hazmi promised to return to San Diego soon, and he and 9/11 pilot Hani Hanjour drove off on December 13th, 2000.

So, FBI Confidential Informants Dr. Abdussattar Shaikh in San Diego and Imam Muneer Arafat in Sarasota were Saudi spies linked to the 9/11 Hijackers. Dr. Abdussattar Shaikh in San Diego and Imam Muneer Arafat in Sarasota were both directly linked to the Saudi Arabia Ministry of Islamic Affairs that funded and built at least 320 Mosques in America (new in San Diego and new in Sarasota) in conjunction with the North American Islamic Trust and it's parent company the Islamic Society of North North America with cash from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). MOIA also funded a network of Imam's in America, Imam Anwar al-Awlaki, Imam Omar Mohamed, Imam Muneer Arafat, Imam Fahad al Thumairy, Imam Osama Bassman and the boss Musaed al-Jarrah, that apparently were the backbone of the support network for the 9/11 Hijackers from Jan 2000 to Sept 2001. All this right under the noses of the FBI who looked the other way most likely due to FBI restrictions prior to 9/11 on investigations of religious houses of worship (Mosques). KSA used 1st Amendment of the Constitution, Freedom of Religion against us, Brilliant! FBI Confidential Informant Dr. Abdussattar Shaikh in San Diego and FBI Confidential Informant Imam Muneer Arafat in Sarasota are part of the reason the FBI and DOJ still continues to refuse to release all investigation reports about 9/11 hijackers support network prior to 9/11 protecting there CI's, especially in Sarasota.

Between them they have developed 10 major al-Qaeda terror training camps in Afghanistan and have forged global links with other West-hating groups, it is claimed. Analysis suggests 34-year-old Hamza spends most of his time in Jalalabad, a terror hotbed 100 miles east of the capital Kabul.
A report seen by the Mirror says: “Hamza bin Laden is not only alive but actively involved in al-Qaeda’s resurgence, a fact well-known among senior Taliban leaders. These leaders... engage with him, holding regular meetings and securing him and his family. It highlights a deep connection between al-Qaeda and the Taliban, one that is crucial for Western governments to understand. [Hamza] has ascended to the leadership of al-Qaeda, steering [it] towards its most potent resurgence since the Iraq War.” “Under his command, al-Qaeda is regrouping and preparing for future attacks on Western targets. Hamza is driven by a powerful determination to continue the legacy of his father, which adds a symbolic and strategic weight to his actions. Moreover, Hamza’s brother, Abdullah bin Laden, plays a critical role in this revival.” 

Another report says the camps train fighters and suicide bombers, and teach them how to slip out of Afghanistan to launch threats against Western targets. It is thought up to 21 terror networks are operating in Afghanistan, turning the country into the world’s biggest terror hot spot. The latest assessments say al-Qaeda is working with Islamic State, sparking growing fears of another 9/11-style attack on the West.


In a message posted on the Shumukh al-Islam forum one contributor wrote: "We declare that all American interests, wherever they may be, are legitimate targets for the mujahideen, and the interests of the NATO countries as well, because they are one alliance." The leader of Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula -- the most active of the group's franchises, warned Americans: "You have to fight another generation in the wake of another, until your life is ruined, your days are disturbed and you face disgrace." There have also been calls in jihadist forums for al Qaeda to revive its experiments with weapons of mass destruction. One such appeal on the Shumukh al-Islam forum: "We want to manufacture soman, ricin, mustard gas and VX nerve gas," it declared. But there have also been calls for more basic attacks. "Go out at night in a targeted infidel compound with thirty canisters and a phone," read one.

In the letter first obtained by CBS News, the families point to 1999 video footage of a Saudi government agent "casing" the U.S. Capitol as proof of Saudi involvement. "60 Minutes" reported on the video for the first time in June. "As you campaign to become the next President of the United States, we ask you to pledge that you will not endorse any Middle East peace deal involving Saudi Arabia unless it fully addresses the role of the Saudi Arabian government in the 9/11 attacks," the letter reads. "Justice and closure for the victims and their families must be a priority in our foreign policy."

Sarasota private detective Bill Warner has tracked Arafat, 61, for years – ever since Bill Warner’s involvement with U.S. Immigration and Customs (ICE) agents and the Sarasota Police Department as a confidential informant (CI) in a terrorism investigation that began in June 2002.

“The FBI office in Sarasota was aware of my activity as the local Sarasota Police Department reported directly to them any information I supplied. ICE investigation became a hot issue as it linked to terrorism and was taken over by the FBI in 2003,” Bill Warner said. “Imam Muneer Arafat in my opinion and from my experience was a double agent.
