Starting Dec 26, 2025 Trump administration requiring non-citizens including Canadians staying over 30 days to register with U.S. Immigration. Trump administration's renewed enforcement of the Alien Registration Act (INA), most non-citizens (including Canadians) staying over 30 days must register with U.S. Immigration (DHS) by April 11, 2025, with a separate rule requiring Canadian border crossings starting December 26, 2025, to use facial biometrics, turning these into serious compliance requirements with potential fines and jail time for non-compliance, as detailed in advisories from late 2024/early 2025. Private Investigator Bill Warner Claims Saudi Arabia has Funded CAIR in USA That Supports Terrorism Must Open the Books, Follow the Money. NYP writes Nov 26, 2024; Great news for America: Poisonous advocacy group the Council on American-Islamic Relations is going to have to come clean about its donors. The good news comes thanks to a spectacularly failed move by CAIR to shut down Loria Saroya, a former employee who criticized the group for (among other things) lack of transparency around funding after she left it in 2018, via a defamation lawsuit. A judge has ruled that the group must open its books for discovery efforts in Saroya’s own countersuit. CAIR has long been suspected of entanglement with terror groups like Hamas. 

Saudi Arabia continues to serve as the capital of international terrorist financing, including the 9/11 al-Qaeda planes operation. Through groups such as the Muslim World League, the International Islamic Relief Organization, and the al-Haramain Islamic Foundation, as well as through Islamic affairs bureaus at Saudi embassies and consulates worldwide, Saudis continue to fund radical Islamic groups that support or engage in international terrorism. Some cases are both clear cut and extreme. For example, after his arrest in Indonesia on June 5, 2002, Omar al-Farouq, al-Qaeda's operational point man in Southeast Asia, told his interrogators that al-Qaeda activities in the region were funded through a branch of al-Haramain. According to al-Farouq, "money was laundered through the foundation by donors from the Middle East." In another case, Italian wiretaps monitoring members of a European al-Qaeda cell overheard a senior operative reassuring his subordinate about funding: "Don't ever worry about money, because Saudi Arabia's money is your money." 

Other cases are far more subtle, particularly the activities of a host of purportedly political or social-activist groups operating in the United States. For example, Omar Ahmed, co-founder of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) an organization that has received significant funding from Saudi Arabia also helped found the Islamic Association for Palestine (IAP) in cooperation with Mousa Abu Marzouk, a Hamas leader and Specially Designated Terrorist. IAP, a Hamas front organization, was the first to publish the Hamas charter in English. Given this background, CAIR's pro-Hamas and pro-Hizballah positions should come as no surprise; the group regularly rises to the defense of arrested al-Qaeda terrorist suspects like those held in Gitmo Cuba and openly supports terrorist groups such as Palestine Islamic Jihad (PIJ) Sami al-Arian Tampa Fl, al-Qaeda and ISIS.

Review of FBI Interactions with the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR). The FBI developed a policy on its interactions with CAIR based in part on evidence presented during the 2007 trial of the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development! The ICE Operation Green Quest investigation into terrorist funding in Sarasota Fl led by Michael Chertoff was getting results in 2002 to 2003 but the FBI shut it down. In March 2003, Customs and Operation Green Quest were transferred to ICE, within the Department of Homeland Security. From July to October 2003, the FBI provided a list of individuals, businesses, and organizations to the vetting unit that it believed were related to pre-Agreement ICE Operation Green Quest investigations. Customs (ICE) expanded Operation Green Quest in January 2003 by doubling the personnel commitment to a total of approximately 300 agents and analysts nationwide to work solely on terrorist financing matters. A review of the list by the vetting unit and TFOS identified approximately 30 potential crossover subjects. The FBI believed that these subjects had ties to terrorism or terrorist financing-and, accordingly, per the Agreement's collaborative procedures-any related ICE investigations should be transitioned to JTTFs. According to ICE officials, in late-October 2003, TFOS demonstrated that 10 of the approximately 30 subjects had a confirmed nexus to terrorism or terrorist financing, and ICE agreed to transition the related ICE investigations to JTTFs. As a result of conflicts between the FBI and the Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement ICE, in May 2003 the Attorney General and the Secretary of Homeland Security Michael Chertoff signed an agreement concerning terrorist financing investigations. The "al Qaeda switchboard" was a known al Qaeda safe house and communications hub in Sanaa Yemen that intelligence agencies monitored prior to the 9/11 attacks. Key Details, Function: The facility was used to relay messages and phone calls from Osama bin Laden to al Qaeda operatives worldwide, (California). Monitoring: The National Security Agency (NSA) began monitoring the location in 1999. Key Figure: The safe house was run by Ahmad Mohammad Ali al-Hada and his son Samir Ali al-Hada, whose brother-in-law was Khalid al-Mihdhar, one of the future 9/11 hijackers in California. Intelligence Failure: In early 2000, the NSA intercepted calls from the Yemen "switchboard" to a "Khalid" in the United States (California). EIJ has been active worldwide under the auspices of al-Qaeda. EIJ operatives played a key role in the attacks on the World Trade Center in 1993 and WTC 2001. Khaled Abu al-Dahab devised a scheme with EIJ senior leadership whereby EIJ members would call him in the United States, and he would connect them to EIJ operatives in Egypt or abroad utilizing a three-way call feature on his phone line. On or about October 29, 1998, Khaled Abu al-Dahab was arrested by Egyptian authorities. So who took over the California communication hub for al-Qaeda to route calls to/from Sanaa,Yemen in 1998? Ayman al Zawahiri, was the former head of Egyptian Islamic Jihad which he merged with Al-Qaeda in June 2001. From an investigation, the Al-Qaeda communication hub was subsequently set up in Orange County California in 1998, prior to the September 11th 2001 terror attack.

In 1992 Khaled Abu Dahab met with Egyptian Islamic Jihad boss Ayman al-Zawahiri when al-Zawahiri visited Santa Clara CA. Khaled Abu Dahab also met with Egyptian Islamic Jihad boss Ayman al-Zawahiri in Santa Clara CA in 1995, using a fake passport and identity documents, he smuggled Ayman al-Zawahiri, who is bin Laden's chief deputy and a partner in the Sept. 11 attacks on the World Trade Center and a long list of other crimes, into the United States from Afghanistan for a covert fund-raising tour in which the terrorist raised as much as $500,000. Part of the money financed the bombing of the Egyptian Embassy in Pakistan, Dahab said. In 1988, Osama bin Laden established Al Qaeda from a network of Arab and other foreign veterans of the Afghan insurgency against the Soviet Union, with the aim of supporting Islamist causes in conflicts around the world. Al Qaeda functioned both on its own and through some of the terrorist organizations that operated under its umbrella, including: Egyptian Islamic Jihad, which was led by Ayman al-Zawahiri.

From an investigation, the Al-Qaeda communication hub was subsequently set up in Orange County California in 1998, prior to the September 11th 2001 terror attacks. Adam Gadahn was raised on a ranch in Riverside County and later lived in Orange County, where he found his way to the Islamic Center of Orange County Garden Grove CA. There, Adam Gadahn became increasingly radical in his beliefs, acquaintances and officials would later say, falling under the influence of two radical Muslims, Khalil Deek and Hisham Diab. In 1998, Al-Qaeda cell in Orange County CA; The treason investigation of Adam Gadahn in Los Angeles is being handled by the Orange County Joint Terrorism Task Force which includes local members from the Orange County Sheriff’s Department, the Irvine Police Department, Garden Grove Police Department, Cypress Police Department, Santa Ana Police Department, Buena Park Police Department, Anaheim Police Department and Riverside Sheriff’s Department; and at the federal level, including U.S. Immigration Customs Enforcement, Defense Criminal Investigative Service, Naval Criminal Investigative Service and additional members of the intelligence community.

Ayman al-Zawahiri merged the Egyptian Islamic Jihad with al-Qaeda in 2001 and formally became bin Laden's deputy in 2004. Osama bin-Laden's right hand man was Ayman al-Zawahiri who had become a leading figure in the Egyptian Islamic Jihad. In court documents, prosecutors alleged Khaled Abu al-Dahab “facilitated” fraudulent passports and documents and provided money and other items to known terrorists. Dahab admitted to U.S. investigators he recruited Americans into the Al Qaeda terrorist organization during his 12 years in California, from 1986 to 1998. Dahab, who is currently serving 15 years in an Egyptian prison, according to authorities, was once congratulated by Bin Laden for his work recruiting in the U.S. Dahab, whom bin Laden biographer Yossef Bodansky has called a "high-quality" al Qaeda agent, one of the "senior jihadist operatives in the United States" during the 1990s. In 2002, Khaled Abul-Dahab confessed to Egyptian interrogators that he had funded the 1995 attack on the Egyptian Embassy in Pakistan on orders from Osama bin Laden, and had transferred money from a Californian bank account to Pakistan to finance the attack.

From 1996 til 2006, Ahmad al-Hada was operating along with his son, Samir Al-Hada, an Qaeda safe house and a communication center in Sana'a, which was the direct link from AQ central to Yemen. Ahmad Mohammad Ali al-Hada is an al-Qaeda operative from Yemen whose family is described by US government officials as a "supercell" within the al-Qaeda. Al-Hada's son-in-law, Khalid al-Mihdhar, was one of the hijackers that flew American Airlines Flight 77 into the Pentagon as part of the September 11 attacks. Al-Hada provided the telephone number in Yemen that served as the switchboard for al-Qaeda operations leading up to the USS Cole bombing and September 11 attacks. Ziyad Khaleel's role as to “procure computers, set up communication systems, buy satellite telephones and buy covert surveillance equipment” in the United States for al Qaeda. The phone number 00–873–682505331 was used by bin Laden to communicate to his network of followers. According to Dan Coleman FBI Liaison office. “It has not been revealed when US intelligence begins monitoring bin Laden exactly, though the CIA was tailing him in Sudan by the end of 1991. In 1996, the National Security Agency (NSA) had begun tapping Bin Laden’s satellite phone. The phone was bought by an individual named “Ziyad Khaleel”, whom bought the “Compact M” satellite phone while in Virginia. More than 200 calls were placed to Yemen, the number “ 00 967 1200578” kept popping up often enough that NSA analysts monitoring the line, had “red flagged” the number, it became a “hot line” as they called it. It then became of interest to those who were beginning to closely monitor the activities of Bin Laden and Al Qaeda, and ultimately came from Ahmad Mohammad Ali al-Had's home in Sana'a, Yemen. The NSA began tapping the home, which belonged to Ahmed al-Hada supposedly beginning in 1996. The I-49 unit in NYC then began planning to build their own electronic antennas near Afghanistan to begin monitoring the al-Hada house in Yemen. This would give the NSA pause, and they agreed to share data with the FBI, but what data would be shared? By 1998, the NSA gives up transcripts from 114 phone calls to prevent the antennas from being built, but refuses to give up any more. 9/11 hijacker Khalid al-Mihdhar would end up marrying the daughter of Ahmed al-Hada, Hoda al-Hada.

In 1994, Al-Qaeda terrorist Imam Anwar al-Awlaki married a cousin from Yemen, and began service as a part-time imam of the Denver Islamic Society in Fort Collins CO. Al-qaeda communication expert and procurement agent Ziyad Khaleel was also linked to the same Mosque during the same time period. The Yemeni government tried Anwar al-Awlaki in absentia in November 2010, for plotting to kill foreigners and being a member of al-Qaeda. Anwar al-Awlaki was a Yemeni-American imam who was killed in 2011 in Yemen by a U.S. government drone strike ordered by President Barack Obama. In 1996, al-Awlaki was chastised by an elder for encouraging a Saudi student to fight in Chechnya against the Russians. He left Denver soon after, moving to San Diego. It also emerged that in 1998 and 1999, while serving as vice-president of an Islamic charity that the FBI described as "a front organization to funnel money to terrorists", Awlaki was visited by Ziyad Khaleel, an al-Qaeda operative, and an associate of Sheikh Omar Abdel Rahman, who was serving a life sentence for plotting to blow up landmarks in New York. By July 2002, al-Awlaki was under investigation in the United States for having received money from the subject of a U.S. Joint Terrorism Task Force investigation. His name was added to the list of terrorism suspects.

Among the subjects of the investigation are two small mosques, Muslim businessmen and fund-raising efforts for Palestinian groups. Prosecutors also have asked grand jury witnesses about Ziyad Sadaqa aka Ziyad Khaleel, a former resident of Columbia, Mo., and the St. Louis area who bought the satellite telephone that al-Qaida leaders used to plot the 1998 U.S. Embassy bombings in Kenya and Tanzania. Sadaqa, who was never charged in the bombings, raised money here for Palestinian terrorist groups. He reportedly was killed in an auto accident in Saudi Arabia, but federal authorities apparently suspect he may still be alive. "The feds thought that this Ziyad guy faked his death at hajj (the pilgrimage to Mecca) to get out of legal trouble," said a source familiar with the prosecutors' questioning. 

Assistant U.S. Attorney Michael Fagan, who heads the St. Louis anti-terrorism task force formed after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, would not discuss or even confirm the existence of the investigation. The inquiry appears to be a broad one. "They're asking questions about so many people in St. Louis that it leads me to believe they're casting a wide net in the Muslim community," said a grand jury … Al-Qaeda procurement agent Ziyad Khaleel had been roommates with Imam Muneer Arafat during the time period when he was obtaining communication equipment for Osama bin-Laden. Imam Muneer Arafat came to the Islamic Society of Sarasota-Bradenton Mosque as their ‘holy man” in March of 2000, just a few months before Mohamed Atta and two other 9/11 Hijackers show up in nearby Nokomis Fl in July of 2000. 

Ziyad Khaleel, also known as Khalil Ziyad, Ziyad Sadaqa, and Ziyad Abdulrahman, was a Palestinian-American al-Qaeda member, based in the United States, primarily in Colorado, Florida, Michigan and Missouri. He had been identified as a "procurement agent" for Osama bin Laden, arranging the purchase and delivery of "computers, satellite telephones, and covert surveillance equipment" for the leadership of al-Qaeda, as well as administering a number of radical Islamic websites as webmaster, including the website of the terrorist group Hamas. Among the cities in which he resided at various times were Denver, Detroit, Columbia and Orlando. In 1991, while living in Denver, he was vice president of the Denver Islamic Society. By 1994 he was residing in Detroit and his name and address were reflected in ledgers taken from the Al Kifah Refugee Center, a financial and strategic arm of al-Qaeda. Upon moving to Columbia, Missouri, he was known as Ziyad Khaleel. In 1997 Khaleel lived in Manchester, Missouri, and attended Columbia College in St. Louis, so did Imam Muneer Arafat who for some unknown and improbable reason came to a run down Mosque in Sarasota Fl in March of 2000 just prior to 3 of the 9/11 hijacker pilots (main guys and leader Mohamed Atta) showing up in nearby Nokomis Fl on W. The fire is the most misunderstood part of the WTC collapse. Even today, the media report (and many scientists believe) that the steel melted, that never happened. 

It is argued that jet fuel burns very hot, especially with so much fuel present on 9/11. The steel beams did not melt, but they expanded and popped the connecting bolts that held them together and down went the individual floors. Nearly every large building has a redundant design that allows for loss of one primary structural member, such as a column. However, when multiple members fail, the shifting loads eventually overstress the adjacent members and the collapse occurs like a row of dominoes falling down. As the joists on one or two of the most heavily burned floors gave way and the outer box columns began to bow outward, the floors above them also fell. The floor below (with its 32,000 lbs design capacity) could not support the roughly 320,000 lbs of ten floors (or more) above crashing down. After burning for 99 days, the fires at the World Trade Center site were extinguished by the Fire Department of the City of New York. About two million tons of tangled steel and rubble would ultimately be removed from the site. The towers were designed and built in the mid-1960s through the early 1970s. They represented a new approach to skyscrapers in that they were to be very lightweight and involved modular construction methods in order to accelerate the schedule and to reduce the costs.

Truth be told, by aiming for the Empire State Building, an airliner might have hit the target along with two or three other buildings and perhaps killed even more people, since hitting several buildings might do more harm than just the two WTC Towers. But, the Empire State Building most likely would not have come down. It was hit by a B-25 in 1945. While that was a small plane the ESB was built very differently, it used thick masonry to protect the steel elements from fire, which have their own structural integrity while the WTC used modern fireproofing materials (torn of by crash) making it a much lighter weight structure. Had the ESB building not come down the outrage would have been much less, possibly more focused on the Pentagon attack.

Khalid Sheikh Mohammed a high ranking Islamist militant terrorist who, as an operational planner for al-Qaeda, masterminded some of that organization’s highest-profile terrorist operations, most notably the September 11 attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon in 2001. In 1983 KSM moved to the United States from Kuwait to attend Chowan University in Murfreesboro, North Carolina. Mechanical engineering majors learn about motion and energy, and they study fluid, solid and thermalmechanics. The term thermomechanics can be defined as the field of mechanics, studying the relationship between thermal and external loads applied on a body or surface and the intensity of internal forces acting within that body, like the WTC Towers fiery collapse. KSM knew thermomechanics i.e. a building collapse due to high heat, KSM knew where to instruct the 9/11 kamikaze pilots to hit/target the WTC Towers.

In contrast, the World Trade Center's Twin Towers were completed in 1973 and were designed by architect Minoru Yamasaki. The towers stood at 1,368 feet tall and 1,362 feet tall, respectively, and were the tallest buildings in the world until 1974. The towers were designed with a modernist style and featured a unique tube structure, which allowed for a large open floor plan. The towers were constructed using a steel frame and an aluminum and glass facade. Internally, the Empire State Building has a more traditional layout with smaller, segmented floors, while the Twin Towers had larger, open floor plans. Additionally, the Twin Towers had a central core containing elevators and stairwells, while the Empire State Building had a series of smaller cores throughout the building. Externally, the Empire State Building has a more ornate and decorative facade, while the Twin Towers had a more minimalist and sleek, glass, appearance. Additionally, the Empire State Building features an observation deck on the 86th floor and 102 floor, while the WTC Twin Towers had observation decks on the 107th and 110th floors. Were people on the observation decks of the World Trade on 9/11? No, the observation decks opened at 9:30 am, while the two terror attacks occurred at 8:46 am (1WTC) and 9:02 am (2WTC).

Al-Qaeda Kamikaze Pilots Marwan al-Shehhi and Mohamed Atta had to be in the WTC Towers NYC at some point prior to 9/11/2001, (they were in NYC in June 2001) to obtain exact GPS coordinates for the location of the South and North Tower and also for the exact height for their trajectory into the buildings on Sept 11, 2001, they both aimed for about 3/4 the way up the Towers. You don't make last minute calculations traveling at 540 mph with two fairly inexperienced pilots without making mistakes. They would have had to calculated a flight path to the WTC Towers somewhere up the Hudson river by West Point NY, 60 miles out, and put it in play. Traveling at 540mph in UA175 you'll be covering one mile in 7.0 seconds, so the 60 miles from West Point to WTC Towers they would cover in 420 seconds (7 minutes), pretty fast, eh.

There were 3 unique things that allowed the WTC to collapse the way that it did. The first is that the impact was intentional. The aircraft had completely full fuel tanks for a transcontinental flight, and the impact took place at “ramming speed” of about 540 mph. Related to that, the claim that the building could survive the resulting fire depended on a heat-resistant coating on the steel beams holding the floors up, that didn't. The impact of the air planes at high speed destroyed the fire resistant coating exposing the steel beams to the full heat of the fire. The sprinkler system was also destroyed by the impact which meant that there was nothing to fight and cool the fire. The third issue is that, unlike most buildings made before it, the WTC was designed with most of the load bearing in the external skeleton (buildings before had been made with a central core holding the weight. This meant that, as the building began to collapse, the external skeleton, built to support the building contained it as the internals of the building collapsed.

N.Y. police: 767s front landing gear part found tied to 9/11 UA Flight 175 airliner. National Transportation Safety Board investigators will determine whether the part is from either United Airlines Flight 175 or American Airlines Flight 11, which hit the twin towers, he said. Police have said the part includes “a clearly visible Boeing identification number.” On Saturday, the NYPD said police investigators had been in touch with Boeing, which confirmed the part is from one of its 767 aircraft. Both flights that hit the World Trade Center towers were 767s. The part was discovered Wednesday April 27, 2013 by surveyors hired by a property owner. They called 911 to report that they’d found “apparently damaged machinery,” police said. NEW YORK April 29, 2013, The rusted metal aircraft part believed to be from one of the hijacked jetliners that slammed into the World Trade Center in the Sept. 11 attacks came from a wing, not landing gear, police said Monday. The 5-foot piece is a trailing edge flap support structure, police said. It is located closer to the body of the plane and helps secure wing flaps that move in and out and aid in regulating plane speed. Investigators initially thought it was part of the landing gear because both pieces have similar-looking hydraulics.

The Empire State Building was essentially an extension of the technique used since the beginning of “skyscraper” steel frame construction, known as “portal-braced” framing, where every vertical element (column), both exterior and interior, was connected to horizontal elements (joists) at every possible connecting point, by a riveted connection. This made for a sturdy building, but one that required a lot of steel, and a lot of workmanship, and a limited ability to rearrange interior spaces. The World Trade Center tower were build with an an extremely strong exterior frame, and a strong core providing the utilities framework, with the latter a concrete structure containing the elevator shafts, the stairwells, and the ductwork for services. The two systems of core and exterior frame were connected by simple trusses on which the subfloors and concrete floors were built. This left an essentially fully-open space on every floor to be handled as desired, as there were no interior columns to be considered in laying out a floor.
