AN INTRODUCTION TO AAFIA SIDDIQUE, CAPTURED TERRORIST WHO HAD PLANS FOR A MASS CASUALTY ATTACK IN NYC.

An Introduction to Aafia Siddique captured terrorist.

Following is the Al-Muhajiroun terrorist group's version of the life and times of terrorist Aafia Siddique who is currently being held in the Manhattan Detention Center, note the part were they (al-Muhajiroun) speak of the imprisonment of the Kaffirs such as Ken Bigley, a UK businessman in his 60's, who they kidnapped, who they kept in a dog cage and who they beheaded somehow equates to capturing, terrorist Aafia Siddiqui, we don"t "behead" suspects in the USA, even terrorists, "Us Dirty American Pigs" !

One can undoubtedly recognise that this "War on Terror" is palpably against Islam and Muslims. From the many borders the forces of the crusade enter in, one can see the damage and harm that they leave behind. Whilst we may be aware of the massacring of our fathers, orphaning of our children and widowing of our wives, we have yet to take to sufficient heed of the images released from prisons such as Abu Ghraib and the notorious Guantanamo Bay.

Unfortunately living and growing up in the West, Muslims find it very difficult to help and aid our brothers and sisters elsewhere. Shockingly, some Muslims encourage the evil lifestyle and values of the kuffar so much that when it came to the imprisonment of the Kaffirs such as Ken Bigley, many Muslim organisations were at the forefront of hastening his release.

Kenneth John Bigley (April 22, 1942 - October 7, 2004). Liverpool, England, who was kidnapped in the al-Mansour district of Baghdad, Iraq on September 16, 2004, along with Jack Hensley and Eugene Armstrong, both U.S. citizens. The three men were civil engineers working for Gulf Supplies and Commercial Services, a company working on reconstruction projects in Iraq. All were subsequently beheaded.

On September 18, the
Tawhid and Jihad ("Oneness of God and Jihad") Islamist group, led by Jordanian Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, released a video of the three men kneeling in front of a Tawhid and Jihad banner. The kidnappers said they would kill the men within 48 hours if their demands for the release of Iraqi women prisoners held by coalition forces were not met. Armstrong was beheaded on September 20 when the deadline expired, Hensley 24 hours later, and Bigley over two weeks later, despite the intervention of the Muslim Council of Britain and the indirect intervention of the British government. Videos of the killings were posted on Islamist websites. Using voice-recognition technology, the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) has claimed that al-Zarqawi personally carried out the beheading of Armstrong.

After Bigley's death, it was claimed that the British
Secret Intelligence Service (commonly known as MI6) had launched a rescue operation that had allowed Bigley to escape for a brief period, but he was recaptured at a roadblock, taken back to the Tawhid and Jihad safehouse, and beheaded shortly afterwards.

FOLLOWING IS THE TERRORIST GROUP AL-MUHAJIROUN VERSION.
What provoked these Munafiqs to fly over to Iraq and advocate on behalf of Bigley? Surely they were fully aware that only a couple of miles away from where they were located there was a prison, a prison which obviously they had no interest in, a prison which consists of the flowing of tears and the rivers of blood, a prison where our daughters are being raped repeatedly, a prison where our brothers and fathers are forced to strip naked and pose sexually in front of the dirty American pigs. They were fully aware of this but yet only flew to Iraq to show their solidarity to the enemies of Allah (swt).

So we call upon you with this short reminder about some events that have taken place due to this endless crusader war, as one cannot receive such information from the media. Recently, the entire world has been speaking about one victim of this war - a short, thin college student, wife, and mother of three small children. Her name is Aafia Siddique. (AND SHE IS A TERRORIST)

The Khilafah will also form a means by which the Islamic authority can spread, by removing the obstacles in the way of implementing the Sharee'ah culminating in re-uniting Muslim land under one law and order and one authority. This would of course mean a new super-power in the world, whose army would love death the way the kuffaar love this life, and who would love to fight and die for the sake of Allah (SWT) to raise His name the highest.

Islamic Terrorists Discuss Means of Poisoning the Water Supply of Denmark and Great Britain on al-ekhlaas.net website.

Jihadis Discuss Means of Poisoning the Water Supply of Denmark and Great Britain, By Abdul Hameed Bakier; A major jihadi internet forum has posted a terrorist plot to poison the water resources in Europe, Great Britain and Denmark.

Al-Qaeda through Khalid Shaikh Mohammed (KSM) has for years (KSM arrested in March of 2003) plotted ways to poison water supplies in the USA,the UK and throughout Europe, the New York city water supply has been high on the list for years, so this current plot comes as no surprise.

The poison water supply in Denmark plot was in retaliation for insulting the Prophet Muhammad through publication of the infamous “Muhammad cartoons.” The posting, entitled “Back Breaking Blow to Denmark, the U.K, and the European Union,” discussed ways of poisoning water resources and reservoirs to cause mass killings (http://www.al-ekhlaas.net/ , August 16, which is currently shut down).

See Prior Post, www.al-ekhlaas.net website was shut down in Tampa Fl, Saturday, May 03, 2008, CYBER VIGILANTES (BILL WARNER) TRACK EXTREMIST WEB SITES ON EKHLAAS NETWORK.

Even though many forum participants consented to the plan and participated with ideas on the kind of chemical agents that might be used in such attacks, some forum members disagreed with the terror plan, arguing that mass killing has neither religious justification nor a fatwa (religious ruling) to authorize it. The anti-attack forum members appeared to have a strong case from a religious standpoint, leading to a protracted discussion lasting over a week.
A forum member nicknamed Baghdad al-Khilafa, with over a thousand postings, primarily on weapons and explosives, proposed the terror attack to retaliate for Denmark’s mockery of the Prophet Muhammad, to terrorize the enemy’s ranks, and to ease the infidels’ onslaught on Muslims in Iraq, Afghanistan, Morocco, Somalia, Eastern Turkistan (Xinjiang) and Chechnya. The objective of the plan was to kill as many civilians as possible by contaminating the main water supply pipelines in any of the major cities in the Europe with chemical substances.

The stages of the poison water supply plot were outlined as follows:
Collect intelligence on the target and determine the right timing for execution. This involves reconnaissance, casing facilities and frequenting the target country.
Distract and avoid security forces at the target. A mock operation is created to divert attention from the original target.
Use one fair-skinned blonde jihadi to execute the attack and leave the country immediately after perpetration.
Use a highly poisonous chemical substance to contaminate the water supply.
The terror plot stirred strong interest among forum participants who requested execution plans, ways to reach the target country and further details on producing the chemical substances. Al-Khilafa later posted links to a file hosting website - http://www.megaupload.com/ - that contains material on explosives and poison production manuals.

A wide range of chemical substances to be used in the attack was offered by al-Khilafa and other forum participants. The list included, among others, cyanide, hydrocyanic acid, potassium cyanide, aniline hydrochloride, sodium nitrite, cobalt chloride, cobalt nitrite, and the highly toxic compound thallium, known as “the poisoner’s poison.”
Forum members discussed methods of producing and using chemical substances. Al-Khilafa posted experimental results of his own observations of the effects of these poisons on mice. A forum member nicknamed Al-Bara Bin Malik suggested a number of poisonous gases that could be used in an attack, such as chlorine gas, mustard gas, hydrogen cyanide and nerve gas.
Although Malik did not explain methods of launching the poisonous gases, he claimed they are easy to prepare and asked the other chatters to speculate on ways of developing aerosol distribution systems. Other chatters posted photos of water pipelines, water towers, and diagrams illustrating ways to inject the chemical substances into the water system.

One participant, a mechanical engineer nicknamed Athab al-Qabir, suggested attacks are possible through valves or ventilation openings. On the other hand, a forum participant nicknamed Noon questioned the religious justification of such operations and asked for the fatwa that would authorize massive attacks killing innocent men, women and children, including Muslims living in Europe. Infuriated by Noon’s opposition, the majority of forum members rebuked him, quoting their own interpretation of Quranic verses and various Hadiths they claimed supported mass killings.

See prior post; Wednesday, September 03, 2008, AAFIA SIDDIQUI HAD PLANS FOR "MASS CASUALTY ATTACK" WITH DIRTY BOMBS IN NEW YORK CITY.

The debate went on for a week, intensified by Noon’s logical replies citing Quranic verses and many Hadiths he interpreted as prohibiting the terror plot from a religious jurisprudence perspective. The majority of forum members ignored Noon’s reasoning and continued exchanging information pertinent to the terror plot. Most jihadi websites are dominated by Salafi-Jihadi extremists who propagate extreme rhetoric and call for the indiscriminate mass killing of infidels and non-adherents of “al-walawa al-bara’” (Loyalty [to Islam] and Disavowal [to its Enemies]).

NEVER FORGET THE ATTACKS OF 9/11 AS RADICAL MUSLIMS ARE PLANNING THE NEXT ONE.

NEVER FORGET THE ATTACKS OF 9/11 AS RADICAL MUSLIMS ARE PLANNING THE NEXT ONE.

Fifteen of the nineteen terrorist hijackers were from Saudi Arabia, all of the hijackers were Muslims, they all link to Khalid Sheikh Monammed (KSM) who is currently on trial for the Sept. 11 attacks with co-conspirator suspects at Camp Justice, the legal complex of the U.S. Military Commissions, at Guantanamo Bay U.S. Naval Base, Cuba, with Waleed bin Attash, Ramzi Binalshibh, and Ali Abd al-Aziz Ali, known as Ammar al-Baluchi, a nephew and lieutenant of Mohammed (KSM) and first cousin of 1993 World Trade Center bombing mastermind Ramzi Yousef .

Ammar al-Baluchis aka Ali Abd al-Aziz currently at "Gitmo" trial, is the husband of terror suspect Aafia Siddiqui (she is held in the Manhattan Detention Center), al-Aziz was the paymaster for the 9/11 hijackers.

See prior Post on Terrorist Aafia Siddiqui; Tuesday, August 05, 2008, AAFIA SIDDIQUI MANY LINKS TO US TERROR PLOTS INCLUDES POISONING NYC WATER RESERVOIRS WITH ANTHRAX

Ammar al-Baluchis aka Ali Abd al-Aziz; the FBI and CIA have quietly sought Aziz ever since investigators determined that he was behind a number of wire transfers to the 9/11 hijacking team. An FBI/CIA financial investigation has determined that the first transfer, dated April 18, 2000, was sent from one "Ali," believed to be Aziz, to Nawaf Al Hazmi, then in flight school in San Diego.

On June 29, 2000, using the alias Isam Mansur, Aziz wired $5000 via Western Union from the United Arab Emirates to hijacker Marwan al-Shehhi in New York City. From July 18 to September 18, 2000, Aziz, using the Mansur alias or calling himself "Mr. Ali" or "Hani" of "Fawaz Trding" (SIC), wired another $109,500 from the UAE Exchange Centre in Dubai to an account at Sun Trust Bank held jointly by Al Shehhi and 9/11 hijack team leader Mohammed Atta, while both men were attending Huffman Aviation school in Venice, Florida.

Atta, who conceived the hijacking-attack scheme while living in Hamburg, Germany, flew American Flight 11 into the north tower of the World Trade Center. Al-Shehhi, a member of Atta's Hamburg al-Qaeda cell, crashed United Flight 175 into the World Trade Center's south tower. Nawaf al-Hazmi and Khalid al-Midhar spearheaded the hijacking of American Flight 77, which crashed into the Pentagon.

According to U.S. intelligence reports, Aziz traveled with his uncle, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, al-Qaeda's chief operating officer, until Mohammed was arrested in Rawalpindi on March 1 and placed in CIA custody.

One defendant at "Gitmo" said he deeply regrets not joining the hijackers who crashed passenger airliners into the World Trade Center, the Pentagon and a Pennsylvania field on 9/11. "I have been seeking martyrdom for five years," said Ramzi Binalshibh, the alleged main intermediary between the 19 hijackers and al-Qaida leaders. "I tried for 9/11 to get a visa but I could not."

Asked if he understands that he could be executed if found guilty, Binalshibh said: "If this martyrdom happens today, I welcome it. God is great ("Allahu Akbar"). God is great ("Allahu Akbar"). God is great ("Allahu Akbar")."

AAFIA SIDDIQUI HAD PLANS FOR "MASS CASUALTY ATTACK" WITH DIRTY BOMBS IN NEW YORK CITY.

Aafia Siddiqui Indicted for Attempting to Kill United States Nationals in Afghanistan and Six Additional Charges. ..On July 17, 2008, when Aafia Siddiqui was detained by Afghan authorities, a number of items were in her possession, including handwritten notes that referred to a "mass casualty attack" and that listed various locations in the United States, including Plum Island, the Empire State Building, the Statue of Liberty, Wall Street, and the Brooklyn Bridge. Other notes in Siddiqui’s possession referred to the construction of "dirty bombs," and discussed various ways to attack "enemies," including by destroying reconnaissance drones, using underwater bombs, and using gliders.

Aafia Siddiqui also possessed a computer thumb drive that contained correspondence referring to specific "cells," "attacks" by certain "cells," and "enemies." Other documents on the thumb drive discussed recruitment and training, SEE VIDEO CLICK HERE.

Aafia Siddiqui, a 36-year-old Pakistani woman, resided in the United States from in or about 1991 until June 2002, and obtained degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Brandeis University. Siddiqui returned to the United States on December 25, 2002, and departed on January 2, 2003, I doubt that Aafia Aafia Siddiqui, a Muslim, was back in the USA to celebrate Christmas with the Christians. See Federal Indictment Click Here.

See Prior Post Thursday, August 12,2008: Aafia siddiqui'e extended Al-Qaeda Terrroist family, AAFIA SIDDIQUI'S TERRORIST HUSBAND AMMAR AL-BALUCHI, HIS UNCLE KSM AND HER BALTIMORE PAL MAJID KAHN WHO LINKS TO NYC UZAIR PARACHA

Terrorist Majid Khan appears to have met with Aafia Saddiqui who is a MIT grad in microbiology, she had access to Anthrax while working at Brandeis Univ in Boston. Assistant United States Attorney Eric Bruce claimed that MIT graduate Aafia Siddiqui was willing to help with an anthrax attack. Eric Bruce repeatedly referred to a planned chemical attack by Majid Khan but never described the plot or when and where it would occur. He said a woman affiliated with al-Qaida opened a Maryland post office box in the names of herself and Majid Khan so immigration documents could be sent there.

Bruce said the woman (Aafia Siddiqui), if asked, would "help carry out a deadly Anthrax attack against the United States." Her whereabouts were unknown at that time. But it was the only mention of Anthrax in his opening statements and the prosecutor never said whether Anthrax was part of Majid Khan's plot. Aafia Siddiqui rented P.O. Box #187XX Baltimore MD 21206 for Majid Khan while he was in Pakistan meeting with Khalid Sheikh Mohammed.

Al Qaeda facilitator Ali Abd al-Aziz Ali , otherwise known as Ammar al-Baluchi, states that he ordered Aafia Siddiqui to help get travel documents for Majid Khan who intended to blow up gas stations and bridges and poison reservoirs in the United States. His (Ali Abd al-Aziz Ali) biography also states that he married Siddiqui shortly before his capture which sheds light on Aafia Siddiqui's relationship to top Al Qaeda planners like Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, who is Ammar al-Baluchi's uncle.

The Director of National Intelligence asserted that Majid Khan, currently held at Guantanamo Bay, "had links to al-Qa'ida operatives and facilitators, most notably, Aafia Siddique, a US-educated neuro-scientist and al-Qa'ida facilitator, who assisted Majid with documents to hide his travel to Pakistan from US authorities to reenter the United States." Aafia Siddiqui rented P.O.

Aafia Siddiqui is charged in the Indictment with: (1) one count of attempting to kill United States nationals outside the United States; (2) one count of attempting to kill United States officers and employees; (3) one count of armed assault of United States officers and employees; (4) one count of using and carrying a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence; and (5) three counts of assault of United States officers and employees. If convicted, Siddqiui faces a maximum sentence of: 20 years in prison on each of the attempted murder and armed assault charges; life in prison on the firearm charge; and eight years in prison on each of the remaining assault charges. Aafia Siddiqui’s son, Ahmed, in Afghan custody, he told cops he is an orphan and was traveling with "Saliha", he talks the al-Qaeda rap.

US authorities say photos, DNA tests strongly suggest boy ‘captured’ with Aafia Siddiqui is her son, Ahmed (on left in photo), Aafia Siddiqui to petition US court to have Ahmed placed in her brother’s custody in Texas.

WASHINGTON: US authorities have confirmed that the 11-year old boy they claim to have captured with Dr Aafia Siddiqui in Kabul is her son Ahmed, who had told Afghan cops he was an orphan traveling with "Saliha", al-Qaeda lies at 11, next lie you will hear is that he was tortured by US Officials

According to a report in the Washington Post, in a letter to Siddiqui’s family, US authorities said that photos and DNA tests strongly suggest that the youngster in Afghan custody is Siddiqui’s son Ahmed. The boy is claimed to have been detained on July 18 when Afghan police arrested Siddiqui near a government compound in Ghazni. Siddiqui and her three children disappeared in 2003 in Karachi. She had set out from her mother’s home on her way to the airport to take a flight to Islamabad, but she never arrived. Inexplicably, her family did not lodge a missing person report with the police. She is now in a federal prison in New York, charged with attempted murder.

The Washington Post report says the FBI had spent years seeking information on Siddiqui, who officials feared was an Al Qaeda operative with knowledge of biological weapons. CIA spokesman George Little told the newspaper, “As the Department of Justice has made clear, Siddiqui was not in US custody before she was detained on July 17, 2008. Any suggestion that the CIA would imprison her children is wrong and offensive. Had we known where Siddiqui was prior to her capture, we would have shared that information with our partners in this country and overseas.

US boy in Afghan custody terror suspect's son
She was a fugitive from American justice.” US officials are said to have dubbed her as Al Qaeda’s “Mata Hari” and admitted that they began watching her as a possible terrorism suspect in 2001 when she lived in Boston with her husband. Soon after Khalid Sheikh Muhammad was captured in 2003, Siddiqui and her three children vanished from Karachi.Ismail Jahangir, a spokesman for the governor of Ghazni province said on Monday, according to the Post, that the Afghan Interior Ministry took the boy, now found to be Siddiqui’s son, into custody the same day Siddiqui was arrested.

Jahangir said the governor’s office was not aware of what happened to the boy after he was handed over to the Interior Ministry. An Interior Ministry official in Kabul said Ahmed Siddiqui was held by the ministry for a day, then taken into custody by the Afghan National Security Directorate, an intelligence agency. US agents said the boy initially told them he was an orphan. The boy told U.S. agents who interviewed him that "he is an orphan and that his parents were killed in an earthquake in Pakistan around October 2005," U.S. Attorney Michael J. Garcia. wrote. Ahmed said Siddique, the woman U.S. authorities now believe to be his mother, was named "Saliha," and that he had been traveling with her "since shortly after his parents died," wrote Garcia. Ahmed Siddiqui at 11, appears to already have the Al-Qaeda "talk the talk" down with lies about who he is and who his mother is, the apple does not fall far from the Al-Qaeda tree.

AL-QAEDA TERRORISTS PLOT TO POISON WATER SUPPLY (NYC) AROUND THE USA IN TIME FOR DNC IN DENVER CO.

String of Security Threats Have Federal Investigators on Alert for Attacks Tuesday, August 19, 2008 By Catherine Herridge FOX NEWS; WASHINGTON — Just two weeks before the start of the Democratic National Convention a string of security scares have federal investigators working to downplay potential terrorist threats.

Almost two weeks ago, a jihadist Web site posted a call to poison a major city's water supply. The posting, reportedly discovered Aug. 9 on a site favored by Al Qaeda. called for an attack on "atheist Europe," a reference that some terror watchers believe represents Western nations in general. Just days later a Canadian immigrant was found dead in a Denver hotel room with a pound of cyanide, only blocks away from the site of the Democratic National Convention.

See Also; AAFIA SIDDIQUI MANY LINKS TO US TERROR PLOTS INCLUDES POISONING NYC WATER RESERVOIRS WITH ANTHRAX.

Both cases have mobilized federal investigators into action, although they say that neither case carries any real terror threat. One U.S. official confirmed intelligence analysts are reviewing the Web posting, but said it appeared to be a garden-variety threat the intelligence community sees from time to time.

ALSO SEE, SAME PLOT SAME TOWN DIFFERENT DATE; DENVER Feds Arrest Al Qaeda Suspects With Plans to Poison Water Supplies Tuesday, July 30, 2002 By Carl Cameron. Federal officials have arrested two Al Qaeda terror suspects in the U.S. with documents in their possession about how to poison the country's water supplies, Fox News has learned. The first case involves James Ujaama, 36, who surrendered to the FBI last week in Denver. Sources say they found documents about water poisoning among several other terrorism-related documents in his Denver residence.

The FBI also said that it continues to investigate the case of 29-year-old Saleman Abdirahman Dirie of Ottawa, but the Dirie case may not lead anywhere. The key witness with all the answers — Dirie himself — is dead after investigators say he ingested a concoction of the chemical and water.

Terror Probe in Case of Somali-Born Man Found Dead of Cyanide Poisoning in Denver Hotel

FBI spokeswoman Kathy Wright told FOX News that the bureau knows where Dirie got the cyanide, but she said releasing the details now could hinder their investigation.

Wright said that there is “no information [tying] him to the Democratic convention later this month in Denver or to terrorism.” At this time, no one is linking the discovery of cyanide in Denver, to the Web posting. But the incidents have sent up red flags, and made some question the bizarre timing of the two.

The U.S. official commenting about the water-supply threat added it appeared to be in the “aspirational” category — in other words, it is an effort to encourage like-minded followers to execute their own operations in the name of Al Qaeda.
Last month government officials quietly stepped up counterterror efforts because of their growing concern that Al Qaeda or similar groups might try to capitalize on high-profile events like the Olympics
and the upcoming conventions. For a would-be terrorist planning a strike, the Web threat provided tips on how to carry out an attack, counseling operating in small groups to avoid detention. According to one security expert, some jihadists favor smaller, less-elaborate attacks that have a greater chance of success, particularly those targeting a country's economy.

The post offers other advice, telling planners not to use their cars near the target site or their cell phones during the execution of operations and, of course, to leave the country immediately after the operation is done. The official said that the call to poison a city's water supply is the type of threat that can spread fear and panic, but stressed that it is not feasible.

It's unclear whether the response to the two incidents have anything to do with the Department of Homeland Security's declared period of heightened alert. But experts say this is a time frame when terrorists may have more incentive to attack.

TERRORIST AAFIA SIDDIQUI NEW YORK CITY PLOTS INCLUDE THE SUBWAY SYSTEM.

Alleged Mata Hari of Al Qaeda Could Provide 'Treasure Trove' of Intelligence Aafia Siddique Had a List of Targets in New York City & Chem-Bio Weapons Information in her Possession ABC NEWS By RICHARD ESPOSITO and BRIAN ROSS.

When she was arrested in Afghanistan last month, Aafia Siddique allegedly had in her possession maps of New York, a list of potential targets that included the Statue of Liberty, Times Square, the subway system and the animal disease center on Plum Island, detailed chemical, biological and radiological weapon information that has been seen only in a handful of terrorist cases, as well as a thumb drive packed with emails, ABC News has learned.
Before she turned her attention to blowing up New York landmarks, the alleged al Qaeda "Mata Hari" had wild dreams of murdering former Presidents Jimmy Carter and George H.W. Bush, federal law-enforcement sources said yesterday.
MIT-educated neuroscientist Aafia Siddiqui's outlandish terror schemes included plans to get Carter by poisoning the 39th president's water supply, the sources told ABC News. It wasn't clear how she supposedly schemed to kill Bush.
Authorities had been chasing her through information gleaned from interviews with admitted 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheik Mohammed. She was once married to the convicted terrorist's nephew.

Officials believe arrested neuroscientist Aafia Siddiqui is a danger to the U.S.
That haul of information has led multiple government sources to describe Siddique, a 36 year-old MIT graduate, as a potential "treasure trove" of information on terrorist supporters, sympathizers or 'sleepers' in the United States and overseas.
"She is the most significant capture in five years," said former CIA officer John Kiriakou, who said she lives up to her reputation as an alleged terrorist 'Mata Hari.' And there is an eagerness to see what, if anything, she can add to the thin trickle of fresh information on the activities of terrorists and terrorist supporters in Afghanistan and Pakistan, as well as what if any risk she might pose to national security.

Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton on the Apprehension of Suspected Terrorist Aafia Siddiqui . WASHINGTON, DC—"Today's revelation that suspected terrorist Aafia Siddiqui was apprehended carrying a list of potential attack sites including a number of New York landmarks is a sobering reminder that New York remains a top target for terrorist attack.

Federal agencies and law enforcement officials must continue to be on alert and work together to keep our nation safe. It is critical that we remain vigilant in confronting these threats here at home and abroad. It further underscores the need for the Department of Homeland Security to allocate the necessary funds to protect New York and its residents. I will continue fight to ensure that New York has the tools and resources needed to continue the fight against terrorism.

Uzair Paracha, 24, son of Saifullah Paracha, went on trial in November 2005, he was convicted of all five counts he faced, he is linked to al-Qaeda terrorist Majid Khan. In the opening argument of Uzair Paracha in November 2005, the Assistant United States Attorney Eric Bruce claimed that MIT graduate Aafia Siddiqui was willing to help with an anthrax attack. Bruce repeatedly referred to a planned chemical attack by Khan but never described the plot or when and where it would occur. Any evidence supporting the dramatic statement was later excluded from evidence on the grounds that it would be unduly prejudicial.

Law enforcement officials believe they have "the most significant capture" in the fight against terrorism in five years: Aafia Siddiqui, a 36-year-old MIT graduate arrested in Afghanistan last month for trying to shoot American agents and officers.

The alleged Mata Hari appeared in
Manhattan Federal Court in a wheelchair Monday. A judge delayed her bail hearing so she could receive medical treatment for the gunshot wound she suffered in the alleged attack on the American personnel. "She is a high security risk," Assistant U.S. Attorney Christopher Lloyd LaVigne told the judge.

Some experts believe Siddiqui is much more than that. "She is the most significant capture in five years," former

CIA agent John Kiriakou told ABC News. "To find someone who has such rich information, computer hard drives, e-mails, that is really a major capture."

Siddiqui was believed to be planning a possible suicide bombing when she was nabbed July 17, according to published reports. The criminal complaint against her says a search of her bag found "documents describing the creation of explosives, chemical weapons and other weapons involving biological material and radiological agents."

She also carried with her excerpts from bomb-making bible "The Anarchist Arsenal" and a one-gigabyte portable hard drive. Investigators are testing Siddiqui's saliva, hair and nails to see if she has been exposed to any chemical, biological or radiological materials.

Siddiqui's lawyer said her client was being framed. "They need a sacrificial lamb to prove that they were right all along on terror," said

Elaine Whitfield Sharp. "Maybe there are terrorists out there, but let's get the real ones."

Sources told the Daily News on Tuesday that Siddiqui carried with her a list of New York landmarks, including Lady Liberty and Times Square. ABC said the list also included the subway system and

Plum Island, an isolated federal disease research lab off Long Island.

Siddiqui, a mother of three, was once married to a nephew of 9/11 mastermind

Khalid Shaikh Mohammed, who is being held at the Guantanamo Bay detention center. She has also been linked to Adnan el-Shukrijumah, a pilot and suspected Al Qaeda member who once lived in Florida.

When she set upon the
U.S. agents who were questioning her after her capture, she grabbed a soldier's M-4 rifle and tried to shoot him while yelling "Allah Akbar!" or "God is great!" She also said that she wanted to kill Americans.

Activist turned extremist suicide bomber, US says, Aafia Siddiqui tied to Al Qaeda

Aafia Siddiqui Terrorist in Hiding; Federal Prosecutors in New York alleged that Siddiqui's activism had become extremism. US officials say that the 36-year-old mother of three became an Al Qaeda operative who ended up in Afghanistan and attacked US soldiers who had come to interrogate her.

US officials say Aafia Siddiqui eluded them until last month when she was arrested with an unidentified teenage boy in Ghazni, Afghanistan. Local police caught the two outside the provincial governor's compound with chemicals, maps, and documents on explosives, according to court papers. "They were here for suicide bombing," an Afghan official in Ghazni told the Globe in a telephone interview last week. "Both of them were looking like they were prepared for suicide."

In 1991, after transferring from the University of Houston, Siddiqui arrived at MIT, wearing Western clothes but covering her hair with a scarf in the Muslim tradition. She quickly honed her activist skills, using the Internet and delivering passionate appeals to raise funds for Islamic causes. In one instance, she organized financial sponsorships for Muslim widows and orphans in Bosnia. "Kindly fill the pledge form and return to Al-Kifah," she directed a group of potential donors in an e-mail. The message appears to refer to the Al-Kifah Refugee Center in Brooklyn, which the Justice Department has accused of diverting charitable funds to militants of al-Qaeda.

Local Service Center, Alkifah Center, a Den of Terrorists.
People in the neighborhood who remember Alkifah Center say it appeared to be a shoestring operation, although court papers suggest that tens of thousands of dollars flowed through its bank accounts in its heyday in the late 1980's and early 1990's.

It was this ramshackle office that the Government says evolved into the American outpost of Mr. bin Laden's international terrorist organization. Federal charges relating to the embassy bombings in Africa assert that his group ''grew out of'' an organization that had offices in Afghanistan and Pakistan and, after 1989, in the United States. Specifically, the Government said, the network's connection to the United States evolved from Alkifah Center.

The center was set up by Mustafa Shalabi, an Egyptian immigrant. As his former neighbors recall him, Mr. Shalabi was infused with the same religious fervor for the Afghan cause that galvanized many young Muslims who regarded it as a holy war to liberate a Muslim country from Communist domination.

One of those who answered the call to fight in Afghanistan was Mahmud Abouhalima, who was active in militant Islamic movements in his native Egypt before moving to West Germany in 1981 and to New York four years later. Mr. Abouhalima would later become a well-known figure in New York as one of the men accused in the World Trade Center bombing. Shortly after his arrest in that case, he met with Government investigators without his lawyer and provided a detailed account of Alkifah Refugee Center and its internecine rivalries.
A previous photo was posted that was mislabeled as Aafia Siddiqui, it was in fact her sister Dr. Fowzia Siddiqui who appears to have no connection to her sisters arrest. The source of the mislabled photo was the LA Times, see Retraction by the LA Times...CLICK HERE

Terror suspect, Aafia Siddiqui, in NYC court: allegedly had explosives recipes in purse

Terror suspect, Aafia Siddiqui, in NYC court: allegedly had explosives recipes in purse. An MIT-educated Pakistani woman linked to al-Qaida appeared in federal court Tuesday to face charges she tried to kill U.S. employees in a gunfight in Afghanistan after police said they discovered suspicious documents about explosives and landmarks in her handbag.

Aafia Siddiqui, wearing a burgundy head scarf and suffering from a gunshot wound, was ordered held without bail on charges of attempted murder and assault stemming from the July incident. She had been arrested Monday in Afghanistan and flown to New York to be formally charged.

Prosecutors allege Siddiqui, 36, was stopped by police on July 17 outside a government building in central Afghanistan's

Ghazni province. Police searched her handbag and discovered documents containing recipes for explosives and chemical weapons and describing "various landmarks in the United States, including New York City," according to a criminal complaint, which did not identify the landmarks.

Siddiqui also was carrying "chemical substances in gel and liquid form that were sealed in bottles and glass jars," the complaint said without elaborating.
The next day, as a team of

FBI agents and U.S. military officers prepared to question Siddiqui, she snatched a soldier's rifle and pointed it at an Army captain, prosecutors said. An interpreter pushed the rifle aside as she fired two shots, which missed, they said. One of two shots fired by a soldier in response hit her in one of her hips.

Even after being hit, Siddiqui struggled and shouted in English that she wanted "to kill Americans" before the officers subdued her, the complaint said.
Asked by the judge if she understood the charges, she replied in a soft voice, "I understand them."
At a 2004 news conference,
then-Attorney General John Ashcroft and FBI Director Robert Mueller III identified Siddiqui as one of seven people the FBI wanted to question about their suspected ties to al-Qaida — an allegation her family has vehemently denied.

U.S. authorities said at the time that Siddiqui had received a biology degree from the
Massachusetts Institute of Technology and had written a doctoral thesis on neurological sciences at Brandeis University, outside Boston. They said they believed she returned to Pakistan shortly after the Sept. 11 attacks and later vanished for several years.

Though they never alleged Siddiqui was a full-fledged member of al-Qaida, they said they believed she could be a "fixer," someone with knowledge of the United States who supported other operatives trying to slip into the country and plot attacks. If convicted, Siddiqui faces up to 20 years in prison on each charge.
Terrroist Majid Khan appears to have met with Aafia Saddiqui who is a MIT grad in microbiology, she had access to Anthrax while working at Brandeis Univ in Boston.
Box #187XX Baltimore MD 21206 for terrorist Majid Khan while he was in Pakistan meeting with Khalid Sheikh Mohammed.
His (Ali Abd al-Aziz Ali) biography also states that he married Siddiqui shortly before his capture, an allegation that is true, sheds light on Aafia Siddiqui's relationship to top Al Qaeda planners like Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, who is Ammar al-Baluchi's uncle.

AAFIA SIDDIQUI MANY LINKS TO US TERROR PLOTS INCLUDES POISONING NYC WATER RESERVOIRS WITH ANTHRAX

TERRORIST MAJID KHAN FROM BALTIMORE IS LINKED TO AAFIA SIDDIQUI (HER PHOTO) .

KHAN WAS ALSO LINKED TO UZAIR PARACHA IN NYC AND WAS PLOTTING TO POISON THE WATER SUPPLY IN THE UPSTATE NEW YORK CITY RESERVOIR WITH ANTHRAX (click map to enlarge); Water flows unfiltered from the Croton Watershed in Westchester County to supply water for New York City. Majid Khan had worked at his family’s gas stations in Baltimore and was able to help Khaled Sheikh Mohammed with research into a plan to blow up gas stations. Khalid Sheikh Mohammed also asked Majid Khan to research how to poison US water reservoirs (New York City) with Anthrax which is resistant to chlorine, according to the government profile.

Uzair Paracha, 24, son of Saifullah Paracha, went on trial in November 2005, he was convicted of all five counts he faced, he is linked to al-Qaeda terrorist Majid Khan. Any evidence supporting the dramatic statement was later excluded from evidence on the grounds that it would be unduly prejudicial.

Uzair's father is being held at "Gitmo" as an enemy combatant. The evidence at trial proved that Paracha, 25, agreed with his father, Saifullah Paracha, and two al Qaeda members, Majid Khan and Ammar Al-Baluchi, to provide support to al Qaeda. Paracha and his father had discussed with Khan and Al- Baluchi the possibility of the Parachas receiving up to $200,000 from al Qaeda in connection with the assistance Paracha was providing to Khan, which the Paracha hoped to invest in their businesses.

On March 28, 2003, agents and detectives of the New York Joint Terrorist Task Force located and interviewed Paracha extensively regarding his connections to Khan and Al-Baluchi, and his efforts to assist them. Task Force members subsequently found in Paracha’s belongings a number of identification documents belonging to Khan, including Khan’s drivers license, Khan’s Social Security card, Khan’s bank card, and a handwritten list of instructions from Khan directing Paracha on how to pose as Khan when making inquiries with the INS. Also in Paracha’s possession was a key to a post office box opened in Khan’s name by Aafia Siddiqui in Maryland, which Paracha was to check to see if Khan’s immigration documents had been delivered.

Pakistani native Aafia Siddiqui, who was also part of the Baltimore gas station bomb plot, rented PO Box #187XX Baltimore MD 21206 for Majid Khan, she had been living, off and on, in Boston at the time.
